기능성 박막코팅에 따른 복합재료 핸드의 특성변화

  • FPD(LCD, PDP)와 Wafer(6-12인치)제조공정에서 사용되고 있는 자동화 이송 장비들의 경우, 높은 생산성과 수율을 위해 금속제의 핸드보다는 세라믹이나 복합재료(CERP)와 같이 가벼운 고강도 고강성의 소재를 사용하고 있다. 그러나 세라믹의 경우는 비안정성이나 고가격과 같은 문제점들이 있어서 사용이 제한되어 있다. 이에 비해 복합재료핸드는 반영구적인 수명과 우수한 기능으로 인해 그 사용이 점차 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 복합재료핸드에 다양한 방법으로 기능성박막을 코팅하여 이에 따른 특성변화를 관찰하고자 하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 RF Matcher 의 동작성능 개선을 위하여 RF Match 제어단의 제어 알고리즘과 하드웨어의 디지털화 방안에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 개발된 제어단은 최적의 동작성능을 위하여 multi-preset, 이득제어 기능 등 다양한 부가 기능을 갖도록 설계/제작하였고, 또한 LCD 모듈의 설치를 통하여 RF Matcher의 실시간 상태 파악이 가능하도록 하였다. 개발된 제어단에 대한 실험결과로부터 RF 전력의 over/under shoot, 플라즈마 플리커 등의 현상이 제거되었고, 정합시간이 크게 단축되었음을 알 수 있었다.

Evaluation of Flexural Strength of 3D Printing Resin According to Post-Curing Equipment and Time (후경화기와 경화시간에 따른 3D 프린팅 레진의 굴곡강도 평가)

  • This study aimed to evaluate the effect of post-curing equipment and time on the flexural strength of 3D printing resins produced by a liquid crystal display(LCD) printer. The three 3D printing resins(DENTCA Denture Teeth, DT; C&B 5.0 hybrid, CH; C&B Permanent A2, CP) were divided into four groups according to post-curing time(10 min and 30 min) and equipment with or without vacuum treatment. For the three-point flexural strength test and biaxial strength test were prepared by method according to ISO 10477, ISO 6872, respectively. Flexural strength was measured with universal testing machine. Comparison between post-curing time of each post-curing equipment was analyzed by independent sample t-test and Mann-Whitney U test(α=.05), and comparison between groups according to each 3D printing resin was performed by Kruskal-Wallis test and post-hoc by Bonferroni-Dunn test(α=.05). The flexural strength of the resin post-curing under vacuum was higher than that of the resin post-curing in air. In the comparison according to the post-curing time, in the case of the post-curing equipment without vacuum, the 30 minute curing time showed significantly higher flexural strength than the 10 minute curing time, except for the biaxial flexural strength of CH(P<.05). In the post-curing equipment with vacuum, the three-point flexural strength of all 3D printing resins(DT, CH, and CP) showed a higher value at 30 minute curing time than at 10 minute curing time.

  • According as the industry develops recently, the import and export freight amount is increasing sharply, but physical distribution processing equipment ability had achieved conveyance, surge and setup of physical distribution by human's labor ability. But, inefficiency is indicated in operation of product line and warehouse or physical distribution storage equipment because is ceilinged the processing physical distribution amount and the efficiency in physical distribution processing by these labor ability.

  • As the manufacturing capacity needs for large size LCD TV shifts very fast into next generation, processing and test equipment makers face more difficult challenges in accommodating productivity, reliability and lead time of panel makers as well as the prerequisite of high process quality. In this paper, AKT will discuss its new innovative productivity solutions in PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition), as the key thin film process system, and EBT (Electron Beam Test), as the key array test system, for the huge glass size with surface dimension larger than 2 meter by 2 meter.

OLED display manufacturing by Organic Vapor Phase Deposition

  • We report on Organic Vapor Phase Deposition $(OVPD^{(R)})$ an innovative deposition technology for organic light emitting device (OLED) and organic semiconductor manufacturing. The combination of $OVPD^{(R)}$ with Close Coupled Showerhead (CCS) technology results in manufacturing equipment with vast potential for cost effective manufacturing of OLED displays commercially competitive to LCD. The actual $OVPD^{(R)}$ equipment concept and design is discussed: Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) modeling is compared with experimental results proving the excellent controllability of the deposition process. Further other production relevant deposition properties are being reviewed e.g. high deposition rates and high organic material utilization efficiency of the $OVPD^{(R)}$ - Technology. Data from devices made by $OVPD^{(R)}$ show comparable/ superior performance to those fabricated with conventional vacuum thermal evaporation (VTE) techniques. An outlook on further potentials of $OVPD^{(R)}$ with respect to enabling advanced organic device structures is given.

  • To make a inspection and maintenance of the high voltage equipment, electric machinery to transmit and distribute the electric power, the appearance of a simple and inexpensive indicator with which the charge condition of bare conductor parts could be read at a Stance has been needed. Liquid crystal has recently been expanding its application rapidly in appliances for everyday use. Since its display energy is extremely small, it is possible to obtain the working current with simple condenser voltage divider that makes use of stray capacity when it is applied to electric power equipment. Thus, an apparatus has finally appeared which is close to the one they have sought and indicates the existence of voltage impressions.

  • This paper describes the method aimed at establishing the equipment measuring the parameter of Cable Network by Best proper Cable Modem and PDA through RS232 interface. In this paper, we propose our creative experimental configuration and develope the Cable Modem (DOCSIS 2.0) superior more performing than the referred Cable Modem (DOCSIS 1.0, 1.1) and the measuring equipment of HFC network compositing of Cable Modem and PDA through RS232 interface. This equipment analyzes Upstream (U/S) and Downstream (D/S) Signal quality and generates the signal of Upstream by CW signal. The paper also provides the experimental results to check the Best Proper Cable Modem and the displayed screen for parameters for SNR, BER and the demodulated IQ diagram of 256QAM through LCD of PDA. Henceforth, it'll be possible to support a variety of the functions for E-mail, Internet, the speed test of WEB connection and the transmission of the measured result real time by PDA.

  • This paper deals with the design and development of the remote control and measurement systems using CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) data modem. We propose a bi-directional data communication link without the public IP address in CDMA modem device by the TCP/IP packet and SMS(Short Message Service) communication. The remote control and measurement systems are implemented by a Telit WM-800 modem as DCE(Data Communication Equipment), and Atmel AT89C51 microcontroller as DTE(Data Terminal Equipment). The user application software for the control and measurement system user, and the firmware software of device drivers for peripherals such as a digital input/output device, AD/DAC(Analog to Digital/Digital to Analog Converter), LCD, and temperature/humidity sensor are written in Microsoft C and Keil C language respectively for further various applications. The experimental result of the proposed control and measurement systems implemented in this paper is evaluated via real-time experiments, which works well as designed.
