부정피드백추구행동이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 코칭리더십에 의해 조절된 학습목표지향성의 매개효과 중심으로 (Impact of Negative Feedback-seeking Behavior on Innovative Behavior: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Learning Goal Orientation Moderated by Coaching Leadership)

  • 본 연구는 애자일 조직의 등장, 디지털 트랜스포메이션 등으로 기업들의 혁신이 절박한 상황에서 구성원들의 혁신행동을 유도할 수 있는 이론적·실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 부정피드백 추구행동과 혁신행동의 상관관계 및 이 두 변인의 사이에서 학습목표지향성이 코칭리더십에 의해 조절된 매개효과를 갖는지 검증하고자 하였다. 국내 기업에 근무하는 381명의 구성원으로부터 회수한 설문지를 분석하였으며, SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, Process Macro 3.0를 사용하였다. 분석 결과 부정피드백 추구행동은 학습목표지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 리더의 코칭리더십은 구성원의 부정피드백 추구행동과 학습목표지향성의 사이에서 조절효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났고, 학습목표지향성은 부정피드백 추구행동과 혁신행동 사이에서 조절된 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 기업에서 부정피드백을 원하는 구성원들이 어떻게 혁신행동에 이르게 할 것인지에 대한 과정을 밝히고, 혁신행동의 활성화를 위해 코칭리더십에 대한 조직적 지원이 필요함을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의를 가진다고 본다.

행위 기반 로봇에서의 행위의 자동 설계 기법 (A Self-Designing Method of Behaviors in Behavior-Based Robotics)

  • An automatic design method of behaviors in behavior-based robotics is proposed. With this method, a robot can design its behaviors by itself without aids of human designer. Automating design procedure of behaviors can make the human designer free from somewhat tedious endeavor that requires to predict all possible situations in which the robot will work and to design a suitable behavior for each situation. A simple reinforcement learning strategy is the main frame of this method and the key parameter of the learning process is significant change of reward value. A successful application to mobile robot navigation is reported too.

  • 동영상 강의 중심의 온라인 학습 형태가 보편화 되고 지속적으로 증가됨에 따라 다양한 교육방법을 적용한 동영상 기반 학습 환경도 학습 효과성을 높이기 위해 변화, 발전하고 있다. 온라인 학습 환경에서의 교육 효과성 측정을 위해 학습자 로그 데이터가 대두되었으며, 학습자 맞춤형 학습 처방을 위해 로그 데이터의 다양한 분석 방법이 중요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 동영상 기반 학습 환경에서의 학습자 행동 데이터 분석, 머신러닝 기법에 따른 학업성취 예측을 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과 각 모델에서 공통적으로 동영상 탐색과 코멘트 작성과 같은 상호작용 행동, 학습자 주도적 학습 행동이 학업성취를 예측하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 동영상 학습 환경 설계에 있어 시사점을 제공하였다.

양손잡이 리더십과 혁신적인 업무 행동: 한국 반도체 산업의 증거 (Ambidextrous Leadership and Innovative Work Behavior: Evidence from South Korea Semiconductor Industry)

  • The semiconductor industry is a competitive, complicated and a cyclical sector with a highly dynamic business climate which requires an effective leadership style to operate and succeed. This study explores the important issue of how leadership facilitates employee innovative work behaviors in the semiconductor industry. Based on the assumptions of the ambidextrous leadership theory and social exchange theory, we collected data from 300 workers employed in the semiconductor industry of South Korea. The study investigated (1) the impact of ambidextrous leadership on innovative work behavior, (2) the mediating effects of workers decision-making autonomy and workplace learning in the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and innovative work behavior, (3) the moderating role of resistance to change in the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and workplace learning, and (4) the moderating role of openness to experience in the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and innovative work behavior. SmartPLS 4 and SPSS v24 was used to analyze our data. The study revealed that ambidextrous leadership positively influences workers innovative work behavior. In addition, decision-making autonomy and workplace learning partially mediated the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and innovative work behavior. Moreover, resistance to change was found to be a significant moderator in the relationship between ambidextrous leadership and workplace learning. Based on these findings, we conclude that ambidextrous leadership is very imperative for semiconductor businesses seeking to foster employee innovative work behaviors. Theoretical and practical implications of the study are also discussed.

Planfulness Ability as a Mediator of the Relationship between Learning from Supervisor and Readiness for Change: Empirical Evidence from India

  • The present research aims to examine whether learning from the supervisor influences readiness for change with the mediating impact of planfulness. Drawing upon the theory of planned behavior, it is hypothesized that learning from the supervisor positively impacts planfulness ability in individuals, which in turn enhances the readiness for change. Through using convenience sampling, the sample of 451 was collected from employees working full-time in the manufacturing and I.T. service organizations in India. Structural equation modeling and regression analysis indicate that learning from the supervisor is positively associated with readiness for change and planfulness. Additionally, planfulness fully mediated the relationship between learning from the supervisor and readiness to change. The findings of the present research highlight that continuous support and learning from the supervisor enhances the planfulness ability of the individual and consequently enhances individual readiness for change. The current research is pioneering in testing the hypothetical model associating learning from the supervisor, planfulness, and readiness for change.

