Mobile IP는 단말기에 이동성을 부여해 줌으로써 이동중에도 network업무를 수행할 수 있게 해주었다. 하지만 Access Router간에 이동시 발생되는 handover의 시간으로 인하여 지연과 date loss의 문제점이 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. IEEE802.21에거 표준화가 진행중이 MIH(media Independent Handover)는 이종망간 handover를 지원하기 위한 프로토콜이다. NIH는 주변 망의 Layer2 정보와 Layer3 정보 등의 네트워크 정보를 사전에 획득하도록 설계되어있다. MIH의 사전정보 획득기술을 활용하면 MN(Mobile Node)에서 handover 발생시 획득해야 하는 정보를 미리 얻을 수 있고 보다 효율적으로 망을 구성할 수 있다. 본 논문은 MIPv4에서 MIH를 활용하여 MN(Mobile Node)가 handover 할 것으로 예측될 때 MIH Table를 이용하여 Handover에 사용되는 정보를 미리 구축해 둔다. 이로써 Handover가 예측될 때 L2Trigger가 가지는 Init time을 개선시키고, 나아가 짧아진 init time 으로 AR간에 보다 협소한 overlap Length를 가지고 handover를 행할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report a case of Korean medicine treatment accompaning myofascial trigger-point accupuncture for severe & persistent lower urinary tract symptoms after radical prostatectomy. Materials and Methods: A prostate cancer patient with severe & persistent lower urinary tract symptoms after radical prostatectomy conducted 26 months ago, was treated with Korean medicine accompaning myofascial trigger-point accupuncture. The International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS), the IPSS Quality of Life(IPSS-QoL) and the Overactive Bladder Symptom Score(OABSS) questionaires were administered to evaluate the effect of treatment for lower urinary tract symptoms. Results: After 5 month treatment with Korean medicine accompaning myofascial trigger-point accupuncture, IPSS, IPSS-QoL and OABSS progressed from 28 to 8, from 5 to 2 and from 12 to 4 respectively. Conclusion: This case study suggests that Korean medicine accompaning myofascial trigger-point accupuncture may contribute to treat severe & persistent lower urinary tract symptoms after radical prostatectomy.

Fast Handover［1］ 프로토콜은 핸드오프 과정에서 발생하는 지연 시간을 줄임으로써 끊김없는 핸드오프가 가능하도록 해준다. 핸드오프 지연시간을 줄이기 위해서 Fast Handover는 링크 계층의 트리거 정보를 이용한 예측 기법을 사용한다. 따라서 기존 Mobile IPv6에 비해서 더 많은 시그널링 비용을 초래한다. 뿐만 아니라 가변적인 특성을 가지는 링크 특성으로 인해 예측한 정보가 정확하지 않을 수도 있고 이 경우에는 불필요한 버퍼 공간을 낭비하게 된다. 따라서, 이러한 부가적인 비용을 고려하여 Fast Handover와 Mobile IPv6의 성능을 비교, 평가하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 두 프로토콜에서의 시그널링 비용과 패킷 전송 비용을 모델링하여 링크 계층 트리거의 시점이 전체 비용에 미치는 영향과 핸드오프 과정에서의 버퍼 요구량을 비교하였다. 그 결과 최적화된 핸드오프 성능을 위해서 트리거 시점을 적합하게 설정하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

유무선 통합 환경에서의 기존의 TCP가 가지는 문제점은 혼잡 제어 알고리즘이 무선환경의 에러를 모두 congestion으로 인식하는 것에 있다. 무선환경에 의한 에러일 경우 네트워크의 상황이 좋음에도 불구하고 전송률을 낮춰서 네트워크의 성능을 떨어뜨리게 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Link-layer가 발생시킨 이벤트를 통해 에러의 원인을 명확이 구분하여 기존의 TCP의 큰 수정이 없이도 성능을 크게 향상 시킬 수 있는 혼잡 제어 알고리즘을 제안한다.

Mobile IP는 무선 네트워크에서 단말의 이동성을 지원하기 위한 대표적인 IP 기반 프로토콜이다. 이 프로토콜은 단말의 이동 사실을 탐지하는데 소요되는 지연과 자신의 새로운 이동 위치를 홈 네트워크에 등록하는 지연 등 핸드오프 과정에서 두 가지 주요 지연요소를 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 IEEE 802.11 무선 LAN 표준에 따른 2 계층 핸드오프 처리과정을 분석하여 3 계층 핸드오프에 유용하게 적용할 수 있는 L2 트리거를 정의한다. 또한 L2 트리거와 네트워크 위상 정보를 이용하여 앵커 에이전트를 동적으로 구성하고, 다중 전송(Multiple-Casting)을 이용하여 패킷 분실을 방지하는 MCAA(Multiple-Casting using Anchor Agent) 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법의 효율성을 분석하기 위해서 대표적인 마이크로 이동성 지원 기법인 Regional Registration 기법을 비교대상으로 핸드오프 지연과 패킷 분실 관점에서 분석 평가하였다.

