노드의 이동성을 지원하는 Mobile IPv6에서는 단말과 홈 에이전트 간 시그널링 처리로 인한 부하를 줄이기 위해 Proxy Mobile IPv6가 제안되었다. 그러나, Proxy Mobile IPv6 역시 서브넷 이동에 따른 재인증 프로세스로 인해 지연이 발생하며 현재까지 Mobile IPv6와는 달리 보안 취약점에 대한 분석과 그에 맞는 보안 기법이 미비한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 현재까지의 Proxy Mobile IPv6에 대한 보안 취약점 분석을 통해 안전한 핸드오버 기법을 제안한다.

Purpose: This study was to examine the correlation between self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life of nursing students. Method: Design was descriptive correlative study, and subjects of this study were 352 persons who are students on 3 and 4 grade in nursing college. Measures were satisfaction with college life measurement (Cronbach's alpha=.673) and self-efficacy measurement (Cronbach's alpha=.810). Data were collected from September, 2004 to January, 2005. Data were analyzed with SPSS PC+ on each aim of this study. Result: Findings were as followings. 1. In relationship between self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life, there was significant positive correlation (r=.760, p=000). 2. In difference of self-efficacy and satisfaction with college life according to general characteristics there were significant differences in grade and consultor (p<.05). Conclusion: Further needs nursing intervention to improve positively the self-efficacy that may effect on satisfaction with college life.

인공위성을 이용한 우주망원경 및 우주탐사장비는 천문학 및 우주과학 연구에 매우 중요한 관측 장비로서 지상에서 불가능한 다양한 파장대에서 관측을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 우주망원경의 경우 개발기간과 비용 또한 상대적으로 매우 큰 규모를 가지고 있다. 또한 장시간의 관측을 위한 관측위성의 운영 신뢰도 확보와 결과 활용을 위해 많은 연구 인력이 투입되는 거대 연구개발 사업이다. 그러나 최근에는 초소형 인공위성을 이용하여 여러 우주관측 및 실험이 수행되고 있다. 큐브위성으로 명명되어 있는 초소형 인공위성은 크기와 전력의 제한은 있지만 상대적으로 단기간의 개발일정과 저비용으로 전 세계적으로 폭발적인 성장을 하고 있는 관측기술이다. 경희대학교에서는 CINEMA라는 2개의 큐브위성을 개발 운영하였고, SIGMA 라는 큐브위성을 개발하여 발사를 기다리고 있다. 또한 향 후 광학관측을 위한 초소형 인공위성을 기획하고 있다. 국내에서는 천문우주용으로 제작되는 위성이외에도 다양한 기술검증용 위성이 10여기 이상 제작되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 초소형인공위성의 동향과 향 후 천문우주 관측에 활용 할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 논의 하였다.

RFID 시스템에서 태그는 객체를 유일하게 식별하기 위한 정보를 가지고 있기 때문에 개인정보의 노출, 위치 추적 등의 프라이버시 침해를 유발할 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 태그가 다양한 목적을 위해 사용되어지는 경우 키 분배, 키 관리 등의 문제로 인해 공개키 암호화 기법이 적용될 수 있다. 공개키 암호화 기법을 이용한 기존 RFID 인증 프로토콜에서는 서버와 태그 사이에 공개키를 사전에 공유하고 있다고 가정을 하여 설계를 하였다. 하지만 하나의 태그가 다양한 목적으로 사용되는 다목적 구조에서 수동형 RFID 태그가 서로 다른 서버의 공개키를 모두 공유한다는 것은 현실적으로 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 다목적 구조에서 XOR 연산과 리더와 태그가 사전에 공유한 마스터 키($K_m$)를 사용하여 태그에게 공개키를 안전하게 전달하며 이를 이용한 공개키 암호화 기반의 RFID 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 인증 프로토콜은 프라이버시 침해를 유발할 수 있는 도청, 재전송 공격, 위치 추적과 같은 공격에도 안전성을 보장한다.

By recently study, GM (Gamipaemo-tang) treatment have worked well on the allergic asthma. The purpose of this study was effect of GM extract on helper T cell, major regulator of immune system. Splenic cells from 8-week BALB/c mice were cultured in GM containing media without activation for 48 hours. The MTS assay and flow cytometry study revealed that lymphocyte treated with GM were not effective on CD4+ T cells. Subsequently CD4+ T cells were isolated and cultured in GM containing media. Either GM were not effective on CD4+ T cell without APCs. By FACS scan analysis, the expression of INF-γ, IL-4 were down-regulated in the condition skewed Th1 and Th2 cells respectively, Using ELISA analysis, the expression of INF-γ is up-regulated and IL-4 is down-regulated in the condition skewed Th1, Th2 cells respectively. With RT-PCR analysis, the expression of mRNA for INF-γ is down-regulated and IL-4 is down-regulated in the condition skewed Th1 and Th2 cells respectively. The result suggests that GM inhibited the differetiation of Th2 cells significantly and indicates GM could enhance anti-allergic immune system.

