공간고주파자속을 가진 콘덴서 전동기의 특성해석에 관한 연구 (The Study On Analysis Of The Characteristics For Capacitor Motor Having Space Harmonics In Its Magnetic Field)

  • In this paper, the electrical angle between two winding axes in the stator of the capacitor motor is put optional angle, deviding the space harmonics in its magnetic field of two windings and the leakage flux into the forward revolving field and the backward one by the revolving-field theory, its equivalent circuit which consider mutual induction between two windings is depicted. In the depicted equivalent circuit, the rotor resistance for the fundamental flux is devided into the resistance for the rotor bar and endring, and the rotor leakage reactance for the fundamental is devided into the skew leadage reactance and the other, and each circuit constants for each harmonics is expressed in terms of the circuit constants for the fundamental, so it mades easy to determine the characteristics for the capacitor motor. As the circuit constant ratios to the magnetizing reactance of the fundamental are used, motors which have same circuit constant ratios should be resembled in their characteristics.

  • The electrical stability against surge stress of ZPCCY-based varistors were investigated at different sintering times. Sintering time decreased the varistor voltage and nonlinear exponent from 279.6 to 179.1 and from 52.5 to 24.9, respectively. On the contrary, the leakage current and dielectric dissipation factor increased from 1.2 to 9.8 ${\mu}A$ and from 0.0461 to 0.0651 with increase of sintering time. For all varistors, the variation rates of V-I characteristic parameters against surge stress were affected in order of varistor voltage$\rightarrow$nonlnear exponent$\rightarrow$leakage current. On the whole, the electrical stability against surge stress increased with increasing sintering time. Conclusively, it is assumed that the varistor sintered for 2 h exhibited comparatively good characteristics, in view of overall characteristics.

고주파자속을 고려한 단순상유도전동기의 해석 (Analysis of Single-phase Induction Motor Having Space Harmonics in Its Magnetic Field)

  • In this paper, the characteristics of a single phase induction motor which is considered the space harmonic flux by the double revolving field theory is analysed. As the rotor resistance for the fundamental flux is separated from the resistance for the rotor bar and end-ring, and the rotor leakage reactnace is separated from the skew leakage reactance and the other, so the circuit constants for the space harmonic flux is expressed by the circuit constants for the fundamentals. As the ratio of the circuit constants for the magnetizing reactance is used, the generalized equivalent circuit is made up. the characteristic equation which is able to analysis the subdivided characteristics by the above circuit is induced. The ratio of the circuit constants and the skew angle being changed, the variations of the torque-speed characteristics for the fundamentals and harmonics is examined by this equation.

유압실린더내 정압베어링의 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Characteristic of the Hydrostatic Bearing in the Hydraulic Cylinder)

  • On designing of hydrostatic bearing, load, quantity of oil, stiffness and friction load are considered as basic characteristics. For the analysis of these basic characteristics, pressure distribution by oil film is obtained. Speed of piston, clearance, leakage of oil, eccentricity, shape and roughness of bearing affect the results which are the analysis of basic characteristics of load, quantity of oil, stiffness and friction load. The relationship among those factors are required for optimum designing of hydrostatic bearing for machining tool. Reynold's Equation is calculated through finite element method. Load, leakage of quantity and pressure distribution as variation of length, land length ratio, eccentricity and axial velocity of bearing are investigated. Then optimum design variables are obtained.

PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용한 ESS의 누설전류 모델링에 관한 연구 (A Study on Modeling of Leakage Current in ESS Using PSCAD/EMTDC)

  • ESS의 누설전류는 PCS(Power Control System)측 누설전류와 계통불평형 전류로 인한 누설전류로 구분되는데, PCS측의 누설전류는 정상 상태 운전 시, IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) 스위칭의 전압 변화량과 IGBT와 방열판 사이에 존재하는 기생 커패시턴스에 의해 발생한다. 또한, 계통불평형 전류에 의한 누설전류는 불평형 부하로 인해 발생한 불평형 전류가 Yg-∆ 결선방식의 3각 철심이 적용된 태양광전원 연계형 변압기의 중성선을 통해 ESS로 유입된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 방열판 유도공식을 통해 산정한 기생 커패시턴스에 의하여 PCS측의 누설전류 발생 메커니즘을 제시하고 또한, 계통불평형에 의한 ESS측의 누설전류 발생 메커니즘을 제안한다. 이를 바탕으로, 배전계통 상용해석 프로그램인 PSCAD/EMTDC를 이용하여 배터리부, PCS부, AC전원부로 이루어진 PCS측의 누설전류 발생 메커니즘과 배전 계통부, 불평형 부하부, ESS부로 이루어진 계통불평형에 의한 ESS측의 누설전류 발생 메커니즘을 모델링하고, 누설전류의 특성을 평가한다. 상기의 모델링을 바탕으로 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과, 외함의 저항과 접지저항의 크기에 따라 PCS측의 누설전류는 7[mA]에서 34[mA]로, 계통불평형에 의한 배터리 외함으로 흐르는 누설전류는 3.96[mA]에서 10.76[mA]로 증가하여 배터리측에 큰 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다.

고온에서 급속열산화법으로 형성된 탄탈륨산화막의 수소응답특성 (Hydrogen Response Characteristics of Tantalum Oxide Layer Formed by Rapid Thermal Oxidation at High Temperatures)

  • 약 1.12 ev의 밴드갭 에너지를 갖는 실리콘은 동작 온도가 250 ℃ 이하로 제한되어, 밴드갭 에너지가 큰 SiC 기판을 이용한 MIS(metal-insulator-semiconductor) 구조의 시료를 제작하여 고온에서 수소 응답 특성을 고찰하였다. 적용된 유전체 박막은 수소가스에 대해 침투성이 강하고 고온에서 안정성을 보이는 탄탈륨 산화막(Ta2O5)으로, 스퍼터링으로 증착된 탄탈륨(Ta)을 900 ℃의 온도에서 급속열산화법(RTO)으로 형성하였다. 이렇게 형성된 탄탈륨 산화막은 TEM, SIMS, 및 누설전류 측정을 통해, 두께, 원소들의 깊이 분포 및 절연특성을 분석하였다. 수소가스 응답특성은 0부터 2,000 ppm의 수소가스 농도에 대해, 상온으로부터 200와 400 ℃의 온도에서 정전용량의 변화로 평가하였다. 그 결과, 시료로부터 감도가 우수하고, 약 60초의 응답 시간을 나타내는 특성을 확인하였다.

  • The stress induced leakage currents will affect data retention in synapse transistors and the stress current, transient current is used to estimate to fundamental limitations on oxide thicknesses. The synapse transistor made by thin silicon oxides has represented the neural states and the manipulation which gaves unipolar weights. The weight value of synapse transistor was caused by the bias conditions. Excitatory state and inhibitory state according to weighted values affected the channel current. The stress induced leakage currents affected excitatory state and inhibitory state.

  • We investigated the tracking and erosion resistance of the silicone rubber by Inclined-Plane Method. And. with the variation of experiment time, the chance of the leakage current waveform was evaluated. The typical leakage current waveform was the form of mixture of sinusoidal wave and rectifying wave. It is thought that the sinusoidal wave is due to conductivity of contaminant when wet. and the rectifying wave is due to arc of dry band.

  • In this paper, we have designed the ground faults detection and interrupting controller at normal condition of AC 120v to 240v rating voltage. Ground faults in electrical network have the characteristics of low current, 60㎐ frequency to 2㎑frequency. The load condition are no load and 20A load. The trip level of the controller is 6㎃ with ground faults. The Controller algorithm is implemented using pic16c71 microprocessor.
