중국 소수민족 이족의 채대 (A Study on the Traditional Sash of‘She’Ethnic Group in China)

  • This paper is focused on the traditional sash weaving handicraft of‘She’ethnic group, which is located in Fujian, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guangdong province of China. This research is main-ly based on the field work, analyzed and inter-preted the traditional sash in systematic and reasoned way. The summary of this study are as follows : 1. On its technological aspect, weaving structure of the traditional sash is made of warp rod backed weaving. The used tool is primitive one but the weaving process includes scientific method. 2. From the social-cultural point of view, the sash ha been the symbol of love towards her lover. Every woman of this group had taken training for this sash weaving from a child. 3. On its ethnological aspect, it has been long history and has interchanged with other ethnic group like Miao, Han and also Okinawa country of Japan. The pattern inside this sash are almost looks like characters, but they are not Chinese characters whereas are the inde-pendent code of‘She’ group and have been inherent from ancestors and which will be tran-smitted to their posterity. These independent code of‘She’group are the traditional message to their later generation implicating their natural circumstances, human relationship, ethnic myth, spirit etc. 4. I recognize that the pattern inside the sash is defined as the communicative code and in comparison to language, it is more repetition and less apparent as close code. Nowadays China has been developed es-pecially in the economical fields rapidly. Under the circumstances traditional weaving culture of ethnic groups has been facing a crisis of disappearance, which will be a great loss for the country as well as the human beings. For this reason, I emphasize that it is very immediate to make co-researches into the material culture of Chinese ethnic groups.

중국 내 한국인 유학생의 문화적응 스트레스, 진로 스트레스, 사회적 지지가 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Acculturative Stress, Career Stress, and Social Support on Depression in Korean International Students in China)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the level of acculturative stress, career stress, social support and depression, and identify factors affecting depression among Korean international students in China. Methods: Data were collected from 157 Korean students studying in undergraduate, graduate, students exchange programs and language training courses in G university, J university, and S university in G city, Guangdong Province, China, from September 1 to October 27, 2017. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple linear regression. Results: The mean acculturative stress was 62.24±18.08 out of 165, whereas the mean career stress was 65.47±19.79 out of 125. The mean social support was 95.03±14.64 out of 125, and the mean depression score was 13.83±9.24 out of 60. The factor that had the greatest effect on depression among the participants was acculturative stress (β=.26, p=.001), followed by career stress (β=.24, p=.002), frequency of weekly phone calls with family (β=.19, p=.006), source of tuition payment (β=.18, p=.009), and self-perceived health (β=.15, p=.040). The model explained 33% of the variance. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop depression prevention and management programs as well as a customized health promotion program that account for the factors identified to have an effect on depression, namely, acculturative stress, career stress, frequency of weekly phone calls with family, source of tuition payment, and self-perceived health, and increase awareness of depression among international students.

영어 문장 내 상이한 위치에 나타난 저성조 피치 액센트 연구 (A Study on Low Pitch Accent Produced in Different Locations in English Sentences)

  • Recent studies on English $L^*$ (low pitch accent) have revealed the difference of changes in acoustic manifestation between utterances produced by Koreans and those produced by native speakers of English. However, not much effort has been made to compare $L^*$ focused constituents and non-focused constituents. At the same time, most previous works on focus realization are lacking in terms of normalization of acoustic measurement. Therefore, this research is dedicated to comparing the $L^*$ focused items and non-focused items realized by Koreans and Americans and to examining the realization of English $L^*$ produced by the two language groups with improved normalization of the acoustic features (F0, intensity and duration). Within-group analysis comparing focused words and non-focused words showed both Americans and Koreans prolonged the $L^*$ focused syllables but the effect size of syllable lengthening made by Koreans was far less than that made by Americans. Furthermore, significant F0 lowering was found in Americans but not in Koreans. However, the effect of intensity change caused by $L^*$ focus was not significant within each group. The effect of focused words was tested between the two groups revealing that Koreans implemented English $L^*$ focus with higher F0, lower intensity and shorter duration than Americans. In the instances in which a significant Group x Focus Location (initial, middle and final of a sentence) interaction was found, further analysis testing the effect of Group on each Focus Location was conducted. The testing showed that the Koreans produced shorter syllables at initial and middle of a sentence and higher F0 at initial of a sentence than Americans. Implications for the intonation training were also discussed.

