Bacterial ATP synthases drive ATP synthesis by a rotary mechanism, and play a vital role in physiology and cell metabolism. Corynebacterium glutamicum is well known as an industrial workhorse for amino acid production, and its ATP synthase operon contains eight structural genes and two adjacent genes, cg1360 and cg1361. So far, the physiological functions of Cg1360 (GenBank CAF19908) and Cg1361 (GenBank CAF19909) remain unclear. Here, we showed that Cg1360 was a hydrophobic protein with four transmembrane helices (TMHs), while no TMH was found in Cg1361. Deletion of cg1360, but not cg1361, led to significantly reduced cell growth using glucose and acetic acid as carbon sources, reduced F1 portions in the membrane, reduced ATP-driven proton-pumping activity and ATPase activity, suggesting that Cg1360 plays an important role in ATP synthase function. The intracellular ATP concentration in the ${\Delta}cg1360$ mutant was decreased to 72% of the wild type, while the NADH and NADPH levels in the ${\Delta}cg1360$ mutant were increased by 29% and 26%, respectively. However, the ${\Delta}cg1361$ mutant exhibited comparable intracellular ATP, NADH and NADPH levels with the wild-type strain. Moreover, the effect of cg1360 deletion on L-valine production was examined in the L-valine-producing V-10 strain. The final production of L-valine in the $V-10-{\Delta}cg1360$ mutant reached $9.2{\pm}0.3g/l$ in shake flasks, which was 14% higher than that of the V-10 strain. Thus, Cg1360 can be used as an effective engineering target by altering energy metabolism for the enhancement of amino acid production in C. glutamicum.

Purpose: Online shopping festivals have quickly become the newest trend in online shopping worldwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This has led to marketing distribution channels that traditionally emphasized traditional techniques having turned to electronic commerce platforms. Although the pandemic scenario encourages online purchasing, other factors, such as the influence of participation intention to shop during the Online Shopping Festival, must also be considered. Research design, data and methodology: Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis based on data from 121 respondents who are actively involved with online shopping activities in Klang Valley, Selangor. Results: The results of this study show that promotion categories and the perceived influence of mass participation have a significant influence on participation intention. Meanwhile, the perceived temptation of price promotion and perceived fun promotional activities did not significantly influence participation intention. Conclusions: Theoretically, this study contributes to the literature by using the Theory of Planned Behavior and Stimulus-Response models to explain the factors that drive participation intention for online shopping. In practice, this study attracts and encourages customers to shop during the festival day because various attractive promotions are offered by sellers in Malaysia.

Global population growth has resulted in an increased demand for food production. Simultaneously, aging rural communities have led to a decrease in the workforce, thereby increasing the demand for automation in agriculture. Drones are particularly useful for unmanned pest control fields. However, the current method of uniform spraying leads to environmental damage due to overuse of pesticides and drift by wind. To address this issue, it is necessary to enhance spraying performance through precise performance evaluation. Therefore, as a foundational study aimed at optimizing drone-based pest control technologies, this research evaluated water-sensitive paper (WSP) via density map estimation using convolutional neural networks (CNN) with a encoder-decoder structure. To achieve more accurate estimation, this study implemented multi-task learning, incorporating an additional classifier for image segmentation alongside the density map estimation classifier. The proposed model in this study resulted in a R-squared (R²) of 0.976 for coverage area in the evaluation data set, demonstrating satisfactory performance in evaluating WSP at various density levels. Further research is needed to improve the accuracy of spray result estimations and develop a real-time assessment technology in the field.

