슈퍼 그래픽의 이미지와 선호성 분석에 관한 연구 -시각디자인 요 소를 중심으로- (Studies on the Analysis of Super Graphic Image and Preference -with Visual Design Element-)

  • The purpose of this thesis is to suggest objective basic data for the super graphics in the urban landscape through the quantitative visual quality analysis. For this, the image structure of super graphics have been measured mainly by questionnaries and semantic differential scle method and analyzed by the method of factor analysis, means and multiple regression. Degree of visual preference have been measured mainly by questionnaries and likert attitude scale method and finaly these data have been analyzed by using the stepwise method. The data were collected by presenting 12 super graphics photographs-4 each sample pictures from the 3 each selected districts representing typical urban landscape style(central business district, shopping district, apartment complex). Observer groups were categorized as professionals, students, the others. Result of this thesis can be summarized as fallows: 1. From all 12(3${\times}$4) sample super graphics, the value of each semantic differential scale among the observer groups were presented significant group difference. But no significant difference of the S.D. scale value were observed among central business district, shopping district and apartment complex super graphics. 2. For all experimental points, 4 types of factor have been observed. Factors covering the image of super graphics were found to be the evaluation, the intimacy, the potentiality and the tidiness. 3. Main factors of the super graphics image and factors indicating the group variations yielded high significance between areas. 4. The harmony with surrounding environment, the proper selection of super graphics subject yielded high values for all groups. Especially, the good color sense with building was the most important variable determining the degree of visual preference. 5. The urban C.B.D. super graphics obtained 5∼12 ranks of regional visual preference and the shopping district super graphics obtained 2∼11 ranks, and apartment complex super graphics obtained 1∼7 ranks.

Landscape Function and Tourism Industry: A Case Study of Moc Chau Plateau, Vietnam

  • Tourism is not only a cultural service but also a resource consuming industry. Landscape function framework is a powerful tool to show the relationship between nature and people. This study collects 50 documents around the world to analyze the relationship between the 4 functional groups of the landscape (regulatory functions, production and supply functions, resident functions, information and entertainment functions) and the tourism industry. On that basis, we created an establishment for practical contact analysis of the goods and services of the landscape for tourism development in Moc Chau plateau, Vietnam. Research results show that tourism is an economic sector that benefits from the landscape and has a clear resource orientation. Moc Chau plateau has rich tourism resources and has the conditions to develop various types of tourism, especially cultural tourism based on community and resort tourism. The two cultural functions and the providing functions are the two most important functional groups for the tourism development of Moc Chau district, bringing the two most important tourism icons for Moc Chau, a green steppe, cool milk benevolent and also a district rich in national culture. From these conclusions, the authors give recommendations and notable points about landscapes in the tourism industry, especially in places with topography like Moc Chau.

농촌마을 종합개발 사업의 어메니티 자원 활용에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Application of Amenity Resources for a Rural Community Development Project)

  • 본 연구는 농촌 활성화를 위한 국가 지원 사업 중 농촌 마을 종합 개발 사업을 대상으로 하였다. 기본계획 수립을 통해 실행되고 있는 권역의 사업내용에 대한 지역별, 연도별 분류를 통해 사업 내용을 분석함으로써 진행된 사업의 내용 및 자원현황을 파악하고 사업내용에 따른 어메니티 자원 활용 정도에 대한 연구를 실시하였다. 농촌마을종합개발 사업의 어메니티 자원 활용도 분석을 위하여 7년간(2005~2011) 229개 권역의 사업특성과 자원현황에 대한 내용분석(Contents Analysis)을 실시하였다. 전체 사업은 Excel로 권역명과 사업유형, 세부사업 등 229개 권역의 전수조사를 통해 코딩하는 과정을 거쳤다. 이러한 과정을 거쳐 7개년도의 사업내용과 지역별 사업내용 등 보다 세부적인 분류를 시도하였다. 연구 결과, 전체적인 권역의 시설물자원이 가장 많이 활용되고 있지만 전체적으로 환경관리와 관련된 자원의 활용도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 연도별 사업을 통한 어메니티 자원 활용에 대한 변화 추이를 살펴보면 환경관리 자원, 동식물 자원, 수자원을 활용한 사업은 지속적으로 감소하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있었다. 지역별 사업을 통한 어메니티 자원 활용에 대한 변화 추이를 살펴보면 전라북도와 경상북도에서 가장 높은 비율을 나타내고 있었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 특정한 자원에 집중되어 활용되고 있는 어메니티 자원에 대한 다양한 활용의 필요성이 나타나고 있었고 특히 농촌의 지속가능한 개발을 위한 환경관리에 대한 자원 활용이 요구되어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • This paper takes the Pingjiang historical and cultural district of Suzhou city as an example, collects 1439 visitor review data from Ctrip.com with the help of Python technology, and uses web text analysis to conduct research on high-frequency words, semantic networks and emotional tendencies to comprehensively assess the tourist perception of the Grand Canal heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscape, historical and cultural accumulation, and the style of Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the tourists' perception of Pingjiang historical and cultural district; tourists hold strong positive emotion towards Pingjiang Road, however, there is still more room for renovation and improvement of the historical and cultural district. Finally, countermeasure suggestions for improving the tourist perception of the Grand Canal heritage are given in terms of protection first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.

