  • This paper aims to examine the ways in which project-based organizations (PBOs) are embedded in social networks and geographical clustering in the case of TV drama industry. PBOs refer to a variety of temporary organizational forms for the performance of tasks as to integrate diverse and specialized intellectual resources. PEOs as a flexible and innovative mode of organizing knowledge resources are becoming increasingly worthy of attention in emerging the creative economy. Evidence from interviews with core persons of PEOs like producers, directors, and writers reveals that the key operational mechanism of the project form of organization is based on the highly socialized networks via individual's reputation and past experiences. In other words, the project activity in TV drama is embedded in networks which are socially constructed. Also the geographical clustering plays an important role in PBOs and project practices in TV drama are constructed around a high degree of spatial clustering. PBOs are clustering in Kang-nam and Yeouido, where are located in independent production companies and broadcasting stations. It means that the project formation in TV drama requires geographically-clustered networks of human resources, and socially, culturally and geographically embedded latent networks of interpersonal relationships are a necessary condition of POBs in the TV drama industry.

However, since the present consumer education is biased toward a traditional viewpoint of economical consumption, management of allowances, and rational purchase and its teaching method still stays on memorizing, cramming and one sided lecture, consumer education containing a key value of sustainable development have not been carried out successfully, Specifically, the consumer education in an elementary school treats mainly just on environmental conservation and economical knowledge even though quite much time is arranged in every school year. So, complement of contents such as understanding of relation between natural resources and consumption and the role and responsibility of a consumer is required to emphasis the sustainable development. • With the increase of weight and influence of TV drama, many researchers began to publish papers on TV drama. However, those papers were mainly focused on social meaning and viewing motives and attitudes of TV audience. However, only a few papers researched about television image production techniques, such as 'Relationship between TV ratings and image production techniques', 'Transition process of TV drama's image production techniques', and 'Comparison of TV and film image production techniques'. According to the recent research on the relationship between TV ratings and image production techniques, TV rating is inverse proportionate to multiple camerawork and shot average duration with a very close relationship. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the relationship between TV genre and image production technique with the data of top 100 of TNS Media Korea from the year 2004 to 2008. This paper found out that history drama uses more closeup, longshot, tracking and less waist shot than other genres, with shorter shot duration and longer scene duration.

  • $\ulcorner$Xixiangji[West chamber]$\lrcorner$ is one of the most popular Chinese dramas which was first translated into Korean by Chung-hee Kim in 1811. $\ulcorner$Dongsanggi[East chamber]$\lrcorner$is a Korean drama which was written in Chinese by Ok Lee in 1791. It adopted the form of Chinese traditional drama, $\ulcorner$xixianji$\lrcorner$. 1 think theses are very interesting examples which show how we accepted Chinese dramas through translation or modification and created our own dramas in the past. 1 quoted their names in the title because it is thought that they can represent the direction of the stream of cultural exchange between two countries in the past. The direction has recently changed. Han stream[Korean cultural effect] has become very powerful in whole Asia in last 10 years. Cultural exchange between Korea and China has been very steady and popular over 2000 years before the 20th century We used to have cultural identity by using Chinese character and accept many of the cultural aspects from China. Now, we are trying to reestablish the relationship which has been cut off for about 50years. In this paper I tried to retrospect the results of cultural exchange in the past and argue about the problems we are now facing by examining interchange or acceptance of the Chinese drama including translations and theatrical performances. 1 also tried to suggest the diverse ways of mutual exchange to uplift the cultural level of two countries.
