연삭가공용 데이타베이스 설게와 활용(기존지식베이스에 관하여) (Architecture of knowledge-Base and Management System for Grining Operations)

  • Grinding is considered as a very effective machining technology to attain high production rates and a good surface quality of hard and brittle components. However, the grinding operations till needs the skill and the experience of an operator because of a lack of scientific knowledge and engineering principles. This is the reason why grinding operations are not completley intergrated in CIMS(Computer Intergrated Manufacturing System. Recent develop- ment focus on expert system which deals with domain specific knowledge in order to solve this problem. Firstly, in this study, a basic strategy to develop the grinding knowledge-base for grinding is discussed. Next, the architecture of knowledge-base and management of the grinding knowledge-base(GKB) is described.

예비 특수교사의 ADHD에 대한 지식정도 (Pre-service Special Teachers' Knowledge about ADHD)

  • 본 연구에서는 경기도 및 전라도에 위치한 J대학과 W대학 특수교육과에 재학 중인 학생 207명을 대상으로 ADHD에 대한 지식 정도에 대해 알아보았다. 설문지를 통해 조사는 이루어졌으며 분석에는 ANOVA, t-test 등의 통계방법을 사용하였다. 조사 결과 'ADHD 경과 및 치료'에서 가장 높은 정답률을 보였으며, 'ADHD 원인에 대한 지식'에서 제일 낮은 정답률을 보였다. ADHD에 대한 지식정도는 학년, 전공, 관련 교과목 수강여부, ADHD아동 접촉 경험에 따라 집단 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, ADHD에 대한 지식정도는 성별과 교육실습 여부에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 예비 특수교사들을 위한 ADHD 관련 지식 습득에 대한 교육 필요성과 교수 프로그램을 위한 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

  • 기존의 퍼지 교통 제어기들이 직관적 지식과 경험 또는 표준 규칙 베이스를 이용하여 규칙 베이스를 구성하지만, 그런 방식으로 구성된 규칙 베이스는 전문가와 운전자의 제어지식을 구체적이고 정확하게 표현할 수 없다는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 제어지식을 더욱 정확하게 표현한 퍼지 교통 제어기를 설계하여 퍼지 교통 제어의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 제어지식을 정확히 표현할 수 있도록 입출력 데이터 클러스터링을 기초하여 퍼지 소속함수의 위치와 형태를 수정한다. 직관적 지식과 경험에 의해 주어진 대략적인 제어지식은 입출력 데이터 클러스터링을 위한 평가함수로 이용된다. 제안된 방법으로 설계된 퍼지 교통 제어기는 전문가와 운전자의 제어지식을 더욱 정확하게 표현할 수 있었고, 통과 차량수의 녹색시간 낭비율면에서 기존의 제어기 보다 우수한 성능을 보였다.

소비자의 경험적 특성에 따른 패션기업의 판매촉진 유형별 선호 및 만족 (Preference and Satisfaction Regarding the Type of Fashion Retailer's Sales Promotion Based on Consumer's Empirical Characteristics)

  • This study was aimed at finding out the preferences and satisfaction levels regarding the type of fashion retailer's sales promotion based on consumers' empirical characteristics. A total of 223 questionnaires were used for the survey of this study. The methods of this study were descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability tests, one-way ANOVA, $t$-tests and ${\chi}^2$-test. The consumer groups were divided by habitual experience and self-evaluated knowledge relate to apparel product. The results of this study showed that consumers have different preferences and post-utilization satisfaction regarding the type of sales promotion offered by fashion retailers. Consumers with more experiences in apparel product and with higher self-evaluated knowledge were more active in utilizing the benefits offered through the value-added type of sales promotions, such as the gift certificate or coupon. Consumers with more experience in apparel product also showed higher satisfaction with both the utilitarian and hedonic types of sales promotions, such as gift certificate offer, special price, price discount event, and coupon or courtesy card offer. Furthermore, consumers with higher self-evaluated knowledge showed higher satisfaction with the utilitarian types of sales promotion, such as gift certificate offer and regular sale. Therefore, by identifying the accurate understanding of consumers'empirical characteristics, an enterprise might be able to satisfy consumer by offering more appropriate and subdivided types of sales promotion.

The Tidal Flat Environments and Experiential Learning Program of Southwest Coast, Korea

  • Ecosystems of the southwestern tidal flats in Korean peninsula have been seriously injured by human activities. The results are mainly due to the lack of public recognition and education on tidal flats. In particular, thoughtless visitors in tidal flats are giving rise up damages because of non-systematic experience programs to tidal flat ecosystems. Therefore, experience programs friendly to natural tidal flats are necessary as a plan to reserve tidal flats and to enhance the effects of environment education on the flats. Experience learning programs on tidal flats can divide into direct experience, indirect experience and local society works. Direct experience work must undergo tidal flats directly and consider on forming the flats with natural refinement functions. Indirect experience includes deeper knowledge on role, circumstance and ecosystems of the flats on the bases of direct experience on the flats. In addition, local society learning must have the feeling and understanding on socio-cultural characteristics of local society itself through above two works. Experience activity would be a kind of injuring one to tidal flats. However, appropriately planned experience and education works on tidal flats could be sustainable development to attract desirable human activity on coastal ecosystems.

