We investigated the action of NOS inhibitors on NOS in rats. Both of nitric oxide synthase inhibitors, $N^G$-monomethyl-L-arginine $(L-NMMA,\;3\;{\mu}M)$ or $N^G$-nitro-L-arginine methylester $(L-NAME,\;30\;{\mu}M),$ augmented phenylephrine $(PE,\;10^{-7}\;M)-induced$ contraction which was inhibited by acetylcholine (ACh) in rat thoracic aorta. This augmentation by L-NAME or L-NMMA was attenuated with the treatment of NO precursor, arginine. ACh, however, decreased the augmentation induced by L-NMMA, but not by L-NAME. Superoxide dismutase (SOD, 50 u/ml) potentiated an inhibitory effect of ACh on the PE $(10^{-7}\;M)-induced$ contraction. It has been known that platelet activating factor itself induces iNOS. Platelet activating factor $(PAF,\;10^{-7}\;M)$ inhibited PE $(10^{-7}\;M)-induced$ contraction. Pretreatment with L-NMMA (30 mM) or L-NAME (30 mM) significantly blocked the inhibitory action of PAF on PE-induced contraction. L-NMMA (100 mM) or L-NAME (100 mM) reduced nerve conduction velocity (NCV) relevant to nNOS in rat sciatic nerve. ACh attenuated the reduction of NCV by L-NMMA-, but not by L-NAME-induced reduction of NCV. These results suggest that L-NMMA and/or L-NAME have different action on three types of NOS in rats.

지명은 인간의 지역인식을 반영하기 때문에 지명지도는 지역이해를 위한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 지명데이터베이스 구축을 통한 웹기반 지도를 제작하고자 하였다. 주요 연구내용은 웹사이트 상에서 지명분류 방법, 데이터베이스 구축 방법 그리고 지명지도화 방법에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 지명은 분류기준에 따라 자연지리, 문화역사지리, 경제지리, 기타의 4개 영역으로 나누었으며, 다시 18 가지 세부영역으로 분류하였다. 지명은 지형도상의 지명과 지역에만 알려진 소지명을 수집하여 입력할 수 있도록 하였다. 데이터베이스 항목은 주소, 좌표, 지명(한자, 한글), 지명분류, 설명, 사진 자료로 구성하였다. 지명지도는 지역의 지리정보와 함께 표현될 수 있게 하였다. 연구결과는 지명의 지리적 분포는 물론 지역해석을 위한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In order to get the effect of Bangpoongtongsungsan (BPS) water extract on the blood pressure of every 5 group of rats (in normal state of after 3 hours of unanesthetized) was measured and following results were obtained. 1. BPS intraperitoneal injection was not recognized as having the effect of decreasing blood pressure compared with Control on hypertension induced by L-NAME in young rats. 2. BPS oral administration was recognized as having the effect of decreasing blood pressure compared with Control on hypertension induced by L-NAME in young rats. 3. BPS oral administration was recognized as having the effect of decreasing blood pressure compared with Control on hypertension induced by L-NAME's continual injection and BPS continual oral administration in young rats. 4. BPS oral administration was recognized as having the effect of decreasing blood pressure compared with Control on hypertension induced by L-NAME's in adult rats. 5. BPS oral administration was not recognized as having the effect of decreasing blood pressure compared with Control on spontaneous hypertension rats. According to the above results. it is known that BPS extract oral administration decreased the blood pressure of hypertension induced by and more effective to the youth.

