농촌리더의 리더십교육 참여 및 교육 요구 (Participation and Needs Analysis on Leadership Program of Rural Leaders)

  • The objectives of this study were to explore leadership program participation of rural leaders and to analyze needs assessment for leadership program. The data were collected from 273 rural leaders by stratified random sampling. The SPSSWIN/ver.10 program was used for analyzing data with frequency and cross-tab analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; 1) Rural leaders should effectively use leadership competency after leadership program. 2) Major problems of leadership program were lecturers' speciality and rather vague educational purpose. 3) Rural leaders wanted to learn more about rural and agricultural policies, conflict resolution among residents, specific and specialized leadership skills, and organizational activities. 4) Rural leaders responded that they need more programs on developing logical thinking, organizational competency, creative thinking, and positive attitude. 5) Characteristics of rural leaders should be considered in developing and implementing leadership programs.

과학고등학교 학생을 대상으로 한 공학적 문제해결 중심 메이커톤 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (A Study on Effects of Make-A-Thon Program based on Engineering Problem Solving for Science high school students)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a make-a-thon program based on engineering problem solving for science high school students and to analyze the changes of participating students. Through the consultation of teachers and experts, a team-based and student-driven engineering problem-solving-oriented make-a-thon program was developed. And, the program operated using KAIST's human and material resources for 51 students. Students composed of 12 teams studied 12 topics through an engineering problem-solving process, and the overall program satisfaction was very high, on average 4.62. Through this program, students' creative leader competency have been positively changed, especially in cognitive characteristics (diffusion thinking, problem solving ability) and social characteristics (pursuit of social values). Attitudes toward engineering also changed positively, especially in terms of difficulty of engineering, interest in engineering, gender role in engineering, and engineering and occupational factors. In conclusion, it was confirmed that this program is very effective for science high school students with high demand for engineering education.

오픈소스 소프트웨어 운영자 역할이 성과에 미치는 영향: 인상형성과 사회적 자본 이론을 중심으로 (Role of Project Owner in OSS Project: Based on Impression Formation and Social Capital Theory)

  • 인터넷을 통한 개방적 협업의 가치가 사회 경제적으로 증가하고 있는 가운데, 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 성공적인 운영의 중요성 또한 증가하였다. 기존의 연구들이 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인들을 검증하였으나 프로젝트 운영자가 프로젝트 성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 한정적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 운영자의 특성을 개인의 특성과 운영 방식의 특성으로 나누어 인상형성 및 사회적 자본 이론을 중심으로 그 영향을 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 대표적인 오픈소스 소프트웨어 개발 플랫폼인 깃허브(Github)에서 611개의 리퍼지토리(Repository)와 리퍼지토리 운영자의 데이터를 수집하였으며, 사회 연결망분석을 통해 각 리퍼지토리의 지식공유 네트워크를 구축하였다. 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 프로젝트 성과에 영향을 미치는 명시적 리더의 특성을 분석한 결과, 운영자가 개인의 정보를 많이 공개하여 신뢰성을 확보하고자 노력하거나, 적극적으로 팔로잉을 하여 외부 개발자에 대한 관심이 높거나, 지식공유 네트워크에서 중심적인 역할을 할 경우 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 코드의 수용비율이 높거나, 깃허브 내에서 전문가로 인지되어 있을 경우 오히려 성과가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 향후 오픈소스 소프트웨어뿐만 아니라 다양한 형태의 개방적 협업의 성공적 운영을 위한 운영자 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

지체장애인의 운동참여제약 측정척도 개발 -요인구조 탐색과 준거관련타당도 검증- (Developing a Scale for Measuring the Constraints in Physical Activity of People with Physical Disabilities - Verification of Factor Structure and Related Criterion Validity -)

