This study relates to develop a quantitative method through which promising technology-based business items can be discovered and selected. For this study, we utilized patent trend analysis, technology-industry concordance analysis, and keyword co-occurrence analysis of US patents. By analyzing patent trends and technology-industry concordance, we were able to find out the emerging industry trends : prevalence of bio industry, service industry, and B2C business. From the direct and co-occurrence analysis of newly discovered patent keywords in the year, 2000, 28 promising business item candidates were extracted. Finally, the promising item candidates were prioritized using 4 business attractiveness determinants; market size, product life cycle, degree of the technological innovation, and coincidence with the industry trends. This result implicates that reliable discovery and selection of promising technology-based business items can be performed by a quantitative, objective and low- cost process using knowledge discovery method from patent database instead of peer review.

정보보호 분야에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 정보보호 인력 양성에 대한 연구가 다각도로 진행되어 왔다. 현재 정보보호는 그 적용 분야가 광범위해짐에 따라 정보보호 인력이 수행하는 업무 범위도 증가하고 있어 보다 효율적인 인력의 양성 및 관리를 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 정보보호 전문인력이 직무수행시 필요로 하는 전문 지식 및 기술을 분석하여 교육 프로그램 개발 및 운영에 반영해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰 및 델파이 방법을 통해 정보보호 분야의 58개 지식 및 기술을 도출하고 산업체와 교육기관에 종사중인 정보보호 전문인력을 대상으로 각 자식 및 기술에 대한 필요정도 및 숙련정도를 조사하였다. 이와 함께 두 분야 전문인력의 정보보호 지식 및 기술에 대한 인식의 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정보보호 신규인력을 배출하는 교육기관과 신규인력에 대한 수요처인 산업체 간 인식의 격차를 최소화하고 상대적으로 산엽 현장에서 요구하는 지식 및 기술을 중심으로 한 교육 프로그램의 개발과 운영을 위해 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 온라인 게임이 어떻게 정부 및 기업과 같은 공급자 차원에서 의도적으로 부상하지 않고, 수요자 차원에서 자연발생적으로 부상하였는지를 지식생태계적 접근을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구는 온라인게임 부상의 요인으로서 첫째, 소비과정을 통해 학습된 리드유저들이 효과적인 사회 환경적 기반들(국내외 기술 교재, 대학, 외부 교육기반, 기업 등)과의 상호작용 속에서 신산업 부상을 이끄는 지식생태계의 참여자로서 참여할 수 있었던 조건, 둘째, 이들 개발인력이 조직화된 제작 경험을 얻을 수 있는 온/오프라인의 창조적 공동체 활동을 통해 창업 조직들로 성장할 수 있었던 조건을 제시한다. 이러한 연구 결과는 신산업 부상이 단절적이고 인위적인 물리적 환경 조건이 아닌 다양한 행위자들 간의 강력한 상호작용이 작동하는 지식생태계가 선행되어야 한다는 정책적 함의를 제공한다.

This study sheds light on the role of corporate social responsibility in firms' growth by investigating how and what corporate social activities may flow down china auto industry market. This study results based on in-depth case studies from 5 international auto corporations suggest that positive diverse corporate social responsibility amplified that the influence of commitment to the customer on firm's brand loyalty and sustainable growth. The most important thing is that strategic corporate social responsibility activities including new venture creation support and national project program will have a positive influence on the firm's growth and brand reputation. We build on advanced solutions to examine the unique and joint activities of auto corporations based on china auto industry market and important factors affecting sustainable growth in auto corporations. Contributions and implication of this study for current and future corporate social responsibility research are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of IT-enabled dynamic capability in the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance under Industry 4.0. We approach the intellectual capital from the perspective of the resource-based view and define the components of intellectual capital as human capital, social capital, and organizational capital. On the other hand, the IT-based dynamic capability means that the information technology and the utilization ability of the enterprise are combined to overcome the turbulent environment. The empirical results showed that the IT-enabled dynamic capabilities mediated the relationship between intellectual capital and innovation performance as it revealed in theory. And in terms of practical implications, we found the importance of an organization's information technology ability to effectively utilize intangible resources for organizational performance.

Each nation of the world is intensively propelling the R&D investment to solve the financial crisis and worldwide economic recession occurred from last year. This means the world economic is under economic system based on the knowledge. So, The R&D is continuously propelled for possession of the technology through the R&D stock and which is core in the knowledge based economic system. In this world stream, our government is also increasing the R&D investment and checked the technology level through surveying the R&D stock and corn parison of each industry or world. The R&D investment of the railroad is continued but there is no data of the R&D stock. So, surveying the railroad R&D stock and comparing with korea industry is processed.

