Achondroplasia is characterized by undergrowth of long bones and cartilages and by low height. The name of this disease had been called classical chondrodystrophy, dyschondroplasia, chondrodystrophy and micromelia before Parrot reported the term of this disease as Achondroplasia. We are reporting in this paper on an 3-year and 4-month-old boy with achondroplasia. The dental findings are as follows: 1. Open bite and relatively mandibular prognathism were observed in the front teeth. 2. The size, number, shape, structure of the teeth were usual and the tongue was a little bigger than the normal. 3. The metacarpal bones were short and broadening. Mesial, distal border of the prox. phalanges were irregular and also trabecular pattern was abnormal in the hand-wrist P-A view. 4. According to lat. cephalometric analysis, the cranial basis was underdeveloped.

For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The strip loader and cassette were made to obtain more accurate reflectance parameters. The strip was illuminated at 45˚c through optical fiber and the intensity of reflected light was determined at rectanguLat angle using a photodiode. The kubelka-munk coefficient and reflection optical density were determined ar four different wavelengths(500, 550, 570 and 610nm) for blood glucose strip. For higher concentration than 300mg/41 about glucose, a saturation state of abforbance was observed at 500, 550 and 570nm. The correlation between glucose concentration and parameters was the best at 610nm.

A redback system is a binary system composed of a pulsar and a main sequence star. The inverse Compton (IC) scattering between the stellar soft photons and the relativistic pulsar wind will generate orbital-modulating GeV photons. We look for these IC emissions from redback systems. A multi-wavelength observation of an unassociated gamma-ray source, 3FGL J2039.6-5618, by Salvetti et al. (2015) detected an orbital modulation with a period of 0.2 days in both X-ray and optical cases. They suggested 3FGL J2039.6-5618 to be a new redback candidate. We analyzed the gamma-ray emission of 3FGL J2039.6-5618 using the data from the Fermi large area telescope (Fermi-LAT) and obtained the spectrum in different orbital phases. We propose that the spectrum has orbital dependency and estimate the characteristic energy of the IC emission from the stellar-pulsar wind interaction.

In this paper, the requirement specification of the LAN which will be used in the New Directory Assistance System is outlined. And phisical design of the LAN using the repeater/bridge, which is used for communication efficiency and reliability and logical design using the LAT/DECnet are described. Finally a method for load balancing between CPUs is proposed.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of different heel heights on gait deviation and balance. Method : Participants were 16 women majoring in physical therapy in Kyungbuk college, located in Yeong-ju, North Kyungsang Province. Balance and gait patterns were measured by Good Balance and GAIT Rite. Result : Statistically significant differences were found in swing right measured by Gait-rite, and also in Analyze End, Ant-post, Med-Lat, and gait ability score(p < .05) regarding dynamic balance ability. Conclusion : There was no statistically significant difference in gait ability between those who walked barefoot and highheeled. However, balance ability was different "between them". This shows that heel height can lead to decrease in gait ability. Further research should include more participants and use a wide range of heel heights.

This paper deals with Energy Harvesting using a part of physical energy which is generated by pulldown actions. From a point of energy harvesting view, though it is difficult to regenerate constant energy during pulldown exercise unlike cyclic exercise and running machine exercise, it is possible to regenerate some energies to charge batteries for mobile phones. To investigate possibility of energy harvesting during pulldown exercise, a voltage regulation experiment was performed with a converter circuit and a motor which is attached to the exercise equipment. And we conclude that energy harvesting is possible although its small quantity during pulldown exercises.

Esophageal foreign body are not uncommon problems in the otolaryngologic field. Esophageal foreign body may cause severe complications such as esophageal ulceration, esophageal perforation, periesophagitis, tracheo-esophageal fistula, mediastinitis, pneumothorax pyothorax according to the kinds, shape, size, duration of lodgement of foreign body. The majority of esophageal foreign U which lodge in the esophagus can be removed endoscopically, but the following type of foreign body may require removal by external route. 1. an impacted foreign body 2. a foreign body producing esophagitis after unsuccessful attempts at removal through the esopahgoscope 3. a periesophageal abscess with a foreign body lodging in the abscess itself. Recently, we experienced a case of esophageal foreign body (fish bone) which penetrate the cervical esophageal wall and formed retropharyngeal abscess in 54-year old female. The foreign body are successfully removed and abscess was drained by external route through the lat neck.

The moss flora and it's geoecological study were made on Mt. Odae which is situated in the easterm part(37$^{\circ}$43'N. Lat., 128$^{\circ}$30' E. Long) of Korea. The total number ofmosses collected on Mt. Odae in the autumn of 1960 is 50 species, 1 varieties and 1 subspecies, belonging to 23 families. For climate index, Warmth index and Humidity index were calculaterd on Mt. Odae. From the result, it was known that the climate of Mt. Odae is Humid temperate climate and that it's vegetation zone is Deciduous broad-leaf forest zone. Moss Quotient of this mountain is 1.21 and it indicates that the plant climate of Mt. Odae is Hemicryptophytic climate. The moss flora of this mountain was discussed from the pnytogeographical point of view. The flora consists of the following elements: Holarctic element : 20 species (38.5%) North Pacific element: 1 (1.9%) Cosmopolian element: 6 (11.6%) Tropical element: 1 (1.9%) East Asiatic element: 12 (23.05%) Korean-Japan element: 12 (23.05%) Coefficient of closeness was also calculated between the moss flora of Mt. Odae and that of Mt. Sulak and Mt. Kwanak. It was known, therefore, that the flora relation between Mt. Odae and the Mt. Sulak was closer than that between Mt. Odae and Mt. Kwanak.
