박과식물과 우수한 접목친화성을 가진 것으로 알려진 야생식물인 Sicyos angulatus L.(일명 '안동오이')의 화기, 자엽 및 잎 조직을 배양하여 캘러스유도 및 체세포배의 획득 가능성을 밝히고 기내배양에 의한 묘의 대량증식에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 본 실험을 수행하였다. 자엽이나 화기 절편체로부터 캘러스유도를 위한 가장 적합한 식물생장조절제는 MS 배지에 각각 2,4-D 2.0㎎/L + BA 0.1 ㎎/L와 2,4-D 1.0㎎/L + BA 0.1 ㎎/L를 첨가한 것이었다. 잎 및 자엽 절편체로부터는 체세포배 발생이 되지 않았으나 화기 절편체에서는 체세포배 발생이 관찰되었다. 화기로부터 유래한 캘러스를 NAA 1.0 ㎎/L+ kinetin 1.0 ㎎/L가 첨가된 1/2 MS기본배지에 배양하면 가장 효율적으로 체세포배를 획득할 수 있었고, 탄소원으로는 sucrose 20 g/L가 가장 효율적이었다.

Vittorio Alfieri fu celebrato dagli uomini del Risorgimento come "l'iniziatore ed il padre della rinascita" e il creatore della coscienza nazionale. Per questo è lodato da Foscolo, Manzoni, Leopardi, Mazzini, Gioberti, Oriani, Carducci. Ma insieme con i suoi meriti politici, anche i valori artistici delle sue opere non debbono essere dimenticati. Anche sul pensiero e sull'opera dell'Alfieri influirono le ideologie tipiche del secondo Settecento, l'Illuminismo e il nascente Romanticismo, in lui intrecciandosi e scontrandosi ad un tempo. Il suo interesse per lo studio dell'uomo, per la concezione meccanicistica del mondo, la lontananza dalla religione per l'assoluta libertà e l'avversione verso il dispotismo, collegano Alfieri alla dottrina illuminista. I temi letterari illuministici, volti a chiarificare le coscienze e ad apportare il progresso sociale e civile, sono affrontati dal poeta non in modo distaccato, ma con l'emotività e le inquietudini del pensiero romantico. Ma i letterati romantici dell'Ottocento furono piuttosto ostili all'opera dell'Alfieri, accusandola di astratezza, di lontananza dagli interessi e dalla realtà della vita moderna e di assenza di senso storico. Invece nei primi anni del Novecento, Croce lo presenta come iniziatore della nuova letteratura italiana, con la quale egli avrebbe in comune l'individualismo, la passionalità, l'amore per la solitudine, la malinconia. Anche se gli manca l'ansia religiosa sul fine e il valore della vita e l'interessamento per la storia, ecc., secondo il Croce si può definire un protoromantico. Nelle sue opere ci sono, sotto l'aspetto dell'Illuminismo l'odio istintivo contro la tirannide e l'amore per la libertà, e sotto quello protoromantico esplode l'urto violento di sentimenti e passioni e l'esaltazione della morte eroica dei protagonisti. E anche Saul e Mirra descrivono l'idea dell'umanità eroica che muore dopo una lunga vicenda di miseria e di abbiezione. L'idea dell'umanità nuova in Saul e Mirra è l'idea degli uomini nuovi che egli desiderava.

Vaginal lactic acid-producing bacteria of 80 pre-menopausal women were studied by isolation on Blood and DeMan-Rogosa-Sharpe agar, PCR with group-specific primers for Lactobacillus-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE), and PCR with specific primers for V3 region in 16S rRNA-temporal temperature gel electrophoresis (TTGE). Conventional isolation method on media detected only one lactobacillus (Lactobacillus brevis) while TTGE detected only Lactobacillus sp. DGGE detected seven Lactobacillus species; L. coleohominis, L. crispatus, L. iners, L. reuteri, L. rhamnosus, L. vaginalis, and Leuconostoc lactis. L. acidophilus and L. gasseri, which are prevalent in Western women, were not detected in Korean women. Furthermore, L. rhamnosus, Leuc. lactis, L. coleohominis, and Weissella cibaria, which were not previously reported in the vaginal microbiota of Korean women, were detected. The five most prevalent LABs in vaginal microbiota in Korean women were L. iners, Enterococcus faecalis, L. crispatus, Leuc. lactis, and W. cibaria.