현재 사회 각 분야에서는 개별 저작자 및 기관을 고유하게 식별하고 이를 다양한 저작물 관련 데이터와 연계하기 위해서 International Standard Name Identifier(ISNI), Open Researcher and Contributor ID(ORCID), Interested Parties Information System(IPI) 등과 같은 여러 가지 저자식별체계들을 구축, 적용해 왔다. 분야별 데이터 연계와 융합이 점차적으로 가속화되고 있는 현재의 데이터 환경에서 저자식별체계의 적용은 필연적인 것이라 볼 수 있지만, 저자식별체계를 활용하는데 있어서의 한계들도 여러 가지 측면에서 대두되고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하고, 저자식별체계를 중심으로 다양한 분야의 데이터를 융합하여 보다 나은 정보생태계를 구축하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 ISNI 중심의 데이터 융합 선진사례를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 데이터 융합에서 ISNI 저자식별 체계를 효율적으로 운용하기 위한 개선사항을 제안하였다.

The personal information extrusion accident(hacking, improper maintenance) by the internet has been increased rapidly during the last ten-year period. The personal information includes Korean resident registration number, name, cellphone number, home telephone number, E-mail address, home address, etc. Korean resident registration number is unchangeable from the cradle to the grave. Illegally accessed personal information can be wrongfully resoled or used at phishing scam. In this paper, we propose a alternative means of Korean resident registration number using the authorized certificate. The authorized certificate is in use safely in Internet. The authorized certificate(included Chinese name) is in used in offline service, the authorized certificate(included English name) is used in online(for government service) and the authorized certificate(not included name) is used in online(for private service). The authorized certificates are possible for discard, republication. The method can reduce the possibility of the personal information extrusion.

In this paper, I propose that the figurative structure of Tongjoo Yoon′s "One Night, Counting the Stars" reflects the poet′s anguish over the colonial reality of Korea in the later stages of the Japanese occupation, especially regarding the forced adoption of Japanese names in 1939. The poet Yoon himself registered at Yonhi College with an adopted Japanese name. In the second half of the poem, the speaker alludes to this historical fact when he confesses that "On a hill lit by myriads of stars / I spelled my name / And covered it over with dirt," and that he "laments (his) shameful name." In the simile of the last stanza, the speaker continues to allude to the "buried" name: "But past winter, come spring to my star, / As green grass sprouts on a grave mound, / So will it spread with pride / On the hill where my name is buried." The longing and the yearning, expressed so simply and in child-like manner in the first half of the poem, become in the second half an urgent need for something that should have been but cannot be, and yet will be in the future-for a world that should be, now lost but to be regained. The poem contains the poet′s earnest belief that the inherited Korean names that were then so shamefully taken away will one day be recovered. It is almost impossible to find any other work written in Korean (despite the most suppressive measures against the use of the Korean language) that also alludes to the adoption of Japanese names. In this respect, "One Night, Counting the Stars" has a unique value in the history of modem Korean literature.

이 글은 "노자의 도와 소쉬르의 언어학: 잘못된 만남"의 후속편으로 기획되었다. 노자의 도와 소쉬르의 언어학의 접점을 찾기 위해 '비상명(非常名)'을 어떻게 이해해야할까라는 질문을 던졌다. 노자의 '비상명'이 소쉬르가 말한 기호의 자의성과 부합하기 때문이다. 노자의 비상명이 갖는 성격을 부각하기 위해 공자의 '정명'과 비교하는 방법을 택했다. 이를 통해, 공자의 정명은 언어질서를 통해 예법을 회복하자는 주장임에 반해, 노자의 비상명은 기호의 자의성을 말한 것임을 드러냈다. 노자는 비상명을 통해 기호는 기표(signifiant)와 기의(signifie)가 본질적이고 필연적으로 결합되어 있지 않음을 드러냈다. 여기에서 더 나아가 기호의 자의성으로부터 언어질서는 해체될 수 있으며, 언어질서로 구축된 사회의 구조나 규범, 예법이라는 것도 해체될 수 있음을 보여준다. 결국 노자의 비상명은 제도로서 언어, 상징계로서 언어인 주나라의 언어질서에 저항하는 논리이자 해체의 논리이다. 이를 해명하기 위해, 세 가지 논증을 사용했다. 첫째는 '명'에 대한 중국 고대의 논의가 단순한 관직명과 사물의 명칭인 물명(物名)을 의미하는 것이 아니라, 한 사회의 제도와 법, 규범에 관한 논의였음을 해명하였다. 둘째, 언어 질서가 사회 제도이자 사회 구조임을 해명하는 논증을 소쉬르와 라캉의 말을 가져와 해명하였다. 소쉬르는 언어학의 탐구 대상이 한 사회의 제도와 규범, 법에 대한 탐구라고 말하고 있고, 라캉은 이를 상징계(the Symbolic)라고 말하고 있는 점을 가져와 논증하였다. 셋째, '비상명'이 기표와 기의의 자의적이고 임의적인 관계를 드러내는 중요한 용어임을 해명하였다. 소쉬르는 기호는 기표와 기의의 결합은 본질적이지 않고, 임의적이고 자의적이라고 한다. 노자의 비상명 역시 기표와 기의가 자의적인 결합임을 해명하였다. 이러한 논증을 통해 노자의 비상명이 제도로서 언어와 상징계로서 언어에 저항하고 이를 해체하는 논리임을 해명하였다.

