The paper proposes a knowledge innovation performance model by the dynamic data envelopment analysis with slacks-based measure approach for evaluating the effectiveness of 30 regional knowledge innovation activities in China from 2010 to 2016. In recent years, China has paid more attention to knowledge innovation activities, as central and local governments have pushed on with their innovation projects by lots of investment whatever the difficulties may be. Decision-maker is usually interested in judge its knowledge innovation performance relative to target benchmark by exploring whether one provincial administration region performs better among others and/or if the growth of economy will be benefited greatly by the knowledge innovation activities. To acquire the managerial insight about this issue from a comprehensively designed performance evaluation model, knowledge innovation activity is conceptualized as an intertemporal production process. Invention patent and regional gross product are imposed on desirable outputs, highlighting the need for knowledge economy. The empirical result shows that knowledge innovation has a positive effect on economic development. At the same time, decision-maker should be interest in the economic effect of patents' type and quality. The government should then encourage new technical applications with greater commercial value from a market-oriented perspective, in order to benefit the most from the innovation process in the short-run.

The borderless global economy has accentuated the importance of knowledge as the most critical source of competitive advantage. Thus, knowledge management has become a strategic mandate for most world-class organizations. A key enabler for implementing an effective knowledge management system is advanced information technology. Strategies for developing an enterprise-wide knowledge management system Infrastructure with embedded information technology are discussed. In particular, this paper discusses the concept of a knowledge management life cycle- -knowledge capture, knowledge development, knowledge sharing, and knowledge utilization, and how applications of new information technology support each step of the knowledge management practices within and between organizations is suggested.

A blockchain based platform can ensure data integrity, reliability, and security by applying distributed processing and encryption technology for transaction records. In the existing knowledge sharing platform, the created knowledge could not be shared or utilized sufficiently due to information asymmetry and centralization. However little research has been done so far on this area. In this study, we will examine case studies and development potentials for blockchain based knowledge sharing platforms based on previous studies of blockchain technology, token economy, knowledge sharing, motivation theory, and social exchange theory. Blockchain based platforms can contribute to the activation of knowledge sharing, by resolving information asymmetry, simplifying unnecessary work procedures through unified knowledge sharing flow and excluded centralization of authority by decentralization, and strengthening access and utilization of the knowledge produced by the platform.

The purpose of this study is to analyse the role of the inter-regional knowledge network in the knowledge based economic development of regions, using regional data collected over the IMF financial crisis between 1996 and 2001. In particular, the major questions about the inter-regional knowledge network in terms of regional innovation are as follows. First, how can be distinguished the inter-regional knowledge networks among the regions? Secondly, what is the relationship between the real object economy and the inter-regional knowledge network? To answer rho questions listed above, the social network analysis is used to examine the association between the intra-regional knowledge linkage structure and the change of the real object economy. For the empirical analyses, regional labour data for 16 Metropolitan Areas(Si) and Provinces(Do) from 1996 to 2001 are used. The findings of the study suggest that there is a significant positive relationship between the concentration of the inter-regional knowledge linkage and a rate of economic growth of the real object economy and that there is a negative correlation between the density and the standard deviation of the inter-regional knowledge linkage and the rate.

Political and academic concerns on creative economy have been increased, despite of the debates on its concepts and socioeconomic implications. This article is an exploratory study about the mechanisms and the sources in which creative economy works. Due to ICT revolution and expansion of individual's networking competency, collective knowledge created by networking and city/region in which the collective knowledge has been embedded became the parts and parcels of creative economy. Three sources of creative city is as follows: regional peculiarity and locality from industrial clustering, intensity of urban networks(openness), and value orientations in regional problem solving.

Sharing Economy is the modern main item with ICT Development. Of course sharing economic item is the old and long run mainstream, but by the ICT technological development sharing economy is the fostering and affluent factors in the world economic growth. Though, in Korea, till now sharing economy is minimal, that will growth sharply. We can track various business models of sharing economy. Sharing economy is to buy use right not ownership. With the sharing economic business model wee can make also financial sharing model. In finance model we can divide two kind models. First, we can trace small size lending model with p2p type. And second, we can make financial information transaction model. But till now sharing economic system is not activated, because of many reasons. To activate, first we have to set law and various standards, and also government actively support many sharing economy firms and institutions. To catch up developed countries in the field of sharing economy we have to make aggressive and flexible rules and standards.

Business environment is shifting from industrial economy to knowledge based economy. Enterprises go through numerous trials for successful management in changing environment. Along with trial tests, research area has been growing simultaneously. Unlike initial research which focused on basic concepts such as: form of business model and success points. Current research emphasizes on actualization of business that enterprises plan, which brought academic research with perplex form of knowledge structure. On the other hand, there is limitation in understanding business model systematically due to preceding research primarily centered on analyzing definition and case study. In order to analyze knowledge structure, this study utilized social network analysis based on "relationship". For the analysis, 13,412 keywords were extracted from 36years worth of article or research related to business model stored in SCOPUS database. From the analysis, it was shown core research subject was INNOVATION and the number of co-authors has increased due to the academic diversity. Business model research is divided into five sub-categories (E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, open-source, and e-book). Through cognitive map analysis on each of research characteristics of sub-category, it has shown that E-commerce, SMEs, sustainability, and open-source are core categories.

With a global shift from carbon economy towards hydrogen economy, leading countries such as the U.S., Europe, China, and Japan are focusing their research capabilities on hydrogen research and development(R&D) by announcing various hydrogen economy policies. South Korea also has been following this global trend by announcing hydrogen economy roadmap in January 2019 and legislating hydrogen economy related law. In this paper, we tried to figure out the national R&D trend of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle(FCEV) and its knowledge structure by using recent 10-year project data of National Technology and Information Service(NTIS). We collected 1,479 FCEV-related projects and conducted text mining and network analysis. According to the analysis, FCEV-related R&D has been actively carried out over the entire process of hydrogen production, transport, storage, and utilization. Furthermore, the paper provides insights into the government's policy agenda building and market strategy on the hydrogen economy.
