여름철 도시근린공원의 기온저감 효과 - 경기도 수원시 효원공원 - (Air Temperature Modification of an Urban Neighborhood Park in Summer - Hyowon Park, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do-)

  • In order to investigate the effect of air temperature reduction on an urban neighborhood park, air temperature data from five inside locations (forest, pine tree, lawn, brick and pergola) depending on surface types and three outside locations (Suwon, Maetan and Kwonsun) depending on urban forms were collected during the summer 2016 and compared. The forest location had the lowest mean air temperature amongst all locations sampled, though the mean difference between this and the other four locations in the park was relatively small ($0.2-0.5^{\circ}C$). In the daytime, the greatest mean difference between the forest location and the two locations exposed to direct beam solar radiation (brick and lawn) was $0.5-0.8^{\circ}C$ (Max. $1.6-2.1^{\circ}C$). In the nighttime, the mean difference between the forest location and the other four locations in the park was small, though differences between the forest location and locations with grass cover (pine tree and lawn) reached a maximum of $0.9-1.7^{\circ}C$. Comparing air temperature between sunny and shaded locations, the shaded locations showed a maximum of $1.5^{\circ}C$ lower temperature in the daytime and $0.7^{\circ}C$ higher in the nighttime. Comparing the air temperature of the forest location with those of the residential (Kwonsun) and apartment (Maetan) locations, the mean air temperature difference was $0.8-1.0^{\circ}C$, higher than those measured between the forest location and the other park locations. The temperatures measured in the forest location were mean $0.9-1.3^{\circ}C$ (Max. $2.0-3.9^{\circ}C$) lower in the daytime than for the residential and apartment locations and mean $0.4-1.0^{\circ}C$ (Max. $1.3-3.1^{\circ}C$) lower in the nighttime. During the hottest period of each month, the difference was greater than the mean monthly differences, with temperatures in the residential and apartment locations mean $1.0-1.6^{\circ}C$ higher than those measured in the forest location. The effect of air temperature reduction on sampling locations within the park and a relatively high thermal environment on the urban sampling locations was clearly evident in the daytime, and the shading effect of trees in the forest location must be most effective. In the nighttime, areas with a high sky view factor and surface types with high evapotranspiration potential (e.g. grass) showed the maximum air temperature reduction. In the urban areas outside the park, the low-rise building area, with a high sky view factor, showed high air temperature due to the effect of solar (shortwave) radiation during the daytime, while in the nighttime the area with high-rise buildings, and hence a low sky view factor, showed high air temperature due to the effect of terrestrial (longwave) radiation emitted by surrounding high-rise building surfaces. The effect of air temperature reduction on the park with a high thermal environment in the city was clearly evident in the daytime, and the shading effect of trees in the forest location must be most effective. In the nighttime, areas with high sky view factor and surface types (e.g., grass) with evapotranspiration effect showed maximum air temperature reduction. In the urban areas outside the park, the high sky view factor area (low-rise building area) showed high air temperature due to the effect of solar (shortwave) radiation during the daytime, but in the nighttime the low sky view factor area (high-rise building area) showed high air temperature due to the effect of terrestrial (longwave) radiation emitted surrounding high-rise building surfaces.

  • 본 연구에서는 GIS의 공간통계분석을 활용하여 지가 연구에 일반적으로 활용되고있는 특성가격모형에서 입지적 특성이 갖는 영향력을 계량적으로 설명하기 위한 분석방법을 제시하였다. 여기에는 GIS 공간분석방법 가운데 중첩과 내삽 기능을 이용한 공간자료의 처리 과정이 포함되었다. 사례연구를 위해 동대문구 회기동의 1421개 개별지가에서 54개 표준지들을 추출하여 표준지의 중심좌표를 구하고, 이 벡터 자료점들과 공간적 관련성에 기초하여 조사되지 않은 지점의 지가 예측값을 확률적으로 평가할 수 있는 크리깅 분석방법을 적용하였다. 특히 이러한 분석 과정에서 변동도를 통해 분석한 공간적 자기상관관계는 공간 의존성의 형성과정을 추정할 때 장점이 있음을 밝혔다.

