기업은 조직의 목표 달성을 위해 구성원 간의 공감이 중요하다는 인식하에 세대 간 상호이해를 증진시키기 위한 소통프로그램을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 이를 통해 구성원의 공감능력을 향상시키고 궁극적으로 조직몰입을 높이고자 한다. 하지만 최근 기업에서 진행되는 소통프로그램은 기업 주도로 강제적인 참여방식이란 점에서 그동안의 의사소통프로그램 연구와는 차이가 있어 이에 대한 효과성을 실증하고자 했다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 연구모델을 검증하기 위해 기업에서 진행한 소통프로그램에 참여한 697명으로부터 데이터를 수집하였으며, 회귀분석을 통해 연구모델을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 분석 결과 비자발적인 상황에서도 소통프로그램의 효과성을 확인할 수 있었고, 세대 간 인식차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직 내 의사소통의 중요성과 공감능력의 역할을 확인함으로써 의사소통 전략구축과 소통문화 발전에 영향을 미쳤으며, 지식경영 관점에서 세대 간 인식차이에 관심을 두고 있는 연구자나 실무자에게 유용한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

시맨틱 웹의 성공 여부는 온톨로지 구축과 생성을 위해서 지식을 체계화하는 시맨틱 어노테이션에 달려있다. 그러므로 각 분야의 많은 지식 표현을 변환하여 온톨로지 인스턴스로 생성하기 위해서 시맨틱 어노테이션의 효율성이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 웹에서 시맨틱 어노테이션 작업을 통하여 온톨로지 인스턴스를 정확하고 효율적으로 생성하는 규칙기반 온톨로지 인스턴스 생성 시스템을 제안한다. 기존연구에서는 사용자가 관련 정보를 찾아서 온톨로지와 대조하여 정보를 입력하는 수동적인 과정이 필요하였다. 그러나 제안한 방식에서는 추출할 정보들에 관한 키워드 데이터와 규칙정보를 분할해서 관리한다. 따라서 소수의 키워드와 규칙정보들을 추가함으로써 다양한 웹문서의 효율적 정보 추출이 가능하다. 이것은 여러 사이트에서 규칙과 키워드를 재사용할 수 있는 온톨로지 인스턴스 생성이 가능하다는 것을 보여준다.

Organization's innovation capability is strongly tied to its intellectual capital or knowledge utilization. Employees play a key role in generation of intellectual capital and utilization of knowledge in a firm. Thus, the importance of human resource management (HRM) system for enhancing competency of employees and facilitating knowledge sharing between employees is getting its significance. In this paper, we highlighted the effect of HRM implementation to explain the reason of performance differences among firms, adopting the same ideal HRM system. The successful implementation of HRM system as well as the contents of HRM system was critical to enhance firm performance through HRM system. To investigate the effect of HRM implementation on firm performance, we proposed the three components of HRM implementation (i.e.; TMT philosophy, HR department capability and communication) in perspective of sense making and sense giving theory. Then, we analyzed the moderating effect of HRM implementation on the high commitment HRM - firm performance relationship. Empirical results showed that each component of HRM implementation positively strengthened the relationship between high commitment HRM and firm performance. In addition, the composite index of HRM implementation calculated by average value of three components revealed more significant moderating effect between the two. Furthermore, We discussed the academical and practical implications, and suggested future research directions.

Prosody Generation Based on C-ToBI Representation for Text-to-SpeechSeungwon Kim, Yu Zheng, Gary Geunbae Lee, Byeongchang KimProsody modeling is critical in developing text-to-speech (TTS) systems where speech synthesis is used to automatically generate natural speech. In this paper, we present a prosody generation architecture based on Chinese Tone and Break Index (C-ToBI) representation. ToBI is a multi-tier representation system based on linguistic knowledge to transcribe events in an utterance. The TTS system which adopts ToBI as an intermediate representation is known to exhibit higher flexibility, modularity and domain/task portability compared with the direct prosody generation TTS systems. However, the cost of corpus preparation is very expensive for practical-level performance because the ToBI labeled corpus has been manually constructed by many prosody experts and normally requires a large amount of data for accurate statistical prosody modeling. This paper proposes a new method which transcribes the C-ToBI labels automatically in Chinese speech. We model Chinese prosody generation as a classification problem and apply conditional Maximum Entropy (ME) classification to this problem. We empirically verify the usefulness of various natural language and phonology features to make well-integrated features for ME framework.

Studying awareness, importance, satisfaction, and wearing behavior of functional textiles for active silver generation related with gender and age is expected to contribute to clothing products development to improve and maintain their health and marketing strategy fit for user characteristics. For empirical research, a survey was developed and the aged 50 and above were 332 respondents. The results of the study are as follows. First, silver generation considered all the clothing comfort sensations important when wearing clothes, such as tactile sensation, clothing pressure sensation, thermal/wet sensation, and motion sensation in human physiological aspect. Also, stretchy fabrics were ranked first in awareness, the number of wearing times, and satisfaction of comfort functional fabrics. More than 30% of silver generation have fifteen items out of 36 functional clothes. Second, in analysis of awareness by gender on functional clothing products, women were more aware of health/safety-oriented fabrics than men were. Otherwise, men had more knowledge about the water-related properties of functional fabrics than women have, such as water/moisture absorptive and water-repellent/vapor permeable fabrics. While women have more indoor casual wear, men had more active sportswear. Also, women expressed a strong preference to the stretchy function of fabrics.

