본 논문에서는 3차원 손 특징 데이터를 이용한 동작 인식 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 시스템은 3차원 센서에 의해 조밀한 범위의 영상을 생성하여 손 동작에 대한 3차원 특징을 추출하여 손 동작을 분류한다. 또한 다양한 조명과 배경하에서의 손을 견실하게 분할하고 색상 정보와 상관이 없어 수화와 같은 복잡한 손 동작에 대해서도 견실한 인식능력을 나타낼 수가 있다. 제안된 방법의 전체적인 순서는 3차원 영상 획득, 팔 분할, 손과 팔목 분할, 손 자세 추정, 3차원 특징 추출, 그리고 동작 분류로 구성되어 있고, 수화 자세에 대한 인식 실험으로 제안된 시스템의 효율성을 입증하였다.

The purpose of study is to examine the effects of family support on the life satisfaction of elderly with disabilities and provide a ground necessary to improve it. Research was conducted on 167 elderly with hearing, visual and physical disabilities aged over 60 who were living in Seoul and Pusan. Telephone survey, sign language and interview, in accordance with types of disability, were adopted to collect data effectively. That is telephone survey was used for elderly with visual impairment whereas face-to-face interview for physical impairment and sign language for hearing impairment by volunteers. Collected data were analyzed, using hierarchical regression analysis. This study utilized two different models, direct effect model and buffering effect of social support in order to examine the effects of familial support on the life satisfaction of elderly with disabilities. Research findings suggest that the level of life satisfaction appeared to be low in general among elderly with disabilities and emotional family support exerted a positive effect on life satisfaction. In addition, it is empirically supported that emotional family support buffered the negative effect of economic limitations on life satisfaction. In other words, the effects of economic limitations as stress factor decreased with the increase in the frequency of emotional support, however, the level of life satisfaction decreased at a mercy of the stress factor of economic limitations with the decrease in the frequency of emotional support. Finally, this paper attempted to provide some alternatives to effectively improve life satisfaction among elderly with disabilities based on empirical findings.

An important point of signs is how to design and deliver the contents to the viewers as a communication service tools. It needs to establish design guidelines with standardization and unified system to show their contents and images clearly like common language with visuality, attractivity and generality. These requisites are important for both aesthetics legibility and unified standards to maximize the effectiveness of pictograms for the use of the general public, who require systematic suggestion and management.

방송 서비스에 가입자 개념을 채택함으로써, IPTV 사업자는 가입자의 결제수준을 기반으로 다양한 등급의 서비스를 제공한다. 가입자로 부터의 수입을 기반으로 하여 IPTV 사업자는 고품질의 서비스를 제공 할 수 있게 된다. 웹 브라우저 기반의 IPTV는 TV 서비스와 더불어 T-커머스 및 E-커머스 서비스도 제공하므로, 사용자는 자주 인터넷 쇼핑이나, 서비스 콘텐츠를 구입하기위해 다른 서비스 도메인에 접속하게 된다. 사용자가 구매한 서비스나 개인적인 서비스를 제공하기위하여 해당 서비스 도메인은 사용자 인증을 요구하게 된다. 현존하는 인증시스템은 한 도메인에서 다른 도메인으로 사용자가 이동했을 경우 재인증 절차를 요구하므로, IPTV 환경에 적절하지 않다. SSO(Single sign-on)구조는 한번 인증된 사용자가 다른 서비스 도메인으로 이동했을 경우 재인증 절차를 요구하지 않는 투명한 인증 서비스를 제공한다. IPTV에서 인증이 필요한 다양한 서비스가 제공되므로, 결제가 필요한 도메인이나 개인 도메인으로 이동시에 이러한 투명한 인증 서비스가 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IPTV 환경에 대한 새로운 사용자 인증 구조를 제시하며, 이 구조는 XML 기반의 SSO 표준인 SAML(Security Assertion Markup Language)을 통합한다. 사용자-사례 시나리오를 이용하여 제안된 구조를 검증하였다.

