봉급생활자의 은퇴설계 : 노인 부양으로서 유료노인시설 선호 및 요구도 (Retirement Planning of Salary Workers : The Preferences and Needs to Silver Town as Their Care Type)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the preferences and needs of middle-aged salary workers' to make silver town their future care type. The sample of this study consisted of 837 middle-aged salary workers living in Seoul, Daejeon, Jeonju, Daegu, Gyonggi-do, and Jeju-do. Statistic values that were used for the analysis were frequencies, means, and logistic analysis. The major findings were as follows : First, 91.5% of the middle-aged salary workers needed silver town as their future care type and 63.2% of all workers wanted to live in the silver town. Second, the most frequent reason for choosing silver town as their care type was the convenience of their daily life. For the most part, salary workers answered that they would be moving to a silver town when they have some problems with mobility. Also, they wanted to pay for a deposit of 54,620,000 won and a monthly payment of 870,000 won. Third, the significant factors affecting the salary workers' preference to silver town were the respondent's sex and job, possession of a first child or not, real estate asset and monthly household income, subjective recognition for their economic status, having savings for their future, and the preparation for elderly life.

경기도 B신도시 건설과 공공도서관 건립에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Construction of B New Town in Gyeonggi Province and the Establishment of Public Libraries)

  • 철저한 계획도시인 신도시는 도시건설 과정에서 주민들에게 필수시설인 공공도서관을 건립할 수 있기 때문에 도서관 인프라를 확충할 때 기성도시보다 훨씬 수월하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라 1기 수도권 신도시중의 하나인 B신도시를 선정하여 이 도시 건설과정에서 공공도서관 건립이 어떻게 이루어졌는지 조사 분석하였다. B신도시의 경우 주민 입주 시기 전 그리고 신도시 건설 완료 전에 공공도서관이 건립되지 못한 문제점을 가지고 있고, 현재까지 건립된 공공도서관의 수도 부족하다. 결론적으로 B신도시 건설 과정에서의 공공도서관 건립은 미흡한 점이 많다고 하겠다.

  • The post-war period has witnessed the emergence of new towns in a number of countries in Southeast Asia. New town development started in Malaysia with Petaling Jaya as a satellite town in 1953 to accommodate the rapid growing population of Kuala Lumpur. New towns have been designed in accordance with the British town planning principles, based on the modern ideal city. Nonetheless, they have constituted a regional character as they have incorporated local factors such as local technologies as well as site and climatic conditions. In the shaping of the new towns in modern cities, regulatory aspects have played important roles. The regulations decide the basic framework for planning of new town, block plan and unit plan. The ultimate goal of this study is to understand the identity of the new town planning of Malaysia. As a first step, we reviewed the local regulations, standards, and design guidelines which are applicable to the new town planning from the national land use to local plans. As a result, we categorized the guidelines into four areas: urban space, site plan, street system, block plan and unit plan. We expect this study to provide the framework of the Malaysia's new town planning from the perspective of the local regulations.

도시의 방사전열에 관한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on Urban Radiation Heat Transfer)

  • This research makes that quantitative radiation property of an actual town ward is obtained in quest of the parameter with regard to a radiation heat transfer property and set up several town ward models that reproduced a solid form of a city along the attribute of the city. A regular trend possibility that is able to evaluate a radiation characteristics of a town ward quantitatively from a town ward guideline and confirmation that is produced about each parameter as a result of a numerical value simulation it obtained. This research shot a coefficient of Gebhart's emission absorption. sky radiation absorption rate direct solar radiation absorption rate the parameter with regard to a radiation heat transfer characteristics of a town ward in each town ward model and a volume rate of a town ward advances case study under regular such condition and shot the absorption rate, direct and others days and calculated an absorption rate and checked about the relation between a town ward and each radiation heat transfer property of a city.

신도시의 경쟁력 모형 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of New Town Competitiveness Model)

  • This study aims at understanding both the mechanism of new town's competitiveness and its normative pursuit. For the purpose the study steps as follows; (1) Defining operationally cities' competitive power by means of analytic interpretation of substantial nature involved in the preceding studies, (2) Finding some lessons for the desirable development suggested from the history of new town construction in England, France and Japan, where the spatial needs for solving urban problems were exploded after the Second World War, (3) Focusing to agendas regarding development, for example, sustainable development, (4) Recognizing differences between competitiveness of cities and that of new towns and finally (5) Building the model of new town competitiveness, which explains what makes the competitiveness and what kind of effort are necessary for acquiring the advantage. As the result of the process this study concludes that the competitiveness is caused by, or composed of 4 factors. They are Self-sufficiency, Identity, Innovativeness and Sustainability. This frame can be named SIIS-model of new town competitiveness. But there should be contingent and elastic approach in adaptation of these factors to a specific new town, considering its own goal, scale and other situation. The model established in this study is expected to be a analytical frame for the follow-up studies on finding problems and seeking directions of new town development in our country.

