Digital twins are one of the promising digital technologies used to facilitate digital transformation. Therefore, it needs to continually be developed remain relevant in industry and academia. Consolidation of research is required to create a common understanding of the topic and to ensure that future research is built upon a solid foundation. Based on a bibliometric review and a thematic analysis of 217 publications on digital twins from the past two decades, this paper creates and analyzes a visual knowledge map and proposes areas for further research. To comprehensively analyze the development trends and research trends of digital twins, we performed statistical analysis of the relevant literature on digital twins within the core collection database of Web of Science. Through our research, we have shown that the current situation, trends, and hotspots of digital twin research were analyzed via CiteSpace. This study demonstrates that research on digital twins is rapidly growing in popularity, that the output of the research depends largely on the core group of authors conducting it, and that digital twins warrant cross-domain and cross-disciplinary research pathways.
Greeting the globalization and information period of 21C, the improvement of the distributional system structure and modernization of publishing distribution are the seriously required periodic assignments for the publishing industry that is a national knowledge and culture industry to be equipped with the core competitiveness. First, it is to found a large distributional organization that is able to provide total logistics services in time that is essential to the publishing company and bookstore. Second, it is to have a logistics service to act up to the variable requirements of customers such as publishing companies and bookstores under the rapidly changing distribution environment. Third, it is to provide the standardized information of publishing distribution. It is needed to establish a total distributional center in collaboration to satisfy the requirements of publishing industry as above. By doing this work, structure of the publishing distribution system can be improved and its constitution can be strengthen, and it is possible not only to construct a stable supply system but also to realize an information-based system in the publishing industry with the construction of information system and its utilization. Furthermore, the application of RFID in the publishing distribution is essentially required to provide the symbolic model and logistics infrastructure into the 'Paju publishing culture information industrial complex'. It could be possible by growing the international recognition regarding distribution environment and strengthening the international competitiveness in the period of the ""Open door".

'Consulting', which is the main research topic of the knowledge service industry, is a field of study that is essential for the growth and development of companies and proliferation to specialized fields. However, it is difficult to grasp the current status of international research related to consulting, mainly on which topics are being studied, and what are the latest research topics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of academic research related to 'consulting' by applying quantitative analysis such as topic modeling and statistic analysis. In this study, we collected statistical data related to consulting in the Scopus DB of Elsevier, which is a representative academic database, and conducted a quantitative analysis on 15,888 documents. We scientifically analyzed the research trends related to consulting based on the bibliographic data of academic research published all over the world. Specifically, the trends of the number of articles published in the major countries including Korea, the author key word trend, and the research topic trend were compared by country and year. This study is significant in that it presents the result of quantitative analysis based on bibliographic data in the academic DB in order to scientifically analyze the trend of academic research related to consulting. Especially, it is meaningful that the traditional frequency-based quantitative bibliographic analysis method and the text mining (topic modeling) technique are used together and analyzed. The results of this study can be used as a tool to guide the direction of research in consulting field. It is expected that it will help to predict the promising field, changes and trends of consulting industry related research through the trend analysis.
As a trend of modern service industry, self-service has been widely concerned by all walks of life, but there is a lack of literature on systematic management of the overall research in this field. Recently, people's lifestyle has been forced to change due to the influence of COVID-19, while there have been some changes in the field of self-service research. Based on the Web of Science data source, this study takes the literature of self-service field before and after the outbreak of COVID-19 as the research object, and summarizes the development process, research status and future research trend of self-service field through the Citespace visualization tool. The research shows that firstly, academic circles continue to be enthusiastic about self-service field research, cooperation between countries is becoming more and more diversified. Secondly, the communication between researchers is becoming more and more intensive, and the cooperation between different disciplines gradually becomes the mainstream. Third, related research gradually shifted to the practical application of technology, the research perspective gradually shifted from the initial traditional retail perspective industries such as tourism services. Finally, the role of customer experience and participation behavior in self-service process is gradually emphasized.
