The knowledge management was considered as the inevitable result of the rule of knowledge in this era, and its importance became clear in being the main source for achieving success, the need to consider and manage knowledge as an independent field that must be addressed with a clear scientific methodology has become intangible - they are very valuable and a strategic asset. On the other hand, the innovation process relates to all parts of the organization, and helps to improve the behavioral patterns of individuals and their attitudes towards adopting modern and innovative ideas, it is a purposeful process adopted by the senior management and works to provide the capabilities and requirements for embodying the innovative behavior in it. In the field of dealing with the market, it is a product of the organization's innovative approach, which aims at advancement, change, and intended and organized renewal. The main objective of this article is to determine the most appropriate ways to integrate knowledge management mechanisms to employ innovation factors within universities based on the role of universities in supporting innovation. This was achieved through reviewing many relevant research and listing the most prominent concepts of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and processes determining the stages of knowledge management application, the requirements for applying knowledge management, and the obstacles that impede its application; Then the statement "Innovation in universities, through which it addressed the concept of innovation, its importance, stages, and requirements for its application, as well as identifying the most prominent models of innovation, and obstacles to innovation, in addition to that the role of universities in supporting innovation will be identified. From the surveyed study done in this article, we concluded that the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation capability can provide useful insights for managers regarding developing a strong culture, promote knowledge management practices effectively and eventually enhance the whole organization's innovation capability. Also, we found that different components of Knowledge Management as Knowledge activities, Knowledge types, transformation of knowledge and technology have a significant positive effect in bringing innovation through transformation of knowledge into knowledge assets in universities.

This study examined the extent of improvement of food safety knowledge and practices of employee through food safety training. Employee knowledge and practice for food safety were evaluated before and after the food safety training program. The training program and questionnaires for evaluating employee knowledge and practices concerning food safety, and a checklist for determining food safety performance of restaurants were developed. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program. Twelve restaurants participated in this study. We split them into two groups: the intervention group with training, and the control group without food safety training. Employee knowledge of the intervention group also showed a significant improvement in their score, increasing from 49.3 before the training to 66.6 after training. But in terms of employee practices and the sanitation performance, there were no significant increases after the training. From these results, we recommended that the more job-specific and hand-on training materials for restaurant employees should be developed and more continuous implementation of the food safety training and integration of employee appraisal program with the outcome of safety training were needed.

It has been considered as a means for sustaining a competitive advantage for companies to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. It is without any doubt that many companies have tried to initiate Customer Relationship Management (CRM). For the effective management of customer relationships, it is critical that they acquire. share and use customer information and knowledge. In this paper, we deduced 9 important factors affecting the qualify of customer information and knowledge from the literature reviews on CRM, and developed the questionnaire to measure these factors. The factors are again categorized into organizational system, employees and IT. We analyzed data collected from 30 companies in service industries such as the finance. distribution and communication industries. The result of data analysis demonstrates that the employees' analytical shills and appraisal and reward systems are closely related to the quality of customer information, and analytical skills and IT support for communications with customers are associated with the quality of customer knowledge. implications of findings and future research directions are discussed.

항공 산업은 고용창출 효과가 크고 고부가 가치인 선진국 형 지식기반 산업으로 평가되는 대표적 산업이다. 이러한 시대흐름에 따라 전 세계가 잠재적 경제력의 한축인 항공 산업에 눈을 돌리고 있는 것도 어찌 보면 당연한 일이 아닐 수 없다. 이와 같은 배경 하에 본 연구는 국토해양부에서 범정부적으로 추진 중인 항공인력양성사업의 중요성을 인식하고 급속히 발전하는 항공기술에 대처할 수 있는 항공우주기술 인력 및 잠재적 경제력의 한 축인 항공시장의 전문지식과 실무능력을 겸비한 국제항공 전문가를 석사급 인력을 국내 특성화 대학을 선정 지원하여 항공인력을 양성하는 사업의 평가지표를 개발하는 데 그 필요성을 인식하고, 항공전문가의 검토를 통한 타당성 검증 결과를 도출하였다.