일러스트레이션 전공교육을 위한 교과과정 연구 (A Study on The Curriculum for illustration Major)

  • 이 논문은 일러스트레이션 전공교육을 위한 교과과정 개발이 주목적이다. 지난 30년 동안 일러스트레이션 분야는 양적으로나 질적으로 눈부시게 발전했으며 유형도 매우 다양해졌다. 최근에는 한국작가들의 작품이 국제적으로 인정된 단체에서 수상을 하는 등 나름대로의 성과도 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전문 일러스트레이터 양성을 위한 교육과정은 마련되지 않았다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 달라진 환경과 시대에 필요한 교과과정의 연구와 이에 걸맞는 교수진의 전문성 화보가 지름길이라고 생각한다. 시각언어인 일러스트레이션 교육의 핵심은 소통의 본질과 객관성 확보, 그리고 표현 방법론의 전문화이다. 또한 일러스트레이터 양성을 위한 기초조형교육은 매우 중요하지만 현재의 교육과정으로는 성과를 기대하기 어렵다. 양질의 일러스트레이션, 일러스트레이터의 배양을 위해서 독립된 장르의 위상에 맞는 교육과정 개발이 필요한 때이다. 아울러 이 졸고가 일러스트레이션 전공의 교육뿐만이 아니라 인접한 만화나 애니메이션 분야의 교육방법론으로도 접목될 수 있기를 바랄 뿐이다.

생의학 분야 학술 문헌에서의 이벤트 추출을 위한 심층 학습 모델 구조 비교 분석 연구 (A Comparative Study on Deep Learning Topology for Event Extraction from Biomedical Literature)

  • 최근 생의학 분야의 학술 문헌이 기하급수적으로 급증함에 따라 관련 분야 연구자들은 선행 연구 및 연구 동향 파악에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 효율적인 선행 연구 및 연구 동향 파악을 위한 정보 추출 기술이 요구되며, 학술 문헌의 정보 추출을 위한 개체인식 및 개체 간의 생의학 이벤트 추출 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 이에 심층 학습(Deep Learning)의 기법 중 하나인 컨볼루션 네트워크(Convolutional Neural Networks, CNN) 모델을 기반으로 이벤트 내의 개체 유형 정보의 적용 위치와 함께, 이벤트 식별 및 분류를 고려하여 총 8가지의 모델을 구성하여 실험하였다. 실험 결과, 본 연구에서 제안하는 모델 중 최고성능을 보인 개체 유형 완전연결 모델이 이벤트 분류 실험에서 F-점수 72.09%의 높은 성능을 보였으나, 이벤트 추출 실험에서는 학습 컬렉션의 불균형 문제 및 이벤트 식별 모델의 성능 저조 등으로 인하여 F-점수 21.81%의 비교적 저조한 성능을 보였다.

국내 기공관련 무작위 임상연구에 대한 현황 검토 (Systematic review on the Randomized Controlled Clinical Trials of Qigong in the Korean Journals)

  • Background : Qigong is an energy-healing intervention used to prevent and cure ailments and to improve health through regular practice. Although qigong-neither itself nor its postulated mechanism of action-are within the paradigm of modern Western medical science, its effects on the human body could be possible. Objectives : This study aims to review the bibliography, biological responses and therapeutic effects of Qigong. In the process, this review will grasp trends in this field of studies and will direct further researches into the right direction. Method : The computerized Korean databases were searched from their respective inceptions up to January 2008. The search terms used were 'qi', 'qigong', 'doin', 'training', 'bioenergy', 'life nurturing' and random or Korean language terms related to qigong. Several specialized journals were also manually searched for relevant articles. Result : Since the 1990s, Qigong papers in the Korean Literature are increased. The articles on Korean traditional medicine had been published more than those on physical education or nursing etc. However, since the majority of the trials determine questionnaire, it was difficult to determine the efficacy of a specific intervention. The methodological quality of the trials was generally low (Jadad score: mean, 1.3; range, 1 to 4), questioning their reliability. Conclusions : More profound studies for Qigong are needed. Further rigorous clinical trials with more objective outcome measures that include sham procedures should be performed. Specifically, we think it should be clinical studies and qualitative research methods for evaluation are needed.

