The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact about emotional labor of sales service workers. Collected data were statistically processed by PASW 18.0 program using reliability, frequency analysis, T-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, it was found that the sales service workers had higher deep acting than the surface acting of emotional labor. Second, it was found that altruism differed according to working period, conscientiousness according to gender, and work-family conflict according to age, marital status, and average customer response time per day. Third, the higher the surface acting of emotional labor, the higher the altruism. And the higher the deep acting, the less job burnout and work-family conflict decreased, and the altruism and conscientiousness increased. Fourth, as a result of analyzing the relative influence of variables related to emotional labor, the variable that has the greatest influence was the deep acting of emotional labor.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among violence experience, emotional labor, positive psychological capital and job burnout in psychiatirc and emergency department nurse. During June and July 2021, date were collected from 183 psychiatric and emergency department nurse in J, K and I cities. Date were analyzed using hierarchical analysis with the SPSS WIN 21.0 programs. Emotional labor and verbal experience were positively correlated with burnout of psychiatric and emergency department nurse. Also positive psychological capital was negatively correlated with burnout. Violence experience, emotional labor and positive psychological capital were significant factors, explaining approximately 62.7% of the variance in burnout. These finding indicate that it will be more effective to strategies that can increase positive psychological capital that prevent burnout. Also based on these results, emphasizing the importance of understanding violence and emotional labor is needed to decrease burnout.

Farm mechanization has been rapidly progressed in rice farming since the 1980's, in Korea. The mechanization has been achieved up to 95-97% in the year of 1995, except irrigation and drying process. However, rice production cost remains much more expensive than the cost of other rice farming countries. Since labor cost shares a major portion of the production costs, it is essential to save labor cost with automation and more sophisticated mechanization. However, it requires great capital investment which causes farm management worse. Therefore, the computer program was developed which can select machines to minimize the management and maintenance cost by analyzing available working days in different areas, machinery to purchase, farming size, total farming size in a village, number of machines and custom fee.

In this study, we investigated irrigation effect for the paddy plot irrigated by pipeline with two types of hydrants: automatic and manual. The automatic hydrant have been introduced to the paddy field to save water and reduce the labor for water management. The automatic hydrant is automatically opened and closed according to the water depth of a paddy plot. The water management labor to close manual hydrant in the afternoon of every three days can be eliminated when we use the automatic hydrant. The water requirements for the automatic hydrant plot 3.26mm/d are much less than those for manual hydrant plot 9.99mm/d.

The possibility where the subcontractor will be exposed to danger work came to be high. Together the reason of subcontract at managing the big business the case which becomes accomplished in objective, about lower the immediacy safety&health problem, subcontractor assigned workers is the actual condition only it could not be deteriorated more in public finance of the supply and enterprise and technical ability insufficiency. Consequently it prevents the subcontract which danger work is insensitive from this research and immediacy of the subcontract workers who is weak hygiene circumstance complement the plan it will be able to secure the immediacy safety&health subcontract workers, substantially to prepare in the hazard subcontract proprietor.

This study applied Data Envelopment Analysis to a set of Korean Public Corporation Medical Centers and Japanese Municipal Hospitals to compare their relative human resource efficiencies. Based on the data provided on the inputs and outputs, the analysis showed Japanese municipal hospitals were relatively efficient than Korean hospitals. The result of analysing BCC model shows 5 hospitals in Japan and 7 in Korea with an efficiency rating of less than 1 as considered relatively inefficient. For the inefficient hospitals the manner in which inefficient hospitals may be made efficient were indicated by the managerial strategies based on dual variables. A subsequent analysis of Wilcoxon rank-sum test revealed that the medical revenue per medical expense, labor cost per value added revenue were statistically significant between efficient and inefficient Korean hospitals and medical revenue per medical expense, labor cost per value added revenue, bed occupancy rate, average length of stay, rate of personnel expenses per medical revenue were statistically significant between efficient and inefficient Japanese hospitals.

The purpose of this study is to explain changes in the mode of labor brought abut with the advance of information society and to suggest policies for the success of teleworking. It is likely that more and more people in advanced countries will be involved in some form of teleworking office workers use computers for handling dat, which is then transmitted over a telecommunications like to client or employer located some distance away. Though teleworking is becoming populer rapidly, it still has many problems to solve. In the conclusion, the paper suggests some measures to be taken for a successful teleworking system. (1) The first step is to establish a special team for the teleworking pilot. And probably the telework center will be most useful type for the pilot. (2) Some protections for teleworkers should be designed against discrimination in employment and occupation. (3) Some institutional arrangements such as tax benefits and incentive system are required for the success of teleworking system. (4) Maintaining competitiveness-faster services and lower cost-should be the first priority. (5) There should be a retraining and education system in the national level for the teleworkers to learn new IT applications.

The purpose of this is to analyze environment of foreign direct investment and Act in Korea and to find invitation and extension of foreign direct investment into Korea. Investment incentives, simplification of investment procedures, image improvement, increased public relations and investment support services are all factors which can be enhanced in the short term to positively influence investors decision-making in where to invest. Since the enactment of the Foreign Investment Promotion Act in November of 1998, there has been a signification improvement in Korea's investment environment in terms of policies and systems. It is expected that the foreign direct investment environment in Korea will continue to improve through the improvement in political stability, labor-management relations and easing of political tensions between the North and South, in the long term, as well as through improvements in investment incentives, investment procedures and public relations activities, in the short term.

Unpaid Family Worker is blind area of industry safety. Danger of industrial accident is some high but because was excepted in industrial accident compensation insurance application. In most case, because paltry Unpaid Family Worker is no opportunity to take safety education to prevent industrial accidents and there are few safety facility and safety equipment, etc., among business, it may be said that probability to suffer industrial accidents on a trifling mistake or carelessness is higher than general worker of business. Consider such difficult actuality of Unpaid Family Worker and our country must give these benefit of industrial accident compensation insurance application, as opened the door of insurance application in recognition of worker position by "Industrial accident compensation insurance Law" to middle·smaller enterprise's business proprietor or special form labor employees.
