The prevalent phenomenon in the high technology market shows market-determined do facto standard is preferred to de jure standard determined by formal organization. The purpose of the study is to provide a framework to empirically examine the relationship between network externalities and switching costs from the consumer's point of view Key findings of the study are ： First, physical compatibility and upgradability are positively related to the network externalities. Second, conceptual compatibility and expertise are negatively related to the switching costs. Third, the network externalities and the switching costs are positively related to the continuous usage decision. Finally, the network externalities are positively related to the switching costs. The followings are major implications of the study. First, network externalities and bandwagon effects have different causal relationship respectively. Second, contrast to Weiss and Heide's (1993) study, the study suggests multiple dimensions of compatibility, Third, physical compatibility and upgradability increase switching costs through network externalities as the moderator.

본 연구는 질병과 관련이 있는 단백질들은 질병 네트워크를 형성함에 있어서 매우 중요한 인자로 작용할 가능성이 있다는 아이디어에서 출발한다. 우리는 Online Medelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM)으로부터 아토피관련 43개 단백질 데이터베이스를 확보하고 이 단백질들과 상호작용하는 단백질 네트워크를 구축하였다. 아토피관련 단백질 네트워크를 바탕으로 질병 네트워크를 구축하였다. 질병 네트워크로부터 질병단백체인 CCR5, CCL11, 및 IL4R을 발굴하였는데, 이들 모두는 단백질 네트워크에서 허브 단백질로 작용하는 것들이다. 허브단백질은 세포에서 필수단백질로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 본 연구에서는 허브단백질이면서 동시에 질병에서 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대되는 질병단백체로 역할하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 소규모 아토피 관련 질병네트워크를 구축하여 분석하였지만, 여기에 제안한 질병네트워크 분석이 복잡한 인간 질병체계의 분자 기작 및 생물학적 진행과정을 이해하는데 실마리를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the main keyword, network structure, and main topics of the national petition related to "nursing" in South Korea. Methods: Data were gathered from petitions related to the national petition in Korea Blue House related to the topic "nursing" or "nurse" from August 17, 2017, to May 9, 2022. A total of 5,154 petitions were searched, and 995 were selected for the final analysis. Text network analysis and topic modeling were analyzed using the Netminer 4.5.0 program. Results: Regarding network characteristics, a density of 0.03, an average degree of 144.483, and an average distance of 1.943 were found. Compared to results of degree centrality and betweenness centrality, keywords such as "work environment," "nursing university," "license," and "education" appeared typically in the eigenvector centrality analysis. Topic modeling derived four topics: (1) "Improving the working environment and dealing with nursing professionals," (2) "requesting investigation and punishment related to medical accidents," (3) "requiring clear role regulation and legislation of medical and nonmedical professions," and (4) "demanding improvement of healthcare-related systems and services." Conclusion: This is the first study to analyze Korea's national petitions in the field of nursing. This study's results confirmed both the internal needs and external demands for nurses in South Korea. Policies and laws that reflect these results should be developed.

본 연구는 온라인 동영상 플랫폼에 적용되는 추천 알고리듬을 이해하고자 유튜브에서 K-pop 뮤직비디오의 콘텐츠 특성과 재생 시 추천되는 연관 비디오(related video)의 관계를 규명하고 네트워크 분석을 통해 어떤 비디오가 연관 비디오로 추천되는지 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, K-pop 재생 시 비디오의 좋아요 수가 추천 순위에 영향을 주었으며 대부분 같은 채널에 속하거나 동일한 기획사에서 제작한 비디오가 연관 비디오로 추천되었다. 그리고 연관 비디오의 네트워크 분석 결과, K-pop 뮤직비디오의 네트워크가 강하게 형성되어 있으며 연관 비디오의 네트워크 분석에서 BTS의 뮤직비디오가 중심성이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 K-pop간의 네트워크가 강하기 때문에 K-pop을 검색 쿼리로 입력해서 비디오를 시청할 때는 연속적으로 K-pop을 즐길 수 있지만, 반대로 다른 장르의 비디오를 시청할 때는 K-pop이 연관 비디오로 추천되지 못할 수 있음을 의미한다.

This paper is to present how a network between words is formed. Not only have we looked at the distributivity, frequency and strength in connections between related words, but we have also presented some way to shed lights on what this network means to linguistic and social studies. The target source is morpho-analysis components of Trends 21 corpus which cover all newspaper articles from lour major newspapers, including Chosun, Joongang, Donga, and Hankyoreh, issued between 2000 and 2008. Based on nodes, links, and their connectivity indexes - density, degree, and centralizations, we have been able to retrieve and cluster related words forming the network with 20 event nouns. To reduce noise, we have considered the words whose t-score is above 1.64. By conducting both network and statistical analyses, we have presented the network of each event noun.

