In this paper, an energy-economy-environment dynamic simulation model was developed to using system dynamics methodology. It describes current energy-economy-environment systems and forecasts changes caused by levying of carbon tax. The model is composed of three modules: an energy module, an economic module and an environmental module. Variables are interrelated in each module, and three modules are linked by several linkage variables. Setting up the linkage variables is an important factor for the composition of the model. The simulation result shows a change of the national GDP, usage of energy, and $CO_2$ emissions under levying and reinvestment of carbon tax considering various scenarios for the charging cost.

The exhibition and convention industries, which are recognized as industrial hub linked with many relational industries. It is important to prevent a excessive competition for convention centers among districts and to gain some benefit fairly. Each convention center needs a lot of convention to held in it's district. In order to obtain many conventions to held in Korea for many convention center, convention bureau has to manage the processes to attract convention with many collaborators using the convention hub-network system. We should, therefore, pay attention to construction of the convention Hub-Network system to activate the convention industries in the district. We lay out the critical design for three functions of the convention Hub-Network system using UML. Finally we show the demonstrative web pages that explain critical three functions.

To confirm the division of the scope of sports arbitration, the English sports arbitration system will be analyzed as well as the scope of the regulations of the international sports arbitration court. If these forms of sport arbitration are combined with the existing China legal system and sports systems, they will effectively deal with the procedures of sports arbitration and of their linked programs, and clarify the nature of sports arbitration. With regard to the judicial supervision mode, domestic scholars have two theoretical perspectives, "comprehensive supervision theory" and "program supervision theory". Based on analyzing the above theories, the author believes that the opposition between the two is not absolute, as both can reach agreement on the important issue of whether to conduct substantive court examination or not under the premise of party autonomy.

In this paper, development of an omni-directional mobile robot with rocker-bogie link structure is addressed. The overall mobile robot system consists of the robot mechanism with embedded control architecture, wireless communication with host graphic monitoring system, and the joy stick tole-controller. In the cluttered environment with various sizes of obstacles, the omni-directionality and the traversality are required for a mobile robot, so that the robot call go around or climb over the obstacles according to the size. The mobile robot mechanism developed in this paper has both of the omni-directionality and the traversality by 4 steerable driving wheels and the 2 additional passive omni-directional wheels linked with the rocker-bogie structure. The kinematic modeling for the mobile robot is described based on the well-known Sheth-Uicker convention and the instantaneous coordinate system.

In the development of an underwater construction robot, the reliability of the operating system is the most important issue because of its huge maintenance cost, especially in a deep sea application. In this paper, we propose a new redundant architectural design for the hydraulic control system of an underwater construction robot. The proposed architecture consists of dual independent modular redundancy management systems linked with a commercial profibus network. A cold standby redundancy management system consisting of a preprocessing switch circuit is applied to the signal network, and a hot standby redundancy management system is adapted to utilize two main controllers.

A spatio-temporal models as systems of ODE which describe two-species Beddington - DeAngelis type predator-prey system living in a habitat of two identical patches linked by migration is investigated. It is assumed in the model that the per capita migration rate of each species is influenced not only by its own but also by the other one's density, i.e. there is cross diffusion present. We show that a standard (self-diffusion) system may be either stable or unstable, a cross-diffusion response can stabilize an unstable standard system and destabilize a stable standard system. For the diffusively stable model, numerical studies show that at a critical value of the bifurcation parameter the system undergoes a Turing bifurcation and the cross migration response is an important factor that should not be ignored when pattern emerges.

Since the braking system of rolling stock is directly linked to it's safety, ensuring reliability of braking system and evaluation of performance of it are very important. To develope the performance of braking system, it is required advanced technology and gradually various factors in the field test result This study is designed to analyze various factors about braking force in rolling stock, also, by comparing braking force of KTX with that of high speed train. The study suggests to establish a method of computation of braking force suitable for high speed train having a lot of trouble in calculating braking distance by diversification of patterns of braking system such as the train of speed up and introduction of electric and pneumatic braking system.

In general, weapon system design/configuration data consist of system structure information which is linked to Part information, documents and drawings. For configuration management, version and revision control are necessary and access control of users to information should be managed for information security. Configuration data of weapon systems have various kinds of different meta data which are contained in the structure as well as attributes of parts and documents information. If neutral types of meta data models be used for building configuration management system, they can be applied to many different kinds of weapon systems with a little customization. In this paper, five meta data models are supposed and implementation results of them by using CBD(component based design) methodology are presented.

Globally, oil-filled paper-insulated cables and cross-linked polyethylene-insulated cables have been mainly applied for a underground power transmission line. The oil-filled cable has the hydraulic system in which insulating oil, expanded and contracted by temperature changes, is absorbed and supplied. This system enable us to detect oil leakages from the cable. But it has some problems such as difficulty in detecting minor leakages and a relatively long period of fault detecting. And so, this paper introduce a new leakage detection system, improved from the current one.

본 연구는 링크 유알엘 접속을 통해 스팸메일을 자동으로 차단하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 연구의 링크 유알엘 접속을 통한 스팸메일 자동 차단 방법은 다음과 같다. 1. 인터넷을 통해 연결되어 이루어지는 전자메일 시스템(서버)에서 수신되는 전자메일의 메시지 원본에 존재하는 링크 유알엘 정보를 추출하고, 2. 추출된 링크 유알엘 정보에 링크된 웹페이지에 접속을 수행하며, 3. 웹페이지의 컨텐츠 중에 미리 규정된 스팸 키워드가 존재하는 경우에 수신된 전자메일을 스팸메일로 분류하여 차단한다.