Natural Language Question Answering (NLQA) and Prescriptive Analytics (PA) have been identified as innovative, emerging technologies in 2015 by the Gartner group. These technologies require knowledge bases that consist of data that has been extracted from unstructured texts. Every business requires a knowledge base for business analytics as it can enhance companies' competitiveness in their industry. Most intelligent or analytic services depend a lot upon on knowledge bases. However, building a qualified knowledge base is very time consuming and requires a considerable amount of effort, especially if it is to be manually created. Another problem that occurs when creating a knowledge base is that it will be outdated by the time it is completed and will require constant updating even when it is ready in use. For these reason, it is more advisable to create a computerized knowledge base. This research focuses on building a computerized knowledge base for business using a supervised learning and rule-based method. The method proposed in this paper is based on information extraction, but it has been specialized and modified to extract information related only to a business. The business knowledge base created by our system can also be used for advanced functions such as presenting the hierarchy of technologies and products, and the relations between technologies and products. Using our method, these relations can be expanded and customized according to business requirements.

부산지역 신발산업의 과도기적 격변 과정에도 불구하고 신발산업의 연구가 주로 공학적 관점에서 소재, 생체역학, 부품, 디자인 등에 집중되어 실질적으로 신발기업들의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있는 경영적 방안에 대한 본격적인 학술적 연구는 매우 희소하다. 1990년대 후반 ~ 2000년대초에 여러 정책보고서들이 발간되었지만 그것들은 실태 파악과 정책적 대안 모색에 한정되었고, 경영관리적 측면에서 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 학술적 연구로는 발전되지 못했다. 이러한 특정분야에 한정된 문제들을 경영관리적 관점에서 접근하여 신발기업들의 자체 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대안으로 검토해야할 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 한 미, 한 EU FTA 발효 이후 급격히 증가되고 있는 부산지역 신발수출 증대에 기여하기 위해서는 일시적인 아닌 지속가능한 산업경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대안으로서 지식경영의 도입을 통한 경쟁력 강화방안을 모색하여 산업기반 확충을 위한 대안을 마련하고자 하는 취지가 본 연구의 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 연구는 부산신발산업의 현안에 대해 설문조사를 하고, 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 신발산업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 필요한 지식경영도입방안에 대해 논의하고자 하였다. 대부분의 연구나 방향들이 부산지역 신발산업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 대안으로서 인체역학적 특성과 관련된 기능성 신발, 디자인, 소재 및 부품 등에 초점을 두고 있어 근본적인 기업경영에의 변화를 도모하기 위한 방안을 제시하지 않고 있어 이에 대한 방향을 탐색하고자 지식경영의 도입을 주장하게 되었다. 본 연구는 신발산업의 지식산업으로의 전환을 위한 지식경영 가능성을 탐색함으로써 고부가가치화를 위한 산업적 생태계조성을 위한 대안을 제시함에 있다. FTA 체결에 따른 수출증대효과가 나타나기 위해서는 현재의 신발기업들의 경영방식으로는 한계가 있으므로, 지식경영방식의 도입을 통한 경쟁력 강화를 통해 FTA효과의 극대화를 도모하여야 한다. 이러한 지식경영의 정착은 신발기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 계기가 되어 장기적으로는 지역산업의 부흥 및 고용창출의 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of universities is diversifying, such as education and research for the transfer of knowledge and technology, and training talented people with the competencies required in industrial sites. Therefore, universities are attempting various forms of industry-academic cooperation to maintain organic relations with companies and to conduct research activities, technology sharing, technology development, technology transfer, and human resources training. In particular, in the field of engineering education, various industry-academic cooperation programs such as field training, interns, and start-up support are actively developed and operated. Accordingly, the Engineering Education Innovation Research Information Center developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform for engineering education to enable collaboration between universities and companies nationwide. The industry-academic cooperation matching platform was developed under the theme of capstone design. Capstone design is a project-oriented and problem-based learning method that combines the knowledge and experiences acquired by the undergraduate department and designs and produces them. The subject of the Capstone design project was to solve corporate difficulties and allow companies and universities to collaborate. This study developed an online industry-academic cooperation capstone design matching platform according to analysis, design, development, evaluation, and execution procedures. This study is meaningful in that it has developed a channel through which students and companies, who are the subjects of industry-academic cooperation, can carry out projects and communicate organically through an online matching platform.

The purpose of this research is to find a better knowledge service R&D management process. There are four basic characteristics in service : intangibility, inseparability, inconsistency, and no inventory. These intrinsic characteristics require us to change the traditional manufacturing sector based R&D management process. It is necessary to develop an effective knowledge service R&D management model to improve the competitiveness of the service industry and Korean economy. A model case knowledge service R&D has been performed to find a better R&D management model. The whole cycle of R&D process, such as planning, selection, performing, and evaluation has been reviewed by real experience. Several important aspects of R&D process are compared between manufacturing R&D and service R&D. A knowledge service R&D management framework has been suggested. The results of this research can be used for building a better service R&D management process.
