Co-FXLMS 알고리즘을 이용한 유도전동기의 능동소음제어 (Active Noise Control of Induction Motor using Co-FXLMS Algorithm)

  • In this study, the active noise control experiment has been performed using induction motor noises. While the noises were measured, a induction motor was operated in different speed. For the simulation of ANC(Active Noise Control), test-bed is composed a multi-channel ANC system was constructed. In order to compare the control performance, we performed noise reduction simulations of ANC by Co-FXLMS algorithm and FXLMS algorithm. Through the simulation results, we confirmed that convergence performance and noise decrease effect of the proposed Co-FXLMS algorithm have been improved from existing FXLMS algorithm.

  • 이 논문은 학습을 통해 관측 데이터로부터 퍼지 추론 모듈을 생성할 수 있는 적응 능력을 갖는 모듈화 퍼지추론 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 TS 퍼지모델과 모듈화 신경회로망의 구조적 유사성을 기초로 한다. 학습과정은 새로운 퍼지추론 모듈의 생성과 모듈 파라미터의 갱신으로 구성된다. 퍼지추론 모듈은 국부모델망과 퍼지 게이팅망으로 구성된다. 제안한 시스템의 파라미터들은 표준 LMS 알고리즘을 이용하여 최적화된다. 제안한 시스템의 성능은 비선형 동적 시스템 적응제어에의 응용을 통해서 입증된다.

  • 본 논문에서는 echo canceller에서 LMS 알고리즘을 이용할 때 원하는 MSE하에서 가장 빠른 수렴 속도를 가져오는 최적 수렴상수에 대한 공식을 유도하였다. White 입력 데이터에 대해서 최저 수렴상수는 필터의 탭수, 입력신호 분산, 초기 MSE, 원하는 MSE의 간단한 폐쇄 형태(closed-form)의 함수가 되고 이런 특성으로 인해 실제 적용에서 쉽게 디자인될 수 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해서 유도된 결과의 정확성과 유효성을 검증하였다.

  • Combusion instability due to thermoacoustic feedback in a ducted combustor usually excites severe noise and vibration, which could lead to result in the failure of the system or environmental dispute. In the present study, an active noise control(ANC) method with an adaptive algotithm is hired to suppress instability which has very discrete behavior in the frequency domain. Especially a feedback system is composed to evade hot environment of the combustor, and as a preliminary, the performance and stability of the controller is chekced by simulating the real situation with harmonic waves. Application to the real combustor showed serious reductions in sound pressure level by 20∼30 dB. It was also shown that the selected control system was very stable and effective.

  • 본 논문은 8VSB 방식의 디지털 지상파 TV 시스템에서 수신 채널 등화기의 수렴속도와 MSE(Mean Square Error) 성능을 개선하기 위하여 DCT HLMS DFE(Discrete Cosine Transform Hierarchical Least Mean Square)를 제안한다. 즉, 다중경로 수신 환경에서 수신 신호의 왜곡 및 지연에 따른 입력 데이터에 대한 고유값 확산을 감소하기 위하여 DCT와 전력추정 알고리즘을 사용하고 또한, LMS(Least Mean Square) DFE를 계층적 구조의 서브필터로 변형함으로써 수신 데이터상관 행렬의 고유값 범위를 줄인다. 전산모의 실험 결과 제안한 DCT HLMS DFE는 ATTC(Advanced Television Test Center)가 제시한 디지털 지상파 TV 방송 채널 중 A 채널 하에서 기존의 LMS DFE 보다 수렴속도와 MSE 성능이 개선됨을 알 수 있다.

  • In this paper, active control of noise in a HVAC duct is considered. Most adaptive control filters have used FIR structures based on filtered-x LMS algorithms. But, the IIR structures are more desirable for the active control of duct noise in order to remove the poles introduced by the acoustic feedback and presented an algorithm to adjust the coefficients of an IIR filter using the recursive least mean square (RLMS) algorithm. A smoothed LMS algorithm is proposed to improve a convergent speed of filter parameters when the noise is wide band and power of input is time varying. And computer simulations have performed to show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

  • Recently, many active noise control (ANC) systems, which employ the adaptive filter controlling method, have been reported for eliminating unwanted noise. ANC systems based on the filtered-X least mean square (FXLMS) algorithm have a problem with compensating the acoustic feedback of secondary route. It is difficult to apply the real time, because transfer function of secondary route must be measured by off-line method to solve this problem. In this paper, we propose the ANC system that applies a correlation LMS(CLMS) algorithm for improving a problem of transfer function measurement. The proposed algorithm is based on input of road noise. The proposed ANC systems have an advantage of real-time process without degradation of performance, although there are many calculation compared with FXLMS algorithm.

  • 디스크의 탄젠셜 성분의 틸트가 생긴 경우 발생하는 체널의 변화에 대해 적응형 부분 응답 신호처리 과정인 비터비 디코더를 적용하게 되면 비트오율에 상당한 효과를 가져온다. 이러한 적응 과정을 효과적으로 진행하기 위한 간략화된 오류 발생 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • The objective of this paper is to increase the performance by selecting the optimal value in outputs of two algorithms that are Generlized-Lagrange and LMS(Least Mean Square). This paper presents superior performance by mixed two of conventional algorithm arbitrary. Based on the analysis from various simulation, it is observed that proposed method is better performance in terms of practical WLL(Wireless Local Loop) environment.

  • This study proposes an algorithm for removal of CPR artifact in order that automated external defibrillator (AED) can effectively diagnose ECG rhythm during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Current AED required to interrupt chest compression for reliable rhythm analysis to avoid the effect of artifacts produced by CPR. However even temporarily interruption of chest compression during CPR adversely affects the probability of restoration of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) and survival after the delivery of the shock. Therefore, we proposed a method for removal of CPR artifacts using least mean square (LMS) filter. The removal of the CPR artifacts would enable compressions to continue during AED rhythm analysis, thereby increasing the likelihood of resuscitation success. It was tested on 31 segments of shockable and 300 segments of non-shockable ECG signals recorded from three pigs during CPR. In the result, sensitivity (Se) and specificity (Sp) analysis on the test segments showed values of Se = 3.2%, Sp = 66.0% and Se = 96.8%, Sp = 98.7% in the case of unfiltered and filtered signals during CPR. In conclusion, it was shown that the proposed method can be a useful tool to exactly diagnose the ECG rhythm during the CPR.