This research analyzed the naming standard of Korea menu names divided into two groups, main dish and side dish. The research was conducted by contents analysis of selected literature articles and multiple-response cross tabulation analysis. The result demonstrated that the naming standard of Korea food consisted of the main ingredient name - sub ingredient name - main condiment name and main recipe. On the other hand, the menu name that is in native language or has a historical origin is exempt from this classification. Therefore, this study proposes a new standard, 'Hansik Menu Naming', to assist the food service industry and correct the names of unknown foreign dishes.

An investigation focusing on the unrecorded and taxonomically undescribed indigenous has been done since 2006. Samples were collected from various sites in the coastal and offshore waters of Korea as well as around Jeju Island. Since 2008, 16 unrecorded species belonging to the family Gymnodiniaceae have been found. The species were as follows: Amphidinium thermaeum (2015), Cochlodinium convolutum (2015), C. strangulatum (2015), Gymnodinium abbreviatum (valid name: G. gracile), G. arenicola (2015), G. gracile (2015), G. dorsalisulcum (2015), G. microreticulatum (2014), G. micrum (2016) (valid name: Karlodinium micrum), G. pyrenoidosum (2016), G. simplex (2015), G. veneficum (2016) (valid name: Karlodinium veneficum), Gyrodinium aureum (2015), G. fusiforme (2015), G. dominans (2014), and Nusuttodinium latum (2016) (valid name: Amphidinium latum). (The numbers in parentheses refer to the year that the species was found). These species were newly recorded in Korean waters in this study.

본 연구는 지명 전거데이터의 체계적 구축과 표준화 필요성에 따라 지명 전거데이터 기술에 필요한 한국 특성에 맞는 지침을 개발함으로써 국가 전거 고품질화의 기반을 제공하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 지명전거와 관련된 국내·외 동향 및 사례 조사를 실시하고, 지명 전거 구축을 위한 각국의 규칙과 지침을 분석했다. 이러한 현황 조사 및 규칙 분석을 바탕으로 지명 전거데이터 구축에 필요한 개념 범위와 용어를 정의하고 지명 전거데이터 지침 개발의 방향성을 설정하였다. 또한, 분석 결과, 지침이 포함해야 할 범위, 체계, 기존 규칙의 참조 내용과 방식 등을 결정하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 지침의 체계는 Original RDA와 NCR을 기준으로 삼아 설정하였다. 분석 과정에서 도출된 시사점을 중심으로 구축 대상 범위, 우선 지명 선정 및 기록, 이형 지명의 기록, 지명의 속성 등으로 지침을 구성하고 내용을 제시하여 한국 실정에 맞는 지명 전거데이터 기술 지침(안)을 제안하고자 하였으며, 이에 따른 향후 논의사항을 밝혔다.
