직업군 분석을 통한 지식기반경제로의 진입 시점에 대한 연구 (Entry Point of a Knowledge-based Economy through Job-group Analysis)

  • 본 연구에서는 고용노동부의 '임금구조기본통계조사'와 '고용형태별근로실태조사 보고서'를 정량적으로 분석하여 지식기반경제로의 진입 시점에 대한 실증적 연구를 제시하고자 한다. 지식기반경제로의 진입 기준은 Bell과 Toffler의 정의를 통해, 정신노동자 수가 육체노동자 수를 능가하는 시점으로 정하였으며, 정신노동자를 지식정보직으로 분류하였다. Porat의 지식정보직 정의로부터 한국표준직업분류표상의 직업들을 지식정보직, 서비스직, 제조업직, 농어업산림직으로 직업분류를 수행하였다. 분석 결과 지식정보직의 노동자 수 구조변화와 연간임금액 구조변화를 통해 지식정보사회의 진입 시점이 1980년인 미국보다 20년 늦은 2000년임을 실증적으로 확인했다. 또한, 지식기반경 제에서의 직업분류별 경제기여도를 측정하여 지식정보직의 직업분류별 경제기여도가 가장 큰 것을 확인하였다.

일부지역 노인요양기관 종사자의 구강보건지식 및 교육 필요도 (Oral health knowledge among nursing home employees and needs to educate on elderly oral care)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the oral health knowledge among workers at nursing homes, and needs to educate them on elderly oral care. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 241 workers at nursing homes in Gwangju and Jeonnam, Korea from May to June, 2016. The data were analyzed with the SPSS 19.0 program for independent t-test or one-way ANOVA analysis. Results: The data analysis showed that workers at nursing homes had lower knowledge about periodontal diseases (65.1%) than about denture management (78.5%). The knowledge of periodontal disease and denture management of workers with experience of oral care education for elderly was significantly higher than that of non-experienced ones (p<0.01). On the question whether those workers should get oral health care education is necessary or not, respondents answered positively (They scored 4.10 points on the 5-point Likert scale from 1 point - Not at all to 5 points - definitely yes). Conclusions: It is necessary to provide elderly oral care education to workers at nursing homes. Furthermore, oral health professionals should be deployed for systematic and practical oral care for elderly.

근로자의 산업보건관리에 대한 지식, 태도, 실천 조사연구 -경인지역을 중심으로- (A Study of Industrial Workers' Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Occupational Health Management and Services -Kyung In Area-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine industrial workers ; Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of occupational health management and service. The data was collected from Dec 4. 1993 to Jan 21, 1993. The data was collected from 352 industrial workers from 37 companies located in Kyng Ki Province and In cheon city. The measurement tool used in this study was a structured questionnaire developed by the community Nursing academy. The major findings attained from this study are summarized as follows : 1. The level of Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of industrial workers of occupational health management and service, were as follows : The total mean score was 72 out of 100. The total mean score of Knowledge was 22.5, out of 30. The mean score of Attitude was 39.2, out of 55. The mean score of Practice was 10. 6, out of 15. 2. The level of Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of industrial workers of health management and service according to workers' general characteristics. The significant perceptions of health management as a whole that impact on the Knowledge score were occupational factors such as, age, income, number of workers, educational status, sex, and marital status. The significant factor of Practice which impact on the score was age, number of workers, sex, and marital status.

일 지역 직장근로자의 골다공증에 대한 지식과 주관적인 건강상태가 골다공증 예방 건강증진행위에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Knowledge and Subjective Health Status on Health Promoting Behavior About Osteoporosis in Industrial Workers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the influence of knowledge and subjective health status on health promoting behavior about osteoporosis in industrial workers. Methods: The subjects were 292 industrial workers. Data were collected with structured questionnaires in July 10 to August 20, 2012. The collected data were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis by using the SPSS Win 12.0 statistics. Results: The major findings of this study were as follows; 1) The average scores of knowledge about osteoporosis, subjective health status and health promoting behavior about osteoporosis were 9.26 out of 20, 9.64 out of 14 and 39.77 out of 68. 2) There were significantly positive correlations relationship among knowledge, subjective health status and health promoting behavior. 3) The factors influencing health promoting behavior were age(${\beta}$=.069, p=.032), knowledge(${\beta}$=.026, p=.005), subjective health status(${\beta}$=.058, p<.001). Conclusion: This study suggested that we should develop preventive osteoporosis programs for industrial workers considering these results.

  • This paper suggests a balanced scorecard (BSC) framework for measuring and evaluating the performance of knowledge workers in professional service firms(PSFs) which are typical knowldege-based organizations. As a strategic learning system, the balanced scorecard allows business leaders to drive and modify their business strategies based on the balanced measurement of key performance indicators(KPIs), which are basically divided into four domains such as financial achievement, customer orientation, internal business process, and innovation and learning. Conducting a focused case study on performance evaluation of knowledge workers from a balanced viewpoint, we could evaluate their competency and potential in more comprehensive manner. We also employ the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach for derive relative weights of key performance indicators and link it to a spreadsheet model for rating the individual performance of knowledge workers in a systematic way.

A Study of Care Workers Knowledge on Pressure Ulcer

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of knowledge of care workers working at long term care hospitals and nursing homes on pressure ulcer. A total of 81 care workers including 34 at long term care hospitals and 47 at nursing homes were surveyed. 24 questions were used to evaluate their degree of knowledge on pressure ulcer. Their knowledge on pressure ulcer scored 12.84 out of the total score of 24 points(SD=3.40), which was equal to 53.50 (SD=24.23) out of 100 points. Their knowledge on the prevention of pressure ulcer was highest among the subareas of evaluation. Their knowledge on pressure ulcer statistically significantly differed according to education on pressure ulcer(P<.05). A pressure ulcer is a skin disorder that may be prevented and cured. At this point when long term care facilities are rapidly increasing, care workers highlevel knowledge on and good management of pressure ulcer is very important. Practically educating them on pressure ulcer including the provision of recent, updated relevant knowledge will be necessary.

