Domestic construction industry has experienced many difficulties as it has been on a downward. It's a way that active modular structure market to solve this problem. However, as Modular structure technical standard in Korea is in the early stages, our modular factory maufactured rate is almost 40% lower than overseas. Besides, there is less design diversity so it just applies for a few buildings like low-rise building and general group barrackes. To deal with these problems, it is essential to modulating the equipment which can improve the production rate. This will help to ensure the quality, shortening of the construction period, the reduction of labor costs. We have defined the name of segmented by each installation location of the equipment to modulating equipment. And it was examined the suitability of the modulating of the location-specific utility system. The results of the analysis are discussed on the page.

Recently, both management and labor are interested in the increasing ratio of musculoskeletal disorders. And the developed countries make efforts to consider a counterplan such as prevention activity of musculoskeletal disorders and application possibility of ergonomic program, because musculoskeletal disorders take large portion out of occupational disease. Especially, small and medium enterprises have bigger problems due to the inferior work condition and environment in comparison with big businesses. This study is to introduce developed countries' cases such as WISE(Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) and OSHA Handbook for Small Businesses and to suggest the program of ergonomic management for small and medium enterprises having comparative difficulties against big businesses in improving work environment and managing ergonomic operations.

In recent years. the destructive force acting on the ballasted track is on the increase with the speed-up of trains and the number of trains, requiring more labor and expenditure to maintain the track in goof condition. Slab track has been developed to decrease the track maintenance work on earthworks. One type of slab track Rheda has Prefabricated track grid, consisting of rails. Prestressed concrete sleepers and reinforcement rods are aligned into position. and then concrete is then placed to integrate the sleepers into a reinforced concrete track slab. In this paper, a new analysis model for the system analysis of the slab track is presented. Then the analysis results are compared with requirements for slab track.

The growing condition and the point at issue were investigated for utilization as a fundamental data of the Boxthorn research in the growing farm household, which was chief producing district of Box-thorn in Chongyang, Chungmam province. The results were summarized as follow'; Lycium fruit wasproduced 445M/. in the 170.4ha. In practical cultivation, major numbers of decapitation were threetimes,, and planting distance was dense planting, and also amount of applied fertilizer was beyondbasic-fertilizer level and number of split application was abundant.Numbers of harvesting were six-ten times, and many labor was requiremented.The issues in cultivation were development of processing technique, supplement of varieties whichhave disease tolerance, superior quality and high yielding, improving of cultivation methods for laborsaving and magnification of demand.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the productivity of the costal fisheries in Jeonnam Province. In this study, the operational characteristics and Cobb-Douglas production function of coastal fisheries were examined based on a research on the actual condition of costal fisheries (RACF). The statistical analysis of RACF data reveals that Cobb-Douglas production function consists of the three variables: fishing quantity per ton-age, the number of fisherman per ton-age and fishing equipment cost per ton-age. The results of this study show us that the relation and productivity between labor and capital of the operational equipment in the coastal fisheries. If extensive comparable biological and market data become available, analysis model can be widely applied to yield more accurate results.

Insomnia is a temporary or continuous condition in which one has difficulty sleeping, due to physical impediments or physical problems. Because insomnia does harms to a labor power or imposes mental and physical burden on a patient, we should pay attention to this disease. This case is about a patient who was 62 years old man with a chronic insomnia since 1996, inspite of no past history about psychical disease. He had sufferred from a cerebral infarction and hypertension since March. 2002. and was hospitalized in Sangji University korean medicine hospital, 25. June. 2002. This patient had been treated by herb-med, Yanggyuksanhwatang for 4 weeks and showed an improvement. This paper describes the process and contents about the patient was cured.

There are insufficient models that find problems and solutions for accident prevention through risk assessment and suggest safe work process and work instruction from foundation works to finish work for accident decrease. This paper presents a quantitative risk assessment model by analysis of risk factors in each process such as foundation, erection, pier, pier upper and etc based on accident examples and investigation on actual condition in bridges construction work. In addition, the safety management system was developed to perform risk assessment of construction and use it for effective safety training for labor.

In computer graphics, most animations of characters have been created using the traditional and often highly labor intensive key-framing technique. Recently, character animation is demanded increasingly automated techniques for animation according to interaction with the user or environment of the user. In this paper, we will propose a new method which can animate characters automatical/y with user interactions. The character's behavior is determined as a result of understanding the emotional condition of the user. Psychology and cognitive AI provide some ideas about how to approach this problem. Our study is based mostly on the theories of Ortony, Clore and Collins, which were designed to be implemented computationally. In our system, we can make 22 emotion types and some more behavior features and we apply to some characters.

The concept of inclusive development provides equal opportunities for all participants in access to the labor market and resource allocation. This concept emphasizes the equality of human capital, the ecological state of the environment, social protection and food security. This concept is fundamentally different from the standard perception of economic growth, because it has broader goals than simply increasing incomes and GDP. It rejects the position that positive results are an automatic consequence of growth; here the basic condition is human development and increase of its well-being, reduction of poverty. Therefore, it is not the result of distribution that becomes primary, but the involvement in the process of social reproduction. An alternative system of characterization of the country's position according to the resulting indicator of the Inclusive Development Index was presented at the World Economic Forum in Davos. In this research the methodical development of the system of estimation of the index of inclusive development for regions of the NUTS 4 level of the European classification is resulted.
