열차유형에 따른 판형교의 정적거동에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Static Behaviors of Railway Plate Girder Bridges according to Types of Train)

  • Static behaviors of railway plate girder bridges designed by the L-22, a standard load type of the railway specification in Korea, are evaluated by widely eight load cases. The load cases are three real loads, which contain three locomotive types of Saemaul PMC, diesel, and Korea Train Express(KTX), and three design loads, L-22, L-18, and HL-25 loads, in railway specification. Plate girders for analysis have the length of spans of six types:6m, 9m, 12m, 22m, 24m, and 30m. For analysis SAP2000n ,a commercial FEM tool, is used. Dominant axial load types are taken from these results that are maximum deflections, reaction forces, and absolute maximum bending moment in girders.

서울 도시철도 9호선의 운영분야 혁신방안 (Renovation plans of operation field of Seoul Metro Line 9)

  • Seoul Metro Line 9 (SML9) is the first subway line that private capital invests in Korea. SML9 will cross Seoul, linking the Gimpo Airport to the Gangnam district (25.5km) opening in the first half of 2009. SML9 has a new model in Korea constructed by metropolitan government and private company and operated by specialized public transportation service provider. SML9 is confronted with tough environment of stagnated public transportation and strong competitor, Olympic city expressway. And SML9 is under pressure for showing high efficiency as non-governmental organization from both customers and government. Consequently SML9 must lead the maximum efficiency by using its material and human resource. It is necessary that SML9 raise a competitive power and display its ability in active collaboration with relative organization and company. Hereupon, I propose renovation plans from viewpoint of operation field of SML9, (1) efficient train scheduling regime focusing on the combination of express and local train (2) close connection of other mean of transportation and (3) effective connection convention with Airport Railroad (AREX) as the line connected directly.

  • Although the riding comfort of tilting trains has been managed by setting allowable limits of roll motion in Korea, it is impossible for this approach to express the psychophysical relationship between various vibrational factors and riding comfort. in order to propose a function to evaluate the riding comfort of tilting train on transition curves, an experiment was performed with the Korea Tilting Tran eXpress(TTX). As a result, by referring to some international standards on the method of evaluating ride comfort, a modified method was proposed to evaluate the lateral vibration in addition to the roll motion on carve transitions.

  • 대도시 고밀도 도시철도에서는 상습 열차운행 지연과 혼잡으로 승객의 불편과 불만이 커지고 있다. 도시철도는 열차운행의 비정규성과 수요의 불확정성 등 지역간 철도와는 다른 특성을 가지고 있다. 도시철도 운영회사에서는 실적자료를 기반으로 열차운행품질과 혼잡도와 같은 서비스품질을 집계하여 관리하고 있다. 그러나 수요와 승객행태에 따라 열차운행이 동적으로 변하는 특성을 가지고 있어 실제 느끼는 서비스품질을 표현하기에는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 승객 관점에서의 서비스품질을 계량화하고, 도시철도에서 수요에 따른 정차시분 및 열차운행상태의 동적변화를 예측할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 방법과 지연/혼잡 해소방안에 대한 실제 사례를 기반으로 운행서비스품질의 변화를 예측할 수 있는 방법론을 제시한다.

  • 철도 시설물의 상태를 종합적으로 동시에 검측하고 건전성 평가가 가능한 고속 종합검측시스템을 위해 열차의 위치검지 정보는 필수불가결하다. 본 논문에서는 위치검지를 위한 위치 기술중 관성센서의 측정과 분석에 대해 다룬다. 관성센서의 가속도 정보와 각속도 정보에 대해 진폭과 주파수 관점에서 분석하였고, 진동 및 열차 동역학에 대한 검토도 이루어졌다. 이러한 검토 결과와 GPS 정보를 이용하여 호남선 나주역부터 일로역까지 한국형 틸팅열차의 위치검지를 수행하였다. 이와 같은 센서 측정치와 열차의 거동에 대한 동기화된 분석은 열차위치검지 시스템의 설계와 성능 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

  • Great impetus has come from the renewed emphasis on improving public transport in many countries. In Korea, built over 12 years at a cost of ${\$}12$ billion and modeled on the TGV of France, the Korea Train Express will open for regular traffic on April, 2004. The schematic design of terminal building for Kwang-Myeong station was chosen by the international competition in 1997. Mooyoung Architects and Engineers joined with AREP, French Architect awarded.

틸팅차량의 네트워크 협업 엔진 구현 (Implementation of A Networked Collaboration Engine for Virtual Engineering of Tilting Train)

  • Tilting technology is to tilt the train on the curve in order to minimize centrifugal force to passengers and to improve the speed within the limits of passenger's comfort and safety. According to reports from other countries, there is 15~30% speed improvement compared to the conventional trains. Recently, the advent of World-Wide-Web(WWW) and the explosive popularity of the Internet gave birth to collaborative applications which were enabled by computers and networks as their primary media. The progress of 3D computer graphics enabled collaborative applications with 3D virtual environments or distributed virtual environments. In this paper, we explain our implementation of the Share collaboration engine which is for collaboration applications based on a distributed virtual environment. The Share collaboration engine proposes a new Share network architecture for management of participants, and it provides some synchronization methods for 3D objects in virtual collaboration. TTX_PDM is an experimental application that tries to prevent wastes of human, material and time resources in networked virtual collaboration.

인체 진동을 고려한 국내의 대중 교통 수단의 진동환경 평가에 관한연구 (A Study on the Evaluation of Vibration′s Environment in the Korean)

  • This paper introduces experimental results related to the vibration ride conditions that a korean male subject experienced in the nationwide railway trains and the express bus. Two types of railway train's Saemaulho and Mugunghwaho. and the express bus were chosen to measure how much the whole-body vibrations on the contact area of the back , hip and feet are exposed to the subject. Measured vibration signals were analysed to assess the rife conditions quantitatively and qualitatively. Analysed results are illustrated to unveil how much typical public transportation system in Korea expose whole-body vibration to passengers. Futhermore, the performance evaluation of their seats were carried out to examine their effectiveness in reducing vibration exposure to passengers.

  • This study focuses on the performance enhancement of the levitation and guidance control system in urban and medium-to high-speed magnetic levitation trains. A levitation control system, which is currently being tested in Yeongjongdo, is a single controller that is neither designed nor produced on the basis of redundancy. Hence, vehicular stability and reliability should be improved for the situation in which levitation failure occurs because of a breakdown in a controller during vehicle operation. In addition, the control system should be developed to control electromagnetic levitation considering changes in normal force according to changes in the driving force of the propulsion system.
