Establishing Goals for Information Strategy Planning of Rural Amenity Resources Map (농촌어메니티자원도 정보전략계획 수립을 위한 목표설정)

  • Value of rural amenity resources scattered in rural area is difficult to be assessed isolatedly. Rural Amenity Resources Map (RARM) is developed for assessing rural resources based on specific territory. In the developing process, knowledge based system is oriented because rural amenity is differed from personal feeling. Possible decision trees in RARM are developed in reviewing process of previous GIS based decision support systems, and information strategy planning is constructed for achieving goals such as rural tourism, down shifting, and rural investment.

  • B2B EC에서 지능형 에이전트에 대한 요구의 증가와 함께 기업구매자가 직접 전자시장으로부터 구매하는 데스크탑 구매의 요구도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 B2B 상에서 전자시장으로부터의 효율적인 구매를 지원하는 b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 설계 사례에 대해서 기술한다. b-Cart는 구매자가 소유하고 사용되는 구매자 사이트에 위치한 쇼핑카트로서, 본 논문에서는 B2B EC에서의 b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 요구 기능을 사용자식별(Identification), 사용자 다이알로그(User Dialog), 상품정보수집(Collection), 물품정보제거(Trashing), 개별 구매의사결정지원(Individual Purchase Decision Support), 조직 구매의사결정지원(Organizational Purchase Decision Support), 협상(Negotiation), 주문처리(Ordering), 지불처리(Payment), 진행사항 추적(Tracking), 구매기록(Recording), 전자구매시스템에 구매기록 전송(Record Transmission), 지식베이스에 새로운 지식 유지(Knowledge Maintenance)으로 정의하고, b-Cart 기반 에이전트 시스템의 메시지 인터페이스를 설계하고 시스템의 구조를 설계하여 프로토타입 시스템인 AgentB의 설계 사례를 소개한다. b-Cart 기반 에이전트시스템은 기업구매자의 전자시장으로부터 구매자 증가함에 따라 분산된 정보를 관리 해주고 통합적으로 구매처리를 해줄수 있는 효과적인 시스템이다. 향 후 B2B EC의 에이전트 시스템은 b-Cart를 기반으로 할 것으로 예측할 수 있다.

  • The world is in the great change by the digital revolution and is changing fast to knowledge-based society beyond information society. That is to say, Knowledge is the most powerful source of competitiveness. This change of environment needs new paradigm in design. As of today, There is need to study systematically and approach practically about knowledge management. So that, we are intend to reconstruct theoretical system from design-oriented viewpoint and propose knowledge-creation paradigm through the importing technique of knowledge management into design. This study is to develop theoretical frame work of knowledge management in design as a basic study on the implementation of knowledge management for design. By the method of study for this, It was studied literature and precedent. Further more, proposed the appropriate direction of knowledge management implementation in design. Also, It was composed knowledge management system of the infra system, information system, decision-making support system and knowledge competency. Finally, The technical feature of knowledge management system was analyzed from a information technology point of view.

  • In the 21st century, medical facility projects are required to operate appropriate digital technologies as the development of technology and the interests of various participants become more complex. In order for architects to successfully lead negotiations among various stakeholder groups, it is necessary to plan for effective communication through appropriate design reflecting their opinions and coordination of conflicts. For this purpose, building information modeling (BIM), which is a method of designing based on knowledge information related to medical facilities in the building database, can respond to change of order promptly and minimizes the occurrence of design errors can do. Recently, BIM technology and cloud computing technology in ICT have been combined and research on cloud BIM has been actively carried out. The use of cloud computing technology in BIM-based healthcare facility projects can effectively support decision making among project participants and has the advantage of sharing and collaborating on various forms of information generated during the design process, regardless of location and time. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to build of system that can support the design of medical facility using cloud computing technology in BIM.

