It is certain that EC(Electronic Commerce) applying the internet will be activated in the knowledge society of 21 century based on IT(Information Technology). Though this change of social environment helps the useful information resource available to expand, it looks like that the rapid inclease in lots of information to gather makes colleges, reseach laboratories and public institutions to spend more man power and money on work of book purchases than before and now. Therefore the most urgent part for the business process reengineering in work of information service center is the business of book purchases. The business of book purchases is the core part in organizations and facilities. It should construct the books which the organigation and facility need in the most economical and efficient way within the range of physically receptive capacity with the limited budget. These organigations and facilities have to establish the policy of the book stock which they should possess and also librarians should endeavour to configure the kernel book stock constantly. I assert that they need to ensure a specialty with the improvement of business process accompanying choosing and purchasing the books. Especially, in a case of purchasing foreign books by request of members like professors, students, researcher and so on they have to replace the business of book purchase using agency with direct dealing using EC. This Business Process Reengineering will cut down on expenses, offer the transparency of book purchases and also give the users confidence. Moreover the Business Process Reengineering make it possible to build well constructed main books and information resource. The people in charge are enabled to acquire the knowledge of subjects with contiuous search for books of a spcial area and self-study. These experts in work will raise the quality of information service. Information service center will be the core in the 21c knowledge industry. To streng then value of it, efficiently run it and control it the existing business of book purchasing should be replace with direct dealing using EC applying the internet.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current CRM situation in Korean apparel industry. Specifically, research purposes were 1) to examine the concepts and benefits of CRM, 2) to examine CRM strategies, 3) to analyze CRM system(i.e., customer relationship management service, customer segmentation criteria, DB management system), and 4) to analyze the potential problems and CRM adoption plan. The subjects for this research were thirty CRM managers in Korean apparel firms classified by the company type(woman's wear, man's wear, casual wear, children's wear, retailer) interviewed from December 2003 to March 1004. The results of this study were as follows: First, the concept of CRM represented the prime customer relationship, continuous consideration, and customer management system. The benefits of CRM reflected re-sales, improvement of profit share, and acquisition of customer's data base. Second, concerning the CRM strategies, most companies focused on persistent customer management through mileage program, membership cards and also implemented product strategies such as demand forecasting, customization based on customer data analysis. We also found that industry preferred to use pricing strategies, for example, segmentation of customer through discrepancies of price in which customers are provided by discount and gift voucher services. Regarding distribution strategy, channel diversification, localized service, and convenient delivery system were used. As promotion strategies, they chose celebrating customers' personal events and promoting cultural events and issuing coupons. Third, regarding CRM system, information service was the most frequently adopted, important and highly beneficial category. Also POS/web-POS, homepage were main sources of information. RFM is the mostly commonly used customer segmentation criteria. Fourth, potential problems in CRM adoption were lack of CRM knowledge and performance measurement of CRM. Future CRM adoption plan included CRM education and development of CRM performance measures.

오늘날 금융자본의 세계화가 진전됨에 따라 금융위기의 발생가능성과 세계경제의 불확실성이 한층 더 높아지고 있다. 한국에서 IMF 금융위기는 사회 전반의 구조조정을 추동시키면서 양적, 질적 경제적 변화를 일으키고 있어 본 연구는 광주지역의 경제적 공간의 변화를 살펴보았다. 광주지역경제에 영향을 크게 미치는 산업은 서비스업과 수송장비제조업 등을 들 수 있는데 이들 산업은 IMF금융위기의 경제적 침체의 영향을 민감하게 받았고, 대신 고무 .플라스틱.기계장비.전기전각 부문의 제조업은 상대적으로 영향을 적게 받았다. 공간적으로는 서비스업의 감소로 도심지역의 상업이 쇠락하고, 첨단산업육성을 통한 위기 극복의 노력으로 인해 광산업 집적공간의 형성과 벤처기업이 입지한 창업보육센터나 벤처빌딩과 같은 미시산업공간이 나타나고 있다. 그러나 첨단산업의 지방뿌리내림은 첨단산업의 수도권 집중의 구조적, 지리적 한계를 지니고 있으며, 따라서 지역혁신체제의 구축에 대한 연구가 필요하리라 생각된다.

본 연구는 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동과 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였으며, 상사의 변혁적 리더십과 조직몰입의 관계에서 지식경영활동이 매개효과를 나타내는지를 분석한 실증연구이다. 이를 위한 연구방법으로서 본 논문은 서비스/제조/IT 대기업 종사자 635명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이를 토대로 산업별 변수간의 관계에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 용어에 대한 정의를 살펴보면, 변혁적 리더십은 목표달성에 그치지 않고 변화와 혁신을 추구하며, 조직구성원들이 지니고 있는 잠재적 역량과 강점을 개발하고 자신감과 열정을 증대시키며, 긍정적 강점을 자극하여 기대했던 것보다 높은 성과를 달성하도록 한다. 이러한 변혁적 리더십은 조직유효성을 증진시키는 선행요인으로 중요하게 인지되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 모두 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지식경영활동도 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입간에 지식경영활동의 매개역할에 관해서 부분매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 다섯째, 각 집단별로 분석해보면 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동에 미치는 영향에서는 서비스업이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 지식경영활동이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서도 서비스업이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사의 변혁적 리더십이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에서는 IT업이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 위와 같은 분석결과를 토대로, 변혁적 리더십이 지식경영활동과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대한 결과의 의미와 산업별 차이에 대한 의미를 중심으로 시사점을 논의하였고 연구의 한계점도 제시하였다.

