다문화가정 맞춤형 영양교육 프로그램과 운영시스템 개선을 위한 질적 연구 : 프로그램 제공자 측면 (Qualitative Study on Improvement of Operating System and Tailored Nutrition Education Program for Marriage Immigrants to Korea: Program Providers' Perspective)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status of nutrition education programs for multicultural families and to provide policy suggestions for improvement. Methods: In-depth interviews of a total of 21 multicultural experts were conducted; 15 people were interviewed individually, while 6 people were interviewed in groups of three. Results: In-depth interviews revealed various problems related to the operation of nutrition education programs. The causes of problems were analyzed and categorized as four factors: systemic, practical, environmental and cultural. As for the systematic factors, insufficient linkage between related organizations and duplicate performance of several projects were identified as concerns Establishment of a control tower and strengthening the linkage among the related organizations may be needed to address this concern. With regard to practical factors, the study identified that language barriers, and lack of nutritional education media and tools translated into multicultural languages were limiting factors. These limitations the development of nutrition education materials that aretranslated into multiple languages, implementation of education programs that are different from the Korean education, and by providing interpreters. As for the environmental factors, low educational level and poor nutritional knowledge of multicultural women made it difficult for them to understand the contents of the education. Demonstration, practical training and urgent education on pregnancy and childbirth nutrition were identified as needs to address these concerns. Withregard to cultural factors, food culture conflict with Korean families, and difficulties in home practices were detected as concerns. Participants in the study suggested that getting education with family and facilitation of weekend and nighttime programs health of this community. Conclusions: Further studies are needed to adopt more effective and efficient nutrition intervention to promote the healthy eating of the married immigrant women based on the study results.

농업분야 무인항공기(UAV) 활용 연구동향 분석 (Research Trend Analysis of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) Applications in Agriculture)

  • Recently, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV, Drone) are highly regarded for their potential in the agricultural field, and research and development are actively conducted for various purposes. Therefore, in this study, to present a framework for tracking research trends in UAV use in the agricultural field, we secured a keyword search strategy and analyzed social network, a methodology used to analyze recent research trends or technological trends as an analysis model applied. This study consists of three stages. As a first step in data acquisition, search terms and search formulas were developed for experts in accordance with the Keyword Search Strategy. Data collection was conducted based on completed search terms and search expressions. As a second step, frequency analysis was conducted by country, academic field, and journal based on the number of thesis presentations. Finally, social network analysis was performed. The analysis used the open source programming language 'Python'. Thanks to the efficiency and convenience of unmanned aerial vehicles, this field is growing rapidly and China and the United States are leading global research. Korea ranked 18th, and bold investment in this field is needed to advance agriculture. The results of this study's analysis could be used as important information in government policy making.

디지털시대에 플립드 러닝을 활용한 학습자 맞춤형 소프트웨어 교육 방안 연구 (A Study on Customized Software Education method using Flipped Learning in the Digital Age)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 프로그래밍을 처음 접하는 학습자들의 어려움을 파악하여 비전공 대학생들을 위한 대학 교양기초 소프트웨어교육 운영 방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 다양한 전공자들로 구성된 H 대학의 파이썬 프로그래밍 수업에서 수업시간 전 온라인으로 제출한 수강생들의 질문과 수업 후 설문조사를 통하여 체감난이도와 체감이해도를 분석하였다. 비전공자들을 위한 효율적인 수업을 위해 플립드 수업으로 진행하였으며, 오프라인 수업에서는 사전질문을 활용한 학습자 맞춤형 피드백 방식 강의로 진행하였다. 분석결과 프로그래밍 수업을 처음 접하는 학습자들을 위해서는 컴퓨터 언어의 기본개념을 배우기 전에 교육과정 초반에 문제 파악을 통한 논리적인 추상화 과정을 배정하고, 코딩 실습 전에 단원마다 그에 대한 이해를 돕는 상향식(bottom-up) 문제풀이를 통한 충분한 연습이 필요하다. 또한, 학습자의 전공계열 및 수업 내용과 학습자의 진행 단계를 반영한 정밀한 교육과정 설계가 선행되어야 한다.

