본 논문에서는 개인화와 이동성을 결합하여 제공될 수 있는 유비쿼터스 위치 기반 서비스 기반의 u-마케팅 시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. u-마케팅 시스템은 기존 모바일 마케팅 시스템을 보다 더 효율적으로 지원하는 u-LBS 기반 기술을 활용한 u-마케팅 콜센터이다. 지금까지의 모바일 마케팅이 불특정 다수의 고객에게 일방적으로 홍보 내용을 전달하는 스팸 방식에 마케팅이었다면, u-마케팅 시스템은 u-LBS 기반 기술을 활용하여 이동통신사 가입 회원의 성별, 연령, 거주지, 직업과 그리고 휴대폰의 위치정보나 GPS를 통하여 가입자의 위치정보를 활용함으로써 회원사가 원하는 맞춤형 타겟 마케팅을 지원할 수 있는 위치기반의 유비쿼터스 마케팅 시스템이다.

LBS의 주요 기술 구성요소에는 무선측위기술 또는 위치결정기술, LBS 핵심기반 기술 및 LBS 응용기반 기술 등이 있다. 이 논문에서는 LBS의 주요기술 구성요소 중 핵심기반기술인 위치 데이터 관리 시스템을 설계한다. 제안 시스템은 LBS 응용인터페이스, 응용서비스 질의처리기, 이동객체 위치추정기, 위치정보 관리기, 실시간 데이터 수신기, 위치정보 데이터베이스로 구성된다. 데이터베이스 관리 기술을 활용하여 이동객체의 위치변화 정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 이와 관련된 유용한 정보를 LBS 사용자에게 제공하며, 기존의 상용 데이터베이스에서 처리할 수 없는 이동객체의 연속적인 위치정보를 처리하는 연산 및 위치추정 기능을 지원한다. 실시간 환경에서 발생되는 위치정보의 결손을 보완하는 위치정보 트리거링을 토대로 기존의 위치 정보 관리 시스템이 갖는 문제점을 보완한다. 제안한 위치 데이터 관리 시스템의 응용을 위해 산불관리 응용서비스에 적용한 결과를 보인다.

In this study which it sees it used 1:5000 digital map MS visual 6.0 Active X controls of the country geography intelligence Personnel and it developed the location information output module of web browser base. The location information output system which is developed it will be able to secure the convenient characteristic of precision and visual program of the digital map simultaneously and the maximum anger of LBS application is expected.

This article describes a development CDMA LBS in order to apply to "Control System of Underground Infrastructure Fire Accident" which one of U-City Projects of Seoul City. Our goal guides taking shelter of the sufferer it will not be able to use a GPS when the fire occurs from subway station. There are Location measurement methods which measures the AOA(Angle of Arrival) of the signal which it sends with the MS(Mobile station) from the BS(Base station), an electronic delivery time (TOA:Time of Arrival) and the relative difference of electronic arrival time from Base stations (TDOA:Time Difference of Arrival). This time the error due to a multiplex course error and near-far problem and NLOS(Non Line of Sight). We are planning to construct the Test Bed which is an error below 1 meter.

Location-based services allow consumers to receive services based on their geographic location data. For example, businesses can provide information to find traffic facility, public restaurant, a hospital, and a station based on the consumer’s location at a particular moment. Also, they wish to grasp a accurate location based service in mobile device or PDA. So, this paper shows that presentation service offers a base-map to be overlaid OpenLS (Open Location Services)’s directory service, route determination service, geocode and reverse-geocode service. The presentation service is the portrayal of a map and portrayal of feature as map overlays.