  • 이 연구는 지체장애인의 운동참여제약을 측정할 수 있는 운동참여제약 측정도구(Constraints in Physical Activity Scale for people with physical Disabilities: CPASD)를 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 Messick(1995)의 통합적 타당도, Benson(1998)의 강력한 구인타당도 프로그램 틀을 기반으로 한 다섯 가지 단계로 연구를 설계하였고, 지체장애인 264명을 대상으로 공통요인모형과 측정모형을 적용하여 CPASD의 타당도 증거를 체계적으로 제시하였다. 이 연구의 결과와 논의를 토대로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, CPASD는 구인타당도의 증거를 제시하였다. 요인구조의 해석가능성과 요인계수의 적합성을 통해 지도자 제약, 경제적 제약, 편견, 운동환경 제약으로 구성된 4요인, 17개 문항으로 개발되었다. 둘째, 개발된 CPASD의 요인구조(지도자제약, 경제적제약, 편견, 운동환경제약)는 통계적으로 구분됨과 동시에, 기존 운동참여제약 관련 이론을 안정적으로 반영하였다. 셋째, 개발된 CPASD는 준거관련타당도 증거를 제시하였다. 지도자제약, 편견은 긍정적 운동정서와 부적인 상관관계를, 지도자제약, 편견, 운동환경제약은 부정적 운동정서와 정적인 상관관계를 나타내었다. 따라서 후속 연구에서는 CPASD의 요인로 도출된 지도자제약, 경제적제약, 편견, 운동환경제약과 관련된 현재의 제도, 실태 등을 재평가할 필요성이 대두되고, 이를 위해 CPASD를 활용한 인과관계검증, IRT 이론을 적용한 현실 수준정도를 판단할 필요가 있다.

간호학생을 위한 국제보건역량강화 프로그램의 개발 및 효과 (Development and Effect of a Global Health Capacity Building Program for Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study developed a short-term education program aiming to strengthen global health capacity in nursing students, and examined the effects of the program. Methods: The subjects of this study were 83 students recruited from 29 nursing colleges. Domestic workshops and overseas training in the Philippines were offered. For data collection and analysis, the triangulation method was adopted. Results: Students' critical thinking disposition and global leadership capacity were significantly increased. Thematic content analysis derived fifteen themes: expansion of global health, understanding of cultural diversity, vision of being a global leader, cultivation of communication skills, open mind toward people with different culture, pride and vocation, understanding of nursing in foreign countries, understanding of visiting nurse service, sustainability, understanding of local needs and environments, and education methods with an emphasis on participants, broader view and thinking of the world, reflection on the characteristics of a nurse, development through cooperation, and development through programs. Conclusion: The global health capacity building program improved nursing students' view of global health and nursing care. It is needed to develop continuously diverse global health capacity-building programs for nursing students.

가족친화마을만들기를 위한 주민역량강화 방안 -살기좋은마을만들기를 위한 주민역량강화 프로그램 분석을 기초로 - (A Study on the Plan to Reinforce the Resident's Capacity to Build Family-Friendly Community -Focused on Educational Program of Livable Community Building -)

  • This study proposes a plan for the residents to have a capacity to build a family-friendly community on their own. As there is not a family-friendly community related program developed for "Resident's Capacity Reinforcement", three programs closely related with family-friendly community program were analyzed instead. Analysis showed that first, the community spirit must be emphasized to maintain the characteristics of family care with social support. Second, educational contents must reflect resident's capacity elements that are necessary for participating in the family friendly community building stages. Third, there is a necessity for systematization of education courses into beginner, intermediate, and specialty course given education is continued. Fourth, there is a necessity for the curriculum that may be used for the family friendly community building to foster human and material resource management ability. Therefore, framework for the educational contents suggests X-axis and Y-axis presented by person-business and morphogenic-morphostatic as referred to Ulrich(1997),s human resource model. However, this study has limitations because educational program of 'livable community building' are analyzed for the plan to reinforce capacity to build family-friendly community. There is a necessity for continuing to improve the program by in depth interview or social survey with residents and leader in community.

프랜차이즈 호텔의 LMX가 종업원의 직무스트레스, 직무역할성과, 그리고 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of LMX on Work Stressors, Work Role Performance, and Employee Loyalty in Franchising Hotels)