Weight between each parameter have been drawn by collecting the experts' opinion using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), and utility of employment of two comparison groups have been estimated through progress inclination of each parameter. Through the estimated outcome, present condition and controversial issues and way of improvement of domestic employment of ordinary workers and the disabled is mentioned.

Tourism products involve the transfer of money that is flowing to countries with partners or borders, which do not possess any relations surrounding their business environment. Suitable platforms must be generated by the tourism industry, which are beneficial to users when their demands are satisfied based on financial, technology, knowledge, and industry matters. Intermediaries are applied to alleviate different problems that are related to the non-fulfilment of contracts of existing users and service providers who are offering their services and represent a reliable third party. However, it is significant that intermediaries must be reliable when charges are incurred for any possible commission. Cryptocurrencies rely on blockchain technology to provide smoothness in money interchange without the need for reliable third parties. This interchange allows an increasing number of different new forms, which are related to different customer-to-customer transactions. The study attempts to provide an appropriate answer to the main research question, which is: 'Will the widespread adoption of cryptocurrencies bring new types of customer-to-customer markets from a technological, organizational, and environmental perspective?'.

Engineering valuation is a specialized discipline requiring expert knowledge and judgment, which scientifically estimates the economic value of industrial properties. By industrial properties, we mean engineering structures such as mines, factories, buildings, machines, and other industrial facilities as well as facilities of public enterprises. Particular industrial properties can have longer economic life if their performance is excellent and they are still suitable for current manufacturing needs. If not, its economic life will be shorter. As speed of technological progress becomes rapid, life-cycle and development period of a product is becoming shorter. In an industry characterized by rapid development of technology, industrial properties can become obsolescent faster. Even if they are in good working order, they could be no longer suitable for manufacturing new products based on radically different technology. In our research, we apply engineering approach to estimating functional economic life by factoring in technological obsolescence in such an industry.

짧은 영상 클립을 공유하는 지식공유 플랫폼으로서 TikTok이 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 TikTok에 대한 폭발적인 관심은 지식공유 플랫폼으로서의 비즈니스 가치가 크다는 점을 시사한다. 본 연구는 질적, 탐색적 접근을 통해 지식거래산업의 발전 현황과 함께 TikTok에서 어떠한 요인이 지식상품에 대한 사용자의 구매 결정에 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구방법론으로서 10명에 대한 심층 인터뷰와 함께 95명의 지식 제공자의 동영상을 관찰한 결과, TikTok은 지식거래 산업을 발전시킬 수 있는 비즈니스 잠재력을 가지고 있었으며, ATLAS ti 소프트웨어를 이용한 10명의 심층 인터뷰에서 수집한 데이터를 코딩한 결과, 수요자 특성, 제공자 특성, 플랫폼 특성 및 제품 특성 등의 네 가지 핵심적 요인이 TikTok에서 지식제품에 대한 사용자의 구매결정에 영향을 미친다는 점을 밝혔다. 근거이론을 기반으로 감정적 니즈, 전문성 니즈, 품질, 가격, 도움성, 가치, 카리스마, 신뢰, 서비스 보증, 희소성 등 10개의 변수로 구성된 이론적 모델이 도출되고 제시되었다. 또한 연구발견점에 따른 이론적 시사점과 실무적 시사점이 토의된다.

IT서비스의 성공의 핵심은 사용자 중심의 전략기획 및 시스템 설계 역량을 확보하여 사용자 마인드를 정확히 읽어내는데 있다. 사용자중심의 서비스를 제공하는 UI/UX전략수립이 안정적으로 구축되기 위해서는 먼저 관련시장의 규모를 추정하여, 성장가능성을 예측하는 것이 우선시 되어야 하나, 이에 대한 연구가 전무한 실정이다. 이에, 본 연구는 'SW시장규모(IDC Worldwide Blackbook'에 근거하여 관련시장을 추정하였다. 금액과 건수를 추정한 결과, UI/UX에 있어 기획 및 설계 영역이 해외 시장규모에 비해 낮은 수치로 형성되고 있으며, 디자인 중심의 관련 기업들의 역량도 기획자와 설계자를 구분하여 전문성을 강화하는 것이 중요하다고 판단된다. 본 연구결과는 지금까지 개인의 역량에 의존하던 UI/UX전략 수립을 체계화시키고, 시스템적으로 접근할 수 있는 계기를 마련하여, UI/UX 에 대한 표준화와 정량화 등으로 경제적 가치 판단이 가능해 지는데 있다. 기존의 인터페이스에 대한 사용자관점을 적용한다는 기술적 측면에서 해당 서비스에 대한 비즈니스적 관점에서 UI/UX에 대한 접근의 계기를 통한 UX전략 경영을 선도할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 이는 지식서비스 차원에서 사용자의 니즈를 파악하고, 적용하는 UX전략의 가치를 증명하는데 의의가 있다.