공간분석기법을 이용한 Car-sharing 서비스 위치선정 (Site Selection of Carsharing Service by Spatial Analysis Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 대전광역시를 대상으로 향후 카쉐어링 서비스를 제공할 경우를 가정하고 위치 선정방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 GIS Arc/Info 10 소프트웨어를 활용하여 대전광역시 전역을 $500m{\times}500m$ 크기의 셀로 구분하고 카쉐어링 서비스에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 요인들을 선정하고 각 요인들의 값을 표준화하는 과정을 거쳤다. AHP 기법을 도입하여 각 요인별 가중치를 전문가 설문을 통해 결정하고 모든 셀($500m{\times}500m$ 크기)별로 적합도 지수를 산정하였으며, 네트워크 분석(Network Analysis)모듈에 내장되어있는 입지배분모델(Location-allocation Model)을 이용하여 서비스 시설의 위치를 30개의 권역으로 선정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 카쉐어링 서비스 위치선정을 위한 방안은 향후 카쉐어링 서비스가 도입될 때 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 향후 적정한 수요의 추정과 경제성 검토 등에 대한 추가연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

원피스드레스의 허리밴드 위치(位置)와 밴드 폭(幅)의 변화(變化)에 따른 시각적(視覺的) 이미지 (A study of the visual image by variations in the location and width of the waist bands of the one-piece dress)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the differences of visual image by variations in the location and width of the waist band of the one-piece dress. The stimuli are 24 samples: 8 variations of the location of the waist band and 3 variations of the width of the waist band. The data has been obtained from 50 fashion design majors. The data has analyzed by Factor Analysis, Anova, Scheff's Test and the MCA method. The results of the study are as follows. According to the result of factor analysis of the visual image based on the changes in the location and width of waist bands, three factors were identified- attractiveness, elegance and practicality. Among them, attractiveness was found to be the most important. The visual image was evaluated positively when waist bands were positioned above the natural waist line and negatively when waist bands were positioned below the natural waist line regardless of their width. In addition, the visual image based on the width of waist bands for one-piece dress was the most positive when the width was 4.5cm. No significant difference was observed in the visual image according to band width when the waist bands were positioned below the natural waist line. The interaction of visual image according to the location and width of waist bands for one-piece dress did not appear. As the main effect, significant differences were observed in all of the three factors according to the location of waist bands, but only two factors excluding elegance showed some difference according to the width of waist bands. When multiple classification analysis was applied to the factors without interaction, the location of waist bands appeared to have more significant effect on visual image than the width of waist bands.

서울시지역 외식산업 프랜차이즈 1호점의 공간입지분석 (A Spatial Location Analysis of the First Shops of Foodservice Franchise in Seoul Metropolitan City)

  • 외식산업 프랜차이즈는 외상 매출액의 비중이 작고 자금회전이 원활하여 국내에서 창업 선호도가 매우 높다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시지역 외식산업 프랜차이즈 1호점들의 입지분석을 통해 향후의 입지경향을 예측하는 데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구결과는 다음 세 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, 외식산업 프랜차이즈 1호점의 공간분포형태는 최근린지수(R) 0.16으로 집중된 분포패턴을 보인다. 둘째, 외식산업 프랜차이즈 1호점은 상관분석 결과 특히 금융기관수, 사업서비스업체수, 숙박 음식점업체수 등의 15개 변수와 상관성이 있다. 셋째, 다중회귀분석에 의해 최종적으로 선정된 입지요인은 설명력 64% 정도의 금융기관수이다. 이러한 본 연구결과에 의거하였을 때 금융기관수가 많은 서울시 강남구와 중구 지역은 향후에도 외식산업 프랜차이즈 1호점의 선점 장소가 될 것으로 예측된다.

GIS를 활용한 동물병원의 공간분포 특징 분석 (Analysis of the Spatial Distribution of Animal Clinic Using GIS)

  • 본 연구에서는 지리정보시스템의 공간분석 기법을 활용하여 동물병원의 공간분포 특징을 분석하였다. 그리고 분석을 위해 필요한 기초자료인 동물병원 GIS 데이터는 인터넷의 Open API를 통하여 서비스되는 검색 기능을 활용하여 조사하고 구축하였다. 연구결과 2011년 현재 전국에 약 4,100 곳의 동물병원이 조사되었으며, 이들 중 47%인 1,960 곳이 수도권에 집중적으로 분포하고 있었다. 서울에 위치하는 동물병원의 입지요인을 분석한 결과 여성 인구의 비율이 높으면서 인구가 많고, 주거형태는 아파트인 지역으로 나타났으며, 여성인구만을 고려하였을 때는 일반적으로 25~44세의 연령층이 많이 거주하는 지역에 동물병원의 수가 상대적으로 많았다. 접근성은 대중교통인 지하철보다는 자가용과 도보로 접근이 가능한 도로변에 주로 입지하는 것으로 나타났다.