The aim of this paper is to review the current knowledge management (KM) practices and their importance in the public sector of Saudi Arabia. Using the term "knowledge management in public sector", a search for available works was done in Google Scholar. In the first stage, the search for literature published under anytime choice was done in the first 10 pages of the search engine. Then another nine pages of Goggle Scholar were searched for more recent works published setting the time as 2014 to 2018. The search yielded 37 usable works for this review. The results of this literature search and review indicated that out of the 37 works reviewed, only three works were related to Saudi Arabia. Number of papers on factors of KM were maximum, many of them giving diagrammatic presentation of their results. KM modelling itself is not easy as only very few papers on KM modelling were available. Problems of too much reliance on qualitative data and hypotheses not matching with the literature backgrounds for them were also found. Considering the works related to KM, the number of papers in various categories may indicate the dimensions of KM to be considered when KM is implemented or evaluated in any public sector of any country. This applies to Saudi Arabian public sector organizations also. There is a fertile ground of research waiting to be investigated by researchers in Saudi Arabia.

학교기록물은 기록물관리에 대한 개념조차 전혀 인식하고 있지 못한 초중등 일반교사들이 기록물을 직접 생산, 관리하고 있는 실정으로 인해 기록관리상 많은 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 각급 학교기록물 분류기준표의 구성항목의 문제점과 관리운영의 실태를 면밀히 조사 분석하여 그 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 개선 내용으로는 먼저 기능분류체제의 완성과 업무의 표준화 및 상세 매뉴얼의 개발 그리고 관리 범위의 확장 및 평가 절차 강화 등을 강조하였다.

Purpose: This study was designed to identify the factors affecting the nurses' experience of non-reporting adverse incidents in hospital. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional, descriptive survey design and nonrandom, convenience sampling. Study subjects were 392 clinical nurses, who have agreed to be the subject of this research. The measuring instrument of attitudes toward incident reporting was developed by the authors. The questionnaire which consisted of 17 items about worry about appraisal, the belief in improvement, the intention of reporting, and knowledge was measured by 5-point Likert-type scale. The estimate of internal consistency was alpha =.84. Analysis of data was done with use of mean, t-test, ANOVA, logistic regression with SPSS program. Results: Clinical nurses had experience of reporting incident (51.3%), non-reporting incident (76.5%). Statistically, significant differences were found between experiences group and non experience group in intention on reporting, belief on improvement, and worry about appraisal. Logistic regression analysis showed that the significant predictors were caused by report no-fault cases, belief on improvement, worry about appraisal. Conclusion: The result also indicated that, to improve the incident reporting and risk management, it might be necessary to give a belief that it results on improvement and remove concern about punishment through construction of no-blame system.

The subjects in this study were 442 5th and 6th grade school children in Seoul. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, Stepwise Multiple Regression, and MANOVA. The principal findings were that worry, depression, and trait anxiety were positively related to meta-cognitive knowledge, particularly, meta-worry, positive beliefs about worry, negative beliefs about worry, lower appraisal about cognitive competence, and cognitive self-consciousness. These traits were also positively related to such metacognitive regulation strategies as worry displacement, self punishment, reappraisal, and social control. Metacognition influenced worry, depression, and trait anxiety; groups having more problems worry, depression, and trait anxiety showed high scores in metacognitive knowledge and metacognitive regulation strategies.

The authors have examimed 349 primary school children with questionare in order to appraise the oral health educational levels, one month later after performing oral health education as direct education and indirect education with video film, and compared the data from 350 uneducated children. The obtained results were as followings ; 1. It was estimated that the direct and indirect oral health education for school children were effective for in creasing the knowledge levels of oral health. 2. It was revealed that such items of oral health education as preventive measure for caries, tooth brushing method, etiology of dental caries and etiology of malocclusion were more effective for increasing the knowledge levels, compared to uneducated group. 3. Tooth Brushing Method should be educated in practical, not only to school children but also school teachers. 4. It should be established the goals and items for oral health education in practical as national level.

Further presenting a jagged variance of the GDKL of the maximum in terms of the spill-over-sonance gestalt, and spark spot sonance that was the a spark value of the far variance of the Spa-kg-FA-${\rho}_{MAXN}$ with $17.68{\pm}2.22units$, that was the a spark value of the convenient variance of the Spa-kg-CO-${\rho}_{MAXN}$ with $7.55{\pm}0.59units$, that was the a spark value of the flank variance of the Spa-kg-FL-${\rho}_{MAX}$ with $2.70{\pm}0.48units$, that was the a spark value of the vicinage variance of the Spa-kg-VI-${\rho}_{MAX}$ with $0.48{\pm}0.05units$. The spill-over sonance will be to appraisal at the jagged ability of the spill-over-sonance gestalt with black-red dot by the spark knowledge level on the GDKL that is presented the glitter-differentiation gestalt by the knowledge level system. Spill-over knowledge system will be possible to restrain of a gestalt by the special signal and to employ a spark data of spill-over sonance level.