도시공원녹지의 입지별 토양특성이 곰솔의 형성층 전기저항에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Soil Environments by Location on the Cambium Electric Resistance of Pinus thunbergii in Urban Park and Open Space)

  • The purpose of this study is to propose rational methods in order to maintain vegetation condition and soil environment based on the analysis of tree growth in relation to the soil environment, which is one of the most significant environmental factors on vegetation condition in urban parks and open spaces. The result of the study can be described as below;The soil on every study site had strong acidity. In particular, study sites around industrial district and central business district showed extreme soil acidity. Therefore, soil management system is needed in urban parks and green spaces around those areas. Among Cambium Electric Resistance classified by locations of urban parks and open spaces, one in the costal area was the lowest. The Cambium Electric Resistance in the industrial area was the highest. Therefore, soil condition and locational environment in the industrial area are highly related to the Cambium Electric Resistance. Among the factors, which affect Cambium Electric Resistance in different locations, inorganic content was found to be the main factor in all of the study sites. Inorganic content was an important factor to the Cambium Electric Resistance in study sites located in industrial and central business districts. In the study sites located in costal area, Soil acidity was found to be other important factors that affect Cambium Electric Resistance. To improve the soil acidity, soil buffering ability should be improved from activating microorganisms in the soil by using lime and organic material, Since it takes a long time to make a change in the soil structure, well planed maintenance system is required by mid-term or long-term plans.

도시하천경관복원 접근방법에 관한 고찰- 청계천 복원사업을 사례로 - (A Consideration on the Approach of Urban Stream Landscape Restoration - The Case of the Chungkye Stream Restoration Project -)

  • In the 1960s, polluted urban streams were covered and paved in concrete. Rivers became sewers buried under road. As a result, wildlife habitat was lost and the open stream space was gone. In the 1990s, there was a movement for restoring urban streams to enhance the quality of life of inhabitants. Chungkye Stream, whose covering began from early 1950s and ended in 1977, is now in the process of restoration together with the Central Business District (CBD) Redevelopment Plan. However, as the construction proceeds, several problems were raised, and serious controversies resulted. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the validity of the approach of the Chungkye Stream Restoration Project through a literature survey and a site survey, and to present the improved alternative. Ultimately, the study aims to contribute to present references or guidelines for similar urban stream restoration projects. The Chungkye Stream Restoration Project has some of the following problems. First, the construction should be done based on the long-term urban redevelopment plan. Second, the construction period should be extended to restore urban streams. Third, the cultural asset conservation plan should be implemented. In order to fulfill the anticipated purpose, the above mentioned problems need to be solved.

An Introduction of Park-Based Mixed Use District around Urban Large Parks and Green Spaces - With Special Reference to the Application of Landscape Urbanism to Mixed-Use Development -

