  • After Landscape Act was enacted, as awareness of landscape has increased and the need of expanding targets of landscape design review and improving landscape examination in terms of quality, this study aims to describe a technique of creating three dimensional landscape simulation model which is used for landscape design review. For this, the author of this study conducted analysis in terms of function and use of programs and compatibility with programs to find a way of creating models with the most efficient and optimum process. For creation of landscape simulation models, initial creation is important but in case that changes occur by operator changing or discussing development plans, rapid correction and change are needed. Therefore, this study described how to build more accrurate and efficient simulation at initial review and how to create a landscape simulation model for rapid response to changed plans during reconsideration.

  • The study is to probe a technical alternative to enhance the reliability and accuracy of the results of various landscape simulations. This study to present technical criteria that are necessary in each stage of target site analysis, picture taking, and computer synthesis and, through these to present supplementary plans to enhance the reliability and accuracy of landscape simulations. In order to derive more practical and empirical results in terms of the reliability of the results of landscape simulations, examples that actually passed landscape review were selected. With regard to study process, an analysis was made first to analyze the landscape report data of designs that passed the review to analyze their characteristics, to be followed by an integrated analysis of problems that were revealed in various landscape simulations. Important factors that affect directly the work of landscape simulations such as the specification of camera lenses that were used in picture taking, distance, and angle. Design the work was carried out using Auto CAD, 3DS Max, and Photoshop program in the same way as in actual design. For verification of their accuracy and reliability, the results were entrusted to experts who have implemented similar jobs. To seduce differences from those too landscape simulations that conduct trial experiment of the virtual space that are to be created in the future with accurate numerical values.

인터넷과 슬라이드를 이용한 경관평가방법의 비교 (A Comparison of Landscape Evaluation between the Internet and Slide Method)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate and compare the validity and the reliability of the visual simulation method using the internet. For this. the evaluation of the artificial and natural landscape through the medium of color slides are compared with the internet survey. Data is analysed through the comparison of t-test between the two media by landscape type, and spatial image is analysed by factor analysis algorithm. Principle component analysis using Varimax Method is applied for extraction and factor rotation respectively. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; There are no statistical differences between the two methods with artificial and natural landscape in the total data that included second tests. Factors covering the spatial image are found to be \`aesthetic\`, \`spatial shape\`, and \`familiarity\`. Total variance is obtained as 66.4%. There are no statistical differences between the two methods in 2/3 of the cases. In the case of far view of artificial landscape, the results of the t-test show that the two methods are exactly the same. Especially in the case of the artificial far landscape shows no difference of all factors between two methods. There are no differences between first and second tests of the same media and the same landscape type. And it shows the reliability of this method. These results suggest that the probability that the internet can be used as a medium of landscape evaluation and gathering information on anyone\`s landscape image. Simulation techniques with the internet survey method should be further developed for practical application.

'열린경관'과 '가려진경관'의 이미지와 선호도 비교 - 패럴랙스(Parallax) 효과 유무를 중심으로 - (The Image and Preference Comparison between 'Opened Landscape' and 'Filtered Landscape' - Focused on With and Without Parallax Effect -)

  • The purpose of this study is not only to compare between 'Opened Landscape' and 'Filtered Landscape' image and preference but also to suggests a guide line of planting design for progressive realization. For this, the image structures of photo-sketch simulation for parallax landscape have been investigated by Semantic Differential scale(S.D. scale) and the Factor analysis. The results could be summarized as follows. The results of S.D. scale values for landscape through parallax were greater than non-parallax landscape. The scenes through parallax were better preferred to direct view. Thus the results of photo-sketch simulation test support the expected hypothesis that the visual environment of complexity and variety is closely correlated with the parallax effect and monotonous or non-parallax environment, and parallax effect on close view more bigger than the distant view. Factors covering the spatial image of parallax landscape were found to be seven and Total values were 60.35 %. The most important factors determining the parallax effect were Factors I 'depth of space' and VI 'expectation of space and interest'. An outstanding view must be handled properly to be preserved or accentuated. In this sense, the parallax spatial beauty with tree could be improved through the visual aspects of plan arrangements and the progressive realization appeared to be one effective design technique for landscape planning and design.

자연 휴양림 내 건축물의 시각적 영향에 관한 연구 - 조령산자연휴양림을 대상으로 - (A Study on the Visual Effect of Building in the Recreation Forest - The Case of Joryongsan Recreation Forest -)

  • The aim of this study was to explain the relationship between the landscape organization and evaluating factors to harmonize the buildings with natural landscape using the landscape simulation models (near view less than $100{\cal}m$) controled the distance and obtain some knowledges about the introduction of buildings into the recreation forest. Through this study, the results were summarized as follow ;1) As the distance got to be near, the evaluation of comprehensive scenery and natural quality became low. 2) At the view points according to the distance the clear landscape organization showed a high value of scenery in comparison with the simple landscape organization, 3) As the coniferous forest showed more high value in comparison with the deciduous forest, the forest type surrounding cottage is important factor evaluating the landscape in the recreation forest area.

