In Japan, the Security Equipment Association takes the initiative in standardization, the preparation of installation standards and the management of the qualification system. This association is joined by electronic security companies, manufacturers and installers and makes research in security equipment, security alarm system and information security system. But, the Korea Security Association takes the initiative in the security industry in accordance with the security business act, but few electronic security companies that are the hub of the security market have joined the association yet. Currently, there is no organization in which electronic security companies, security equipment manufacturers and installers can participate together, and it's not possible for all the parties concerned to make a concerted effort for the development of security equipment under the circumstances.

In the 1970th, Security industry in Korea based auxiliary measures for confrontation about increase of a crime by Industrialization and Urbanization. The security law and security industry of Japan have a great impact on Korea. In a modern sense, there are little large disparities between the two nations in the history and development of private security. However, the way they look at private security is not the same in large part. In Japan, private security companies are highly regarded by Japanese people as organizations that guarantee their safety, owing to the efforts of private security companies themselves, the National Security Association and civic groups. Private security has especially been approved and supported since it was decided in the anticrime cabinet council in December, 2003, in line with the action plan for the realization of anticrime society to boost private security as an industry to ensure people's safety in daily routine life by curbing crimes that might pose a threat to peaceful life. Afterwards, there has been a dynamic collaboration between the Japanese police and private security in terms of education, crime prevention, disaster prevention/restoration and everyday life safety. As for Korea, the necessity of cooperation between private security and the police is increasingly stressed, and it's required to strengthen their partnership to ensure successful crime prevention in consideration of Japanese partnership cases. In Japan, the police, civic groups, the security association and security companies make every effort to satisfy Japanese people's safety needs in diverse ways and take disaster-prevention measures as well.

According to current record of private security in Korea, more than 107,963 private security guards are employed by 2,051 security guard association. However, it is obvious that there is lack of any kinds of professional license. To ensure the profession of Private Security industry and at the same time to improve the quality of private guard duty, it is necessary to introduce professional license system which is specialized and developed. The kinds of license anticipated are security guards services, armored car services, alarm services, proprietary security services, special guards services, terror, security consultants services, and private investigators. To settle those license system, there should be not only exertion of academic society but also administrative support of government and research of legal office th arrange legal and official structure.

Corporation's computerization developed by diffusion of internet, and dysfunction of Information is increasing greatly with virus, computing network infringement. Therefore, the today, corporation security is more and more emphasized. Security solution by that importance of security rises so is developing together Security solution is developing to ESM system in existing single system and important thing is function of each security solution and optimizing design of policy. Existent security policy taking a serious view security from external invasion but security of interior the importance rise the today. Accordingly, must construct ESM system of new structure for this. This paper proposes and embodied integration security administration system that solidify interior security utilizing IDS. Experiment external IP and ID access and analyzed the result.

The objective of this study is to generally check the present situation of private security industry by analyzing the current situation of private security industry in Korea so as to find which policy base is reflected to amend law by analyzing the amendment process of private security law in order to suggest policy direction of private security industry in Korea. Viewing through amendment process of private security law, enhancing publicity and enterprise are not judged to form any definite policy base. They are merely interpreted to partially reflect enterprise under the strong base of publicity. Such policy base may cause overall stagnation of private security industry. For sound development of private security industry, it is required to get out of the existing policy direction so as to change policy base to the direction of enhancing enterprise of private security industry. The power of police for instruction and supervision should be largely transferred to Korea Security Association so as to cultivate autonomous purifying function of private security industry. Police should strive to develop policy in the level of joint production of security service.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an operational plan for the information security department of colleges. First, the necessity for educating information security personnel was examined. Second, the institutes for educating information security personnel were investigated and the curriculum for information security of the college in Korea were examined. Finally, the challenges were examined and the solutions were suggested.