과학 교육과정의 성취기준은 교육목표를 안내하고, 교육의 내용을 구성하며, 평가의 방향을 지시하는 중요한 기능을 한다. 2009 개정 과학과 교육과정은 자연현상과 사물에 대하여 흥미와 호기심을 가지고 탐구하여 과학의 기본 개념을 이해하고, 과학적 사고력과 창의적 문제해결력을 길러 일상생활의 문제를 해결할 줄 아는 과학적 소양을 기르는데 목표를 두고 있다. 새롭게 개정된 교육과정인 만큼 이전의 교육과정과 비교하여 과학교육이 추구하는 목표를 지향하는 성취기준이 되어야 바람직 할 것이다. Bloom의 신교육목표분류체계를 사용하여 우리 교육과정의 성취기준을 지식 차원과 인지과정 차원으로 분석함으로써 다양한 지식차원과 인지과정 차원을 담아내고 있는지 알아보았다. 2009 개정 교육과정은 이전의 2007 개정 교육과정과 비교하여 인지과정 및 지식 차원에서 고등사고를 촉진하는 인지과정 및 지식차원의 유형이 확장되었음을 확인하였다. 그러나 미국의 NGSS와 비교하여 인지과정 차원과 지식 차원에서 특정 범주의 인지과정이나 지식 유형에 편중되어 있었다. '분석하다', '평가하다', '창안하다'와 같은 인지과정이나 '메타인지 지식'과 같은 지식의 유형은 소홀히 다루어지고 있었다. 성취기준에서 소홀히 다루어진 인지과정과 지식의 유형은 교사용 지도서의 학습목표에서도 다루어지지 않음을 비교분석을 통해 확인하였다. 교육과정에서 천명하고 있는 과학교육의 목표를 고려하였을 때 교육과정의 성취기준 및 교사용 지도서의 학습목표 진술이 일부 지식 차원과 인지과정 차원에 편중되어 있는 것은 분명 개선이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 과학과 교육과정 성취기준의 진술방식에 대한 제고를 통하여 다양한 인지과정과 지식의 유형을 지향하는 성취기준을 작성하여야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 다양한 경향성을 발견할 수 있는 과제를 피험자들에게 제시하고, 피험자들이 경향성 지식을 생성하는 과정에서 표상 된 지식의 종류와 사고 유형을 분석하여 경향성 지식의 생성 과정을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 경향성 지식의 생성 과정에서 표상 된 지식은 요소, 요소변화, 관련선지식, 예측경향성, 최종 경향성 지식 등 5가지 유형의 과정적 지식이 생성되었다. 그리고 사용된 사고 유형은 `대상인식', '관련지식회상', '요소 또는 요소변화의 탐색', '예측경향성 발견', '예측경향성 확인', 경향성 조합', '경향성 선택' 등 7가지 유형의 사고가 경향성 지식 생성 과정에 관여함을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 경향성 지식 생성과정은 `요소 \$\longrightarrow$요소변화 \$\longrightarrow$(관련선지식 \$\longrightarrow$)예측경향성 생성ㆍ확인 \$\longrightarrow$최종경향성'의 순으로 과정적 지식들이 단계적으로 표상 되어 생성되었으며, 이러한 과정에서 귀납적 추론뿐만 아니라, 귀추적 추론과 연역적 추론도 함께 관여하는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

제품수명주기관리(Product Lifecycle Management)는 8개의 지식영역으로 구성된 잘 정의된 관리방법이다. 4차 산업혁명이 스마트 팩토리와 밀접한 관련이 있기 때문에 궁극적으로 제품의 아이디어 생성에서 폐기까지의 전 과정을 효과적으로 관리하는 제품수명주기관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 제품수명주기관리 분야의 전문가를 대상으로 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역의 현재와 향후 적용정도를 4차 산업혁명의 관점에서 분석하였다. 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역이 현장에서 어느 정도 적용되고 있는지를 현재의 관점과 가까운 미래의 관점에서 전문가 인식을 분석하였다. 제품수명주기관리의 지식영역의 현재 및 미래의 적용정도를 분석하고, 적용정도의 관점에서 지식영역 간의 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 중심으로 그 의미와 향후 흐름을 제시하였다.

This paper describes a comprehensive approach to examine how technological innovation contributes to the renewal of a firm's competences through its dynamic and reciprocal relationship with R&D and product commercialization. Three theories of technology and innovation (the R&D and technological knowledge concept, product-process concept, technological interdependence concept) are used to relate technology and innovation to strategic management. Based on these theories, this paper attempts to identify the dynamic relationship between product innovation and process innovation using system dynamics by investigating that aspect of the dynamic changes in the closed feedback circulation structure in which R&D investments drive the accumulation of technological knowledge. Further, such knowledge accumulation actualizes product innovation and process innovation, subsequently resulting in an increase in productivity, customer satisfaction, profit generation, and.

The objective of knowledge discovery and data mining lies in the generation of useful insights from a store of data. This paper presents a framework for knowledge mining to provide a systematic approach to the selection and deployment of tools for automated learning. Every methodology has its strengths and limitations. Consequently, a multistrategy approach may be required to take advantage of the strengths of disparate technique while circumventing their individual limitations. For concreteness, the general framework for data mining in marketing is examined in the context of developing agents for optimizing a supply chain network.
