서로 다른 이해를 추구하는 다수의 전기사업자가 경쟁하는 전력산업 패러다임의 변화는 전력의 안정적 공급과 이러한 공정한 경쟁이 이루어질 수 있도록 뒷받침 해주는 환경조성이 더욱 절실하게 되었다. 이를 위해 국내는 계통신뢰도및전기품질 유지를 위한 최소 기술적 요건을 정하여 거래소와 전기사업자가 이를 준수하도록 관련 고시가 발효되어있다. 그러나 지난 수년간의 시장체제하에서의 계통신뢰도 확보의 보완사항과 변화하는 대외적 환경변화에 발맞추어 계통신뢰도 기준에 대한 선진화의 필요성이 제기되었으며, 신재생전원 확대, 지능형 송전망 구축 국가적 마스터플랜 등에 따른 기술고시 개정이 논의 중에 있다. 이에 국내 전력계통신뢰도및전기품질 유지 기준 선진화를 위한 제도적, 기술적 현안사항들을 다루어 보고자 한다.

Human history show the whole society changed rapidly and found that the momentum and foundation of such change is " the advanced technology ",which is, the advanced knowledge. The world is newly established based upon openess, spaclalization and globalization, and the each nation and company should have to adopt all the existing frames to follow the new world reality. Today is the changing period from industrial society to information society, and information technology plays a great role. As the information society moves ahead, world economy and social infrastructure will be based upon network society and various information systems will make an integrated information system. This paper presents that to establish interior design related information in the age of information with radical change of previous way of thinking, cooperative information exchange system. Also substantial and effective communication systems should be made and continuing cooperation system of interior design information area should be formulated.d be formulated.

To achieve the required higher efficiency and lower emission performance, Korea's 300 MW IGCC RDD&D (Research Development, Demonstration and Dissemination) project was launched in December 2006 under the leadership of the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), with the support of the Korea Ministry of Knowledge Economy. Our research group, KEPCO Research Institute had set-up the a coal gasifier for the pilot test and conducted many experiments for parametric study in this project. Our group focused visualization of pulverized coal injection pattern in the gasifier. Through this study we found that two types of coal burners having different oxygen supply angles can be a source changing gasification condition like temperature.

Today, The biggest problem in the structure of high cost and low efficient economic situation in Korea is found due to problem of cost circulation field, so the government officials and enterprises trying to solve it. In fact, The high cost, low efficient structure is not good to poor circulation of goods among businesses, especially in Dae-gus local industries. also, we face there is a shortage of indirect social capital which caused by a lack of connectoin among businesses in the circulation field. Recently, in order to solve the problem of circulation, it is above all necessary that government and local authorities pay attention to it and effort of positive and drastical investment. As the economy of Dae-gu would be activiate and local firms competion should be strengthen, it is request that the policy for efficiency in the circulation of goods need to effort as follows; 1. The highest class of local firms try to convert of knowledge in order to reduce the cost of goods. 2. To efficient of firms goods, it is essential that standardize the goods and spread for automation, so in the long run, There will be thrust forward establishment of total goods information network.

The robotics industry, that is the major industry of the future and one of the new growth power, is actively studied around ETRI, that is the leading under state-run research institute of the advanced technique of U.S. and Japanese and knowledge economy part. And positive and negative and academic circles, the research institute, and the industrial circles communally pursue the intelligent service robot enterprise of a network-based called URC. This network-based intelligent robot does the RUPI2.0 platform and URC environment by the base. Therefore, a stability need to be enhanced in the through this near future when the research for the preexistence vulnerability analysis and security request is needed than the commercialized network-based intelligent robot in order to implement the network-based intelligent robot. Thus, in this paper, we propose the efficient authentication Framework which is suitable for the URC environment.

Poor indoor air quality is now worldwide concern due to its adverse impacts on our health and environment. Moreover, these impacts carry a significant burden to the economy. Various technical approaches (e.g., biological, activated carbon fiber (ACF), photocatlytic oxidation (PCO), etc.) have gained popularity in controlling indoor volatile organic compounds (VOCs). This is because removing indoor VOC sources or increasing ventilation rates is often not feasible or economical. This review provides an overview of the various air purification technologies used widely to improve indoor air quality. Although most of these technologies are very useful to remove indoor VOCs, there is no single fully satisfactory method due to their diversity and presence at the low concentration. To achieve technical innovations and the development of specific testing protocols, one should possess a better knowledge on the mechanisms of substrate uptake at VOC concentrations.

Recently, with the advent of knowledge-based economy and techno-economic paradigm social demands for technology valuation have increased. In nature, however, technology valuation is an intractable task since technology is characterized by intangible and tacit factors and is traded in a suppliers market. Consequently, it is quite common that each individual or organization has ie own valuation method or criterion. The main objective of this research is to propose a new technology valuation method which is easy to understand and apply. In addition, the method is designed to generate monetary value, rather than score or rank, of technology. To this end. we have proposed the overall framework and detailed procedure of a new valuation method. In doing that, we have emphasized the following factors. First, the new method. vis-a-vis existing methods, is applicable to high-tech areas, rather than traditional manufacturing sectors. Second. the proposed method analyzes the structural relationship between market value(value of market) and technology value(value of technology) and integrates them into valuation process. Third, the new method takes idiosyncratic characteristics of various industrial(technical) sectors into account.

With the advances in the high-tech knowledge and service industries, along with a high-flying economy, the industrial structures of many cities have changed. The subject of the successful cases of dimensional integrated complexes in Roppongi Hills, the actions and preferences of these complexes'users were surveyed and analyzed in this study to determine the factors that contribute to the success or failure of such development projects. The results of the survey that was conducted in this study regarding the satisfaction of the residents of Roppongi Hills with such complexes will be considered in the formulation of a construction plan and will be used as base data for designing a large-scale dimensional integrated complex in Korea.

Drilling is one of the most important operations performed in the machining industry. And the material of the workpiece has a profound effect on the tool life, the surface finish produced and the overall economy of the process. Hot-rolled high strength steels have been used for automobile structural material, owing to high hardness and machinability of the material. However, in the drilling of hot-rolled high strength steels, the current knowledge of tool wear and machinability are insuf-ficient. There, it is desirable to monitor drill wear status and hole quality changes during the hole drilling process. Accordingly, this paper deals with the cutting characteristics of the hot-rolled high strength steels using common HSS drill. The performance variables include the drilling thrust, torque and drill wear data obtained from drilling experiments con-ducted on the workpiece. Also drill were is measured by acoustic emission system and computer vision system.