Objectives : HT070 is a mixture of herbal extracts from root of Scutellaria baicalensis and stem bark of Eleutherococcus senticosus , which have long been used for stroke therapy in traditional Korean Medicine. The purpose of this study was to investigate the neuroprotective effects of HT070 on global cerebral ischemia and its potential mechanisms.Methods : Transient global cerebral ischemia was produced by 10 min of four-vessel occlusion (4-VO) in male Wistar rats. HT070 was administered orally at a dosage of 200 mg/kg twice at 0 and 90 min after reperfusion. Hippocampal neuronal damage was measured 7 days after reperfusion. To explore the potential mechanisms, we used hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂)-induced rat pheochromocytoma (PC12) cells as an in vitro model. PC12 cells were pretreated with HT070 for 1 h and then exposed to 100 μM H₂O₂ for 6 h in the presence of HT070. Cell viability was measured by MTT assay and the mRNA expression of Bax, Bcl-2, iNOS and COX-2 were measured by quantitative RT-PCR.Results : Oral administration of HT070 at a dose of 200 mg/kg significantly reduced neuronal death in the hippocampal CA1 region by 13.4% as compared to the vehicle-treated group. HT070 increased cell viability, reversed the down-regulated Bcl-2 mRNA level, and suppressed the up-regulated mRNA expressions of Bax, iNOS, and COX-2 in H₂O₂-treated PC12 cells.Conclusions : HT070 protects against delayed neuronal death after global cerebral ischemia and its neuroprotection properties might be attributed to the inhibition of mitochondrial apoptosis and ROS-generating enzymes.

In order to examine the anti-arthritic properties of ShinEumHur(SEH)-herbal acupuncture, an adjuvant-induced arthritic rat was generated by the intra-articular injection of dried cells of Mycobacterium tuberculosis emulsified in squalene into the right knee joint. Fifty microliter of SEH extract was injected into Zusanli(ST36) acupoint on the ipsilateral hind paw every other day for 2 weeks. The body weight, knee circumference, squeak threshold, and weight distribution ratio were analyzed as the assessment methods addressing arthritic symptoms such as arthritic pain, edema, and tenderness. The weight distribution ratio was measured by a digital-type analgesia instrument using the dual channel scale that separately measures the weight the arthritic rat distributes to each hind paw, and thus quantifies both of swelling and pain severities at once. The therapeutic effects of SEH-herbal acupuncture, assessed by squeaking threshold and weight distribution ratio, were observed on 8th day after the arthritis induction as compared to saline group and control group. On 10th day, SEH-herbal acupuncture therapy significantly started to alleviate the growing pattern of knee circumference of an arthritic rat in the range of 0.2㎝. However, the loss of body weight was not significantly recovered. Taken together, the SEH-herbal acupuncture exhibited the significant therapeutic efficiency to treat adjuvant-induced monoarthritis in rat.

Backgrounds : Since December 1, 2009, National Health Insurance began to reimburse for three physical therapies of Korean medicine. The extension of insurance coverage is demanded by Korean medicine societies. Objectives : This study aimed to measure the resource-based relative value scale (RBRVS) scores for thirty four physical therapies of Korean medicine and to estimate the insurer's expenditure for them in National Health Insurance. Methods : To measure the physician's work and the practice expense, the 'magnitude estimation method (MEM)' and the 'fully distributed cost - attributable cost method (FDC-ACM)' were applied respectively. We collected the frequency data of physical therapies from Korean medicine hospitals and clinics to estimate the total expenditure. Results : The resource-based relative value scale scores of physical therapies were measured from 23.44 to 160.66. Total insurer's expenditure was calculated to be 95.5 billion won as of 2009. Conclusions : Based on the result that showed minor increase of total expenditure, most physical therapies of Korean medicine need to be reimbursed in the National Health Insurance.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the present status of physical therapies provided in the Korean medicine clinics, and to find out the priorities among and the estimated fees of physical therapies for the National Health Insurance plan. Methods : We administered nationwide survey to Korean medicine doctors using the on-line survey system. 16 physical therapies were listed in the Web-based questionnaires, and responders were asked to mark the therapies they used for their patients, and, for each therapy they marked, to fill in the form including the frequencies of service, service fees, target diseases, and priorities for health insurance coverage, etc. Results : Of 488 respondents, 93.7% provide more than one physical therapy for their patients, and each responder uses 5.9 physical therapies on average. 60-90% of physical therapies are being given to patients for free because they are not covered by the National Health Insurance. There is little evidence that the specialties of Korean medicine doctors are related with the use of physical therapies, but, in some therapies, the doctors with longer career years use the physical therapy more frequently. Most physical therapies are applied to the patients with musculoskeletal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and nervous diseases, etc. Conclusions : Physical therapies are widely used among Korean medicine doctors without proper compensation. This could be the one of the main factors distorting the profit structure of Korean medicine clinics, and it encourages the National Health Insurance to cover physical therapies provided in the Korean medicine clinics.

This paper presents the results of a ten-day long survey for assessing the possibility of further oil spillage from the sunken tanker, Kyung-Shin(995 G/T), which had sunken in the East Sea, off Pohang City, in February 1988. The survey was conducted using remotely operated vehicle(ROV), manned submersible and ultrasonic thickness gauge in September 2001. The external inspection by the optical camera shows that small scale oil spill has been continued from the sunken ship. It's hull thickness was also measured at several points of the ship, using an ultrasonic sensor for assessing the current corrosion status of the sunken ship. Taking into account the results of this survey and the existing salvage report, it is estimated that the remaining oil in the tanker is approximately 600 ㎘, and this oil could be leaked into marine environment due to continuous severe corrosion if no preventive is taken.
