한국 문화와 한국인의 정서를 반영하는 한국적 상담모형의 대안으로 현실역동상담이 제안된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가청소년위원회 산하인 청소년상담지원센터에서 의뢰한 아들에게 폭행을 당한 부모를 상담하면서 현실역동상담의 특성이 어떻게 드러나고 있는지를 질적으로 분석했다. 현실역동상담의 일곱 가지 주요 특성은 한국사회가 체면사회인 만큼 전체적 맥락을 고려해 문제 파악하기, 내적세계 뿐만 아니라 외적인 현실세계 중시하기, 관계 속에서의 역할 강조하기, 상담자가 양육자 내지는 교육자와 같은 역할하기, 내담자가 깨어나도록 직면시키기, 부모-자녀간의 관계회복 도모하기, 사람들과의 관계 속으로 내담자를 밀어 넣기인데, 이러한 것들이 부모를 폭행하는 아들을 둔 부모에 대한 상담과정에서 명료하게 드러났다. 본 연구에서는 상담자와 내담자 간에 이루어진 대화의 원자료가 너무 길고, 또 그것만으로는 무엇이 어떻게 진행되었는지가 선명하게 드러나지 않기 때문에 상담자 자신의 해설이 곁들여진 사례보고를 분석하는 방식을 채택했다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the healthy family education, healthy family counseling, a healthy family culture, and healthy families integrated programs for single parent families in family support centers, The data collected came from 59 family support centers located in Seoul and Kyunggi-Do, Korea. Subjects included both single parents and their children. The children were of elementary school age. The types of programs were education, counseling, culture, and integrated program. Education programs were process separately for the parents and for the children. Counseling programs were mostly group-type program that aimed at improving the parent-children relationship. The contents included sections on anger management, reducing stress, enriching self-esteem. The culture programs involved experiences, camps that included cooking, watching movies, similar activities. Integrated programs involved respite support, rearing support, mentor-mentee partnerships, and the formation of self-help groups.

가족을 중시하던 우리나라에서도 요즈음 이혼율이 급증하고 있다. 그런데 대부분의 상담자들이 부부를 상담할 때 서구에서 발전된 가족 및 부부 상담이론들을 우리나라 사람들에게 그대로 적용하고 있다. 그러나 한국문화는 무교, 불교, 유교와 같은 종교의 영향아래 독특한 가족주의적 특성을 보이고 있어 서양문화의 가치를 반영하는 기존의 주요 상담접근으로는 충분한 상담효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 특히 한국사회에는 서양의 핵가족 형태인 부부중심 가족관계와는 달리 전통적으로 가계를 잇기 위한 혈통을 중시하고, 자녀교육에 우선적인 가치를 두며, 장유유서와 같은 서열을 강조하는 부자(父子)중심의 가족관계가 팽배해 있다. 이러한 문화권에서는 상담자가 개인 자체에 역점을 두며 부부간의 친밀성을 최우선으로 하는 것만으로는 부족하고, 부자중심의 가족관계 관점에서 자신의 위치에 따른 역할을 살펴보도록 초점 맞출 필요가 있다.

This research examined the work performance by consumer counselors, evaluations of their counseling work, the level of their satisfaction, and willingness to sustain consumer counseling work among Consumer Agencies and also identified the variables influencing the evaluation scores on those. The results were summarized as follows. First, the evaluation scores on the work performance of consumer counseling were generally high and they turned out to be generally satisfied with their work. On the other hand, most counselors responded that they would continue their counseling work. Second, there were differences in evaluation scores about speed and specialized area of counseling among Consumer Agencies. Counselors who worked for the Korea Consumer Protection Board recorded high scores in those both criteria. There were differences in the willingness of counselors to continue their counseling work among Consumer Agencies, too. Third, the evaluation scores in six areas of counseling tasks were high when the degree of satisfaction of counselors were high or when agencies treated the counseling important. Fourth, when counselors earned more salaries and owned the experience of in-firm training and when the Consumer Agencies highly valued counseling as consumer tasks, the degree of satisfaction among counselors increased. Finally, when counselors were old, major in consumer science, and held regular work-schedule, they exhibited high degree of satisfaction in their counseling work and they showed greater willingness to sustain their counseling work.

This research evaluated counseling tasks performed by consumer counselors between Korea and Japan. Results of this research could be summarized as follows. First, not only female but also male counselors occupied counseling tasks in Korea, in Japan, all counselors were female, most of whom were married and older than in Korea. The average number of counselors in Korea was large than those in Japan, but income of counselors was higher in Japan. Average numbers of counseling were large, the level of perception on the significance of counseling tasks was lower in Korea, but degree of job satisfaction was higher in Korea than their Japanese counterparts. Second, evaluation scores of Korean counselors were higher than those in their Japanese counterparts in the light of objectiveness and fairness of counseling. On the other hand, the degree of job satisfaction among counselors and their perceptions on the significance of counseling tasks affected the evaluation scores. In contrast, both degree of job satisfaction and hours of job-training education generated those impacts. finally, Korean counselors highly evaluated their agencies' counseling tasks than their Japanese counterparts. In sum, this study showed that the overall performance of consumer counseling tasks was more positive in Korea than in Japan.

