In this Paper, we are trying to compare the normal speech with emotional speech -happy, sad, and angry states- through the changes of fundamental frequency. Based on the distribution charts of the normal and emotional speech, there are distinctive cues such as range of distribution, average, maximum, minimum, and so on. On the whole, the range of the fundamental frequency is extended in happy and angry states. On the other hand, sad states make the range relatively lessened. Nevertheless, the ranges of the 10 frequency in sad states are wider than the normal speech. In addition, we can verify that ending boundary tones reflect the information of whole speech.

In this knowledge based society, the circulation of knowledge and information is more and more increasing. Terms, as denominations of every specialized concept, has grown in quantity and there are considerable amount of foreign terminology coming to settle down in Korean language. Since terminologies quickly generate and be extinguished, it is important to translate in appropriate way at the very first phase of terminology implementation. This article aims to elaborate the typology of korean terminology translation forms, and propose some guidelines for terminology formation and translation methodology. ISO terminology principle and other institutes' propositions for term formation as well as translational theories constitute two basic columns of the guidelines.
The study will first pay attention to the conflict between Kyoto Animation Co. and residents over establishing memorial facilities after the "Kyoto Animation 1st Studio arson and Murder Incident," which occurred in Kyoto, Japan on the morning of July 18, 2019. And through on-site coverage and review of related TV program "Summer of Prayer, Voice of the Holy Land" aired by Mainichi Broadcasting System on August 17, 2019. We reviewed what this conflict means by Japanese animation fans to set a "Holy Land" of specific regions and the resulting content tourism business model. The conflict between Kyoto Animation Co. and the residents resulted in a lengthy confrontation which did not get solved until late July 2020. It proves the cooperation of residents is essential for the success of content tourism, especially the cooperation model for development of Holy Land.
There are about 400, 000 Korean ethnics living in Central Asia. Most of Koreans in Central Asia are leading a stable middle class life mostly engaged in farm work. With increase of educational attainment of their children, a number of Koreans are launching into political and academic circles as well as in the cultural world or the press. In recent years, however, the countries in this area(Uzbekistan and Kazakstan) for this study advocate an ethnic united policy to stabilize the politics and society and to carry out efficient transformation from the former socialistic economy to a market oriented economy. In addition, they are trying to recover the culture and the language of each nation which has been forgotten in the assimilation of Russia policy. Koreans have difficulty in adaption to this kind of change. In fact, a number of Koreans lost traditional culture and could not speak their mother language - Korean. Although they more or less maintain national consciousness, they recognize Uzbekistan or Kazakstan as their nation politically. They associated with North Korea unilaterally before the launching of the Perestroika policy. But after the Seoul Olympics held in 1998, there was movement to know and understand South Korea. There has been increased in the investment by Korean companies in Central Asia. Now, what is an alternative idea for Korean community consciousness\ulcorner It can be summarized as follows: 1) The increase of aid to Korean education institute : Considering the last few decades of Russia's strong racial assimilation policy, which leads most Koreans to lost their language and national culture, the priority should go to Koreans education. 2) Local Korean press support : Though Korean newspaper are published and Korean broadcasting is on the air currently in Uzbekistan and Kazakstan, they are suffering from qualified staff and poor financial status. Therefore, positive support should be established for these Korean mass communication media outlets to recover their own function and expand their dissemination powers quickly. 3) Research on the actual condition for Korean Community : It is essential to directly examine the local Korean community's regional distribution, population structure, Korean group's formation and operation, social and cultural understanding, racial consciousness, hope for their mother land and much more. 4) Increase of mother land and education opportunity : To stir up national culture and national consciousness within the Korean community, it is necessary to expand continuous opportunities for mother land visits and education training for local Koreans, especially for second and third generations.