어머니의 과보호 양육행동과 아동의 공격성, 위축 및 자기유능감 (Maternal Overprotective Behavior and Their Children's Aggression, Withdrawal and Perceived Competence)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships of mothers exhibiting maternal overprotective behavior and their children's aggression, withdrawal and perceived competence. For data collecting, 339 children attending the fifth/sixth grade of elementary school in Kwangju were involved. The major findings were as follows: First, maternal overprotective behavior related to school learning showed a significant difference due to the children's sex. Furthermore, maternal overprotective behavior related to daily life and school learning showed a significant difference due to the children's grade. Second, maternal overprotective behavior related to daily life showed a significant difference due to the mother's education level. Finally, the result of multiple regression analysis on the effects of the mother's overprotective behavior to the children's aggression, withdrawal, and perceived competence indicated that maternal overprotective behavior related to daily life and school learning was the significant contributing factor. All in all, the variables accounted for 11% of the children's aggression, 11% of the children's withdrawal, and 6% of the children's perceived competence.

대학생의 의복관리행동과 섬유품질표시 인지도 (Clothing Management Behavior and Care Label Use of College Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the clothing management behavior and the recognition of care label of college students, as well as the effects of sex and the learning experience of clothing life area on middle and high school students. A survey consisting of 61 questions was conducted on 475 college students(240 males and 235 females) enrolled in a university in Cheongju City, and 450 college students' data were finally analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the level of washing behavior(2.54) was the lowest compared to purchasing behavior(3.13) and storage behavior(3.09). Second, college students were well aware of the attachment of fiber care labels, but 64.7% of the college students did not check the care label. About 30% of them did not know why the care labels were attached, and about 57% did not know whether manufacturers were obligated to attach them. The meaning of precautions for handling in a care label was well inferred from the symbols. Third, there was the positive effect of the learning experience of clothing life area during middle or high school on the college students' clothing management behavior and the level of recognition of a care label. This study is meaningful in confirming the positive effect of clothing life education in adolescence on adult clothing life behavior.

문제 중심 학습의 물 환경교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경 친화적 행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Water Environmental Program Focused on Problem-Based Learning for Elementary School Students on Pro-Environmental Behavior)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of water environmental program using PBL on pro-environmental behavior for 4th graders in elementary school. The results of this study are as follows. First, the experimental group is more effective in promoting the pro-environmental attitude compared with the control group. Second, the experimental group is more effective in promoting the pro-environmental behavior compared with the control group. Third, the experimental group is not more effective in promoting the pro-environmental knowledge compared with the control group. Fourth, students are concerned and interested in the environment and environmental problems of the daily-life. And, they presented positive attitude and active participation toward environmental preservation. So, the process of PBL using water environmental program showed that it promotes active learning participation and various action. In conclusion, the environmental education program through PBL program has a positive effect on pro-environmental attitudes and behavior of elementary school students. It is demanded that more intensive research on this study should be done, linking with teaching and learning method, as a follow-up activity.

융복합사업서비스기업의 학습조직구축활동이 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향 - 조직지원인식의 조절 효과를 고려하여 - (Effects of Learning Organization Building Activities in Convergence Service Companies on Organization Citizenship Behavior - Considering the Moderating effect of Perceived Organization Support -)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제조업에 융복합서비스를 제공하고 있는 기업 내 학습조직구축활동이 조직구성원들의 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 조절변수로서 조직지원인식의 역할을 탐구하는데 있었다. 본 연구는 구조화된 질문지를 이용하여 수행하였으며, 수도권 소재 31개 융복합사업서비스기업의 조직구성원 327명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 단계적 회귀분석방법을 사용해 분석하였다. 가설을 검증한 결과 학습조직구축활동의 7가지 변수와 조직지원인식 모두 조직시민행위에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 조절효과와 관련해서는 독립변수인 학습조직구축활동의 7요인 중 전략적 학습리더십만이 종속변수인 조직시민행위에 미치는 영향에 있어 조절변수인 조직지원인식에 의하여 조절되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 정리하고 이론적 실무적 함의를 논의한 후, 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다.

체험형 환경학습 프로그램이 초등학생의 환경소양에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Out-of-Class Environmental Experience Learning on Elementary Students' Environmental Literacy)

  • This study was to find out the effects of out-of-class environmental experience learning on elementary students' environmental literacy. For this study, we developed and applied environmental education program utilizing out-of-class facilities and ecological park for the 5th-grade students. The subjects of this study were the 5th grade students of an elementary school located in Si-hung city. The study was carried out for two groups, an experiment group of 29 students and control group of 29 students. The education program using out-of-class environmental experience learning was provided to the experiment group while lecture-oriented education program was provided to the control group. The questionnaire used in this study to assess the environmental literacy of the study objects consists of 41 questions under 4 domains (knowledge, emotion, skill, behavior). After observing and analyzing the effects of out-of-class environmental experience learning on students' environmental literacy, we found that the program using the out-of-class environmental experience learning posed greater impacts than lecture-oriented program. By domains, environmental literacy in 3 domains illustrated positive improvement. In particular, skill domain illustrated much more improvement in environmental literacy. But, domain of behavior didn't illustrated improvement in environmental literacy. The result of this study signified that the out-of-class environmental experience learning has positive and effective impact on the environmental literacy. And out-of-class environmental experience learning is more suitable to improve the skill domain of the environmental literacy than lecture-oriented learning. But, it is couldn't improve the domain of behavior. Therefore, in order to improve behavior domain, the program must apply with effective evaluation and home training.