The purpose of this study lies in examining how knowledge management was applied to PMI(Post Merger Integration) in bank merger. Individuals and organizations in Korea have experienced a lot of changes since the 1997 foreign exchange crisis. In such a situation, individuals came to think the only thing to rely on was personal knowledge. Since organizations had to lay off workers in order of their birth year, not based on whether or not individuals had the knowledge necessary for the organizations, they needed to have such a system that could use their explicit knowledge and even outside knowledge or customers' knowledge as IT developed by changing individuals' tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge as needed in order to continue to maintain their competitiveness and for their own development. Thus, each firm started to pitch for the introduction of knowledge management. Individuals started to store their own experience and knowledge in their homepages or blogs. It was Woori Bank, the merged bank of Hanil Bank and Commercial Bank of Korea, that introduced the knowledge management system and Shared Service Center, in which knowledge creation is available, for the first time in the banking business. Its previous name was Hanbit Bank. Hanbit Bank wanted to construct an advanced bank system, bringing in their chief information officer(CIO) from a foreign bank and introducing an IT software used in Spanish banks to adjust all banking processes to it. However, they could not help giving up the plan in the middle of the road since there was a great difference between Spain and Korea in the financial system and more than 30% of software package had to be changed. In this situation, PMI was delayed, and customer inconvenience continued, which made the integration of organizational cultures slow down. As a breakthrough in this situation, knowledge management was introduced. To integrate knowledge of two organizations in the process of PMI is an important job for all merger candidates. This study aims at presenting the successful results from using knowledge management as a means to PMI ahead of other financial institutions so they can apply them to their organizations. PMI was not achieved properly after the two banks had been merged as Hanbit, but entering the era of Woori Bank, workers were integrated under one standard organization following the organizational and knowledge integration, and knowledge management was introduced for an efficient sharing of knowledge among members. A great number of mergers have occurred up to now, but Woori Bank is the first case that used knowledge management as a means to both PMI and competitiveness enhancement. Probably it was an appropriate time when Woori Bank introduced knowledge management as it was organized. Since Hanil Bank and Commercial Bank of Korea had not introduced knowledge management until then, it could use knowledge management as a means to PMI. Using knowledge management, it could create a new organizational culture and increase competitiveness in the banking industry.

This paper analyzed the management quality activities and performance based on industrial types. We divided the business into four industrial types, manufacturing industry, service industry, medical institution and public enterprise. We analyzed the differences of the elements of management quality in industrial types. The results show that leadership, measurement, analysis and knowledge management and workforce focus categories are not significant and strategic planning, customer and market focus, process management and performance categories are significant. This paper proposes the directions of management quality activities and performance according to industrial types based on these results.
Recently, the beauty industry has implemented personalized services based on skin big data. To increase competitiveness in the beauty industry, systematic data measurement and evaluation indicators are necessary to select data and obtain necessary knowledge. In response, this study sought to stably enhance the accuracy of skin diagnosis based on satisfaction and reliability. To this end, the research was conducted through focus group interviews (FGI), a case study of brands, and analysis of prior research results. In particular, as a result of analyzing keywords that classify skin types by brand, common survey items for skin types were oiliness and using moisturizer, cosmetic use and vascular of skin, external stimulus and blemish & freckles, facial wrinkle, outside activities, self-consciousness, and smoke. In additioin to the common questions of the preceding study and the brand survey items, the questions concerning complex skin types, seasonal change, facial color, wrinkles and elasticity were added, and the questions were presented in a total of 40 items. In particular, it suggested that skin measurement could be conducted by focusing on elasticity and pigmentation items by reflecting the results of prior research and the opinions of FGI, and based on this, a customized service with high satisfaction and high accuracy of beauty care based on this could be proposed. We hope that this study will facilitate active self-care by providing more satisfying skin stones and personalized cosmetics proposals, thus laying the foundation for the further development of the cosmetics industry.
The aim of this study is develop a state-funded education and training curriculum to contribute to the development of the fashion industry infrastructure. This will be achieved based on the service sector by the competitive clothing sales personnel and fashion startups. The study was conducted using a qualitative research method. The participants were 20 representatives of fashion-related companies and employees from one traditional market and two fashion outlets in Seogu, Gwangju. Data was collected from September 2015 to January 2017 by demand surveys and in-depth interviews. These were conducted on the same day at each clothing store office. In addition, existing literature was also reviewed. The collected data were first summarized into 64 meaning units from which three themes were derived by arranging, classifying, and analyzing the data. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the education and training curriculum for fashion job creation is aimed at job-oriented field-types with the objective of cultivating professional skills for online to offline fashion professionals. Second, the curriculum for fashion advisors was developed to consisted of 8 courses of 150 hours, including job knowledge, a foreign language, fashion-specific knowledge, fashion marketing & VMD, store management know-how, clothing repair, field trip, and internship. Third, the curriculum for fashion entrepreneurs consisted of 8 courses of 106 hours, including entrepreneurship, fashion practice, startup, field trip, finance & taxation accounting, marketing, social enterprise course, and internship.
Nowadays meteorological information is systemized as a useful knowledge which has a significant effect on the overall industrial domains over the simple data. The distribution industry, which has the short life cycle, depends on the meteorological information at the strategic level. However, it is necessary to pay attention to the continuous investment in meteorological information because there is a hostility to paying for a service, particularly it does not provide accurate and reliable information. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to increase the usefulness of meteorological information in the distribution industry for its economic effectiveness from the core meteorological factors. We found significant meteorological factors (temperature, precipitation, disaster) that have a critical influence on the distribution industry through the hierarchical analysis process, and their importance according to the type of distribution channels, such as department store, large-scale discount store, convenience store, and home shopping. We performed the AHP analysis with 103 survey samples by middle managers from the various distribution channels. We found that precipitation is the critical meteorological factor across the distribution industry. Based on this result, we stress the difference in the level of the meteorological information in order for the effectiveness of each type of distribution channels.