Published 152 papers on Korean medicine were more than Physical education and Nursing. 78 papers published in The Journal of Korean Academy of medical Gi-gong are the best in many areas related to Korean medicine. Most people have submitted papers related to Qigong was Lee Gi-nam. The depth study for the each Qigong is needed. Specifically, I think it should be a clinical studies and qualitative research methods for evaluation are needed.

The search terms used were 'Gi(氣, Qi)', 'Gigong(氣功, Qigong)', 'Doin(導引)', 'Training', 'Bioenergy', 'life nurturing' and random or Korean language terms related to Gigong. Several specialized journals were also manually searched for relevant articles. Result : Since the 1990's, Gigong papers in the Korean Literature is increased. Clinical research studies are among the most control design study. Research subjects are less patient than the general public. The most common treatment disease was Musculo-skeletal disorder Conclusions : The depth study for the each Gigong(氣功, Qigong) is needed. Specifically, I think it should be a clinical studies and qualitative research methods for evaluation are needed.

  • 지식정보화 사회에서는 보편적인 지식의 습득과 활용을 넘어 기존의 정보를 창의적으로 재활용하는 능력을 요구하고 있다. 반면 현재의 컴퓨터 교육은 소프트웨어의 활용교육에 그치고 있어 다양하고 창의적인 사고를 신장시키기 위한 교육으로는 적합하지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 7차 교육과정에서 교육목표로 다루고 있는 창의성이라는 주제와 학교현장에서 아동들에게 쉽게 접목시킬 수 있는 프로그래밍 언어로 로고와 스크래치를 선택, 분석하여 적용 가능한 교육 자료로 개발하고 현장에서 적용시켜 교차 분석하여 보았다. 그리고 각 언어가 학생들의 창의성 영역에 미치는 영향을 비교 분석하여 본 결과 두 언어 모두 창의성 신장에 도움이 되었다. 특히 로고는 창의성 영역 중 유창성 영역에, 스크래치는 추상성과 저항 영역에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

사범대학 글로벌 교육 확대와 교육 국제개발협력 효과 증대 방안 일고 (Enhancing Global Teacher Education and International Educational Development Cooperation)

  • 세계화 시대 대학의 국제화는 인적 교류 그리고 다양한 국제이해, 다문화 교육 등의 교과 개설로 나타나고 있다. 사범대학의 국제화는 대내적으로 다문화 가정, 외국인, 외국 생활 경험 학생의 증가, 대외적으로 개발도상국에서 한국의 교육분야 개발협력에 대한 높은 수요에 비해 교육전문가의 참여가 저조한 상황이어서 글로벌 전문성을 갖춘 교사를 양성하는 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다. 그러나 사범대학은 국제화 노력이 타 대학에 비해 상대적으로 부족하고, 한국의 교육분야 국제개발협력이 직업교육에 치중하여 기초 교육 강화의 국제사회 목표와는 거리가 있고 교육전문가의 활용이 미미하다는 지적을 받고 있다. 따라서 사범대학 교육 과정에 글로벌 교육을 포함시키고 예비교사 교육실습을 개발도상국 현지에서 실시해 교육 개발협력의 전문성을 향상시킨다면 사범대학의 글로벌 역량을 강화하고 교육 국제개발협력의 효과를 높이는 호혜적 결과를 가져올 것으로 세계화 시대 교육분야 국제화 방안으로 고려해 볼 수 있다.