기관 내외 교육과 어머니의 영어교육 신념이 유아의 영어 흥미에 미치는 영향: 일반유치원과 영어학원 유치부의 비교 (Effects of Education and Mothers' Perceptions regarding English Education on Preschoolers' Interests in Learning English: A Comparison between General Kindergartens and English Immersion Institutes)

  • This study investigated children's interests in learning English, affected by educational activities in and out of institutes, and mothers' perceptions regarding early childhood English education. We recruited, 253 mothers of 3- to 5-year-old children in either general kindergartens or English immersion institutes. They answered questions on socioeconomic status, perceived interest in English by their children, their perceptions regarding early childhood English education, and English education outside institutes. In addition, 42 English teachers provided information within institutes such as class time per week, teacher-pupil rate, and language use policy during class. The collected data were analyzed through SPSS 22 for frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, independent t-test, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, the two groups were in distinct learning environment. Second, mothers' perceptions and outside-institute activities were significantly different between the two groups. Third, the English interests of children at both institutes were influenced by mothers' worries and at-home English interactions. Fourth, education within institutes did not affect both group's English interests. Fifth, private education and socioeconomic status did not affect both group's English interests. Lastly, only the children's interests in English immersion institutes were affected by gender and mother's perceived necessities. Focusing children's interests, this study helps in understanding young children's affective aspects regarding learning English. The findings are expected to be a guideline for each home and institute to increase children's interest in learning English.

안드로이드 환경에서 개인정보 처리방침의 투명성 확보방안에 관한 연구: GDPR을 기반으로 (A Study on the Methods for Ensuring the Transparency of the Privacy Policies in Android Environment: Based on General Data Protection Regulation)

  • 본 연구는 EU 회원국에서 상위권을 차지하는 안드로이드 애플리케이션 50개에 대한 개인정보처리방침을 분석하여, EU 일반 개인정보 보호법(GDPR)이 규정하는 투명성 확보방안을 제시하였다. WP29 작업반에서 제시한 투명성 관련 지침을 참고하여, 개인정보처리의 투명성 확보를 위한 요소를 도출하고, 각 요소에 대한 단계별 확인 절차를 거쳤다. 그 결과, 현재 구글플레이스토어와 애플리케이션에서 각각 제공하고 있는 개인정보처리방침을 일원화하고, 개인정보처리방침을 설명하는 내용을 좀 더 이해하기 쉬운 표현으로 기술할 필요성이 제기되었다. 또한, 신속한 정보 제공 및 컨트롤러의 정보 기재 등이 개선될 필요가 있음이 제시되었다. 본 연구는 GDPR 5조 개인정보처리원칙 7가지 중 하나인 투명성의 원칙에 기반을 두어 분석하였으며, 향후 실질적인 준수를 통해 EU의 GDPR에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있는 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

한·중 한자교육 비교 (A Comparative Study of the Chinese Characters education in Korea and China)

  • The Hanja used in Korean are traditional Chinese characters, but what Chinese people use now is simplified characters. So, there are differences in pronunciation and meaning between the characters used by Korean and Chinese. More than 70% of the Korean language vocabulary derived from or were influenced by hanja. For the inheritance and development of traditional culture,and for the communication among countries of the Chinese characters cultural circle in Northeast Asia, should we build up an authentic Chinese education system. But the government hasn't pay much attention to this work, and the government's policy can't implement the efficient education. Consequently, in these days, there are more and more Korean people who are functionally illiterate in Chinese. Recently, proficiency tests of Chinese characters are expected to promote the development of Chinese education. But, most Koreans' motives for Chinese study are usually to pass the college entrance exam or to compete for jobs. However, after passing the test, the motive for studying gradually fade away. It is the basic problem faced by Korean Chinese character education. Since the 1950s, various character education methods have been studied in China, the research results were appliedin their textbooks and other materials. Therefore, a well-organized and efficient learning-by-step education system was built up. At present, China's literacy education in the textbooks utilizes a range of methods including revisional centralized and distributed. Unfortunately, there is still one shortcoming worthy of concerns: how to solve the problems due to the simplification of traditional Chinese characters? Is it possible to revive traditional Chinese characters? Before adopting the results of research on China's literacy education and applying them to our character education, we should consider our specific situation carefully. Adopting the research results with cautious review and objective criticism should have a positive impact on Korean Chinese character education.