  • Chronic diseases management can be effectively achieved through early detection, continuous treatment, observation, and self-management, rather than a radar approach where patients are treated only when they visit a medical facility. However, previous studies have not been able to provide integrated chronic disease management services by considering generalized services such as hypertension and diabetes management, and difficult to expand and link to other services using only specific sensors or services. This paper proposes clinical rule flow model based on medical data analysis to provide personalized care for chronic disease management. Also, we implemented that as Rule-based Smart Healthcare System (RSHS). The proposed system executes chronic diseases management rules, manages events and delivers individualized knowledge information by user's request. The proposed system can be expanded into a variety of applications such as diet and exercise service in the future.

To promote the information reliability created during construction production process, Lean Construction Research Center(LRC2) is developing a supporting system to improve design/material supply/schedule management, functioning to efficiently manage the information created at construction production processes and developing a web based construction information system that provides result management/decision making support/knowledge based information services.

  • The recently many corporations are using Decision Support System, such as on-line meetings. Those on-line meetings are getting grown .Because the on-line meetings with messenger and chatting are the best examples for overcoming space But, the on-line meetings have unavoidable weak points. The more a meeting is processed, the more point of argument is out of focus and perception of current situation is reduced. Therefore, this thesis proposes and describe that in think that pre-defined things , analysis and direction of Ontology ,then draw up a plan how to make ontology to knowledge, and, how to get out of bounds limitation that as make ontology to knowledge. And, design and implementation actual system that organize this ontological Knowledge, and then managing and summarizing visualizing them. Last after remark and consider this system in which using the ontology based on XML, and proposes conclusion and directional development point.

  • This study examines the impact of knowledge management strategies and knowledge management determinants for each type of knowledge management of a company on knowledge activities, and because each company's situation and conditions are different, it is necessary to approach each knowledge management type. The analysis was conducted using the SPSS 18.0 program targeting 81 companies that have introduced knowledge management systems or knowledge management by categorizing them into technology-oriented and combined types. The result is that Initial types are based on changes in organizational structure and active adoption of information technology, and the Organizational knowledge centers use management systems (CEO support, performance compensation system, education and training system) and infrastructure building and information technology to maximize individual knowledge. The Information technology-oriented types rely more on information technology such as infrastructure building and information technology use rather than organizational knowledge. and the Combination type is understood as an educational and training system and decentralized organizational structure for the overall expansion of the organization. Through this study, effective and significant strategies, knowledge management determinants, and knowledge activities for each type were presented.

A Knowledge-based Interactive Idea Categorizer for Electronic Meeting Systems

  • Research on group decisions and electronic meeting systems have been increasing rapidly according to the widespread of Internet technology. Although various issues have been raised in empirical research, we will try to solve an issue on idea categorizing in the group decision making process of electronic meeting systems. Idea categorizing used at existing group decision support systems was performed in a top-down procedure and mostly b participants; manual work. This resulted in tacking as long in idea categorizing as it does for idea generating clustering an idea in multiple categories, and identifying almost similar redundant categories. However such methods have critical limitation in the electronic meeting systems, we suggest an intelligent idea categorizing methodology which is a bottom-up approach. This method consists of steps to present idea using keywords, identifying keywords' affinity, computing similarity among ideas, and clustering ideas. This methodology allows participants to interact iteratively for clear manifestation of ambiguous ideas. We also developed a prototype system, IIC (intelligent idea categorizer) and evaluated its performance using the comparision experimetn with other systems. IIC is not a general purposed system, but it produces a good result in a given specific domain.

New Sequential Clustering Combination for Rule Generation System (규칙 생성 시스템을 위한 새로운 연속 클러스터링 조합)

  • In this paper, we propose a new clustering combination based on numerical data driven for rule generation mechanism. In large and complicated space, a clustering method can obtain limited performance results. To overcome the single clustering method problem, hybrid combined methods can solve problem to divided simple cluster estimation. Fundamental structure of the proposed method is combined by mountain clustering and modified Chen clustering to extract detail cluster information in complicated data distribution of non-parametric space. It has automatic rule generation ability with advanced density based operation when intelligent systems including neural networks and fuzzy inference systems can be generated by clustering results. Also, results of the mechanism will be served to information of decision support system to infer the useful knowledge. It can extend to healthcare and medical decision support system to help experts or specialists. We show and explain the usefulness of the proposed method using simulation and results.
