L-FUZZY UNIFORM SPACES

  • The aim of this paper is to study L-fuzzy uniformizable spaces. A new kind of topological fuzzy remote neighborhood system is defined and used for investigating the relationship between L-fuzzy co-topology and L-fuzzy (quasi-)uniformity. It is showed that this fuzzy remote neighborhood system is different from that in [23] when $\mathcal{U}$ is an L-fuzzy quasi-uniformity and they will be coincident when $\mathcal{U}$ is an L-fuzzy uniformity. It is also showed that each L-fuzzy co-topological space is L-fuzzy quasi-uniformizable.

사람 골모세포 FOB에서 아미노산 수송계 L의 발현 및 역할 (Expression and Role of the System L Amino Acid Transporter in FOB Human Osteoblast Cells)

  • 사람의 정상 골모세포 FOB에서 아미노산 수송계 L의 발현 및 이들 수송계 L을 통한 아미노산 수송특성을 밝히기 위하여, FOB 세포에서 RT-PCR, western blot 분석 및 아미노산 uptake 실험 등을 수행하여 다음과 같은 결과들을 얻었다. FOB 세포에서 아미노산 수송계 L의 두 아형인 LAT1, LAT2및 그들의 보조인자 4F2hc의 발현을 확인할 수 있었다. FOB 세포에서 $_{L}-leucine$의 수송은 $Na^+$-비의존적이었다. FOB 세포에서 $_{L}-leucine$의 수송은 아미노산 수송계 L의 선택적 억제제인 BCH에 의해 완전히 차단되었다. FOB 세포에서 여러 아미노산들에 의한 L-leucine수송억제 실험결과는 Xenopus oocyte에서 시행되어 보고되어진 LAT1과 LAT2 수송억제 실험 결과의 특성을 모두 포함하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 사람의 정상 골모세포주인 FOB에서 는 세포성장 및 증식을 위한 중성 아미노산의 수송에 아미노산 수송계 L의 두 아형인 LAT1과 LAT2가 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

RBC와 점감포기조의 복합구성에 따른 유가공폐수 처리에 관한 연구 (Treatment of Dairy Wastewater by the Combination of RBC and tapered Aeration)

  • 고농도 유가공폐수의 유기물 및 질소, 인의 제거효율을 비교하기 위하여 두 개의 반응 시스템을 구성하였다. 하나는 하나의 RBC 반응조와 3단 점감포기조로 구성한 시스템이며 다른 하나는 RBC 반응조 2개를 연속으로 구성하고 3단 점감포기조로 구성한 시스템이다. 본 연구에 적용한 바실러스 미생물은 RBC의 끈상미생물접촉재에 부착하여 수행하였다. 각 시스템으로 유입되는 유가공폐수의 BOD 평균농도는 988mg/L, 1,046mg/L이었으며, 유출수 BOD 농도는 21.4mg/L, 15.9mg/L로 제거율은 97.8%, 98.5%의 결과를 보였다. RBC 단일공정 유입수의 평균 $COD_{cr}$ 농도는 1,837mg/L, 유출수는 53.0mg/L로 96.7%의 제거 효율을 보였으며 RBC 연속공정 유입수의 평균 $COD_{cr}$ 농도는 1,852mg/L, 유출수는 평균 27.8mg/L로 98.5%의 제거효율을 보였다. 유입수 T-N 분석결과 RBC 단일공정은 평균 51.9mg/L로 측정되었고, RBC 연속반응공정에서의 유입수 평균은 54.3mg/L이었으며, 유출수는 각각 6.6mg/L, 4.7mg/L로 87.2%, 91.3%의 제거효율을 보였다. T-P에 대한 RBC 단일공정과 RBC 연속공정에서의 분석 결과 유입수 평균농도는 각각 8.9mg/L, 9.1mg/L로 측정되었고, 유출수 농도는 1.6mg/L, 1.0mg/L로 T-P 제거율은 82%, 89%로 나타났다.

Identification of a Prophage-encoded Abortive Infection System in Levilactobacillus brevis

  • Abortive infection systems (Abi) are phage resistance systems that can be prophage-encoded. Here, two genes encoding an Abi system were identified on a prophage sequence contained by the chromosome of the Levilactobacillus brevis strain UCCLBBS124. This Abi system is similar to the two-component AbiL system encoded by Lactococcus lactis biovar. diacetylactis LD10-1. The UCCLBBS124 prophage-derived Abi system (designated here as AbiL124) was shown to exhibit specific activity against phages infecting L. brevis and L. lactis strains. Expression of the AbiL124 system was shown to cause reduction in the efficiency of plaquing and cell lysis delay for phages of both species.

전자선하증권의 글로벌 운용 모델을 위한 개선방향과 과제 (A New Approach for Global Operational Model Implementation of Electronic Bill of Lading)

  • The electronic bill of lading system replacing with traditional paper B/L has been evolved from SeaDocs and CMI to Bolero system. Therefore e-B/L is considered as an evolving concept rather than fixed one because it has been changed with development of information technology. Bolero system designed to replicate all functions of a paper B/L has some limitation to be utilized as an e-B/L in changing international business arena because it has a centralized model. Therefore it is considered to be important that the current e-B/L operating system needs to be diversified. This paper aims to provide three types of the operating model of global e-B/L to be applied with feasible solution coping with the current problems, which is expected to contribute to the utilization of electronic bill of lading.

