In the field of electrical industry, embedded computing environment including hardware and software is getting more important as the industry shifts to the knowledge-based one. Java could play a great role as bridging technology in such a transition because it provides a lot of benefits like dynamic application download, compatibility of cross platform, and its own security solution. However, the Java technology has a limitation of real-time problem when it is applied to the embedded computing system of the electrical industry. To solve the problem, a novel java-native combination model has been proposed and designed to a firmware level. This scheme has been employed in four kinds of control boards. The result shows that the proposed model has great potential to implement the real-time processing in control of the devices.

In 21st century, According to development of Information Technology, It is clear that the importance of tourism information is extended increasingly. For this reason, It should be needed to realize a general system which make it possible to enjoy cyber tourism based on knowledge information system to recover a local potential growth power, catch a jumping chance again, and hold a new competitive power. But to discuss a tourism information system, the matters of hard ware, software and information mediating system should be reviewed generally, this research is likely to provide a cyber tourism information system through internet as a way of cyber tours through multimedia technology and stereoscopic image technique using GIS (Geographic Information System) centering on the networking system of tourism information. Constructing $\ulcorner$cyber touristy city$\lrcorner$ on internet, foster a new industry, to go balanced with a present tourism industry and experience a virtual reality, various theme tours create high profit to shrunken tourism industry.

The use of the internet to facilitate commerce among companies promises vast benefits. Lots of e-marketplaces are building for several industries such as chemistry, airplane, and automobile industries. This study provides the new B2B EC business model for the shipping industry which concerns relatively massive fixed assets to be fully utilized. To be successful the proposed model gives participants useful information. To do this the expert system is constructed with the hybrid prediction system of neural network (NN) and memory based reasoning (MBR) with self-organizing map (SOM) and knowledge augmentation technique using qualitative reasoning (QR). The expert system supports participants useful information coping with dynamic market environment. with this shipping companies are induced to participate in the proposed e-marketplace and helped for exchanges easily. Also participants would utilize their assets fully through B2B exchanges.

This paper presents the concept of the National Science and Technology Park (NSTP) in Islamabad, Pakistan. Keeping in line with Karl Popper's Piecemeal Social Engineering theory, a critical-pragmatic approach is adopted in shedding light on the strategic thrusts and expected outcomes of this knowledge-driven, entrepreneurially-spirited, multi-industry project. Based on Triple-Helix perspectives, we investigate the role of the National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad in efforts aimed at developing NSTP as an intermediary hybrid organization that enhances industry-academia-government linkages, with the potential to serve as an engine for regional and national economic growth and competitiveness.

The article analyzes the impact of factors affecting the environmental accounting of enterprises in the food and beverage industry in Vietnam, providing more empirical evidence on factors affecting environmental accounting. The research method uses a questionnaire survey of managers at all levels, chief accountants, and cost accountants, of 56 enterprises in the food and beverage industry. The survey results collected 268 questionnaires. After eliminating the invalid questionnaires due to many blank cells, the author chose to use 236 questionnaires. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that all 6 factors positively affect environmental accounting, which includes Firm size, Stakeholders, Awareness/Knowledge of leaders, financial resources, Qualifications of staff, and Regulations, in which stakeholders and leaders' perceptions are the most influencing factors. Based on the research results, the author has proposed recommendations to improve the ability of enterprises to successfully implement environmental accounting in the food and beverage industry, thereby contributing to improving the operational efficiency of the food and beverage enterprises. The Vietnamese market is very potential, so the Government, authorities, customers, investors, etc., contribute to creating significant pressure to implement environmental accounting in food and beverage enterprises.

With the advent of a recent knowledge-based society, interest in patents is steadily increasing. The patent is an important indicator that can capture the level of R&D investment and technology development. In an era of deepening new protectionism and the pandemic of COVID-19, patents play an important role in sustainable economic development and establishing a strong domestic industrial ecosystem. In this paper, we analyze the impact of patent applications on the corporate performance of the Korean manufacturing industry over the past 21 years from 1999 to 2019. We divide patents into overseas patents and domestic patents and analyze the respective effects on the entire manufacturing industry, ICT industries, and non-ICT industries. Major findings are summarized as follows. First, patents have a positive effect on both exports and sales of Korean manufacturing companies. Second, overseas patents have a greater impact on corporate performance than domestic patents. Third, Patents have a more positive effect on ICT industries than on non-ICT industries.

