계대 배양중인 생쥐의 임파종양 L5178Y 세포의 유전자돌연변이 유발성 검출법(Methotrexate-저항성)과 순수분리한 사람의 임파구에서의 DNA 회복복제법을 사용하여 Salmomella/microsome 시스템에서 돌연변이 유발성이 확인된 살충데 DDVP와 trichlorfon, 살균제 TMTD 및 제초제 MO와 NIP등 5종의 농약이 포유동물 세포에 미치는 유전적 영향을 조사했다. 조사한 농약중 TMTD는 상기조사한 시스템 모두에서 양성결과를 보여준 반면에 DDVP와 trichlofon은 L5178Y 세포에서의 돌연변이 유발성은 나타내지 않았으나 DNA회복 복제법에서는 양성결과를 보여주었다. MO와 NIP는 조사한 시스템 모두에서 양성결과를 나타내지않았다.

In this paper, we propose a method of constructing neural networks using bio-inspired emergent and evolutionary concepts. This method is algorithm that is based on the characteristics of the biological DNA and growth of plants. Here is, we propose a constructing method to make a DNA coding method for production rule of L-system. L-system is based on so-called the parallel rewriting mechanism. The DNA coding method has no limitation in expressing the production rule of L-system. Evolutionary algorithms motivated by Darwinian natural selection are population based searching methods and the high performance of which is highly dependent on the representation of solution space. In order to verify the effectiveness of our scheme, we apply it to one step ahead prediction of Mackey-Glass time series.

In this paper, we consider changes of algebra strands around the world. And we suggest needs of designing new computer environment where we make and manipulate geometric recursive patterns. For this purpose, we first consider relations among symbols, meanings and patterns. And we also consider Logo environment and characterize algebraic features. Then we introduce L-system which is considered as action letters and subgroup of turtle group. There are needs to be improved since there exists some ambiguity between sign and action. Based on needs of improving the previous L-system, we suggest new commands in JavaMAL microworld. So we design a microworld for recursive patterns and consider meanings of letters in new environments. Finally, we consider the method to integrate L-system and other existing microworlds, such as Logo and DGS. Specially, combining Logo and DGS, we consider the movement of such tiles and folding nets by L-system commands. And we discuss possible benefits in this environment.

In this paper, the design guideline of communication interrace module for home-appliances is proposed. The requirements of the interface between white-goods and communication module are analyzed. Finally, the proposed interface structure is implemented using PLC technology.

Amino acids are required for protein synthesis and energy sources in all living cells. The amino acid transport system L is a major nutrient transport system that is responsible for $Na^+$-independent transport of neutral amino acids including several essential amino acids. In malignant tumors, the L-type amino acid transporter 1 (LAT1), the first isoform of system L, is highly expressed to support tumor cell growth. In the present study, the expression and functional characterization of amino acid transport system L were, therefore, investigated in Saos2 human osteogenic sarcoma cells. RT-PCR and western blot analyses have revealed that the Saos2 cells expressed the LAT1 and the L-type amino acid transporter 2 (LAT2), the second isoform of system L, together with their associating protein heavy chain of 4F2 antigen (4F2hc) in the plasma membrane, but the expression of LAT2 was very weak. The uptakes of [${14}^C$]L-leucine by Saos2 cells were $Na^+$-independent and were completely inhibited by the system L selective inhibitor, 2-aminobicyclo-(2,2,1)-heptane-2-carboxylic acid (BCH). The affinity of [${14}^C$]L-leucine uptake and the inhibition profiles of [${14}^C$]L-leucine uptake by various amino acids in the Saos2 cells were comparable with those for the LAT1 expressed in Xenopus oocytes. The majority of [${14}^C$]L-leucine uptake is, therefore, mediated by LAT1 in the Saos2 cells. These results suggest that the transports of neutral amino acids including several essential amino acids into Saos2 human osteogenic sarcoma cells are for the most part mediated by LAT1. Therefore, the Saos2 human osteogenic sarcoma cells are excellent tools for examine the properties of LAT1. Moreover, the specific inhibition of LAT1 in tumor cells might be a new rationale for anti-tumor therapy.

This study aims to examine similarities and differences of each e-B/L types as well as identify problems of e-B/L utilization and directions for improvement. Especially, it suggests strategies for the realization of e-B/L through reviewing and analyzing commercial types of e-B/L, which have been developed so far. Although e-B/L succeeded in realizing the function as a certificate of title and its distribution value, it has not been fully implemented due to operational problems. Subsequently, e-B/L was realized in the Bolero project as an attempt of system to make up for shortcomings in the failure of previous e-B/L types, but it has still a number of problems. To solve this problem and make use of e-B/L more efficiently, this study focuses on the specific ways to introduce e-B/L and suggest directions for the development of e-Nego system. Preparation of electronic documents is a prerequisite for the development of the e-Nego system, taking distribution of electronic documents into consideration. Next, compatibility of electronic documentation and paper-based documents should be realized, with the guarantee of authenticity of electronic documents.

태스크 스케줄링은 여러 개의 수행 가능한 태스크 중에서 하나의 태스크를 선정하여 프로세서에 할당하는 중요한 역할을 한다. 실시간 시스템에서 경성 실시간 태스크를 적시에 스케줄링하지 못하면 시스템이 다운되는 최악의 상태가 발생하므로 실시간 시스템은 효율성, 자원 및 속도 등의 문제 외에도 시간 제약도 진지하게 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 L-RE 좌표를 이용하여 실시간 다중프로세서 시스템에서의 새로운 우선순위 기준 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제안한다. L-RE 좌표 알고리즘은 태스크의 스케줄링 효율을 높이기 위해 고안 되었으며 우선순위를 할당하는데 데드라인과 함께 유휴시간을 고려하고 있다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 LR-E 알고리즘이 EDF보다 스케줄의 원활성을 높이고 또 LLF보다는 문맥교환 수를 줄일 수 있음을 보여준다.
