유통경로 내 구매자와 판매자 간 정보공유의 촉진요인과 억제요인 (Promoting and Inhibiting Factors on Information Sharing between Buyers and Sellers)

  • This study has investigated the effects of promoting and inhibiting factors on information sharing between buyers and sellers in Korean distribution industry. Based on intensive literature reviews, eight promoting factors(satisfaction, relational norms, trust, commitment, fairness, formalization, participation, transaction specific investment) and five inhibiting factors(opportunism, environmental uncertainty, conflict, concentration, monitoring) were included in the research model. For the purpose of empirical testing, 320 respondents of retailers in Korea were surveyed and the analysis utilizing structural equation model indicated that satisfaction, relational norms, trust, commitment, fairness, formalization, and participation had positive effects on information sharing. And concentration and monitoring had negative effects on it. However transaction specific investment, opportunism, conflict, and environmental uncertainty had no significant effects.

기업용 소프트웨어 영업 인력 영업 성과의 영향 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Sales Performance of Business Software Salespersons)

  • This study identifies and validates the factors that affect sales performance of salespersons in the business software industry. In the study, in order to measure the dependent variable (performance of the salesperson) more comprehensively, multiple items are utilized and both outcome and behavior indicators are used. Independent variables are identified based on the classification of Verbeke et al. [(2011] including sales related knowledge, degree of adaptiveness, role ambiguity, and work engagement. Results of the hypotheses testing show that 'sales related knowledge' and 'work engagement' are statistically significant factors, but 'degree of adaptiveness' and 'role ambiguity' are not. This study has a few limitations and future research direction to overcome the limitation is suggested : use of both perceptions of the salesperson and objective measures in measuring the related variables; study including cognitive ability; analyses of the factors across various types of software companies; and analyses of the factors on the team level.

  • Since the execution of National Health Insurance system in Taiwan, the competition of medical industry is becoming more and more severe. The ways the hospital operate knowledge management (KM) concept, combine current human resources and professional knowledge by information techniques and upgrade the competitiveness through reinvention of organizational culture have become the important issues. This research is based on the relationship between KM and organizational operation, integrates the characteristic of medical institutions and framework of medical knowledge cycle and starts the research subject by questionnaires from three dimensions: current situation of KM construction in medical organizations, executive effect of KM activities and the challenges faced by KM; subsequently, from qualitative interview, this research attempts to understand how a medical organization executes and adjusts in the consideration of theory and reality as well as quality and costs when actually operates the organization. This research accesses to KM system application of medical institutions and the empirical executive benefits and difficulties through questionnaires. The research results are as follows: (1) having initial understanding toward current KM establishment of medical institutions; (2) confirming the most important items of KM establishment of medical organizations; (3) understanding the most difficulty which the medical organizations encounter when executing KM; (4) establishing medical knowledge cycle figure of the hospitals receiving interviews. Through case interview, this research profoundly accessed to the actual operation of KM application of medical organizations. The target hospitals intended to try many medical KM measures; however, during to complicated hospital organizations and cultural characteristics, the promotion was not successful and the results were not apparent. The most difficulty was to change the employees’ behavior. The targets believed that only the continuous promotion of KM can allow it to be an important aspect of organizational culture and the competitiveness could constant be upgraded.

대덕밸리의 지식생산 네트워크 기반의 혁신체제구축 (Building Innovation System of Daeduck Valley Based on Knowledge Production Network)

  • 본 연구는 대덕밸리에 입지한 벤처기업들의 지식생산 및 상용화 과정을 산-(학)연 네트워크 차원에서 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 지역혁신체제 구축방안을 제시하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 1997년 이후 '제 2의 실리콘밸리' 구축을 위한 정부의 의지에 힘입어 조성된 대덕밸리는 기존의 과학연구단지를 기반으로 외형적인 혁신시스템을 갖추었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 본 연구결과 벤처기업의 지식생산과 상용화에 몇가지 근본적인 문제점이 드러났다. 이는 혁신시스템을 구성하고 있는 경제 주체들의 역할이 제 기능을 하지 못하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 혁신 주체들간의 연계를 활성화하고 조정할 수 있는 적절한 제도 및 기제의 부족에 기인한 것으로 나타났다 특히. 이와 같은 문제점은 벤처기업의 성장단계별로 그리고 지식생산 단계별로 상이하게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 대덕밸리의 효율적인 지식생산 네트워크 기반의 혁신시스템 구축을 위해서 새로운 혁신시스템 구축이라는 관점보다는 기존 혁신체제를 구성하고 있는 주체 및 제도의 역할 보완 및 확충이라는 관점에서 그리고 기업의 성장단계별 및 지식생산 단계별로 몇 가지 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

