With the increasing socio-economic value of an open collaboration over the Internet, it has become significantly important to successfully manage open source software development program. Most of the previous research have focused on various factors that influence the performance of the project, but studies on how the project owners recognized as "leader" affect the outcome of the project are very limited. This research investigates how individual and governance characteristics of an owner influences the performance of project based on impression formation and social capital theory. For a data set, we collect 611 Repositories and the owner's data from the open source development platform Github, and we form knowledge sharing network of an each repository by using social network analysis. We use hierarchical regression analysis, and our results show that a leader, who exposes a lot of one's personal information or who has actively followed and showed interests to communicate with other developers, affects positive impacts on project performance. A leader who has a high centrality in knowledge sharing network also positively affects on project performance. On the other hand, if a leader was highly willing to accept external knowledge or is recognized as an expert in the community with large numbers of followers, the result show negative impacts on project performance. The research may serve as a useful guideline not only for the future open source software projects but also for the effective management of different types of open collaboration.
The purpose of this study was to develop the Constraints in Physical Activity Scale for people with physical Disabilities(CPASD) which measures the constraints in physical activity of people with physical disabilities. For this study, the 5 step analytic framework of unified validity developed by Messick (1995), the framework for conducting a strong program of construct validation by Benson (1998) method were applied. Furthermore, the validity of CPASD was systematically presented by applying common factor model and measurement model to 264 persons with physical disabilities. The conclusion based on the results and discussions of this study is as follows. First, CPASD presented evidence of job validity. Four factors (17 items) were developed, consisting of leader constraints, economic constraints, prejudice, and exercise environment constraints through the analysis of the factor structure and the fit of factor coefficients. Second, the factor structure of the developed CPASD (leader constraint, economic constraint, prejudice, exercise environment constraint) was statistically distinguished and stably reflected the existing exercise participation constraints theory. Third, the developed CPASD presented evidence of the validity of the criteria. Leader constraints and prejudice were negatively correlated with positive motor emotions, leader constraints, prejudice, and exercise environment constraints were positively correlated with negative motor emotions. Therefore, in future research, it is necessary to reevaluate the current system and actual condition related to leader constraints, economic constraints, prejudices, and exercise environment constraints derived as factors of CPASD. To do this, it is necessary to judge the degree of reality based on the causal relationship verification and IRT theory using CPASD.

Purpose: This study developed a short-term education program aiming to strengthen global health capacity in nursing students, and examined the effects of the program. Methods: The subjects of this study were 83 students recruited from 29 nursing colleges. Domestic workshops and overseas training in the Philippines were offered. For data collection and analysis, the triangulation method was adopted. Results: Students' critical thinking disposition and global leadership capacity were significantly increased. Thematic content analysis derived fifteen themes: expansion of global health, understanding of cultural diversity, vision of being a global leader, cultivation of communication skills, open mind toward people with different culture, pride and vocation, understanding of nursing in foreign countries, understanding of visiting nurse service, sustainability, understanding of local needs and environments, and education methods with an emphasis on participants, broader view and thinking of the world, reflection on the characteristics of a nurse, development through cooperation, and development through programs. Conclusion: The global health capacity building program improved nursing students' view of global health and nursing care. It is needed to develop continuously diverse global health capacity-building programs for nursing students.

This study proposes a plan for the residents to have a capacity to build a family-friendly community on their own. As there is not a family-friendly community related program developed for "Resident's Capacity Reinforcement", three programs closely related with family-friendly community program were analyzed instead. Analysis showed that first, the community spirit must be emphasized to maintain the characteristics of family care with social support. Second, educational contents must reflect resident's capacity elements that are necessary for participating in the family friendly community building stages. Third, there is a necessity for systematization of education courses into beginner, intermediate, and specialty course given education is continued. Fourth, there is a necessity for the curriculum that may be used for the family friendly community building to foster human and material resource management ability. Therefore, framework for the educational contents suggests X-axis and Y-axis presented by person-business and morphogenic-morphostatic as referred to Ulrich(1997),s human resource model. However, this study has limitations because educational program of 'livable community building' are analyzed for the plan to reinforce capacity to build family-friendly community. There is a necessity for continuing to improve the program by in depth interview or social survey with residents and leader in community.
Purpose - In hotel industry, quality of leader-member exchange(LMX) relationship is very critical, because it impacts on the employee's work attitude and behaviors. Thus, this research examines the effect of LMX on employee loyalty in the context of hotel business and identifies mediating roles of work stressors, work role performance in the relationship between LMX and employee loyalty. This research suggests the guidelines for how hotel leaders should manage their employees and build employee loyalty that improve management and business performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study tests the structural relationship between LMX, work stressors, work role performance, and employee loyalty. Work role performance divide into three sub-dimensions such as individual task proficiency, individual task adaptivity, and individual task proactivity. In order to examine the purposes of this research, research model and hypotheses were developed. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and tested in the previous studies. The data were collected from 113 franchise hotel employees and were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3 program. Result - The findings of this research are as follows. First, leader-member exchange(LMX) have significant positive impacts on work stressors, work role performance, and employee loyalty. Second, work stressors have significant negative impacts on work role performance and employee loyalty. Third, work role performance has significant positive impact on employee loyalty. Conclusions - The outcomes of this research indicate that hotel leaders should focus on the dyadic relationship with their employees how to improve employee productivity through LMX relationship. In turn, the quality of this relationship influences employees's work attitudes and behaviors. As a result of increasing job demands in hotel business which relies heavily on human resources, the hotel leader must find ways to prevent or reduce stressors and associated strains. If hotel employees perceive the high quality of LMX relationship, they improve their work role performance which influences loyalty. Therefore, the hotel leaders should develop monetary or non-monetary reward system for the employees and, make an efforts to have unique social exchange relationships with employees.

