  • 최근 산업계에서 널리 사용되고 있는 유도전동기, 특히 단상 유도전동기는 고주파에 의한 영향으로 인하여 crawling 현상이 발생하기도 한다. 이러한 고주파에 의한 영향을 저감시키기 위하여 주로 skew를 적용시키고 있다. 본 논문에서는 crawling 현상 저감을 위하여 skew 값에 따른 각 차수별 고주파를 분석하고 양호한 토크 특성을 발생시키도록 연구되었다. 또한 2D 해석 및 샘플 제작을 통한 실험을 통하여 실제 모델에서의 skew에 의한 crawling 현상 저감을 확인하였다.

  • There were a dramatic change in technical aspect in Korean detergent industry for past 5${\sim}$6 years. we, detergent industries, have been trying to find out a new way of production and better goods on environment as well as men to decrease domestic wastes and water pollution. In addition, increasing expense for transportation, storage and displaying give us another difficulties. Compact detergents are best method to solve this problems. Detergent ingredients, formulations and process were concentrated to the development of compact detergents. Now, I'll introduce about the recent trends in technical aspect and near future's prospects in Korean detergent industry.

  • This paper aims to apply a supply chain modeling and its analysis framework to the supply chain in the port industry, each of which has its own objective. The simulation approach serves two purposes: to model a supply chain network in quantity approach and to evaluate its supply chain performance based on proposed strategies. The simulation model will be applied to quantifying the flow of a supply chain, the involved information and material flow and conducted to simulate the supply chain operations. The model will also be used which strategic and operational policies are the most effective in smoothing the variations in the supply chain.

  • 소프트웨어 산업의 중요성이 높아짐에 따라 소프트웨어 교육의 중요성 또한 높아지고 있다. 한글 프로그래밍 언어 새싹은 소프트웨어 교육의 질을 높이기 위해 개발된 언어다. 한편, 소프트웨어 교육에서 코딩은 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 때문에, 코딩 환경을 개선하는 것 역시 소프트웨어 교육의 질을 높이는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 한글 프로그래밍 언어 새싹을 지원하는 클라우드 IDE 봄밭을 제시한다. 봄밭은 웹상에서 새싹 프로젝트 관리, 코드 제작 및 수정, 컴파일 및 실행 등의 기능을 지원한다.

  • In this thesis, the objective is to identify and analyze trends in the evolution of virtual reality in the midst of the trend of digital content and the trend of the 4th industrial revolution. The analysis is divided into devices, development, distribution platforms and content fields, which are divided into active, static, and classical content and trend. This thesis is meaningful as a basic material in the planning stage of virtual augmented reality contents.

  • Transmission delay and packet loss induced by a communication network can degrade the control performance and, even make the system unstable. This paper presents a method for compensating transmission delay and packet loss in a networked control system for unmanned underwater vehicle. The proposed method is based on Lagrange interpolation in order to satisfy the requirements of simplicity and model-independency. In this work, the lost/delayed data are estimated in real time by only using the past data without requiring any mathematical model of the controlled system. Consequently, the proposed method can be implemented independent of the controlled system, and also it can achieve fast and accurate compensation performance. The performance of the proposed technique is evaluated by numerical simulations with an unmanned underwater vehicle.

  • Sppur gear trains are used widely in high precision machines because gear trains have an advantage of exact transmission of angular velocity. Especially, gear trains are used in high quali8ty photocopying and photography OA machines. In general, gears have errors in manufacturing and assembling process and the errors are limited by tolerances. As the result, the tolerances cause the performance error. Therfore, it is important to predict transmission error caused by the tolerances for the tolerance design. Earlier tolerance design methods use mainly experimental and geometrical techniques. In this paper, a method for gear train analysis with tolerance is proposed. Because the method uses dynamic contacts, it is possible to consider irregularities and assemble errors of gears. In addition, the method can predit dynamic loads on the teeth of gears.

  • Wood Plastic Composite(WPC) has been introduced as a new constructional material in Europe and North America. The maintenance-free durability against weather was accepted by customers and the environment-friendly merits ignited the abrupt increase of market size. Domestic major companies have kicked off the WPC business at the market of outdoor constructional materials. Due to the high contents of natural wood fiber, the production equipments should be modified to remove the moisture, to prevent thermal degradation and to promote output rates. Materials including functional fillers play a critical role in rheological properties, which affects the physical and mechanical properties of the last products. More research might be performed for synergy effects combined by various academic fields from mechanical and chemical engineering to polymer process and material science.