  • 지식기반 경제라는 패러다임의 등장과 함께 건설 산업 역시 지식이 기업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 요인이 되고 있다. 국내 건설산업은 90년대 중반부터 대형 건설 회사를 중심으로 지식경영을 도입하기 시작하였으며 현재 지식경영을 위해 많은 투자가 이루어진 상태다. 그러나 최근 지식경영에 대한 건설 조직의 전망은 상당히 회의적이다. 현행 건설 산업의 지식경영은 실무자의 요구사항을 만족시키지 못할 뿐만 아니라 실무자 입장에서 이중 업무의 부담으로 작용하여 활용도가 떨어지는 등 다양한 문제가 지적되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 대형건설회사 소속의 건축프로젝트 시공단계 참여자를 대상으로 지식경영 인프라 만족도를 조사하여 현행 건설 산업 지식경영 전략의 적정성을 진단하고 향후 지식경영 개선 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료로 활용되고자 한다.

Knowledge of Cervical Cancer Screening among Health Care Workers Providing Services Across Different Socio-economic Regions of China

  • Background: China carries a heavy burden of cervical cancer (CC) and substantial disparities exist across regions within the country. In order to reduce regional disparities in CC, the government of China launched the National Cervical Cancer Screening Program in Rural Areas (NCCSPRA) in 2009. Critical to the success of the program are the health care workers who play a pivotal role in preventing and managing CC by encouraging and motivating women to use screening services and by providing identification and treatment services. This study aimed to assess cervical cancer knowledge among these health care workers at the county level in maternal and child health (MCH) hospitals across different socio-economic regions of China. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted and self-administered questionnaires were sent to all health care workers (a total of 66) providing cervical cancer screening services in 6 county level MCH hospitals in Liaoning, Hubei and Shaanxi provinces, representing eastern, central and western regions of China; 64 (97.0%, 64/66) of the workers responded. ANOVA and Chi-square test were used to compare the knowledge rate and scores in subgroups. Results: The knowledge level of the respondents was generally low. The overall combined knowledge rate was 46.9%. The knowledge rates for risk factors, prevention, clinical symptoms, screening and diagnostic tests and understanding of positive results were 31.3%, 37.5%, 18.1%, 56.3% and 84.4%, respectively. Statistically significant differences in scores or rates of CC knowledge were seen across the different regions. The total and sectional scores in the less developed regions were statistically significantly lower than in the other regions. Conclusions: The majority of the health care workers who provide CC screening service in NCCSPRA at county level MCH hospitals do not have adequately equipped with knowledge about CC. Given the importance of knowledge to the program's success in reducing CC burden in rural women in China, efforts are needed to improve the knowledge of health care workers, especially in less developed regions.

사회복지사들의 실천지식의 본질에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Essence of Practice Knowledge of the Social Workers)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사들의 실천지식의 생성과정과 내용 그리고 규범적 실천을 살펴보고 사회복지 지식의 재구조화에 시사점을 찾고자 하는 목적하에 수행되었다. 연구방법으로는 성찰적 내러티브 방법을 원용하였고 연구에는 6명의 현직 사회복지사가 참여했다. 연구결과 참여자들은 기존이론과 지식체계로 설명할 수 없는 현상에 직면했을 때 자기 성찰을 통해 지식을 만들었고 실천을 통해 이를 확인하고 재생산하는 경향을 보였다. 연구결과를 근거로 실천현장에서의 지식개발 방법론으로 귀추 추론 양식, 사회복지교육과정에서 인문학 교육의 강화, 네트워크의 지식공동체로의 재구조화를 제언했다.

산업장 근로자들의 건강진단에 대한 지식 및 태도 조사연구 -강원도 영서지역을 중심으로- (A Study on the Knowledge, and Attitude of Health Examination of Industrial Workers -In Kangwon Province-)

  • There has been a rapid growth in Korea since 1962 because of the success of the 5-year Economic Plan. The number of industrial work and workers has also made had a rapid increase. Consequently, the management of occupational health for the purpose of promoting health in industrial workers is needed especially in the health examination program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the Knowledge, and Attitude among industrial workers of health examination programs. The target population was 402 industrial workers from 4 factories in Kangwon province. A survey was conducted to collect data by a self administered questionnaire from October 29 to November 5. A sixty four item questionnaire was designed to collect data concerning Knowledge, and Attitude of health examination of industrial workers. The data was analyzed by means of percentage, mean, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The major findings were as follows : 1. The respondents presented the following picture : The male population was 88%. 57% of respondents were age 25-34 years old. 69.4% of respondents were married. 73.4% of respondents were high school graduates. 80.8% of the respondents were working over 48 hours per week. The respondents with over 10 years on the job were 31.9% of the respondents. Health examination were given to the respondents as: pre-employment health examination 90.5%, general health examination 91.5%, and special health examination 31.5%. 2. The Knowledge level was different in health examination items. 80.5% of respondents had knowledge about hearing test, body weight, visually, chest X-ray like simple things. Below 50% of respondents had knowledge of urine test, liver function test, and career history. 3. Attitude status about health examination showed an average score 36.5(median 33) of satisfaction, 26.93(median 21) of importance, 13.84 (median 21) of content, 10.46(median 12 of reliability on health examination results. 4. The level of Attitude on health examination was significantly different than the Knowledge level. 5. The relationship among stated variables such as satisfaction, the perceptions of importance on health, health examination, the result and follow up after health examination were shown to reflect neither positively nor negatively on each other.