한국적 상담의 한 모형으로 제안된 현실역동 상담접근의 특성 및 다양한 상담이론이 근거하고 있는 주요 범주를 소개한다. 그리고는 갈등문제를 일으킨 실체에 대한 정확한 이해 즉, 현실역동 상담에서 제 1의 특성으로 삼고 있는 문제의 진상에 대한 파악이 얼마나 중요한 것인지를 질적 연구의 한 방안인 "이야기 방식'으로서 부각시키고자 한다. '이야기 방식'은 상담자의 진술적 보고로서 상담분야에서 널리 사용되고 있는 축어록 방식과 성격을 달리한다. 이야기 방식은 해석학적 모델에 근거한 하나의 방안으로서 의도한 정보 및 의미 전달에 매우 유용하다. 본 연구에 소개된 사례의 내담자는 가족 간의 불화로 2년 이상 개인상담을 받는 동안 진전을 보이지 않다가 집단상담에 와서 문제의 실체를 명확하게 파악하고 곧 바로 호전을 보인 사람이다.

본 연구는 한국인의 문화적 특성을 내포하고 있는 판놀이 상담을 실시하여 코로나 상황에서 대학생의 불안감소에 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 하였다. 상담은 주 1회 40분 실시하였다. 매회기 참여자의 연상을 기록하였다. 참여자의 사전과 사후의 불안검사결과는 감소하였다. 이는 판놀이 상담의 효과성이 검증되었다는 것이다. 사례분석은 현상학적 연구방법을 적용하였다. 사례분석을 통한 구조 결정은 퇴행, 표출, 분화, 통합의 순이었다. 사례분석의 결과에서 참여자들은 초기 단계에 만남을 통해 혼란을 느끼며 무의식으로 퇴행한다. 표출구조에서 분출하지 못했던 부정의 감정들이 의식으로 나타나고 이를 참여자들이 각성한다. 참여자들은 두려움, 불안, 외로움, 화, 짜증 등과 같은 감정을 표현하였다. 무의식의 의식화는 자아의 변화를 일으킨다. 분화구조에서 대극이 등장하면서 자아가 분별력을 갖는다. 즉 자신감을 얻게 하는 것이다. 상담의 목표인 자아의 강화가 이루어져서 불안을 극복할 수 있는 잠재력을 깨달아 가는 것이다. 마지막 구조인 통합에서 결혼식, 아기, 노현자 등이 등장하여 전체성으로의 변화가 일어났음을 보여주었다. 본 연구결과에서 판놀이 상담의 치유 효과가 검증되었다. 본연구는 한국문화를 내포한 한국의 상담기법을 개발하는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다.

본 연구에서는 디지털가면을 화상상담에 활용한 가면화상상담을 진행한 상담자들의 경험을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 총 10사례에 대한 가면화상상담을 경험한 4명의 상담사와의 초점집단면접 자료가 주제분석방법을 활용하여 분석되었다. 상담사들은 가면화상상담에 대한 우려가 있었으나 점차 적응해나갔으며 편안함과 재미를 느꼈다. 그러나 화상상담에서보다 더 큰 피로와 부담감을 느껴 가면화상상담을 위한 추가적인 교육훈련이 필요하다고 보았다. 또한 내담자들의 신속한 자기개방과 상담과정을 관찰하면서 디지털가면이 상담매체로 활용될 가능성을 긍정적으로 전망하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 기초하여 우리는 온라인 상담매체 활용을 위한 상담자 지원이 필요함을 제언하였다.

This study examined differences in counseling work and work performance in a firm by the individual characteristics of counselors. This study also investigated the effects of consumer counselor's reaction and stress from counseling work on counselor satisfaction in regards to counseling work and work performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, consumer counselor's work satisfaction was high for female counselors, university-educated, with middle or high status occupations, had short work years, had a higher tendency towards consumerism, worked in a counseling department with an active reaction policy towards consumer complaints, and had a lower level. Second, the work performance of a counselor was high for those who were older, university-educated, had short work years, worked in large-size counseling departments in a firm, had a higher tendency of consumerism, and worked in counseling departments with active reaction policies toward consumer and consumer's complaints. Third, consumer counselor's work stress effected work satisfaction but did not influence work performance. The counselor's reaction towards consumer's complaints influenced the work performance but did not influence the work satisfaction of a counselor.

최근, 코비드 환경은 대학의 교육 시스템에 심각한 영향을 끼쳤다. 대학의 재학률과 취업률에 큰 영향을 미치는 학생의 진로지도 방법은 코비드 환경에서 변할 수밖에 없다. 기존의 진로지도 활동은 오프라인 상담 방법을 주로 사용하지만, 코비드 환경에서의 진로지도 활동은 온라인 상담 방법을 더 중요하게 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 온라인과 오프라인 교육 환경에서 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 하이브리드(온라인과 오프라인) 진로지도 모델을 제안한다. 온라인과 오프라인의 특성을 가진 하이브리드 제안 모델은 코비드 환경에서도 학생들을 효과적으로 지도 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 제안 모델을 실제 상담 사례에 적용하여 제안 모델의 유용성을 보였다.