창조경제는 새정부 출범과 함께 제시된 새로운 경제발전의 패러다임이다. 정부가 창조경제 정책을 추진한지 3년째를 맞이하고 있으나 창조경제의 규모와 추진 성과에 대한 실감형 분석체계는 부족한 편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창조경제 정책 추진의 경제적 파급효과를 정량적으로 추정하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 국내외 창조경제 문헌 검토를 통해 문화 콘텐츠, SW 산업 등 외국에서 정의되었던 창조경제의 범위를 협의의 창조산업군으로 정의하고, 우리 정부에서 제시한 고기술 첨단제조업, 과학기술서비스업 등을 추가적으로 포괄하여 광의의 창조산업군을 정의하였다. 다음으로 각 산업군 별로 창조경제의 핵심 동인 중 하나인 ICT기반 혁신에 따른 투입-산출의 연도별 증감액을 추정하고 산업 연관분석을 통해 창조산업 내 ICT 기반 혁신이 전체 산업에 미치는 경제적 파급효과를 추정하였다. 분석 결과 2013년 이후 전반적인 경기 하락세에서도 광의의 창조산업에서의 ICT기반 혁신이 전 산업의 생산, 부가가치 및 고용유발효과의 상승세를 견인하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 협의의 창조산업군에서는 ICT기반 혁신의 경제적 파급효과의 증가가 미미한 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 크게 두 가지 관점에서 이론적, 정책적 의의가 있다. 첫째로 기존의 창조경제 성과지표가 투입 역량 중심으로 되어 있어 가시적 효과를 산정하기 어려운 상황에서 산업연관분석을 통한 산출 중심의 성과를 추정하는 새로운 방법론적 토대를 제공하였다. 두 번째로 기존의 창조산업 파급효과가 단순히 해당 산업군의 규모 추정에 그쳐 추상적이고 모호하였다면, 본 분석에서는 창조산업의 전체 규모 중에서 ICT기반 혁신활동이 설명하는 파급효과를 구체적으로 산출하여 효과 산정의 타당성과 신뢰성을 높였다는 점이다.

세계 각국은 저탄소 녹색성장을 미래의 신성장동력으로 설정하고, 다양한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 이에 우리나라도 녹색성장을 전국가적인 최우선 정책과제로 설정하고, 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있다. 우리나라가 추진하고 있는 녹색성장의 경우 몇 가지의 정책을 중점적으로 추진하고 있다. 우선 우리나라가 추진하고 있는 녹색성장은 부가가치를 창출하고, 국가의 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 녹색 산업 육성에 중점을 두고 있다. 녹색성장은 삶의 양식 전체의 전환을 통해 추진됨을 고려할 때 보다 균형 있는 시책의 추진에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 다른 하나는 중앙정부 주도의 정책추진에 무게가 실리고 있다. 정책의 기획이나 수립은 중앙정부의 주된 영역이라고 할 수 있지만, 녹색성장 정책은 결국 지역에서 실현된다고 볼 때, 중앙정부와 각 지역의 적절한 정책 조율 또한 다른 나라에서 볼 수 없는 우리나라만의 주요한 특징이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 녹색성장의 특성과 녹색물류의 추진 실태를 분석하고, 녹색물류의 정부 지원 정책을 연구하여 정부의 정책 지원에 대한 검토와 이에 대한 대안을 제시함으로써 우리나라의 녹색물류의 추진전략을 개발하고자 함이다.

The Republic of Korean Navy (ROKN) started from scratch. However, ROKN demonstrated its Blue Navy capabilities successfully to the entire world by conducting "Operation Early Dawn" at the Aden Bay, Yemen in Jan 2011. On the event of the 70th anniversary of the ROKN, I would like to retrospect past gleaning from voyages and challenges we had in the past. At the very inception of the ROKN, Korean government as well as senior military leaders recognized that it had no time to spare to clean up military those were insinuated deeply by communist agents. It was the top priority of the government. The Mongumpo Operation which was not well known, conducted by ROKN was one of the clean-up drive. The Korean War sometimes called as "a fire from land put-off at the sea". The world famous "Incheon Landing" which reversed war situation from the Nakdong Perimeter also done by Sea Power. ROKN conducted various maritime operations including not only Incheon Landing, but amphibious operation at Hungnam, mine sweeping, sea convoy, Wonsan Withdrawal. On the same day of the Korean War started, 25th June 1950, unless the victory of the ROKNS Baekdusan (PC 701) at the Korean Strait, the waning lamp light of Korea could not be rekindled by the participation of the U.N. The ROKN rescued the 17th regiment of Korean Army from the isolation at the Ongjin Peninsular and transported gold and silver bars stored at the Bank of Korea to the Navy supply deposit in Jinhae safely. ROKN special intelligence unit conducted critical HUMINT which led Incheon Landing success. One of important mission ROKN conducted successfully was not only transporting war fighting materials but also U.S. provided grains to starving Koreans. ROKN participated Vietnam campaign from 1960s and conducted numerous maritime transportation operations supplying materials to Vietnam military forces along the long coastal lines. Experienced Naval Officers and enlisted men who discharged and acquired as merchant marine certificate supported most of the U.S. sea lift operations throughout the Vietnam campaign. ROK-US Combined Forces which had been honed and improved its war fighting capabilities through the Korean War and out of Vietnam jungle playing key deterrent against threat from north Korea. However, those threat level will be completely different when north Korea finish its nuclear weapon ambition. In order to stand firm against north Korean nuclear threat, I would like to expect strong political leadership supporting nuclear submarine for ROKN.