Recently, owing to performance elevation of telecommunication technology, increase of wireless internet's subscriber and diffusion of wireless device, Interest about LBS (Location Based Service) which take advantage of user's location information and can receive information in concerning with user's location is increasing rapidly. So, MOMS (Moving Object Management System) that manage user's location information is required compulsorily to provide location base service. LBS of childhood such as service to find a friend need only current location, but to provide high-quality service in connection with Data Mining, CRM, We must be able to manage location information of past. In this paper, we design distributed manage system to insert and search Moving Object in a large amount. It has been consisted of CLIM (Current Location Information Manager), PLIM (Past-Location Information Manager) and BLIM (Distributed Location Information Manager). CLIM and PLIM prove performance of searching data by using spatiotemporal-index. DLIM distribute an enormous amount of location data to various database. Thus it keeps load-balance, regulates overload and manage a huge number of location information efficiently.

위치기반서비스는 넓은 지역을 커버하기 위해 인공위성이나 이동통신기지국을 이용하는 GPS와 건물 내부나 공원과 같이 한정된 공간(근거리)에서 Zigbee, RFID, CSS(Chirp Spread Spectrum), UWB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 장비 등을 이용하는 RTLS(Real Time Location System)로 나눌 수 있으며, 유선과 무선 인프라의 발전과 측위 기술의 고도화, 인터넷의 발전, 콘텐츠의 다양화 등을 통하여 기술적 발전을 거듭하고 있으며 향후 공통 핵심 기술 요소인 측위 기술, 콘텐츠 기술, 인터넷 및 이동통신기술 등을 중심으로 발전할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 LBS의 발전방향에 대한 신기술과 표준화 기술을 조사 분석하여 관련 업계에 기여할 방향을 찾고자 한다.

EDS is a typical convergence service performing convergence between functions owned by multiple SPs. EDS provides users with the relevant information and the communication by the various personal conditional environment. An alternative terminology for events for net- work related applications is 'triggers'-these are assumed to be included in the present description. Events could be defined as any activities which occur within a service avail ability, signals. Events can be managed, for example, as part of a context-aware application. EDS carry out a procedure for processing user's requested information about mobil network-based entities, such as the combination with various applications, such as a LBS (Location Based Service) and area information. In AS (Application Service) network environments, the user has his customized EDS in the network, the EDS automatically connects the appropriate Terminals consistent with a user profile. EDS can also send the collected information to other requesting users by way of event information and using the procedures of combination with other services. The user can record/retrieve the user-related information to from the information base through EDS.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보방송 서비스가 널리 확대되고 있으나, 인터넷 프로토콜 고유의 한계로 인해 사용상에 제한이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기지국에 IP 주소변환 기능을 도입한 억세스망에서의 인터넷방송 기술과 이를 이용한 위치기반서비스가 제안되었다. 수신기에 IP 주소가 할당되지 않아도 되며, 사전에 서버의 주소를 몰라도 정보를 수신할 수 있으며, 서버의 부하나 통신망 트래픽이 대폭 감소되는 장점이 있다.

지자체에서는 효율적인 업무수행과 복잡한 도시시설물의 효과적인 관리를 위하여 GIS DB를 구축하고, 이를 이용한 지하시설물관리시스템, 도로시설물관리시스템 등의 응용시스템을 개발 활용하고 있다. 그러나 시설물관리시스템은 업무에 요구되는 기능은 제공하고 있으나, GIS DB의 유지관리를 위한 기능을 제공하지 않고 있다. 도시시설물 GIS DB는 GIS 전문기술자에 의하여 실측과 현장조사를 통하여 기본적인 도형 빛 속성정보를 수집하고 구조화편집 등의 복잡한 과정을 거쳐 구축이 되어짐으로 GIS의 경험이 부족한 시설물관리시스템을 운영하는 실무 사용자가 직접 GIS DB를 유지관리를 수행할 경우 GIS DB의 최신성과 신뢰성이 저하될 우려가 있다. 따라서 시설물관리시스템을 운영하는 실무 사용자가 손쉽게 GIS DB를 유지관리할 수 있는 기능이 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 원주시의 도로시설물을 대상으로 LBS개념을 도입한 DB 구축방안과 GIS DB의 유지관리 방법론을 적용하여 도로시설물 DB를 구축하고 시설물관리시스템을 운영하는 실무 사용자가 GIS DB를 유지관리할 수 있도록 응용시스템을 개발하였다.