  • The 21st century is currently undergoing an era of urban regeneration. The purpose of this research is to secure and expand the green infrastructure with zoning regulation in the context of urban regeneration. This objective also seeks a way of urban regeneration through the use of existing large parks by employing park-based mixed use districts around the periphery of large urban parks and green spaces. This research examines the limits, problems of existing single- and mixed-use zoning districts for securing of green infrastructure by book review. This research finally advocates introducing a another type of urban mixed-use districts, namely park-based mixed use district and its characteristics and functions, by using landscape ecology and landscape urbanism as a theoretical basis. The results of this research suggested that large parks and green spaces should be considered as one of patch in landscape ecology. This research also discusses the possibility that, as patches have ecotones with greater biodiversity in the peripheral areas of it, the green infrastructure can be constructed around the periphery of large urban large parks and green spaces by introducing cultural ecotone of nature's convergence with the city. As a result, the green infrastructure and high density of land use and using behaviour can be increased. Park-based mixed use districts encourage the convergence of parks and the city, with the park being used as the main function; residential, commercial, business and cultural uses etc. are partial functions. In order for the park-based mixed use districts to be designated, the size of large urban parks and green spaces, as well as location, city function and condition of the peripheral areas all need to be considered. The necessity to examine the designated width of the park-based mixed use districts and the form of the peripheral area was also discussed. This research, which is based on investigative research results, suggests that further in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the actual condition of urban large parks and peripheral areas needs to be completed. Specialists and other interested parties, analysis and investigation on related plans and designs are also needed for the institutional practice.

중심상업지역 근린공원의 공간적 입지특성과 이용행태 분석 (An Analysis of Locational Characteristics and User Behavior of Neighborhood Parks in Central Business District)

  • 상업지역 내에 위치한 공원은 이용행태가 일반적인 근린공원과 다를 수 있으며, 인근 상업시설의 영향을 배제할 수 없다. 본 논문은 중심상업지역에 위치한 근린공원을 대상으로 주변 현황과 여건 변화에 의해 나타나는 공원 이용행태의 특성을 규명하여 추후 공원 조성이나 재정비 시 필요한 개선점 및 보완사항을 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 국채보상운동기념공원과 2.28기념 중앙공원은 인근 지역의 지가가 높고 노후화된 건축물이 적은 반면, 경상감영공원 주변 지역은 지가의 하락과 함께 상업시설이 전반적으로 쇠퇴한 것으로 조사되었으며, 이용자의 연령대는 젊은 층보다 노년층이 많이 분포하는 것으로 나타났다. 공원의 이용목적에 있어 세 공원 모두 공원 내 시설을 직접 이용하기보다는 주변 상업시설 이용과 관련된 간접적인 형태가 많았으며, 공원이용자의 계층적 특성이 주변 상업시설 이용자와 유사한 특성을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 공원 이용만족도를 결정하는 요인은 각 공원의 특성 및 이용계층의 차이에 따라 다르게 나타났으며, 이에 공원 조성 및 정비에 있어 공원 외부 환경의 변화에 따른 이용계층의 영향을 필히 고려한 계획이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

항구 가로경관의 기호학적 분석 - 영덕군 강구항을 중심으로 - (A Semiotic Study on Streetscape in Harbor - With A Special Reference to Gang-Gu Harbor of Young-Duk Gun -)

  • 본 연구는 문화현상을 기호의 체계로 설명할 수 있다는 기호론의 기본개념을 근거로 항구의 가로경관에 대한 특성을 밝히고자 한다. 항구경관의 인공적 요소들 중에서 가로경관을 구성하는 중요한 요소들을 문화현상을 전달하는 기호로 보았다. 기호학적 접근방식은 경관분석 과정에서 심리적 요인에 영향을 받기 때문에 경관의 물리적 특성을 이해하는데 주로 이용되었다. 연구대상지의 가로는 영덕군 강구항의 강구리와 오포리 가로이다. 가로의 간판 문자언어를 업종에 따라서는 17개의 업종으로, 의미론적으로는 13개의 의미로 분류하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주된 업종으로는 음식업이 강구리가 56.3%, 오포리는 61.8%를 차지하고 있었다. 둘째로, 강구항 가로의 기호론적 의미는 주로 지역의 장소를 뜻하고, 사람들이 쉽게 부르고 기억하기 좋은 애칭을 뜻한다. 음식업종이 가장 많은 것은 이 지역 특산물인 영덕대게와 밀접한 관계가 있을 것으로 본다. 또한 지역의 이름은 영덕대게의 상징성으로부터 나온 것이며, 사람들의 애칭은 판매고를 높이는 것과 관련된 것으로 사료된다. 끝으로 기호학적 접근은 가로경관의 전부를 포괄할 수는 없지만, 항구도시의 가로경관의 골격을 이해할 수 있는 언어적 도구라는 점에서 매우 유용할 것으로 보인다.