In the IT(Information Technology) service, which supply the solutions related to business management and IT, network construction and application trends, the related service business are increasing according to the enlargement of project scope and the diversity of project types as the need of service customers. In this paper, I propose the significant effect factors on the network management of IT service firms. The key findings are from the analysis result about 94 IT service firms as follows. For implementation the high performance of network management in the IT service firms, the strategic elements in the process of network construction are more conceived highly than the basic element in them. Also the perspective of project objectives are considered than the nominal perspectives in the partner selection process. The competency of partner firms', the cooperation process between the partner firms', network relation operation management and network relation structure management are the significant effect factors of network management.

The digital network system is one of the most important features in the resent hospital buildings. This study is to lay out a guideline of architectural planning according to the hospitals with digital network system. First, this study develops the concept of hospital building digital network system and reports the survey results of domestic general hospitals for this matter. Required spaces by digital network system in general hospital are classified into two categories. One is equipment room, main equipment room and a telecommunication closet, to accommodate network facilities. The other is the spaces related with medical information, medical archives and the department of radiology, because digital network system makes a change the form and use of information. In result, this study proposes models for each equipment room and raises the possibility of size change of information-spaces.

This study investigates passenger-authored online reviews of airline services using social network analysis to compare the differences in customer perceptions between full service carriers (FSCs) and low cost carriers (LCCs). While deriving words with high frequency and weight matrix based on the text analysis for FSCs and LCCs respectively, we analyze the semantic network (betweenness centrality, eigenvector centrality, degree centrality) to compare the degree of connection between words in online reviews of each airline types using the social network analysis. Then we compare the words with high frequency and the connection degree to gauge their influences in the network. Moreover, we group eight clusters for FSCs and LCCs using the convergence of iterated correlations (CONCOR) analysis. Using the resultant clusters, we match the clusters to dimensions of two types of service quality models ($Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$, Brady & Cronin (B&C)) to compare the airline service quality and determine which model fits better. From the semantic network analysis, FSCs are mainly related to inflight service words and LCCs are primarily related to the ground service words. The CONCOR analysis reveals that FSCs are mainly related to the dimension of outcome quality in $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$ model, but evenly distributed to the dimensions in B&C model. On the other hand, LCCs are primarily related to the dimensions of process quality in both $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$ and B&C models. From the CONCOR analysis, we also observe that B&C model fits better than $Gr{\ddot{o}}nroos$ model for the airline service because the former model can capture passenger perceptions more specifically than the latter model can.

본 연구는 우리나라 데이터 관련 정책사업에 대한 텍스트 정보를 기반으로 네트워크 군집 분석을 통해 유사한 사업들을 분류하고 유형화하였다. 이를 위해 2022년에 우리나라에서 추진된 데이터 관련 재정사업 설명자료를 수집하고 사업 내용으로부터 키워드를 추출, TF-IDF로 각 사업 간 유사도를 도출하였으며, 이를 기반으로 정책사업 네트워크를 구축하였다. 이후 정책사업 네트워크의 구조적 특징을 분석하고, 네트워크 군집 분석을 통해 유사한 정책사업들을 군집화하여 유형화 하였다. 총 97개의 사업을 분석한 결과, 7개의 주요 군집이 식별되었으며, 이를 통해 비슷한 주제나 목표를 가진 사업들이 응용 분야 혹은 데이터가 활용되는 서비스 관점에서 유형화가 이루어진 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 현재 우리나라 데이터 관련 정책사업의 현황을 보여줌과 동시에 향후 국가데이터전략 수립 및 사업 기획에 있어서 전략적 접근을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공하며 증거기반 정책 확립에 기여한다.

National Geographic Information System(NGIS) should be designed on the assumption that geographic data collected by each national organization should be integrated into geographic database systemically. To achieve this object, NGIS database would be better connected to National Very High-Speed Communication Network. In the process of research, some problems related to Korean NGIS are found. These are standardization, compatibility, extension, issue of making and opening digital map, and issue related to land information. So, it is required that pilot project apply National Geographic Information System in terms of National Very High-Speed computer network project. This project is to contain two main theme building of physical network and special management of network which is related with NGIS.
