Testing and evaluation was carried out to certify quality assurance of localized engine parts using accelerated mission test method, which has been used to verify qualification or substantiation of the developed engine, improved engine components and engineering changed parts since 1976. Because AMT is not a familiarized testing for quality assurance of engine and localized engine parts in korea, through this testing and evaluation, it is presented the concepts, test procedures and evaluation method of AMT and is proposed the possibility of execution AMT, as a tool for qualification or substantiation test of a development engine or components.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose a standard form of noise filter drawing, which is widely used in the field of weapon systems, to define the essential specification which is not standardized at the existing drawings and to employ the reference for manufacturing and qualification test. Methods: To do that, it identifies the improvements to analyze 19 noise filter drawings, studies the principle of noise filtering to find the essential part of the spec. and reviews the MIL-STD-220C and KS IEC 60939, which is the widely used as a formal spec. pertaining to the noise filter. Throughout the study, a standard form is developed to standardize the attenuation characteristics and find eight crucial metrics to specify the noise filter. Results: The results of this study are as follows; The standardized drawings can be used as the qualification test of the item and the manufacturing and engineering documents to make the noise filter, which are also applicable to the reference document to review KDS(Korea Defense Standard) drawings.

This paper includes discussion on developing the test verified finite element model for one of the seismic qualification(safety) approaches. It presents a test verified finite element model of a UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply System) to be used at KMRR, KAERI. The test verified model predicts natural frequencies within 5 percent error for all major modes below 50Hz. This model accurately represents the dynamic characteristics of the actual hardware and is qualified for its use in the final stress analysis for seismic verification.

It is essential for engine design and establishment of test program to assign an appropriate performance range of liquid propellant rocket engine(LRE). The present study surveys the operation and qualification test range of LRE developed in Japan, United States, Europe and Russia.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the basic materials for enhancing the professionalism of 51 infant/toddler teachers through in-depth interview about the actual condition of child care centers. The results were as follows: First, the infant/toddler teachers got less credits of young child care and education subjects than day care teachers did. The current criteria for qualification of infant/toddler teachers was not appropriate for providing the child care services. An efficient and substantial curriculum must be designed to facilitate the day care services for infant/toddler teachers. Second, the infant/toddler teachers recognized that their roles were similar to child care teachers. The curriculum and practice must encourage and nurture the characters, beliefs, and dispositions of infant/toddler teachers. Third, it is necessary to review the various problems to enhance the professionalism of infant/toddler teachers. Several suggestions for enhancing the professionalism are discussed.

The purpose of this study is analyzing the frequent defect about each inspection part of Pre-qualification of residential building reconstruction and finding the cause of occurrence so that can supply a solution of the problem during the plalnning and constructure. The frequent defects are naturally following the deterioration and more occur in the structure body than a skin. The meaning that supply the cause and the managing method for preventing frequent defects about each inspection part is as follows. To prevent the defects, it is needed that the choice of the appropriate materials, giving a sufficient space for facilities, reliable constructure for the part of expecting the defects. The quality of life will go up due to making a good dwelling environment and extending the life cycle of structures from the inspection and managing the part of expecting defects.

Qualification test range for Lox/Kerosene gas generator cyle liquid rocket engine was determined by considering engine dispersion and flight inlet conditions. With various pump characteristics, the operation range of components and system was investigated through dispersion analysis. The variation of engine performance shows opposite trends in calibration and dispersion.

This report analyzes the Source Qualification Test which is composed of main functional and environmental tests for the localizing avionics(electronic subsystem for aircrafts and spacecraft) and high performance mechanical subsystem. Especially the detail test approaches of integrated servo actuators which is the main part to supply the power to the main and other flying control panel. Nowadays this subsystem works with mechanical and electrical engineering technique. In detail, electrical signal is used as input and transferring tool and mechanical part is the output as a power and manufacture the physical dimensions and functions. Finally in this review, the new test procedure to prove the function by the new manufacturer is established.

Because diesel generator excitation systems in the nuclear power generating station are included among safety related c1asses(and Class 1E), they have been supposed to apply in the nuclear power generating stations through equipment qualification by nuclear law and so on. So, they has been controlled and assured completely by quality assurance throughout the total development journey. This paper looks into the journey of development of diesel generator excitation systems in the nuclear power generating station.