  • 이 연구는 공학설계능력의 평가를 위한 공학설계능력의 평가 요소를 추출하고 추출된 공학설계능력 평가 요소에 대한 타당도. $\cdot$ 사회적 능력 : 의사소통, 팀웍 $\cdot$ 절차적 능력 : 문제확인 및 정의 검증을 목적으로 하고 있다. 일차적으로 문헌분석과 연구진 자체 검토를 통하여 공학설계능력의 평가 요소를 추출하고 전문가 집단을 통하여 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 그 결과로 제시된 평가 영역과 평가 요소는 다음과 같다하기, 계획 및 관리하기, 정보 수집하기, 아이디어 도출하기, 아이디어 평가하기 $\cdot$ 경험 : 공학적 경험, 과학적 경험 $\cdot$ 지식 : 공학적 지식, 과학적 지식, 수학적 지식 $\cdot$ 시각화 능력 : 스케치, 제도 $\cdot$ 사고력 : 수렴적 사고, 귀납적 사고, 직관적 사고

응급구조과 학생들의 노인관련 지식과 태도 및 행동 - 광주·전남지역을 중심으로 - (EMT students' Knowledge and Behavior related to the Elderly)

  • Purpose: This research is intended to investigate the EMT students' Knowledge, attitude and behavior and then identify the predictors of the EMT students' attitude. Method: The purpose of study was to examine EMT students' knowledge and attitude toward the elderly using a survey of 286. the instruments in this study were palmore's FAQI(1998) and the 20 item semantic differential scale developed by sanders et al. (1984). Results: The results of this study were as follows : 1. The measuring of respondents' knowledge of the elderly revealed they scored an average of 10.17(${\pm}3.30$) of the full score 25. It also said their success rate to choose the answer on the elderly was 39.59%. 2. Attitudes toward the elderly weren't significantly different EMT students. 3. EMT students educational level and religion were found to impact their attitudes toward the elderly. 4. The feelings from their previous co-living experience with the elderly were significant factors. EMT students attitudes toward the elderly had an significant effect on co-living experience and the feelings in education programs toward the elderly. Conclusion : A well-designed program is essential to change the attitudes toward elderly because The feelings in education programs for the elderly are very important. with more knowledge of the elderly, the attitudes toward the elderly is expected to be more positive. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the enough knowledge of the elderly.

기업 내 SNS가 지식공유 행위에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 사회심리학적 관점을 중심으로 (The Influence of Intra-SNS on Knowledge Sharing Behavior: Social Psychology Perspective)

  • Knowledge management is considered an important factor for competitive advantage and sustainability for firms. As many knowledge management systems failed to achieve the desired results, enterprise social media (ESM) has received considerable attention as an alternative solution for knowledge sharing within a firm. This paper attempts to investigate the influence of various aspects of ESM on knowledge sharing. While previous literature mainly focused on structural aspects of ESM, this study focuses on social psychological aspects, such as social connectedness, social awareness, and social presence, along with reputational aspects (such as self-presentation). Further, in order to clarify knowledge sharing behavior, this study classifies knowledge sharing behavior into two categories, knowledge contribution and knowledge acquisition. The data used in this study was collected from 179 individuals who have experience in their own ESM. The results show that both social connectedness and self-presentation positively influence the two types of knowledge sharing behavior, i.e., acquisition and contribution. Meanwhile, social awareness turns out to be a significant determinant of knowledge contribution only. Contrary to our expectations, however, social presence does not significantly influence knowledge sharing behavior.

  • In this paper,an algorithm is implemented to retrieve the control knowledge from the plant being controlled. And this knowledge is stored to the knowledge base and is continuously modified. A control system which realizes this algorithm generates control knowledge automatically and modifies the knowledge base, which was previously generated, in accordance with the experience of input-output relations. And this kind of system can manipulate knowledge by symbolic descriptions. So this system can be used to implement the heuristic procedure which was difficult to realize through conventional procedural computer languages or numerical techniques.

한국 기업의 지식진화와 노나카의 하이퍼텍스트 조직이 한국 기업에게 주는 시사점: 현대자동차의 지식진화 사례를 통하여 (Knowledge Evolution in Korean Companies and Implications of the Hypertext Organization to the Korean Companies: Through the Case of the Hyundai Motors)

  • The purpose of the current study is to see what implications Nonaka's hypertext organization concept has to Korean companies. For this, first characteristics and stages of the knowledge evolution in Korean companies were reviewed compared with those in companies in advanced countries. Hyundai Motors was analyzed for an evidence case from which characteristics and stages of knowledge evolution in Korean companies could be figured. From these analyses it was found that the context where Nonaka's hypertext organization cocpet is based on could be different from contexts some Korean companies could experience, suggesting that the applicability of the Nonaka's concept might have some limitation.
