Analysis of Resilience according to Crossing School Practical Classes in Raspberry Pi (라즈베리파이 실습 수업에서 교차 등교 수업에 따른 회복탄력성 분석)

  • In this study, the difference in resilience was analyzed based on the results of a study of classes that practiced using Raspberry Pi, which had to cross school due to temporarily conducting online classes due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the study, in online classes, 14 people had resilience less than 150, 32 people who had 150 or more and less than 180, and 9 people who had 180 or more. On the other hand, in the school attendance class, there were 7 people with resilience less than 150, 29 people with resilience less than 150 and less than 180, and 20 people with more than 180. Therefore, in subjects where programming using Raspberry Pi and circuit manufacturing are taught at the same time, the laboratory and practice environment should be able to proceed properly as much as possible. should proceed mainly.

  • According to the Clinical Research Center for Dementia, 840,000 Koreans aged 65 or older had dementia patients, with a prevalence rate of 10.39%. The prevalence rate is one in 10 elderly people, but difficult for families to take care of them all day. Judged that possible to manage the conditions and schedules of elderly people living alone by utilizing AI speaker system where schedule management is stored. This paper implements modules for AI schedulers in patients with dementia. Configured to link AWS, a remote IOT, inside the raspberry pi, and to output the schedule to speakers using a calendar from Google API. Through this study, judged that ease of scheduling will help manage and schedule dementia patients.

  • In GIS-based Spatial Decision-making Support System (SDSS), the Boolean logic by conventional simple overlay method contains two problems. One is losing lots of information in analysis process, the other is unable to reflect of weighting values between evaluated items. Therefore, evaluation system as Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) needs to improve these problems effectively. The purpose of this study is to provide the benefit of AHP method and GIS spatial analysis in site analysis for crop cultivation. First, the weighting value of AHP for topography, distribution grade of water, property of soil and slope items are evaluated throughout survey to experts of soil, crop and agricultural management fields. On the basis of these weighting value of AHP by items, site suitability analysis for black raspberry cultivation is performed. To estimate the benefit of AHP method, the current cultivating map of black raspberry is constructed in Ssangchi-myeon district. In comparison with site analysis of Boolean logic, site analysis of AHP method shows more realistic.

Education Plan of Artificial Intelligence Programming using Raspberry Pi for Computer Major Students of Industrial Specialized High Schools (공업계 특성화고등학교 컴퓨터 전공 학생들을 위한 라즈베리파이 활용 인공지능 프로그래밍 교육 방안)

  • In this study, we proposed a plan to educate computer students at industrial specialized high schools about artificial intelligence programming using Raspberry Pi. To create an educational program, we received advice from experts working in schools and industries, analyzed existing research and requirements, designed weekly learning plans, developed teaching materials, and conducted classes. Due to the small number of research subjects, interviews were conducted with students, and the results of the teacher's diary were also presented to derive qualitative research results. The main interview results show that although it is true that interest in the field of artificial intelligence has increased through the class, many responded that the learning content is still difficult. The teacher's diary mainly included information about the latest trends in the industry that informatics and computer teachers should not miss out on. We hope that this study will provide an opportunity to meet the needs of the industry by increasing the proportion of artificial intelligence programming in industrial specialized high schools.

Screening of Biological Activities to Different Ethanol Extracts of Rubus coreanus Miq. (복분자 에탄올 추출물의 생리활성 탐색)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate biological activities to different ethanol extracts from unripened and ripened fruit (Rubus coreanus Miq.). 25% to 75% ethanol extracts of unripened and ripened fruits were similar to extract yield respectively. Yield of ethanol extract of ripened fruit were approximately 3 times higher than that of unripened fruit. 75% ethanol extract of unripened fruit showed the highest contents of total polyphenol ($180.04{\pm}0.41$ mg/g) and total flavonoid ($50.43{\pm}0.81$ mg/g). Contents of total polyphenol and total flavonoid of unripened fruit were about 2 times higher than those of ripened fruit. $IC_{50}$ values of DPPH radical scavenging activity and linoleic acid peroxidation inhibition activity of BHA and ${\alpha}$-tocopherol showed $13.19{\pm}0.21$ and $18.16{\pm}0.23{\mu}g/m{\ell}$, $4.25{\pm}0.04{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ and $5.56{\pm}0.10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ respectively, but 75% ethanol extract of unripened fruit showed the lowest $23.85{\pm}0.10{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ and $7.34{\pm}0.07{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ among other all extracts. $IC_{50}$ values of LDL (low density lipoprotein) oxidation inhibition activity and ${\alpha}$-glucosidase inhibitory activity of 75% ethanol extract of unripened fruit showed the lowest $1.04{\pm}0.04{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ and $7.21{\pm}0.13{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ among other all extracts respectively. Specifically, 75% ethanol extract of unripened fruit has relatively better biological activities than other ethanol extracts, it could be potentially used as bioactive source for health functional foods.