디지털 기술에 의한 커뮤니케이션 환경은 시간과 공간을 초월한 가상의 공간에서 다양한 사람과 빠르고 쉽게 정보교환과 의사전달을 가능하게 하였다. 그리고 이러한 가상의 공간에 익숙해진 Net 세대들은 선형적인 텍스트 중심의 문자언어에 만족하지 못하고 자기구별과 드러내기 욕구를 표출하기 위하여 컴퓨터를 도구로 한 기호를 만들어 사용하기 시작했다. 그 중에서도 이모티콘은 젊은 세대를 중심으로 대중문화와 디지털 커뮤니케이션 환경이 접목되어 만들어진 새로운 형태의 시각기호인 동시에 메시지에 포함되어 있는 발신자의 감정을 전달할 수 있는 감성기호로서 의미작용과 역할을 하고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어의 발달 및 커뮤니케이션 환경의 변화와 대중문화 현상에 대한 문헌조사를 통해 사회현상과 이모티콘에 대한 상호 연관성 및 생성배경을 알아보고, 기존 활용되고 있는 이모티콘에 대한 조사 및 분석을 통해 기호학적 측면에서 이모티콘의 기호로서 의미작용과 역할 등을 비교 분석하여 새로운 감성기호로서 이모티콘에 대한 활용 가능성을 파악하였다. 연구 결과 Net세대들의 언어로서 이모티콘은 일반적인 기호의 역할처럼 의미작용을 통해 상호교류가 이루어지는 비언어적 기호로서 역할을 가능하게 하는 기호로 활용할 될 수 있음을 알 수 있었고, 가상의 공간에서뿐만 아니라 광고, 포스터, 잡지 및 기업이미지를 전달하는 CI 등 각종 다양한 매체에서 감성을 전달하는 기호로서 효과적으로 메시지 전달할 수 있는 기호로서 폭넓게 활용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 다만 아직까지 이모티콘은 다른 문자기호나 시각기호에 비하여 감성표현의 측면에서 강하지만, 보편적이고 대중적인 기호로 자리 잡기 위해서는 감정표현의 명확성, 메시지 이해의 편차, 메시지 내용전달의 효율성 등 보완점이 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 u-Learning 학습매체인 IT 기기와 웹 기반의 e-Learning 교육을 서로 호환할 수 있는 IT 직업교육과정을 개발하기 위해 청각장애인의 접근성에 대한 문제점과 개선 방안, 그리고 u-Learning 기반 차세대 IT 학습 매체로서의 교육적 활용 가능성에 대한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위해서 장애인 기관협회의 수화통역사 사전교육을 통하여 경북·대구광역시에 거주하는 100명의 청각장애인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이 연구를 통해 나타난 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 오프라인 컴퓨터 교육과 웹 기반의 e-Learning 교육에 대한 청각장애인에게 고려되어야 할 요소로는 청각장애인들을 위한 수화 동영상 및 자막 서비스를 제공해 주지 않는 점과 더불어 강의내용에 대한 청각장애인의 의미파악에 어려움으로 인해 학습효과가 낮아 수화통역이 가능한 교수와 꾸준한 상호협력 및 멘토링이 필요하며, 또한 자막의 크기와 색상 및 배치, 수화동영상의 크기와 배치 등의 청각장애인을 위한 사용자환경 설정 및 강의 내용과 자막서비스를 동시에 텍스트를 제공이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, u-Learning 학습매체인 IT 기기와 웹 기반의 e-Learning 교육을 서로 호환할 수 있는 IT 직업교육과정 개설 시 수업참여 여부가 74%로 나타나 청각장애인에게 높은 기대감을 보여 IT 직업교육과정 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, IT 직업교육과정을 수강하기 위한 선호하는 IT 기기로는 태블릿 PC가 가장 높았으며, IT직업 교육과정의 개설과목으로 IT 관련 자격증 과목개설을 가장 많이 선호하여 취업을 연계하기 위해서 컴퓨터 중급부터 고급과정까지 체계적으로 습득할 수 있는 IT 직업교육과정의 다양한 콘텐츠가 필요할 것이다.

The user has to subscribe to the library so that user use the library service. User has to register at that in order to use of the nearby another library. Moreover, service such as the inter-library loan and returning my loan book to other library in which the mutual cooperation between the library is needed necessity. But it services due to the constraint condition because of the administrative or technical problems. In this paper excludes the administrative element. The web service model is forming the cluster based on the mutual cooperation between the technologically adjacent public library and provides the technologically necessary single sign-on (SSO) in order to support the additional service. The single sign-on of the library which is concluded by this model using the security information exchange standard (Security Assertion Markup Language : SAML), it is processed by XML base. In using this model, the loan information is confirmed in the attribution in return service library and the model can utilize for the return of loan book in other library. It designs the single sign-on about it.

본 논문은 웹 서비스 표준을 이용하여 안전한 메시지 전송을 위한 웹서비스 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 싱글사인온 모듈과 SSL(Secure Socket Layer) 모듈과 안전한 메시지 모듈로 구성되어 있다. 이들 모듈들을 적용하기 위해 가격비교사이트를 대상모델로 하여 설계하였다. 싱글사인온 모듈은 SAML(Security Assertion Markup Language) 표준을 사용하였으며, 또한 권한부여와 인증을 제공한다. SSL 모듈은 종단 간에 메시지 암호화를 처리하기 때문에, 시스템의 메시지를 안전하게 전송한다. 또한 안전한 메시지 모듈은 웹 서비스 보안 표준을 따르는 XML암호화와 서명을 적용하였다.

The communication in a play has a dual structure, which is composed of the communications within a play and in a theatre space. This research focuses on the scene design that creates the background or the theme of a play and communicates theme of a play to the audience. A scene design of a theatre has meta-linguistic aspects, which is the image or mood as the theme of a play. The scene design is composed of various design elements of space and objects as the properties of a play. Design elements and the objects are the design languages in various form; plane, three-dimensional, multi-dimensional form. These design languages have the significant meanings as signs like human language. The play works chooses the rhetorical expression to arouse the audience's sympathy. The scene design is completed with rhetorical expression for communication in theatre too. This research defines the category of meanings that design elements of scene design can create and the rhetorical expression of the scene design language. King Lear directed by Robert G. Anderson was analyzed with the category of design elements as a sign and the pattern of the rhetorical expression. The scene design for a play is completed effectively by the rhetorical expression of design elements as the design language for the communication with the audience in theatre.