한국산 깨알물방개속(Laccophilus Leach)의 분류학적 재검토를 수행하였다. 한국에서 기록된 5종 중에서 L. hyalinus (De Geer), L. lewisius Sharp (줄깨알물방개), L. minutus ($Linn{\acute{e}}$) (대륙깨알물방개)는 각각 L. vagelineatus Zimmermann (얼룩깨알물방개), L. lewisioides Brancucci (줄무늬깨알물방개)(신칭) and L. difficilis Sharp (깨알물방개)의 오동정이다. 각 종에 대한 외형 사진, 주사전자현미경 사진, 검색표 및 식별형질을 제시한다.

The mixed convection heat transfer from vertical inline plates has been studied numerically by the finite difference method and experimentally with Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The dimensionless spacing, $s/L_1$, the relative length, $L_2/L_1$ and the dimensionless temperature ratio, ${\Phi}_2/{\Phi}_1$ are varied parametically. The lower plate mean Nusselt numbers show same values as $s/L_1$, ${\Phi}_2/{\Phi}_1$ and $L_2/L_1$ increase. The upper plate mean Nusselt numbers increase as $s/L_1$ and ${\Phi}_2/{\Phi}_1$ increase, but $L_2/L_1$ decreases. The upper plate mean Nusselt number is higher than the lower plate mean Nusselt for $s/L_1$ 1.8 at Re=100, $Gr=10^4$, Pr=0.71, $L_2/L_1=0.5$ and ${\Phi}_2/{\Phi}_1=1.0$. A comparison between the experimental and numerical results show good agreement.

Lpt X be a reduced Stein space and L a holomorphic line bundle on X. L is spanned by its global sections and the associated holomorphic map $h_L\;:\;X{\to}P(H^0(X, L)^{\ast})$ is an embedding. Choose any locally convex vector topology ${\tau}\;on\;H^0(X, L)^{\ast}$ stronger than the weak-topology. Here we prove that $h_L(X)$ is sequentially closed in $P(H^0(X, L)^{\ast})$ and arithmetically Cohen -Macaulay. i.e. for all integers $k{\ge}1$ the restriction map ${\rho}_k\;:\;H^0(P(H^0(X, L)^{\ast}),\;O_{P(H^0(X, L)^{\ast})}(k)){\to}H^0(h_L(X),O_{hL_(X)}(k)){\cong}H^0(X, L^{\otimes{k}})$ is surjective.

This study was conducted to derive optimal design floods by Gumbel, GEV, GLO and GPA distributions for the annual maximum series at sixteen watersheds. Adequacy for the analysis of flood data used in This study was established by the tests of Independence, Homogeneity, detection of Outliers. Parameters were estimated by the Methods of L, L1 and L2-moments. Design floods obtained by Methods of L, L1 and L2-moments using Gringorten methods for plotting positions in GEV distribution were compared by the Relative Mean Errors and Relative Absolute Errors.

The Lie algebra analogue of Schur's result which is proved by Moneyhun in 1994, states that if L is a Lie algebra such that dimL/Z(L) = n, then $dimL_{(2)}={\frac{1}{2}}n(n-1)-s$ for some non-negative integer s. In the present paper, we determine the structure of central factor (for s = 0) and the factor Lie algebra $L/Z_2(L)$ (for all $s{\geq}0$) of a finite dimensional nilpotent Lie algebra L, with n-dimensional central factor. Furthermore, by using the concept of n-isoclinism, we discuss an upper bound for the dimension of $L/Z_n(L)$ in terms of $dimL_{(n+1)}$, when the factor Lie algebra $L/Z_n(L)$ is finitely generated and $n{\geq}1$.

In order to determine the content levels of trace metals in cow's milk, 79 market milk samples were collected from markets in major cities of Korea from July to August, 1985 and analyzed for content levels of Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn, Pb, Cd. The Results were as follows Cu, average 43.5 $\mu$g/l range 14 ~ 172.7 $\mu$g/l Fe, average 398.4 $\mu$g/l range 35 ~ 1,873 $\mu$g/l Zn, average 2.917 mg/l range 1.233 ~ 7.46 mg/l Mn, average 26.74 $\mu$g/l range 7.6 ~ 102 $\mu$g/l Pb, average 33.9 $\mu$g/l range N.D. ~ 105 $\mu$g/l Cd, average 1.73 $\mu$g/l range N.D. ~ 5.4 $\mu$g/l

In this paper, (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces in matriod theory as a generalized to a classical proximity and Uniformity spaces introduced by Csaszar [1] is introduced. Recently, Shi [17]-[18] introduced a new approach to the fuzzification of matroids.Here introduce (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces, Uniformity and strong uniformity on (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space, Not only study the properties of this new notions, but it has been generated (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid Space from (E, L)-preproximity and uniformity spaces. Next to introduced (E, L)-preproximity continuous in (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space and used it in more properties. Finally we solve combinatorial optimizations problem via (E, L)-fuzzifying matroid space.