경관계획의 질적 향상을 위한 경관시뮬레이션 조망점 선정의 지표설정 및 중요도 분석 (Analysis of Setting Indicators for the Selection of Landscape Simulation View Point and their Importance to Improve the Quality of Landscape Plans)

  • 본 논문은 경관계획의 질적 향상을 위한 조망점 선정에 초점을 두어 기존에 연구된 연구문헌 및 도서, 보고서 등을 중심으로 실제로 제시되거나 연구된 항목들을 중심으로 조망점을 설정하였다. 다수의 제시된 항목들을 다시 정리 및 분류하여 이를 SPSS 통계를 통해 조망점 선정의 평가 항목을 유출하고. 계층별 지표의 상대적 중요도를 측정하여 조망점의 가중치 설정과 우선순위를 선정하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 첫째, 경관시뮬레이션에 대한 구체적이고 체계적인 계획을 수립하기 위해 전문가 설문을 통해 16개 조망점을 설정하였다. 둘째, 조망점 평가를 위한 중분류 항목에서는 조망성 > 공공성 > 장소성의 순으로 나타나, 조망성을 가장 중요시 여기는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조망점별 우선순위는 1순위: 조망점의 시각적 개방성, 2순위: 조망대상으로의 조망성 양호정도, 3순위: 문화재 공간, 4순위: 역사성, 5순위: 공공장소, 6순위: 관문적 역할을 하는 장소, 7순위: 대상을 조망할 수 있는 지형, 8순위: 많은 인구가 거주하거나 이용하는 장소, 9순위: 대상물의 다양한 형태와 주변경관을 파악할 수 있는 장소, 10순위: 생태보호 지역, 11순위: 하천 및 수변공간, 12순위: 시야각 (양각-부각), 13순위: 조망방향, 14순위: 주요도로, 15순위: 조망점과 대상물 간의 거리, 16순위: 평야 및 농경지순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 향후 경관계획의 질적 향상을 위한 체계적이고 신뢰성 있는 분석의 틀을 마련하고, 경관시뮬레이션 평가 검토 시 참고 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

조선 왕릉의 경관관리를 위한 통합적 시각구조분석모델 모색방안 (A Study on the Invention of Synthetic Visual Analysis Model for Joseon Royal Tombs)

  • 본 연구는 조선 왕릉의 명확한 공간 및 시각구조특성을 활용하여 그 주변 경관관리를 위해 요청되는 시각구조분석의 최적화 모델개발을 모색한 것으로, 이를 최근의 분석 장비와 기법으로 뒷받침하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 삼차원적 정보모델링인 '스케치업'의 간략화한 자료구축을 통해 이 자료상에서 주요지점과 통경축, 그리고 주변의 저해요소 등을 복합적으로 고려한 연속적 시뮬레이션 기반구축의 선행 실시를 상정하였다. 이후 이들의 경로와 시선방향을 연장하는 좌표 값을 도출하고 이 구간을 헬리캠이 운행하면서 촬영한 실사이미지와 시뮬레이션을 상호 비교함으로서 경관분석과 관리의 효율성이 배가될 수 있음을 제안하였다. 이러한 내용은 그간 소수의 국한된 장소에서 촬영된 이미지를 통해 분석되어온 고정적 지각구조 분석방식의 한계성을 극복할 수 있으며, 시선차단요소들과의 관계성 고찰이 용이한 장점을 보유한다. 아울러 제안된 방식은 주요 시선경로 상의 경관적 변화양상을 포착할 수 있으며, 헬리캠을 이용한 실사 이미지와 스케치업의 가상 이미지 간 호환을 통해 최적화된 장비운영을 가능케 함으로서 분석이후 시간적 변화에 따른 정비계획의 시뮬레이션 자료로서도 용이하게 전환될 수 있다. 상기의 제안은 그간의 조망점, 통경축, 경관관리권역이라는 점, 선, 면, 입체적 환경을 중층적, 연속적, 효율적으로 연계하는 자료로서 기능할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 조선왕릉과 주변 경관구조 분석방법론 수립에 치중한 까닭에 실천적 점검이 결여된 상태이나 향후 현장에서의 실천과 점검을 통해 기타 문화재의 경관관리에도 응용될 것을 기대한다.

DEVELOPING THE REFORESTRATION SIMULATION SYSTEM USING 3D GIS

  • In this study the spatial distribution characters of forest in forest damaged area were first considered by analyzing spatial data and monitoring forest landscape. Then suitable tree species on each site were selected through the weighted score analysis of GIS analysis methods. Finally, the best forest stand arrangement method could be presented on the 3D based simulation system for the advanced reforestation technology in Korea. For this purpose, the virtual reforestation system was implemented by using the concept of virtual GIS and CBD (Component Based Development) method. By use of this system the change offorest landscape of burnt forest area some years after reforestation practice could be detected and monitored by applying the site index and 3D modeling method.

입지유형과 주택경관 상호간의 선호인자에 관한 요인분석 연구 (A Study on the Factor Analysis of preferred elements in Types of Location and Housing landscape)

  • Recently the concerns of landscape resources were on the increase about the landscape of control and landscape design. In order to this, purpose of this paper is to develop architectural landscape design data of individual house in Gangwon Provinces. The type of landscape in Donghae seaside consist of three; Road, Mountain, Seaside. And the type of images about individual housing are three; Western, Traditional, Modern. This research is analyzed 18-simulation scenes, factor analysis is used for the SPSS. The results of this study are as follows. First, the housing of western style do not correspond with landscape of Road, but landscape of mountain and seaside were suitable to the western style. Second, mountain in Donghae seaside harmonizes with housing of traditional style. Third, even though the housing of modern style were marked low assessment in three landscape, we found out relation, modern housing was well-matched load landscape. Finally, to improve of landscape housing, which will serve as systematic approach with association of clients, constructors, designers and public service personnel.