An extremum method for bending-wrinkling predictions of inflated conical cantilever beam

  • An extremum method is presented to predict the wrinkling characteristics of the inflated cone in bending. The wrinkling factor is firstly defined so as to obtain the wrinkling condition. The initial wrinkling location is then determined by searching the maximum of the wrinkling factor. The critical wrinkling load is finally obtained by determining the ratio of the wrinkling moment versus the initial wrinkling location. The extremum method is proposed based on the assumption of membrane material of beam wall, and it is extended to consider beam wall with thin-shell material in the end. The nondimensional analyses show that the initial wrinkling location is closely related to the taper ratio. When the taper ratio is higher than the critical value, the initial wrinkles will be initiated at a different location. The nondimensional critical wrinkling load nonlinearly increases as the taper ratio increases firstly, and then linearly increases after the critical taper ratio. The critical taper ratio reflects the highest load-carrying efficiency of the inflated cone in bending, and it can be regarded as a measure to optimize the geometry of the inflated cone. The comparative analysis shows fairly good agreement between analytical and numerical results. Over the whole range of the comparison, the mean differences are lower than 3%. This gives confidence to use extremum method for bending-wrinkling analysis of inflated conical cantilever beam.

Factors Affecting Students' Decision to Select Private Universities in Vietnam

  • The study seeks to identify factors affecting the choice of a university by first-year Business Administration students in Vietnam. Probability sampling is using Stratified sampling of 500 students from five private universities in Ho Chi Minh City surveyed by convenience sampling. This paper employs mixed research methods - measuring Cronbach's Alpha, EFA, Regression and using PATH model - to test the hypotheses of the research model. The results of the study identify five factors: Prestige, Geographical location, Facilities, Attractiveness of the field and Media. All these factors have a positive influence on the standing of the university brand. It means that the higher the Prestige, Geographical location, Facilities, Attractiveness of the field and Media, the higher the university brand. The results indicate that Geographical location is the most influential factor to enhance the private university's brand. Bringing Geographical location is, thus, advisable to enhance a university standing. The brand plays a determining role in students' trust when selecting a university. Media is still the top concern of new students when they choose to study at a university. Media still remains an important consideration for new students when choosing a university. So, this factor should be utilized by universities to enhance their attractiveness.

도시의 입지결정요인 추출에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Explanatory Analysis of Determinants for Location)

  • Although the comparative advantage of cities is emphasized in the context of transition into an information-oriented society and globalization, it is difficult to define the concept and evaluate the status of each city. There have been many studies and appraisals on urban competitiveness with common features of subjective standards by researchers. This study aims at extracting determinants of competitive advantage of location by not normative but data-based approach, and deals with panel data concerning 21 cities in capital region. Factor Analysis, a kind of multivariate methods, is taken up for the purpose and results in various findings. Time-serial 5-factor models constructed by the analysis show temporal variability in the determinants and have non-exhaustive and overlapped categories. This study also finds that 'educational base' is emphasized as a leading determinant and 'health, welfare and public services' factor is getting more important. The other potential factor explaining variables such as college and museum is also emerging, which is considered as an element to attract people from outside. And the fact that traditionally expected factors regarding industrial or productive basis is not drawn out indicates the other way of thinking on the relationship between the essential function of cities and industrial foundation.

항만가치의 평가에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Evaluating the Value of Port)

  • 오늘날 세계 각국의 항만들 간에는 중심항만이 되기 위한 치열한 항만경쟁이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 경쟁력 확보를 위해 무엇보다도 항만시설을 확충을 통한 대폭적인 수용능력의 증대에 최선을 다하고 있으며 이러한 시설, 입지, 서비스 등 하드웨어적 측면이 항만경쟁력 평가요소로 중요시되어 왔다. 그러나 최근 선진해양국에서는 항만을 포함한 연안의 미래 잠재성을 인식하고, 이의 보전과 지속적인 개발을 위한 연안통합관리에 관심을 집중하고 있다. 또한 항만을 단순한 화물유통공간 뿐만 아니라 도시 및 시민여가공간으로 활용코자 하는 수요가 급증하고 있어 선진항만들은 친 수공간을 갖춘 환경친화적인 항만개발을 적극 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 지금까지는 고려되지 않았지만, 앞으로는 기존의 항만경쟁력 평가요소 뿐만 아니라 환경이나 도시문제 등을 포함한 보다 폭 넓은 관점에서의 항만평가가 필요하다. 그러므로 이 논문에서는 항만의 모든 조건을 평가하기 위하여 경쟁력보다 포괄적인 가치개념을 도입하여 항만가치를 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 항만가치의 평가요소를 조사하고, 이의 평가속성을 파악하고자 한다. 둘째, 이러한 항만가치 평가요소 및 평가속성을 이용하여 동북아시아의 6대 항만을 대상으로 항만가치를 평가·분석하고, 이를 토대로 우리나라 항만의 지속적인 발전방향을 제시한다.
