This paper is aimed at proposing the sampling method to reduce variance of statistical parameters in uncertainty analysis of concrete structures. The proposed method is a modification of Latin Hypercube sampling method. This uses specially modified tables of random permutations of rank number. Also, the Spearman coefficient is used to make modified tables. Numerical analysis is carried out to predict the uncertainty of axial shortening in prestressed concrete bridge. The numerical results show that the method is efficient for uncertainty analysis of complex structural system such as prestressed concrete bridges.

This paper is fundamental study to develop ceiling materials, using the properties of Zeolite, stone dust and sludge for the purpose of prevention of environmental pollution and reuse of industrial wastes. According to latin square method, We estimated to the significant level ad optimum level for a significant factor, and investigated to the significant degree to extend each factor for required capacity. Thus, we investigated for required capacity in ceiling material such as, compressive and bending strength, absorptivity and thermal conductivity.

Quasigroups are algebraic structures closely related to Latin squares which have many different applications. There are several classifications of quasigroups based on their algebraic properties. In this paper we propose another classification based on the properties of strings obtained by specific quasigroup transformations. More precisely, in our research we identified some quasigroup transformations which can be applied to arbitrary strings to produce pseudo random sequences. We performed tests for randomness of the obtained pseudo-random sequences by random walks on torus. The randomness tests provided an empirical classification of quasigroups.

The littice designs have prove efficient but they are not alwasy available. This article proposes an alternative, an almost lattice design, of the triple lattice design (v=36, k=6, r=4) which is not available. Here, we compare the almost lattice design to the .alpha.-design (v=36, k=6, r=4) which is another alternative of the triple lattice design (v=36, k=6, r=4). Consequently, we show the almost lattice design is a more efficient alternative than the $\alpha$-design through A-, D-, and E-optimality.

NFPA-805 불확실도 분석 요건에 따른 경수형 원전 스위치기어실 모터제어반의 화재시나리오에 대한 입력변수 불확실도 평가를 수행하였고 이를 통해 화재모델링의 불확실도 평가방안을 제시하였다. 화재모델링은 FDS5를, 불확실도분석은 MOSAIQUE를 사용하였고 Wilks 방법에 근거하여 93회의 latin hypercupe 샘플링을 수행하였다. 스위치기어실 케이블의 최소 평균손상시간은 212초로 예측되어 화재발생시 스위치기어실의 화재진압은 약 4분 이내에 이루어져야 하는 것으로 확인되었다.

Sometimes we have two groups of inbred lines and there are only interest in gca comparisons within two groups of lines of sizes$\P_1$ and $\P_@$, not between two groups. For example, suppose there two Lab, each of the 2 Labs have obtained the best line. For this purpose we now give a method of constructing block designs for diallel cross experiments and we will explain how to calculate efficiency. Then we show the efficiencies in the table.

본 검토는 지난 5년간의 비료거래 패턴에 대한 것으로 IFA 사무국의 전무이사인 루크 매네(Luc Maene)는 거래량의 꾸준한 증가를 야기한 요인을 검토하고 있다. 저자는 비료 수출이 필수자원이 풍부한 수많은 개발도상국에게는 수익을 창출하는 중요한 통로가 되었으며 개발도상국이 원자재보다는 부가가치 상품의 수출에 주력하면서 지난 20년간 비료 생산이 이들 국가로 옮겨갔다고 지적하고 있다. 물류비가 큰 비료는 생산에 사용되는 원료로 인해 비료 수송에는 많은 비용이 들뿐만 아니라 원료 생산지와 가능하면 근접한 곳에서 원료를 가공해야 한다. 본 자료는 2003년 7월 $13\~15$일 사이 키 비스케인에서 열린 제 14회 British Sulphur's Latin America Conference에서 처음 발표되었다.

There are a number of studies on the peculiarities of inflation in underdeveloped economies. These studies are, however, confined to the cases of Latin American countries, and the essence of methodologies applied in the studies is basically estimations of linear parameters of an extended quantity equation with lagged variables. As it is generally observed, inflation in most of underdeveloped economies are, to some extent, affected by non-economic factors such as political instability, social disorder, abrupt institutional changes, etc. Sometimes, these factors underlying the basic movement of price level change are reflected in such variables as quantity of money supply, income velocity, gross national product.

This article offers a new perspective on the maroon state of Palmares in Brazil. The present essay gives a viewpoint of decolonization in colonial period, describing decolonial aspect and Afro-Brazilian aspect of the history of Palmares. In aspects of Afro-Brazilian, the quilombo of Palmares is resistance and decoloniality of african colonialization in America and Brazil. The Quilombism was born out of quilombo model of economics and politics, in which they exercised rational productions and political system. The purpose is to review and expand upon the historical and cultural context of Palmares and on the aspect for decolonial strategies.
