  • 최근 녹색성장과 함께 전기자동차에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 전기자동차 Relay 용 Solenoid Actuator에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. DC Solenoid Actuator는 Electric Vehicle relay(EV-Relay)의 동작을 담당하므로, EV-Relay의 핵심 부분이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 등가자기회로법을 통해 EV-Relay가 동작하기 위한 DC Solenoid Actuator를 설계하였다.

  • The ferromagnetic pole piece of permanent magnet assembly for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) is optimally designed to get high homogenious magnetic field, taking into account the non-linearity of the magnetic materials. In the design, the pole face is kept smooth and axis-symmetric by using B-spline parameterization, and nonlinear design sensitivity analysis is used for search direction.

  • The cogging force of a permanent-magnet linear motor is a major component of the detent force, but unfortunately makes a ripple in the thrust force and induces undesired vibration and acoustic noise. In this paper, Coupling Particles Swarm Optimization is applied to optimization the shape of permanent magnet linear motor by minimizing the undesired vibration and acoustic noise in the thrust force and also considering the maximum thrust force. The result shows that the 9-pole 10-slot PMLM removes almost of the cogging force while giving a big thrust force.

  • The shape optimization of a Thomson coil actuator used in an arc eliminator is done for fast response by adopting topology modification method. The performance of the actuator is analyzed by using an equivalent circuit method. Both shape optimization and performance analysis are accomplished based on the segmentation of plate. The effectiveness of the proposed method is proved by the comparison of results before and after the shape optimization.