안전 리더십과 리더 신뢰가 근로자 참여 및 안전 지식을 매개로 안전 행동에 미치는 영향 연구 (A study on the effects of safety leadership and trust in leader on safety behavior mediated by workers' involvement and safety knowledge)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업 내 근로자의 안전 행동과 관리자의 안전 리더십, 리더 신뢰, 근로자 참여, 안전 지식과의 관계를 실증적으로 규명하고, 요인들이 어떤 역할을 하는지 분석함으로써 기업의 중대재해 예방에 기여하는 근로자의 안전 행동을 강화하는 요인을 파악하고 분석하였다. 산업재해가 발생하게 되면 기업 입장에서는 재해자를 대상으로 보상을 하는 직접비와 더불어 인적 손실, 물적 손실, 생산 손실, 시간 손실 등 간접비의 발생으로 막대한 손실비용을 감수해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 선행 연구들의 결과를 바탕으로 제조업에 종사하는 생산, 기술, 노무직 근로자를 대상으로 관리자의 안전 리더십과 근로자의 리더 신뢰가 근로자 참여, 안전 지식을 매개로 안전 행동에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. SPSS 와 PLS를 이용하여서 제조업체 근로자 271명을 대상으로 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 안전 리더십과 리더 신뢰는 근로자의 참여를 유도하고 근로자의 안전 지식 습득에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 근로자의 안전 행동을 이끌어낼 수 있다는 것이다.

  • 최근 세계의 중심가치는 네트웍으로부터 콘텐츠로 이행하고 있으며, 이에 따라 핵심산업 분야도 IT산업에서 문화콘텐츠산업으로 그 중심이 옮겨지고 있다. 특히 문화산업 중 게임산업은 규모면에서나 사회적 영향면에서 타 문화산업에 비해 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 산업으로 부상할 것으로 예측되고 있다. 게임산업은 문화산업 가운데 기술, 문화, 인문학, 산업 부문을 포함하는 ‘종합엔터테인먼트산업'적 특성이 가장 잘 나타나는 산업이며, 분리되어 있던 각 게임분야와 문화산업분야 간의 연계(One-Source Multi-Use)를 확대하는 방향으로 게임개발이 이루어지고 있어 문화산업 전체의 발전을 견인할 수 있는 산업으로 자리매김되고 있다. 국가전략산업으로서 국내 게임산업의 세계경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 이같이 게임산업에 내재해 있는 콘텐츠시대의 가치와 특성에 대한 이해와 함께 국내게임산업의 인력부문 및 기술부문의 취약점에 대한 국가적 차원의 정책 마련이 무엇보다 중요하다.

Similar services, different perceptions: The gaps of satisfaction based on the level of recreation specialization

  • The golf industry has become the center of attention for recreational activities in the participant sport market; however, there has been little effort made to understand golf consumer and their consumption behavior using the concept of 'recreational specialization' which segments the golfers based on level of specialization in golf. The purpose of this study was to explore the differences in the relationships among perceived service quality, price of playing golf, overall customer satisfaction with the course, and a player's intention to revisit the same golf course based on the magnitude of recreation specialization in golf. Four public and two private golf courses from the southeastern state of the United States were randomly chosen from a list in a golf magazine. The 365 surveys among 417 participants were ultimately analyzed. Multiple group analysis was conducted in order to investigate differences in relationships among service quality, price, customer satisfaction, and revisit intentions between groups based on the level of recreation specialization. The key findings were 1) for more specialized golfers, satisfaction with price did not affect overall customer satisfaction or revisit intention, however, service quality significantly influenced both overall customer satisfaction and revisit intention, 2) for less specialized golfers, satisfaction with price significantly influenced overall customer satisfaction but did not affect revisit intention. Knowledge about which the determinants of satisfaction are different between more and less specialized golfers could provide a better understanding of how different marketing strategies should be implemented for different specialized levels of golfers.

BIM 기반 건축설계 품질검토를 위한 체크리스트 개발 연구 (Development of Check-list for BIM Based Architectural Design Quality Check)

  • The construction industry consists of various and massive architectural information as an architectural process includes a variety of design stages with cooperation of many disciplines. Particularly, architectural information is generated and managed through the life cycle of a building, from conceptual design stage to the construction and maintenance. A Building Information Model (BIM) serves as a shared knowledge resource for information about a facility forming a reliable basis for decisions during its life-cycle from inception onward. BIM technology accomplished quantitative development being utilized in various disciplines. However, it is necessary to develop environment and requirement for qualitative improvement of BIM based project. Particularly, requirement is very important for architectural design evaluations. The purpose of this study is to develop and apply of quality control check-list for improving the quality of architectural design in BIM environments. To achieve this purpose, the authors have investigated case study for open BIM data quality control (software, guideline and application case) and classified quality control targets according to physical/logical quality control and data quality. In addition, the authors have defined open BIM based quality control process and developed quality control check-list. Finally, the authors have developed automatic quality check system using requirements for efficient quality control based on open BIM.