This study is to analyze the base of selection and feature of description on Korea-related content in Japanese curriculum(geography and history) and high-school geography textbooks. Japanese curriculum requires that there are two or three neighbor countries to be selected and their contents consist of life and culture and have to compare with those of japan in view of understanding and respect on similarity and difference. The content of physical environment is only dealt as factors influencing on life and culture because regional teaming of neighbor countries focus on it. Dok-do is described with conflict region in most of textbooks. But some textbooks describe Dok-do with territory of Shimane-Hyun in Japan or devide like japanese territory on the map. There are described han-gul(Korean language), confucianism, buddhism and christianity, han-bok(Korean clothes), rice and soup, bulgogi(Korean meat dishes) and scissors, spoon and chopsticks, ondol(Korean floor heater), etc. with the cases of specific Korean life and culture. And, exchange between Korea and Japan focuses on more cultural view increasing recently than political and economical view. Then Japanese high-school geography textbooks humanize geography because of they focus on life and culture and promote not only knowledge and understanding but also altruism and empathy because they focus on similarity and difference through comparison between neighbor country and Japan. This shows how to able to practice regional teaming in globalization and multicultural society.

Naturally, satire translation poses great challenge to translators. This study analyzed satirical humors in , based on 4 basic strategies discussed commonly in the previous studies on humor translation, which found out Source Text(ST) preservation prevails, that is to say literal translation. Through this study I would like to examine the meaning system of the symbolized codes related with real costume figures of the abstract concept of the style of the mourning ceremonial dress in Chosun Dynasty as a variable cause of communication through non-language method by the structural analysis of coding of the ceremonial dress style and the meaning system of the codes centering on the traditional book of funeral etiquette dealing with hueneral cereony in the period. To achieve this purpose, I have used the symbolic theory of constructive concept by F. de Saussure, cultural notation theory of Roland Barthes & Umberto Eco, and structural style of costumes by Myung-Sook Han. The result of the study is as follows. 1. As Chosun Dynasty was a society in which people considered courtesy so much important and practiced the basic Confucian ideas of the three bonds and five moral disciplines in human relations, the characteristic of funeral rites in Chosun Dynasty consists in expression of the thoughts of moral ethics & relative systems and systems of clan rules, etc which was a langue determining the symbols of mourning ceremony dress because the mourning ceremony dress in the period should have the feature of a langue. The mourning ceremonial dresses in the period had five grades of the consume and the grades were determined to be classified into five levels according to the clan system of the chief mourner with sang, ha bang. And the method of the association of the mourning ceremonial dress codes had the six principles of Chinchin, Jonjon, Myoungboon, Chulip, Changyu, and Jongbok. 2. Regarding the mourning ceremonial costumes in Korean society, the meaning of funeral ceremony was expressed by the signifier and materials of the mourning costumes in the society. During the process of the funeral, the intangible feeling of condolence was the expression of mourning and the tangible mourning ceremonial dress was the signal with the lamentation meaning. Especially, characters and patterns were removed from the mourning ceremonial dresses in spite of their function of symbols and the styles of costumes were emphasized. Especially the meaning of condolences was symbolized by attachment of some small pieces of cloth on the upper garments. Hemp was mainly emphasized to be the material of the costumes and some different meanings showed according to the quality of the material hemp. The mourning ceremonial dresses were distinguished from ordinary dresses, which were emphasized because they gad some symbolic meaning of the mourning. 3. Considering the association of the synthetic relations of the costumes from the viewpoint that the mourning ceremonial dresses would be classified according to a system, the symbolization of them were avaliable by sex according to how to combine them and there were no distinction between social classes in the society.
Language is an important medium for communication among the members of society and a mirror that reflects society as a whole. As society and culture change and develop over centuries, language follows suit. To keep up with the changes in the new era and express new concepts, countless new neologisms continue to appear. Recently, the use of neologisms is getting increasingly focused on social networking service and other Internet communication sites, which then spread rapidly through various media. If you look at the popular neologisms on the Internet, it implicitly reflects conflicts between the eras and the generations, people's psychology and ideology, and social phenomena such as culture. The function of neologisms is not solely for the entertainment element of communication but also for criticizing social problems and their vital use as a search keyword. This study focuses on the meaning and importance of gathering information and analyzing records about neologisms that reflect the social phenomenon in a certain period, and this will be labeled as "neologism archiving." This study proposes a direction for the construction of a neologism archive by comparing the currently existing neologism archiving system with the existing dictionary concept. In addition, this study serves as a reminder of the convenience and the contemporary social phenomena, such as smooth communication between generations, and the dissemination of inequality of information sharing. Lastly, this study aims to support experts with their research on neologisms for the social phenomenon.
