  • 본 논문에서는 배터리의 상태 진단을 위한 임피던스 측정시스템을 제시한다. Labview를 이용한 임피던스 측정 시스템은 저가에서 구성할 수 있고, 변화되는 임피던스를 확인이 가능해 수명을 진단하는 지표로 이용 가능하다. 제시된 임피던스 측정 방법은 용량에 상관없이 측정이 가능하고, 기존의 장치보다 측정과 값을 계산하기가 간단하다. 또한, 고가의 장비를 이용하지 않고도, Labview와 DAQ를 이용하여 정확성 높은 결과를 구할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, we have studied for analysis of the partial discharge(PD) signal in underground transmission line. The PD signal has estimated as detected signal accumulation of a PRPDA method by using Labview, and analyzed with fuzzy algorithm. In our algorithm, we developed system configuration that detected accumulating PD signal using by Labview and programmed fuzzy algorithm can be analyzed the PD signal using with Matlab. With practical PD logic implementation of theoretical detected system and hardware implementation, the device for Hipotronics Company's 50kV setup has generated and then has applied with $15k{\sim}17kV$ with 1:1 time probe. It's also used the LDPE 0.27mmt (scratch error 0.05mmt) to sample for making PD. In conclusion, Our new class of PD detected algorithm has also compared with previous PRPDA or Fuzzy algorithm. which has diagnose more conveniently by adding numerical values.

  • This paper presents a data acquisition and analysis program modules that has been developed using the Labview program. These program modules can use to acquire and analyze leakage current data of insulator under different contamination conditions. The experimental hardware made up salt fog chamber, AC/DC power supply, transducer (shunt resistor), measurement devices and PC with the GPIB (General Purpose Interface Bus). And analysis program modules can calculate pulse level count, accumulated charge, average leakage current, power spectrum, and harmonics. The result of applying these analytical program modules to polymeric insulator is available for evaluation of leakage current characteristic of outdoor insulators.

  • 본 논문은 와전류 탐상 시 출력되는 결과를 하나의 디스플레이로 결과를 비교하기 위하여 2D 및 3D의 그래프를 Labview를 통하여 구현하였다. 와전류센서에서 들어오는 아날로그 신호를 효과적으로 제어하여 그 데이터를 수집하고 수집된 데이터를 필요로 하는 결과 값으로 분리하여 분석이 용이하도록 프로그램을 구현하였다. 또한 와전류탐상에 쓰이는 스캐너를 제어함으로써 결함 검출 과정을 보다 쉽게 할 수 있었다. 그 결과로 결함의 위치 및 형태, 종류 등을 판단하는데 도움이 되도록 하였다.

  • In this paper, web based monitoring systems are implemented for multi-axis force control systems of an intelligent robot. Linux operating systems are ported to an embedded system which Include a Xscale processor to implement a web based monitoring system. A device driver is developed to receive data from multi-axis force sensors of intelligent robots. To control this device driver, a socket program for Labview is also developed.

  • P 제어기를 사용한 수조 온도 제어 결과로부터 이득이 2.5 일시 응답속도가 빠르고 offset 이 최소화된 공정응답이 나타나는 것으로 관찰된다. 이득이 감소할 경우 offset 이 너무 크며, 이득이 증가할 경우 심하게 진동하며 응답이 늦은 것으로 나타났다.

  • Cutting power estimation can be used to select appropriate actuators in the design process of machine tools. Therefore, accurate estimation of cutting power is an important part of the design process. In this study, pipe cutting power is first calculated theoretically using the slotting cutting power equation and then verified experimentally. In this case, a pipe cutting machine is used to cut two pipes made of different materials. Power consumptions in the motor during pipe cutting are measured by using the embedded software, Labview, and NI hardware. The slotting cutting power equation can thus be confirmed easily comparing theoretically calculated cutting powers with experimentally measured cutting powers. The pipe materials used in this study are SUS304 and AL6N01. The specific cutting power of AL6N01 material is proposed through our cutting experiment. As a result, this cutting power can be used to design machining tools for AL6N01 material.

  • The amount of fuel, which affects aircraft endurance, needs to be measured accurately. This paper deals with the implementation of a fuel quantity measurement system that consists of capacitive fuel sensor, DAQ board, and Labview software. The main circuit of the implemented system for measuring fuel quantity is simulated with Pspice to identify parameters, which are related to the change of fuel quantity. After simulation, we established that Vrms changes with the variation of fuel amount. The Vrms, which is the output of fuel sensor, is transmitted to the Labview software via the DAQ board of the implemented fuel quantity measurement system. The fuel quantity is also calculated using this software. The present simulation results indicated that the accuracy of the implemented fuel quantity measurement system improved with the filter application.

  • In this paper, we introduce about a new class to analysis of partial discharge signal based on Fuzzy model. We can early diagnose life of power cable through detection of partial discharge signal. However, partial discharge signal detector is difficult because of partial discharge signal is very non-linear. Also, it is very difficult work that separate partial discharge signal from noise. We constructed partial discharge accumulation detection system that use Labview for detection of non-linear partial discharge signal. And analyzed partial discharge signal that is detected by Labview system utilizing Fuzzy model.