  • Purpose - In hotel industry, quality of leader-member exchange(LMX) relationship is very critical, because it impacts on the employee's work attitude and behaviors. Thus, this research examines the effect of LMX on employee loyalty in the context of hotel business and identifies mediating roles of work stressors, work role performance in the relationship between LMX and employee loyalty. This research suggests the guidelines for how hotel leaders should manage their employees and build employee loyalty that improve management and business performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study tests the structural relationship between LMX, work stressors, work role performance, and employee loyalty. Work role performance divide into three sub-dimensions such as individual task proficiency, individual task adaptivity, and individual task proactivity. In order to examine the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. The data were collected from 113 franchise hotel employees and were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3 program. Result - The findings of this research are as follows. First, leader-member exchange(LMX) have significant positive impacts on work stressors, work role performance, and employee loyalty. Second, work stressors have significant negative impacts on work role performance and employee loyalty. Third, work role performance has significant positive impact on employee loyalty. Conclusions - The outcomes of this research indicate that hotel leaders should focus on the dyadic relationship with their employees how to improve employee productivity through LMX relationship. In turn, the quality of this relationship influences employees's work attitudes and behaviors. As a result of increasing job demands in hotel business which relies heavily on human resources, the hotel leader must find ways to prevent or reduce stressors and associated strains. If hotel employees perceive the high quality of LMX relationship, they improve their work role performance which influences loyalty. Therefore, the hotel leaders should develop monetary or non-monetary reward system for the employees and, make an efforts to have unique social exchange relationships with employees.

독서캠프 프로그램을 통한 독서활동 전개에 관한 연구 - 독서지도자와 집단지도 대상자와의 상호 독서활동을 중심으로 - (A Study of Relationship between the Reading Activities and the Reading Camp Program)

  • 독서지도자와 지도대상자간의 상호 독서활동을 전개하는 독서캠프 프로그램을 2000년도에 네 번 실시하는 과정에서 나타난 독서지도자와 지도대상자간의 독서활동에 관한 반응은 다음과 같다. $\circled1$ 독서지도자와 지도대상자들은 모두 독서캠프 프로그램에 적극적으로 참여했으며 지도대상자들이 더 적었으며, 자신의 생활관이나 독서관을 확립하는 계기는 독서지도자가 더 긍정적으로 나타났다. 독서캠프 프로그램에 참여하는 독서지도자나 지도대상자 모두 자신의 독서생활을 향상시키는데 많은 도움을 얻었는데, 특히 독서지도자가 더 많은 것을 터득하는 것으로 나타났다.

베하스 운동프로그램이 골관절염 노인의 통증, 균형감, 낙상효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effects of BeHaS Exercise Program on Pain, Balance and Fall Efficacy in Elderly with Osteoarthritis)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of BeHaS exercise program on pain, balance, and falling efficacy in elderly with osteoarthritis. Method: A convenience sample of 52 elderly people with osteoarthritis who lived in C city were recruited through the public health center. For this quasi-experimental study design, 31 of the elders were assigned to the experimental group which received the BeHaS exercise program twice week for eight weeks, and 24 were assigned for the control group (no intervention). Outcome measures were numeric pain scale, standing on one leg for balance, fall efficacy scale. Analysis was performed with SPSS version 12.0 program. Results: Pain was decreased significantly in the experimental group as compared to the control group, Balance and fall efficacy were improved significantly in the experimental group as compared to the control group. Conclusion: The BeHaS exercise program can be effective in improving pain, balance, and fall efficacy in elders with osteoarthritis.

수간호사와 일반간호사의 교환관계의 질이 일반간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Leader-Member Exchange Quality of Head Nurses and Clinical Nurses on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose was to identify the influence the quality of head and clinical nurses' LMX (Leader-Member Exchange) on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: The participants were 42 head nurses and 202 clinical nurses who worked in 7 hospitals with more than 300 beds in I-city. The data were collected from March 10 to April 10, 2013 using a self-report questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The mean score for head nurses' LMX quality was 3.66 and for clinical nurses, 3.51. Clinical nurses' LMX quality and age had a positive impact on job satisfaction (F=8.00, p<.001). Clinical nurses' LMX quality and marriage (not single) had a positive impact on organizational commitment (F=6.76, p<.001). Conclusion: The LMX quality of head nurse was higher than that of clinical nurses, but did not positively affect clinical nurses' job satisfaction or organizational commitment indicating that the LMX quality of clinical nurses is more important than that of head nurse. Thus head nurses should make efforts to lead their units or teams in a positive and friendly way. This positive recognition will promote greater job satisfaction and organizational commitment of clinical nurses.