지식기반경제로의 이행이 가속화되기 시작하면서 기업 환경에 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 중국제조 2025 전략을 시작으로 중국 산업에도 변화가 일어나기 시작하였다. 제조공장으로서의 역할이 아닌, 첨단기술 기반의 산업을 선도하기 위한 노력을 경주하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중국 기업의 혁신에 대한 결과물인 전유 메커니즘을 파악하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구를 기반으로 델파이 조사를 통해 8개 요인을 최종적으로 도출하고, 8개 요인을 중국 기업의 실무자들을 대상으로 전유 메커니즘에 대해 설문조사를 하였다. 분석결과, 전체산업을 기준으로 전유 메커니즘의 중요성은 특허, 의장등록, 리드타임, 비밀유지, 보완적 제조, 보완적 판매 및 서비스, 디자인의 복잡성, 학습곡선 효과/규모의 경제 순으로 그 중요도가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업의 실무자들이 자사에게 맞는 전유 메커니즘을 통해 기업의 지식재산 전략의 계획을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국과 스페인의 스마트시티 산업 특성을 비교 분석하는 것이다. 각 국가의 특성은 스마트 산업의 점유, 침투, 생산경로, 네트워크 클러스터를 중심으로 비교되었다. 연구의 자료는 1995년과 2015년의 한국 및 스페인의 투입산출표이며, 8개와 25개 산업으로 재분류되었다. 분석모형은 Smart SPIN Model을 활용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국이 스페인보다 IT 제조업에서 점유율과 침투율이 더 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 스페인은 한국보다 IT 서비스업과 지식서비스업이 점유율 및 침투율 모두 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생산경로 측면에서는 한국이 IT 서비스업과 지식서비스업이 스페인보다 높게 나타났으며, 스페인은 IT 제조업 분야가 더 많은 생산경로를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 네트워크 분석 결과, 한국의 스마트 산업은 전통 산업에 종속되어있으며, 스마트 산업이 독자적으로 발달하기 어려운 특성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 스페인은 스마트 산업의 대부분이 하나의 산업 클러스터로 나타나고 있어 독립적인 형태를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 한국은 IT 제조업 기반의 스마트시티 산업 특성을 가지며, 스페인은 IT 서비스와 지식서비스 기반의 스마트시티 산업 특성을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 스마트시티 부문에서 있어 우리나라가 앞으로 나아가야 할 방향 및 정책 수립에 대한 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

한국 건설산업의 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트 적용을 위해 유럽, 미국, 일본 등 선진국의 프로젝트 매니지먼트 지식체계를 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 프로젝트 매니지먼트 지식체계의 이론적 배경 기반에는 '전략'의 '실행' 연계가 중요한 공통 이슈로 대두되며, 개별 프로젝트에서 복합 프로젝트를 관리 경영하는 통합 기반의 '프로그램 매니지먼트'와 선택과 집중을 하기 위한 '포트폴리오 매니지먼트'를 연계한 전략기획을 강조하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국 건설산업의 전략 실행을 위한 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트 적용의 기본틀을 구축하고 현재 한국건설산업에 적용하기 위한 실천방안으로 1) 조직의 전략 실행을 위한 '이념과 철학' 구축으로 글로벌 경쟁력 혁신 2)조직의 문화와 구조를 고려한 전략적 '환경' 구축, 3) 조직의 실현 가능한 목표를 달성할 수 있는 전략적 '비전' 제시, 4)이러한 전략과 연계된 포트폴리오 매니지먼트를 통한 '투자', 5) 포트폴리오를 통한 프로그램, 프로젝트 매니지먼트 '실행' 그리고 마지막으로 이들의 통합체제 구축과 운영으로 '성과' 획득을 할 수 있도록 한국 건설산업의 전략적 선진 프로젝트 매니지먼트를 적용한 지속 가능한 발전 방안을 제시하였다.
