본 연구는 개정도서관법에서 중시하는 지역대표도서관의 기능을 재인식하고 지역 공공도서관에 대한 지원과 협력적 역할을 논의하고자 하였다. 지역의 중앙관인 지역대표도서관의 효율적 역할을 위한 협력체계로는 혼합형모델을 통해 국가중앙관인 국립중앙도서관과 지역 단위도서관간의 상호협력을 도모하도록 한다. 지역 공공도서관에 대한 지원과 협력사업으로는 지역도서관서비스위원회를 통한 지역공공도서관의 정책공조를 기초로 하여, 도서관정보화사업 지원. 공동보존, 사서교육의 지역화 및 지역정보자료의 통합체제에 의한 인포메이션 커먼스 등을 핵심으로 한다.

본 연구는 청소년과 대학생 이용자들의 도서관에 대한 인식과 정보이용을 개괄적으로 살펴보고 각 요소들과 이에 연관된 상관관계 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위한 데이터는 설문조사로 수집, 기술통계 및 상관분석을 통해 분석되었다. 연구결과, 이용자들은 도서관 정보원은 신뢰하나 실제 탐색에는 탐색엔진을 압도적으로 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며. 쉽게 빠르게 획득가능한 정보원을 사용하는 경향이 있었다. 정보원 비교 등 각 요소들의 상관관계를 확인한 결과 상당히 많은 요소들 사이의 상호연관성이 유의한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

A study has been made prior to the emphatic research to see how the curriculum of the Library Science Departments, in general, has developed to date. In the principles of the composition of the curriculum of library science, research has been conducted to determine what decisions will be the most appropriate for the changing trend of the society, regarding the matters of general specialization versus subject specialization education, the definition, change and operation of the core subject, the expansion of the elective specialized subjects and the composition of the curriculum by types of the library, and the curriculum composition in terms of subject specilization. The curriculum should consist of a unified series of courses and other educational experiences, designed to meet specific program objectives. Principles and concepts should be emphasized, over routines and techniques. All students should study certain fundamental 'core' subjects, as well as more specialized electives. General education (studies outside of librarianship) should be a major component of the total education of the librarian. Fundamental core subjects should be treated as introductory courses covering deep studies that can provide the most inclusive information related to the library science field. They should be offered as pre-requisites required of all the students entering the Department of Library Science. Specialized subjects and interdisciplinary courses comprising subject concentration should be offered as electives at the advanced level.

This study aims at diagnozing the existing school library laws and their enforcement regulations together with the library organization, and finding out any problems in them for the lack of legal and administrative suppxt has been considered the main hindrances to the developrnent of school library. The results of the work are as follows: 1. Full use of materials on the part of students is impossible because there is description in the school facilitier enforcement regulations except that of reading room. 2. No administrative consederation on the school library. 3. No incentive to be an able librarians because there is no devision in the lebrary teacher eligibility between the elementary and secondary level.

이 글의 목적은 우리나라 도서관정보정책이 안고 있는 문제점을 거시적 관점에서 파악하고 향후 개선을 위해 심층적인 논의가 필요한 과제를 발굴하여 체계적으로 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 정책의 근간이 되는 법과 제도, 정책기구, 행정조직, 전문인력, 재정, 그리고 발전계획과 관련하여 추이와 특징 그리고 문제점 등에 대해 살펴보고, 향후 지향해야 할 점에 대해 논의한다. 이 글에서의 논의는 관련 문헌에 대한 조사와 분석에 기초하고 있으며, 논의의 순서는 도서관정보정책에 대한 개념적 정의에서 시작하여, 2006년 이전까지의 도서관 정보정책의 추이와 특징 그리고 한계를 도서관정책과 정보정책의 영역으로 나누어서 살펴보고, 2006년 새로운 <도서관법> 이후의 도서관정보정책에서 나타나고 있는 변혁을 들여다보면서 향후 도서관과 정보문화의 건강한 발전을 위해 보다 심층적인 논의와 검토가 필요한 과제들을 제시하는 것으로 마무리하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관 독서프로그램 연구 동향을 학술지에 발표된 논문을 중심으로 분석하는 것이다. 문헌정보학 또는 국어교육학 분야 6개 학술지의 창간호부터 2016년 발행분까지 수록된 논문 중 학교도서관 독서프로그램 관련 논문 138편을 대상으로 정량분석과 내용분석을 실시하였다. 1978년 처음 관련 연구가 게재되었지만 오랫동안 연구가 중단되었다가 2002년부터 연구활동이 늘어나 2013년-2015년 사이에 가장 많은 논문이 출판되었다. 독서프로그램 유형별로 보면, 교육과정 연계 프로그램(도서관활용수업, 정보활용교육) 관련 연구가 44.9%로 가장 많았다. 학교도서관 현장에서 가장 많이 이루어지고 있는 독서흥미유발 프로그램에 대한 연구는 적었다. 학교도서관 독서프로그램에 대한 향후 연구 방향으로 국어교육학과 문헌정보학 분야의 학제간 융합연구, 현장의 문제점을 반영하는 실증적 프로그램 개발, 학교도서관의 교육기능 강화를 위한 교육과정 연계 프로그램 연구의 내실화를 제안하였다.

The objective of this paper is to make use of marketing in order to managerial good conducted the pursuit of public interest of the public library. The information service of the public library is to be user orientated. The results of the study is as follows : The activation of the community information is based on get hold of the exact community needs : in this paper, it is proposed to the survey's frame of the community need ; according to the results of the survey, the community needs the institution of the information and referral service and the public library must be made of the information unit of the nation for the public service and the public sphere of the information in the future.

전통적 도서관에서 디지털도서관으로의 변화를 매체 패러다임의 변화, 또는 소유로부터 접근으로 도서관 기능의 패러다임 변화로 보고 있으나 도서관이 정보를 직접 생산하는 기관이 아니므로 출판시스템의 변화가 도서관의 변화를 선도하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 본 논문은 전자출판이 정보매체를 변화시키는 요인일 뿐 아니라 정보의 생산과 유통, 그리고 이용에 이르는 커뮤니케이션 전 과정을 변화시키는 요인이라는 점에 초점을 맞추어 디지털도서관의 가능성을 도서관을 포함한 학술커뮤니케이션 시스템의 변혁이라는 거시적 관점과 도서관 기능의 다변화라고 하는 미시적 관점에서 분석하였다.

본 연구는 우리나라 대학도서관 이용자들의 도서관불안 현상을 밝히고 도서관불안의 요인을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이 연구 목적을 위해 선행연구에서 제시된 도서관불안척도들을 비교 분석하였고, 국내 4개 대학도서관 이용자 360명을 대상으로 도서관 이용 후기를 조사 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 대학도서관 이용자들도 도서관불안을 경험하고 있음을 확인하였고 도서관 불안감으로 47개 항목을 추출하였다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate into possibility of the university library information services for small and medium sized firms. The study is based entirely upon general means of information gathering used by industrial user analyzed by industry su n.0, pporting institutes and university library statistics. The results of the investigation are summarized as follows: 1. Locational convenience is a factor influencing use of libraries, either because libraries are close to work, or because users are used on an o n.0, pportunistic basis. University libraries are located throughout the country. 2. It is investigated that university library services should be more specific in their promotion, clearly stating their strengths and special or unique aspects of their services. 3. When university library does establish fees, good service is implied and must be provided through suitable procedures and staff arrangements.