유량적 접근을 통한 지역거점도시와 읍면소재지의 중심기능 및 기초수요변화 - 공주시와 유구읍의 1995-2009년 소매점 및 접객업소 변화를 중심으로 - (Approach for the Flow Analysis of Changing Central-place function and Basic demand between The Central City and Small town)

  • The purpose of this study is to approach for the flow analysis of changing central-place functions and basic demands between the central city and the small town. Under the rural society progressed, this study examines how the small town changes in the relation to the central city. The subject of study is based on changes in demand for retail and hospitality. The small town is providing basic demands and urban services primary for the rural in the settlement system. Because of the rural depopulation and the aging of society, Retail and hospitality in the rural is reducing of the facility followed. But the majority of related researches are stocks approach. These studies are useful to find out the characteristic of small town, but is difficult to consider the influence of the central city. In this situation after this study using the function index is set up a concept model, it examines for the basis of changes in demand for the small town. The result of the analysis is that the changes of retail and hospitality are more severe in the more small town than in the central city. Whereas the small town with a population decline is consistent with the reduced number of branches, Population growth in the central city is reduced to the number of the Number of branches. The central-place function has been strengthened in the central city. While the younger generation, recreation, etc. related retail are disappearing rapidly, the mainstream of small town is grocery, home improvement, restaurants.

중-노년층 여성의 실버타운 개발유형에 대한 태도분석 (Attitudes of the Middle and Old Age about Types of Silver Town)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude of the middle and old age about the elderly housing and the planning elements according to the types of silver town. For this study, a pre-interview and a survey method were used for data collection. A questionnaire survey of 372 women over 45 years old was carried out. Among the data, 321 cases were analyzed by SPSS for Windows V12.0. The major findings were as follows: 1) Regarding the elderly housing, While the couple cohabitation type preferred the existing housing and the general housing, the single habitation type preferred the apartment and silver town. Some people wanted silver town occupancy due to the decrease of children support burden, the other did not want it due to economical burden and the absence of homelike affection. When they move into silver town, they wanted to take money, clothes, and photo album. 2) In silver town development, while the couple cohabitation type preferred the apartment, independent house, the single type preferred the apartment, housing complex and group-home. The unit housing sizes of them were around 82.6 and 49.6 square meters respectively. In the space composition of unit housing, while the couple cohabitation type preferred bath room, kitchen, living room and two of bed room, the single type preferred one of bed room and bath room at least. On the other hand, this study found out that it was possible to plan the space for eating and washing as the common space. 3) According to single or couple, and ages, there were significant differences in preferred spatial planning elements, which needs to be reflected in the silver town development. These results can provide improvement guidelines for the development of the silver town with the differentiation of design factors for the silver town planners.

중년여성의 사회적관계망과 실버타운 선호도 연구 (A Research on the Social Relation Network of Middle-aged Women and Preference for Silver Town)

  • The objective of this research is to analyze how main social relation network of middle-aged women such as family, friends and neighbors, etc affects the preference for silver town. For this objective, structured questionnaires were distributed to 309 middle-aged women at the age of 40-59 years old living in Seoul and new cities of metropolitan area. Statistics such as ANOVA, Pearson Coefficient and Multiple Regression were adopted for statistical analysis. The main result of this research is as follows: First, housewives showed higher preference for silver town than people involved in other occupations. Second, though the relation of friends and neighbors among the social relation network of middle-aged women affected the preference for silver town, that of family did not affect significantly. The result of this research suggests that it is necessary to adopt policy considering the relation of friends and neighbors among the social relation network of middle-aged women so as to activate silver town.

국내 텔레포트단지 모델개발에 관한 연구 (A Model Development of Teleport Town in Korea)

  • A Teleport is an integrated facility that provides its users with fast, convenient access to advanced telecommunicatoins by satellites, fiberobtics, microwave and other networks. A teleport town is an urban sub-center equipped with teleport and other telecommunication infra-facilities. This study is based on the explicit disclimination between these two related concepts. In this paper we classify various types of teleport town with respect to the specific conditions and situation in Korea. The teleport town which will be developed in Korea should be fitted into the balanced regional structure to boost up the effects of urban or regional development plan. Three models of teleport town(large scale, middle scale, small scale) are proposed on the basis of the classified types of teleport town.

  • 신도시개발 사업은 다양한 공종들이 복합적으로 진행되는 사업으로서 그 규모와 파급효과가 매우 큰 사업이다. 최근 국내 신도시개발 시장은 그 규모가 점차 줄어드는 반면 해외 신도시개발 시장은 투자개발형 사업을 위주로 크게 증가하고 있는 실정이며 이러한 상황 속에서 국내 신도시개발 공기업은 지난 30여 년간 국내에서 쌓은 충분한 경험을 바탕으로 해외 신도시시장에 진출할 필요성이 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 국내 공기업의 해외 신도시시장 진출과정에서 고려되어야할 핵심요소들을 도출하였으며 중요도성과분석과 내용분석을 통한 설문분석을 바탕으로 신도시개발 공기업의 현황을 파악하고 해외사업진출 가능성을 파악하였다.