The reading camp program for mutual reading activities between reader`s advisers and readers which has been played four times in 2000 shows the reaction to reading activities among them as follows. $\circled1$ All of reader`s advisers and readers took an active part in the reading camp program and reader's advisers were more active. $\circled2$ All of participants of the reading camp was satisfied by all of the reading program and especially leaders were affected by daily life of reader`s advisers. $\circled3$ All of participants had an opportunity of reflections on his reading activities and leader`s advisers established their sense of life and sense of values in more affirmative. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of BeHaS exercise program on pain, balance, and falling efficacy in elderly with osteoarthritis. Method: A convenience sample of 52 elderly people with osteoarthritis who lived in C city were recruited through the public health center. For this quasi-experimental study design, 31 of the elders were assigned to the experimental group which received the BeHaS exercise program twice week for eight weeks, and 24 were assigned for the control group (no intervention). Outcome measures were numeric pain scale, standing on one leg for balance, fall efficacy scale. Analysis was performed with SPSS version 12.0 program. Results: Pain was decreased significantly in the experimental group as compared to the control group, Balance and fall efficacy were improved significantly in the experimental group as compared to the control group. Conclusion: The BeHaS exercise program can be effective in improving pain, balance, and fall efficacy in elders with osteoarthritis.

Purpose: The purpose was to identify the influence the quality of head and clinical nurses' LMX (Leader-Member Exchange) on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Methods: The participants were 42 head nurses and 202 clinical nurses who worked in 7 hospitals with more than 300 beds in I-city. The data were collected from March 10 to April 10, 2013 using a self-report questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using hierarchical regression with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. Results: The mean score for head nurses' LMX quality was 3.66 and for clinical nurses, 3.51. Clinical nurses' LMX quality and age had a positive impact on job satisfaction (F=8.00, p<.001). Clinical nurses' LMX quality and marriage (not single) had a positive impact on organizational commitment (F=6.76, p<.001). Conclusion: The LMX quality of head nurse was higher than that of clinical nurses, but did not positively affect clinical nurses' job satisfaction or organizational commitment indicating that the LMX quality of clinical nurses is more important than that of head nurse. Thus head nurses should make efforts to lead their units or teams in a positive and friendly way. This positive recognition will promote greater job satisfaction and organizational commitment of clinical nurses.
This study aims at analyzing the leadership-types that have been affecting the social capital of community organization. The methods for this study are literatures review and survey to community organizations in Daegucity and Kyungpook. The questionnaires are sent to 426 leaders who are community organization leaders, 35.%(150) of the total returned questionnaire. The statistical methods used for the data were frequency, percentile, and regression. The major findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1)Direction for improving the social capital of community organization aspect of respondent's personal characteristic (1)female members' rate of community organization should be more high. (2)leader's age is to be over fifty, and educational background of high school is resonable. (3)the leader's religious is buddhism, the leaders of community organization should take the adult education program that related to leadership. 2)Resonable leadership-types to improve the social capital of community organization as follow; (1)reformative leadership is more important than trading leadership for affecting positively the social capital of community organization. (2)the authoritative leadership of reformative leadership-types is the most important than anyone else. (3)the condition-reward leadership of trading leadership types is affecting positively the social capital of community organization. And the authoritative leadership is needed for increasing the social capital of community organizations in Daegucity and Kyungpook.

In spite of the modern medical development, the chronic & regressive diseases are rapidly increasing ironically. In this regards, many countries endeavoring to rely on the traditional or CAM instead of Conventional and Modern Medicines. The late Steve Jobs who sought for the natural therapy for his pancreatic cancer was one representative example. Every countries are investing huge amount of money to become the leader in the CAM market. Moreover, by preoccupying the world-wide standards, each country is trying to grab the market monopoliy. In this thesis, I examined several coutries' CAM markets and their CAM development strategies. These strategies should be considered for the KTM development Strategy. Fortunately, KTM has doing the main role in the Korean CAM development strategy. But to become the world leader in CAM market, the governmental committee should be established and the Financial Investment and Aid Program should be followed. It is very important to obtain the world standards. To do so, the R&D capability should be enhanced also. The world trends in CAM should be scrutinized and the Government Agency - Scholartic Group - Research institute have to cooperate for the same target.