다양한 소비자의 요구에 따라 가공된 제품을 좀더 신속하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 공작기계 내 자동계측장치를 적용하는 사례가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 자동 계측으로 가장 많이 활용되는 접촉식 측정 프로브는 주로 공작물의 가공 원점을 설정하고, 정확한 치수 검사를 통한 불량유무 판정 및 보상가공에 많이 활용된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기기상 자동계측장치인 접촉식 측정 프로브를 활용하여 가공된 형상을 신속하고 정확하게 측정하는 방법을 연구하였으며 이를 위하여 가장 많이 활용되는 홀 측정 사이클에 대한 매크로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 또한 측정 시 홀의 진원도 오차에 따라 발생할 수 있는 편심량을 시뮬레이션하여 분석하였으며 본 연구의 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 기기상에서 개발된 홀 측정 매크로 프로그램을 이용하여 홀플레이트에 대한 측정이 이루어졌으며, 진원도 오차에 따른 편심량을 검증하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how Korean learners of English reset the "prodrop" parameter of Korean into "non-prodrop" parameter of English in the process of English acquisition. An experiment was conducted to 45 Korean learners of English on the prodrop phenomenon, namely on the null referential or null nonreferential subject, and subject-verb agreement by way of grammatical judgment. The results of the experiment are as follows: First, L2 learners follow the parameter of L1, and then reset the parameter of L2 regardless of the parameter of L1 as their L2 abilities advance. Thus, this study provides further support for the hypothesis that universal grammar is available via L1. Second, the referential subject is, at first, easier to acquire than nonreferential subject, and the triggering fact for the switch from [+prodrop] to [-prodrop] was the use of nonreferential subjects. Third, 3rd person agreement has no connection with the acquisition of the prodrop parameter as a result of subject-verb agreement. Therefore, these results indicate that verb agreement is not a trigger for the recognition of the obligatory subject.

Objective: The aim of this study was to determine whether co-administration of a gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) for final oocyte maturation improved mature oocyte cryopreservation outcomes in young women with decreased ovarian reserve (DOR) compared with hCG alone. Methods: Between January 2016 and August 2019, controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) cycles in women (aged ≤35 years, anti-Müllerian hormone [AMH] <1.2 ng/mL) who underwent elective oocyte cryopreservation for fertility preservation were retrospectively analyzed. Results: A total of 76 COS cycles were triggered with a GnRH agonist and hCG (the dual group) or hCG alone (the hCG group). The mean age and serum AMH levels were comparable between the two groups. The duration of stimulation, total dose of follicle-stimulating hormone used, and total number of oocytes retrieved were similar. However, the number of mature oocytes retrieved and the oocyte maturation rate were significantly higher in the dual group than in the hCG group (p=0.010 and p<0.001). After controlling for confounders, the dual-trigger method remained a significant factor related to the number of mature oocytes retrieved (p=0.016). Conclusion: We showed improved mature oocyte collection and maturation rate with the dual triggering of oocyte maturation in young women with DOR. A dual trigger appears to be more beneficial than hCG alone in terms of mature oocyte cryopreservation for young women with DOR.

Acetylarsonate was prepared for testing antitumor and immunological effects. It showed cytotoxicity directly on Sarcoma 180. L1210 and MOLT-4 by MTT assay. It did not seemed to trigger the mitosis of human lymphocytes in culture, but that showed the cytotoxicity with higher dose. The rosette formation and spleen weight of mouse which acetylarsonate was administered to for 2 weeks were increased. Furthermore, peripheral helper T- and cytotoxic/suppressor T-lymphocytes were increased in acetylarsonate-injected-mice significantly when it was estimated with simultaneous 2 color analysis using anti Lyt2-FITC and L3T4-PE monoclonal antibody by Flow cytometer.

Isoflavonoid production in cell cultures of Pueraria tuberosa as influenced by an angiospermic parasite, Cuscuta reflexa, was studied. During the time course, maximum isoflavonoid content was recorded when Cuscuta elicitor was added on day 15 of culture. Among various concentrations of elicitor tried, $1g\;l^{-1}$ of Cuscuta elicitor was found to be the most effective. The optimized elicitation conditions were used in vessels of varying capacity where maximum yield of ${\sim}91mg\;l^{-1}$ of isoflavonoid was recorded in a 2-l bioreactor which was about 19% higher than the control cultures. In this case, puerarin content increased up to $11mg\;l^{-1}$ which was 580% higher that the value recorded in the control cultures. In the bioreactor, 8 days of elicitation was optimal for the high accumulation of isoflavonoid, giving productivity of ${\sim}4mg\;l^{-1}\;day^{-1}$. The study showed persistent high isoflavonoid yield even during scale-up. Use of a preparation of Cuscuta reflexa as an elicitor is reported for the first time. The increase in isoflavonoid content was elicitor dose-dependent and can be explored to trigger high yields of isoflavonoid/secondary metabolites in production.