  • Owing to developments in the internet of things, many products have developed and various researches have processed. Smart home systems in Internet of things area are receiving attention from many people than the other areas. Autonomous mobile robots perform various parts in many industries. In this paper, a smart housekeeping robot was implemented using internet of things and an autonomous mobile robot. In order to make a smart housekeeping robot, Raspberry Pi, wireless USB camera, and uBrain robot of Huins Corp. is used. To control the robot, cell-phone connected with IP of Raspberry Pi, and then Raspberry Pi connected with uBrain robot using Bluetooth. a smart housekeeping robot was controlled using commands of a cell-phone application. If some user wants to move a robot automatically, we implemented that a robot can be chosen an autonomous driving mode from the user. In addition, we checked a realtime video using a cell-phone and computer. This smart housekeeping robot can help user check their own homes in real time.

Quality Characteristics of Black Raspberry Wine Fermented with Different Yeasts (효모의 종류를 달리하여 제조한 Black Raspberry 발효주의 품질 특성)

  • Four different yeasts (Fermivin (FM), Saf-instant yeast red (SI), Angest wine active dry yeast (AW) and Angest instant yeast high sugar (AI)) were used for the fermentation of black raspberry wine. The amount of reducing sugars in FM (2.7%) and AI (2.8%) were higher than those in SI (2.4%) and AW (2.5%). The amount of glucose (the major free sugar) was higher in AW (2.57 mg/mL) and AI (2.50 mg/mL) than FM (2.03 mg/mL) and SI (1.75 mg/mL). AW (11.95%) had the highest alcohol content, while SI (11.75%) had the lowest. The pH of FM (pH 3.73) was the lowest, and there were no significant differences in total acidity among the samples. The major organic acid in the wines was citric acid (6.71~8.18 mg/mL) and the amount of organic acids depended on the type of yeasts. The amount of malic acid was highest in SI (2.92 mg/mL), and lowest in AI (1.83 mg/mL). The Hunter color test showed that SI was highest in lightness, redness and yellowness, whereas AI was lowest. There were no differences in turbidity between the samples. There were no significant differences in total phenolic contents (TPC) and total anthocyanin contents (TAC). However, the TPC and TAC of black raspberry wines were higher than those in commercial red wines. The antioxidant activities of wines (determined by ABTS and FRAP) increased in the order of FM, AI, AW and SI. It could not be concluded which yeast is adequate for the fermentation of black raspberry wine because any of the tested yeasts showed the best in all the quality characteristics of the wines.

Internal Transcribed Spacer (ITS) Regions Reveals Phylogenic Relationships of Rubus Species Cultivated in Korea (Internal Transcribed Spacers (ITS)로 분석한 국내 Rubus 재배종의 계통학적 유연관계)

  • The bramble cultivated widely in South Korea, which is known as Bokbunja-ddal-gi, is regarded as having originated from Korean native Rubus coreanus. This study was carried out to obtain basic phylogenetic information on Korean cultivated bramble (KCB) by comparing the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions with those of R. coreanus, blackberry (R. lanciniatus), black (R. occidentalis) and red (R. idaeus) raspberry. Sequences of the ITS 1 suggest that some KCB accessions share a significant similarity with both R. occidentalis and R. coreanus in the ITS 1 region. The ITS 2 sequences of the three KCB accessions clustered more closely to those of two R. occidentalis accessions than to those of R. coreanus. These results suggest that there exist variations in the sequences of ITS among KCB accessions and KCB accessions are more closely related to black raspberry than R. coreanus in the ITS regions.

  • Internet of Things(IoT)-devices are now expanding inter-connecting networking technologies to invent healthcare monitoring system especially for assessing physiological conditions of the chronically-ill patients those with cardiovascular diseases. Hence, IoT system is expected to be utilized for home healthcare by dedicating the original usage of IoT devices to collect the biomedical data such as electrocardiogram(ECG) and photoplethysmography(PPG) signal. The aim of this work is to implement health monitoring system by integrating IoT devices with Raspberry-pi components to measure and analyze ECG and the multi-channel PPG signals. The acquired data and fiducial features from our system can be transmitted to mobile devices via wireless networking technology to support the concept of tele-monitoring services based on IoT devices.

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 아두이노 무선센서 모듈과 Raspberry Pi, 웹서버를 이용한 IOT 기반 환경정보 수집시스템과 기상청 API를 통한 기상정보, 상점 서비스를 매시업하여 상품추천시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 주변 환경의 데이터를 정확하게 확인하고 그에 맞는 상품을 추천받을 수 있도록 한다. 상품추천시스템에서는 상점 외부에 부착된 환경정보 수집시스템에서 측정한 데이터와 기상청 API 데이터를 DB에 저장하고 DB에 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 상황에 맞는 기후화면디자인과 환경정보 데이터를 html로 구성하여 보여준다. Raspverry Pi에 연결된 모니터를 통해 실시간으로 정보를 보여주며 일정 시간 간격으로 관련 상품 광고를 보여주며 필요한 물건을 추천해준다.