영화콘텐츠의 예술적 상징표현 분석연구 영화 "로마(2018)"을 중심으로 (Analysis of Artistic Symbol Expression of Movie Contents Focused on the film "Roma(2018)")

  • 시대정신을 함유하고 사회와 역사를 통해 인간을 고찰하며 삶과 현 세대를 자각케 하는 예술적 완성도가 높은 영화의 구성과 상징표현 그리고 스타일 등을 분석하여 그 내적 의미와 철학의 표현을 분석하는 것은 대중예술로서 영화에 있어 매우 뜻 깊으며 가치 있는 연구 일 것이다. 영화 로마는 절제하고 감추고 생략함으로써 대중들의 마음 속 빈틈을 파고들고 절제되었으며, 흑백영화로써 색감도 감췄다. 인종, 자본, 사회적으로 억압된 역사와 가정부로 살아가는 일상의 아이러니한 메시지를 표현하는 상징적 이미지를 통한 미학적 시도를 많이 발견할 수 있다. 많은 대조를 통한 상징적 표현과 사물을 통한 상징적 표현을 영화 속에 그려내며 자신만의 작가주의적인 영상언어를 구사하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이러한 예술적 가치를 함유한 상업 영화의 분석은 예술영화의 나아갈 바에 대한 척도와 작가주의적 표현기법의 선례로 향후 작품 제작에 있어 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

사용자 경험 디자인의 사용자 중심성에 대한 의미 확장 연구 (A Study on the Meaning Extension of User-Centeredness in UX Design)

  • 연구 목적은 20대 금융 애플리케이션 사용자의 비대면 글말 용언으로부터 사용자 경험 디자인(UX)의 확장 의미를 추출하는 데 있다. 연구 범위는 20대 남녀 20명의 비대면 글말 일상 언어이며, 연구 방법은 사용자의 용언을 중심으로 사용 속성을 범주화(Categories)하여 20대 사용자 중심의 의미를 도출하는 것이다. 연구 결과 20대 금융 플랫폼 애플리케이션 사용자의 사용 의미는 통합의 의미, 신뢰의 의미, 지속의 의미, 정보 인지와 정보 접근의 의미로 요약되었다. 또한, 사용자의 사용 속성은 보안성, 친숙성, 접근성, 작동 편이성, 시인성으로 집약되었다. 각각의 속성은 보안, 정보, 브랜드, 디자인과 융합된 의미 범주에서 나타났다. 종합하면, 용언 중심의 사용자 의미 분석은 기존의 객관적 의미 분별 측정에서 파악할 수 없었던 사용성 평가 문제를 보완하는데 효과적임을 알 수 있었다.

방전가공기의 효율적인 아크 검출과 제어방법 (Efficient Arc Detection and Control Method in Electro-discharge Machining)

  • 방전 현상을 에너지로 이용하여 금속을 가공하는, 특히 초경 및 난삭 소재의 가공과 정밀가공에 효과적인 방전가공 시 빠른 가공속도와 향상된 정밀도 및 면조도를 달성하기 위하여 효율적인 아크의 검출과 제어방법에 대해 연구하였다. 단일 방전 파형을 Td(Time-Delay), Ton(Time-on), Toff(Time-off)의 세 가지 구간으로 나누어 HDL 언어를 이용하여 게이트 제어 타이밍을 시뮬레이션 하고, 실제 방전가공기에 적용하여 파형을 실측하였으며, 비교기 회로를 통한 Td 구간의 샘플링을 통해 서보기구의 동작을 결정함으로써 전극과 가공물 간의 간격 제어와 가공 결과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 형성되는 파형의 Td 구간을 보다 정밀하게 고속으로 샘플링하여 이를 토대로 전극과 가공물 간의 gap 제어에 적용하였을 때 보다 향상된 결과를 나타내었다.

On Advantages and Disadvantages of Compulsory Major Convergence

  • The government has proposed a development model for universities to strengthen the capacity of the College of Humanities as part of the university restructuring policy in line with the trend of the times, and encouraged each university to voluntarily induce the establishment of the humanities development plan through financial support under their own individual conditions. With the decline in the school-age population due to the declining fertility rate, the rapid change in the industrial structure has highlighted the decline in the employment rate of the students of the humanities. Therefore, the government is implementing university grading based on the results of the university structural reform evaluation, and pressing low-grade universities through reduction of capacity and reduction of support. In the course of this change, universities have designated the College of Humanities as the primary target of integration with other majors or and its disintegration. This study examines the direction of the government's attempt to change the humanities in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and suggests a precedent example during the reform of the humanities college. If the humanities college is integrated with practical studies such as management, design, IT, CT, and engineering, the strengths of the humanities can be highlighted. However, the results of this study suggest that many variables such as consideration of students' aptitudes and interests in the integration process of majors, autonomy in major selection, understanding between departments integrated, and demand for a single major before integration or disintegration should be considered. In addition, an example of a local private university shows that the hasty attempt to integrate or disintegrate the humanities can rather lead to various educational harms.