정수처리장 사여과지의 이단이중여과재 시스템으로의 개량 (Improvement of Rapid Sand Filtration to Two Stage Dual Media Filtration System in Water Treatment Plant)

  • This study aimed for evaluating the applicability of the two stage dual media filtration system in field water treatment plant. The field plant of two stage and dual media filtration system was operated for 2 months. Average iron concentrations of the settled water, existing filtered water and second stage filtered water was 0.041 mg/L, 0.007 mg/L and 0.005 mg/L, respectively. Removal efficiency of iron concentration in the second stage is appropriately 35% more than in existing filtered water. Also removal efficiency of residual chlorine in the dual media filtration system is relatively 42.3% more than in existing filtered water due to adsorption of activated carbon, but the removal of ammonia nitrogen by adsorption is insufficient. Average concentrations of THM and chloroform in the settled water are 0.033 mg/L, 0.026 mg/L, respectively and in existing filtered water are 0.023 mg/L and 0.023 mg/L. Average concentrations of THM and chloroform in the dual media filtration system are 0.008 mg/L and 0.013 mg/L. Therefore removal efficiency of THM concentration in second stage is more than 66.4% in existing filtrated water. Also removal efficiency of chloroform in the dual media filtration system is more than 50.0% in existing filtered water because of the adsorption of activated carbon. In this case backwashing period in dual stage system is 4~5 days, but in existing filtration system is 1~2 days.

Designing a low-power L1 cache system using aggressive data of frequent reference patterns

  • 오늘날, 4차산업혁명의 도래와 함께 사물인터넷(Internet of Things (IoT)) 시스템이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이러한 이유로, 고성능 및 대용량의 다양한 애플리케이션이 등장하고 있다. 따라서, 이러한 애플리케이션을 가지는 컴퓨팅 시스템을 위한 저전력 및 고성능 메모리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 시스템에서 가장 많은 에너지 소비가 발생하는 L1 캐시 메모리에 대한 효과적인 구조를 제안하였다. 제안된 캐시 시스템은 크게 L1 메인 캐시와 버퍼캐시로 구성되어 진다. 메인 캐시는 2-뱅크 시스템으로, 각 뱅크는 2-웨이 연관사상으로 구성된다. L1캐시에서 접근 성공이 발생하면 제안된 알고리즘에 따라 데이터가 버퍼캐시에 복사가 된다. 시뮬레이션 결과에 따르면, 제안된 L1 캐시 시스템은 기존 4웨이 연관사상 캐시 메모리에 비해 에너지-지연에서 약65%의 성능향상을 보였다.

자동차 에어컨용 냉매인 HFC-134a와 OS-12a의 성능 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of HFC-l34a and OS-l2a Refrigerant in Automobile Air-Conditioning System)

  • HFC-134a is currently used as the refrigerant in automobile air-conditioner, replacing the ozone depleting refrigerant CFC-12. Although HFC-l34a has no ozone depletion potential, it has a relatively high global warming potential, approximately 1300 tins that of CO$_2$ over a 100 year time horizon. Therefore, HFC- l34a does not seem to be a perfect alternative refrigerant due to high GWP. For this reason, non-azeotrope refrigerant mixture have been proposed as a long-term and drop-in alternative to HFC-l34a in the automobile air-conditioning system which has variable operating conditions with changes in RPM and pressure ratio. In this study,OS-l2a of which thermodynamic properties are similar to those of HFC-l34a is selected among the mixed refrigerant. HFC-l34a and OS-l2a are examined experimently by the performance test in the same automobile air-conditioning system.

A2/O 공법을 이용한 소규모 하수처리시스템의 몽골 현지 적용에 관한 연구 (Application Study of small-scale sewage treatment system with A2/O precess in Mongolia)

  • The small-scale sewage treatement system with $A^2/O$ process was applied to evaluate applicability for Mongolian sewage, It was designed to have 10 m3/d flowrate and installed in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. During over 6month operation BOD, COD, TN, TP removal efficiency were measured and operation condition was optimized. In addition, MLSS concentration its internal circulation rate and DO were adjusted properly. BOD, COD showed average 88 perecent of removal and TN and TP achieved 81 percent and 88 percent removal efficency, respectively. Maxium influent concentration of BOD, COD, TN and TP was 214 mg/L, 300 mg/L, 24.3 mg/L and 5 mg/L respectively, which were decreased to 4.1 mg/L, 5.6 mg/L, 1.3 mg/L and 0.15 mg/L by the test system. This study show possibility tham small-scale sewage treatment system could be a useful system for scattered sewage wastewater treatment.

  • Electronic equipment mounted on military vehicles is exposed to external shocks and vibrations. This causes problems in tactical operation and also causes cost loss in equipment maintenance. Therefore, to optimize the test standards for military vehicles with vibration, dynamic characteristics should be analyzed and standardized through actual driving tests. In this paper, the internal structure of 2.5tons military vehicle is designed in the form of a drawer and lathe, and the dynamic characteristics are identified by experiment, and the design is proposed.