近年来, 中国的旅游演艺进行了一系列新项目的落成, 使旅游演艺产业的票房增加, 经济收入增高, 同时带动了旅游演艺的品牌形成, 而且拥有了一定的良好口碑, 对地域的文化传播, 经济发展都有一定的推动作用, 其中大型情景体验剧就是重点项目之一。大型情景体验剧是一种以模拟真实环境空间设计为空间, 使观众在视觉, 听觉, 嗅觉, 味觉和触觉等多位感官上进行主动式体验, 互动性极强的新戏剧形式。大型情景体验剧根据中国的传统文化, 地域文化, 流传已久的故事进行了改编, 又结合了灯光, 音效, 特效, 3D效果等高科技, 使观众的体验更加真实。《又见平遥》作为中国第一部大型室内情景体验剧, 以新的表现形式和创作手段来体现山西文化的博大精深。以情景体验剧的形式, 使观众更加直观地感受到了"山西人"的"山西情"和"山西德", 推动山西旅游业的发展, 带动山西地区的经济, 逐渐形成了完整的产业链。但也有剧情连接不顺及游客管理不当等局限, 可以通过更多的观众互动及指引完善演出效果。因此可以看出, 大型情景体验剧对地域在传统文化, 价值观的传播上, 旅游产业的发展上, 地域的品牌特色形成以及经济发展上都有很大的推动作用。通过这些, 可以看出大型情景体验剧对实景演出的发展具有创新思维内容, 逐渐形成产业链闭环以及拓宽宣传渠道等启示作用。

최근 온라인 및 다양한 스마트 기기의 사용이 확산됨에 따라 온라인을 통한 쇼핑구매가 더욱 활성화 되었다. 때문에 인터넷 쇼핑몰들은 쇼핑에 관심이 있는 잠재 고객들에게 한 번이라도 더 자사의 링크를 노출시키기 위해 키워드에 비용을 지불할 용의가 있으며, 이러한 추세는 검색 광고 시장의 광고비를 증가시키는 원인을 제공하였다. 이 때 키워드의 가치는 대체로 검색어의 빈도수에 기반을 두어 산정된다. 하지만 포털 사이트에서 검색어로 자주 입력되는 모든 단어가 쇼핑과 관련이 있는 것은 아니며, 이들 키워드 중에는 빈도수는 높지만 쇼핑몰 관점에서는 별로 수익과 관련이 없는 키워드도 다수 존재한다. 그렇기 때문에 특정 키워드가 사용자들에게 많이 노출된다고 해서, 이를 통해 구매가 이루어질 것을 기대하여 해당 키워드에 많은 광고비를 지급하는 것은 매우 비효율적인 방식이다. 따라서 포털 사이트의 빈발 검색어 중 쇼핑몰 관점에서 중요한 키워드를 추출하는 작업이 별도로 요구되며, 이 과정을 빠르고 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 자동화 방법론에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 수요에 부응하기 위해 포털 사이트에 입력된 키워드 중 쇼핑의도를 포함하고 있을 가능성이 높을 것으로 추정되는 키워드만을 자동으로 추출하는 방안을 제시하고, 구체적으로는 전체 검색어 중 검색결과 페이지에서 쇼핑과 관련 된 페이지로 이동한 검색어만을 추출하여 순위를 집계하고, 이 순위를 전체 검색 키워드의 순위와 비교하였다. 국내 최대의 검색 포털인 'N'사에서 이루어진 검색 약 390만 건에 대한 실험결과, 제안 방법론에 의해 추천된 쇼핑의도 포함 키워드가 단순 빈도수 기반의 키워드에 비해 정확도, 재현율, F-Score의 모든 측면에서 상대적으로 우수한 성능을 보이는 것으로 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.
